Hi,
This is Aritra Das, a resident of Ashwininagar, Baguiati area in Kolkata. I'm currently using a BSNL 3G sim to connect to internet from my Huawei USB dongle. Although I was promised of a seamless 3G service, in reality the 3G connection remains poor (never more than 3 bars in tower strength) and that, too, fluctuates a lot. Often, I can't access internet for a full day. I have already paid Rs. 3299 for 1 year (2.5GB/month * 12 months), so I can't change my connection for other providers.
Please help.

      Sir/Madam, I received a call from a BSNL customer care executive a few weeks ago on my land line[protected] and I was told that she is activating the BSNL HUNGAMA offer valid from next day and i can deactivate it after a few days if I am not interested. The charges she told was around 20 Rs /- per day. Until today after 3 and a half weeks the service is not active and I am getting bill for the service which is not even activated. I DO NOT WANT TO USE BSNL HUNGAMA OFFER ANYMORE. DEACTIVATE THE SERVICE IMMEDIATELY. I WILL NOT PAY ANYTHING FOR BSNL HUNGAMA. DEACTIVATE THE SERVICE IMMEDIATELY. DEACTIVATE THE SERVICE IMMEDIATELY.         I am using BBG Combo ULD 1425 and I am supposed to get 4Mbps from the first of the month for a Limit of 20 GB Data! Now 4 days have passed and I am getting only 1Mbps and I I call the helpline No one answers the phone! When i went to the BSNL Broadband office in Margao they tell me that there is a problem in the lien and they will send the lineman to rectify the problem but no one has come to attend the problem!

          I did not get any user id & password for using hungama, without using i cant pay the extra amount credited for it so please kindly deactivate hungama plan& revise my bill amount 1279/- . And let me get the usual bill of 870.I have already filed complaint but i did get any response.I'm looking for an early response

            sir, we leave in village aria & we use smart phone but we cannot use
            Internet bcoz mobile operator including bsnl 3g access very vary slow
            Internet providing us, student and every one face same problem, i search
            on Google & read-India’s Internet speed is the one of the slowest in
            Asia-Pacific region-website

            India in this list number -118. its very sad, therefore we request to
            order every mobile operator they provide us minimum 256kbps

              My BSNL land line number[protected] is dead for one week and I have already raised complain for that (Docet id - [protected]). After this I have got an SMS from customer care with the Name.contact number ( Nirmal Pal - Mobile No - [protected]) who will be looking after the connection issue. But I have called him hundreds of times but he did not respond and even picking up his phone.This is really disappointing and BSNL connection is the worst connection now a days. The poeple working with this organization are worthless and are not professional and too much irresponsible.                 Dear Sir /Madam I am user bsnl pri paider. My mobile no is [protected]. After some days a bsnl ring tune is activated on my mobile and now am deactivated this ring tune .Plz as soon as (At this time) my ring tune deactivate. But not deactivated yesterday my ring tune I am close the connection of bsnl . Bsnl service is very bad. Customer care is not reply . I am using the 1503, 123,[protected] not reply any no. so Plz My Bsnl Ring tune deactivated immediately.

                  Sir I am Adarsh Ashokan working in Qatar. My family is residing at Agasthyacode, Anchal, Kollam Dist., Kerala, During my leave in September 2013 I submited an Application at Anchal BSNL Office for New Broad Band Connection, the officer told me there is some cable problem in my Area so please apply after 3 months. Thus my wife submitted an Application again in December. They allotted only Land Line Number [protected]. But till this date they didn't give me the connection. Whenever she go and ask them they told the inavailability of the cable that they can't issue the connection. She frequently visited the office and ask them. But the same story is happend. Two days before the y told the connection is cancelled due to the postponement of installation. So please take necessary action to arrange the connection.ASAP.                     Dear Sir, I have registered a A/c my self for payments of my BSNL telephone number[protected] through debit card payment service of Andhra Bank. My/Father's BSNL Land Line account number is [protected]. I had made a payment of Rs 263/- on 01 Sep 2014 for the payment of Aug., 2014 bill number[protected] through my direct debit service through Visa debit Card of Andhra bank. 1st Receipt No is[protected] But payment was not reflected, I made another payment on same day on 01 Sep 2014 for the payment of Aug., 2014 bill number[protected] through Visa debit Card of Andhra bank. 2nd Receipt No is[protected] in case of double payment that requesting to be adjusted in next month bill. I have checked from my Andhra Bank and they have confirmed me through transaction that a doube payment by debit Card for an amount of Rs 526/- (263+263)was made by them Kindly after checking your records please confirm me if BSNL has received this double payment or not and if has received it twice then adjust the same against my forthcoming payment for SEP., 2014 or else let me know which mode of payment they have received Thanking you.                       I have recharged my mobile number [protected] with net balance 561 rupees at that time i have main balance 200 rupees on 20.08.2014. I used net money debited from main account not from net balance. I asked to BSNL customer care. They didnot give the proper response.

