My cell no is [protected] in sankarankoil tirunelveli distrtict TAMILNADU yesterday (25.8.14) take money from my main account in the name of BSNL Music Stataion at Rs 30/- for 30 days I d'not choose any music but take money from my main account money is taken by this cell no +[protected] your service is very very bad please insert my money...

I received a call from BSNL Hungama at 23rd august in my landline phone[protected].They Activate Hungama Plan without my permission. i have to pay 149 extra bill charges.

Please deactivate the bsnl hungama plan immediately. i dont need that plan. my land line no is[protected]...

I am using bsnl brodband internet landline no[protected]
Its not working sine last 2 month, i have complaints done many time on 198, 1504 & bsnl telephone exchange, virar west but result is zero. Still i am paying bill regularly.

Please help in this matter.

I wish to register a complaint against some text messages from BSNL which are in extremely bad taste and are derogatory to women. They include links to videos and chat rooms which claim to help one 'meet girls'. Being a government agency, it is not expected of you to encourage such messages. This is to inform you that, iam a bsnl customer using 2295757 number. Now i got my bill amount for Rs. 1279, but my usual monthly bill was 870. I came to know that the extra amount has been credited for using Hungama. I haven, t received any password to use hungama. It is impossible for me to pay hungama bill without using it.
