I, Fenil Gandhi am a customer of Cellone/BSNl company. I have been experiencing a lot of difficulties with Cellone/Bsnl company. I would be using my phone and suddenly get "No Service" written on my phone, or I would be using the Internet (with subscription plan) and all of the sudden I would loose connectivity. I tried complaining, filling out forms, talking to representatives and filling complaints at main offices, but the issue remains unsolved. I am not the only one experiencing this problem, there are MANY others throughout India, please check Consumercourt if you don't believe me. Please take action against this company. If they can't provide the services they offer, they shouldn't be allowed to earn money from loyal consumers. If you need any details Please contact me at