                        Every time I try to unsubscribe my BSNL Value Added Services from my phone, it doesn't work it doesn't event says sms sent it always says couldn't send that means they have putting the door open for entry which they are forcefully making everyone subscription by fraud ways and keeping the doors close of exit which means another fraud ways... Its really Irritating, annoying...

                          Recently got LL[protected] from sector 34 D Chandigarh BSNL office. The LL didn't functioned for a week despite my approaching many officials. A Line man came and rectified the line problem. The phone worked for 10 days and it is again dead. Is it a systemic problem?                             Hi, Im a BSNL pre paid mobile user.I had many transaction issues and no refund for last 4-5 months. Whenever im trying to contact BSNL costumer care, they launch a complaint n nothing happens after that. I have almost 500 to 600 rupees due. they are still not helping me out. Need someone to take a strict action against BSNL.

                              I have recharged online money deducted from my bank account SBH. Transaction receipt no TXT[protected] Rs.55/- generated and vide BT.CTOPUP ref. no.[protected] for Rs.20/- . sms received. But the same is not added to my mobile account.
                              Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                              The response from ICCF is excellent. Will the BSNL react to this and make recharge balance successful? Why online recharge is not effective in BSNL compare to others. It is just cheating the customers through on recharge. I was in so urgency to make a call due to unsuccessful recharge I could not make call and it was delayed.

                                For nearly two weeks my BSNL landline phone is dead and I have raised several complaints. No one has yet attended to it. It is really a terrible situation. How long should I wait for my connection to be sorted out?

                                    Dear Sir, I have using broadband from last six years. I have received bill which is Rs. 3377.31 for the month of July 2014, where BSNL has charged data usage include with night (2 am to 8 am) usage which was free previously (As per combo plan). They didn't send me bill for the month of June 2014 then also I have paid that bill by online. I have talked with their executive on[protected] regarding my bill for the month of July 2014 and he said that unlimited night usage was cancelled by BSNL. I have submitted same complaint application to Sandhkuva office. I have mailed to [protected]@bsnl.co.in and [protected]@gmail.com on 23rd August 2014 but they didnt replied me yet, even I have given two reminders. I would like to say that they have cancelled the night usage services without any notification or Intimation to me and because of that I have got bill of Rs. 3377.31. I have requested them to provide me revised bill with consideration of free night usage in this particular bill but I didnt get any reply from them. Thanking You, C.T.GANDHI

                                        Dear Sir / Madam, This is to inform you about my grievance that we have been charged with a HUGE BB bill amount of INR 18, 268 for two months i.e : INR 9865 (for July 2014) and INR 8403 (unbilled bill amt for August 2014), as I have been charged on night charges which was previously free in my Bill Plan BBGCNT 500. (night unlimited plan 2am - 8am) I had no e-mail mapped to my bsnl account and I received NO intimation in terms of a letter or e-mail or sms or a phone call that the plan is revised and I would no longer avail the benefits of night unlimited in my current plan. Proper ways of communications is very much essential. At least BSNL should have called at my landline number which was mapped to my BB account to intimate this weird change in plan. We had to surrender our BB connection and had to pay the whole amount of INR 18, 268. As a consumer I wish to complain against BSNL for this harassment and my huge financial. Request consumer complaint forum to take appropriate steps and possible have BSNL refund the extra charges waiving off my night usage charges that was billed.
