Every time I try to unsubscribe my BSNL Value Added Services from my phone, it doesn't work it doesn't event says sms sent it always says couldn't send that means they have putting the door open for entry which they are forcefully making everyone subscription by fraud ways and keeping the doors close of exit which means another fraud ways... Its really Irritating, annoying...

    Recently got LL[protected] from sector 34 D Chandigarh BSNL office. The LL didn't functioned for a week despite my approaching many officials. A Line man came and rectified the line problem. The phone worked for 10 days and it is again dead. Is it a systemic problem? That lines get snapped off regularly, with my previous experience of getting new connection activated I have blaek hope of getting my connection alive.       Hi, Im a BSNL pre paid mobile user.I had many transaction issues and no refund for last 4-5 months. Whenever im trying to contact BSNL costumer care, they launch a complaint n nothing happens after that. I have almost 500 to 600 rupees due. they are still not helping me out. Need someone to take a strict action against BSNL.

        I have recharged online money deducted from my bank account SBH. Transaction receipt no TXT[protected] Rs.55/- generated and vide BT.CTOPUP ref. no.[protected] for Rs.20/- . sms received. But the same is not added to my mobile account.
        Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        The response from ICCF is excellent. Will the BSNL react to this and make recharge balance successful? Why online recharge is not effective in BSNL compare to others. It is just cheating the customers through on recharge. I was in so urgency to make a call due to unsuccessful recharge I could not make call and it was delayed.

              Dear Sir, I have using broadband from last six years. I have received bill which is Rs. 3377.31 for the month of July 2014, where BSNL has charged data usage include with night (2 am to 8 am) usage which was free previously (As per combo plan). They didn't send me bill for the month of June 2014 then also I have paid that bill by online. I have talked with their executive on[protected] regarding my bill for the month of July 2014 and he said that unlimited night usage was cancelled by BSNL. I have submitted same complaint application to Sandhkuva office. I have mailed to [protected]@bsnl.co.in and [protected]@gmail.com on 23rd August 2014 but they didnt replied me yet, even I have given two reminders. I would like to say that they have cancelled the night usage services without any notification or Intimation to me and because of that I have got bill of Rs. 3377.31. I have requested them to provide me revised bill with consideration of free night usage in this particular bill but I didnt get any reply from them. Thanking You, C.T.GANDHI

                  Dear Sir / Madam, This is to inform you about my grievance that we have been charged with a HUGE BB bill amount of INR 18, 268 for two months i.e : INR 9865 (for July 2014) and INR 8403 (unbilled bill amt for August 2014), as I have been charged on night charges which was previously free in my Bill Plan BBGCNT 500. (night unlimited plan 2am - 8am) I had no e-mail mapped to my bsnl account and I received NO intimation in terms of a letter or e-mail or sms or a phone call that the plan is revised and I would no longer avail the benefits of night unlimited in my current plan. Proper ways of communications is very much essential. At least BSNL should have called at my landline number which was mapped to my BB account to intimate this weird change in plan. We had to surrender our BB connection and had to pay the whole amount of INR 18, 268. As a consumer I wish to complain against BSNL for this harassment and my huge financial. Request consumer complaint forum to take appropriate steps and possible have BSNL refund the extra charges waiving off my night usage charges that was billed.                     Sir,

                    My BSNL Land line phone is not working[protected] since 4 months. I complained so many times on online and personally about this issue to LINEMANS, AE, DE, but the phone is not working till today. When I complained the issue to BSNL officials they are telling we can solve your problem within one day and they are closing the complaint without solving it.
                    Also I am getting every month phone bill, even the phone was not working.

                              I have purchased a BSNL Tablet (Penta
                              T-PAD IS703C, SN: [protected]) [A product
                              by BSNL (Bharat
                              Sanchar Nigam Limited) on collaboration with Noida-based
                              company Pental Technologies Pvt ltd, Address - E-33, Sector-63, Noida-201301, U.P, India] on[protected] through ­­Snap Deal (Online market) and
                              have gifted it to my mother-in-law. The cost of the product was Rs. 4179. Since
                              when I have bought it the product was full of problems and it’s hardly being
                              used. It’s written in the User Manual (Page no 28) that it will give a battery
                              life of 5 hrs unfortunately it doesn’t used to give that much of battery life.
                              It only used to give a battery life only 10 mins after keeping in charge for
                              more than 8 hrs. Apart from this it’s also used to become very hot during this
                              10 mins o[censored]se and it doesn’t used to get fully charged even after keeping more
                              than 8hrs on charge. My mother-in-law reported me about these problems long
                              after I have gifted it to her. So after that, I have given it to the Service
                              Center as it was within the warranty period. The service center given back me
                              the product after two months. I asked the service center people whether the
                              warranty could be increased by two months. They said it won’t be possible.

                              I brought it home and after few
                              days it again started giving problem. Now the problem is that the product is
                              not starting. It’s almost dead. I took it to the service center again and they
                              said that it would cost around Rs.2500 to repair it as the warranty period is
                              over. The repair cost is around 59.8% of the cost of the product. Why should I pay
                              so much money for repair while the product itself is not good. Is it another
                              kind of earning money, making people fool ?

                              I would like to ask to the Government
                              why these kind of products are given permission to sell. Pental Technologies is
                              an ISO 9001:2008 certified company, then how it’s making this kind of product. If
                              we, the customers have to run with a product to the service center again and
                              again right after it’s being purchased so what’s the use of buying a ISO
                              certified product. Ultimately it’s found that we waste our money in bad quality
                              products which the Government & ISO approves to produce in market.

                              I will be highly obliged if the
                              Government kindly do the needful to get me back my money with which I have
                              purchased the product. I really got frustrated and feeling very bad thinking,
                              what impression my mother-in-law has made about me on his mind.

                                    Its not working sine last 2 month, i have complaints done many time on 198, 1504 & bsnl telephone exchange, virar west but result is zero. Still i am paying bill regularly.

                                      I wish to register a complaint against some text messages from BSNL which are in extremely bad taste and are derogatory to women. They include links to videos and chat rooms which claim to help one 'meet girls'. Being a government agency, it is not expected of you to encourage such messages. Kindly do the needful to put a stop to them. Thanks.

                                        This is to inform you about my grievance that I have been charged with a BB bill amount of INR 9865, as I have been charged on night charges which was previously free in my Bill Plan BBGCNT 500. I have been using BSNL broadband with pride for past more than 10 years with high esteem referring it to friends and families inspite of having so many 3G/4G lucrative options from new age providers. But this was totally unacceptable. I understand plan can be changed from time to time, but proper ways of communications is very much essential. I have my BB and phone bills payment mode as ECS. I request you to please waive of the night charges for the month of July and August 2014 so that I can pay the remaining amount and henceforth change my BB plan. Request you to please take my request into consideration and help me out in this regard.
