Hello, I, Fenil Gandhi am a customer of Cellone/BSNl company. I have been experiencing a lot of difficulties with Cellone/Bsnl company. I would be using my phone and suddenly get "No Service" written on my phone, or I would be using the Internet (with subscription plan) and all of the sudden I would loose connectivity. I tried complaining, filling out forms, talking to representatives and filling complaints at main offices, but the issue remains unsolved. I am not the only one experiencing this problem, there are MANY others throughout India, please check Consumercourt if you don't believe me. Please take action against this company. If they can't provide the services they offer, they shouldn't be allowed to earn money from loyal consumers.     Hey I've taken a card from bsnl office bilimora providing all supportive documents before a year but later i got to know that itis already registered on the name of some other person i did n't pay attention but i start recieving the order & payment details. what should i do to stop recieving messages?

      Dear Sir, Despite DND messages from 57171 like wallpapers, videos are coming frequently and every time charging Rs. 8 for the services which I never intent to subscribe. So, in this way I am feeling very much harassed.Kindly take action against the erring officials and add the amount which has been illegally charged from me and oblige. Regards Adv. Rajesh K. Kataria

        Dear Sir/ Madam, My residential BSNL land line number (+[protected] not working since 5 years. More than 40 times we have submitted complaint in BSNL customer care and exchange, next day the technicians just visit and return, they says problem is in cable Or in Exchange even they are not giving proper feed back where is fault exactly but they fores yous to close this 45 series no & take another series number like 43, 47 & till this time they are not solved the problem. We had already paid yearly bill in Advance but bsnl technicians & telephone Exchange department not at all interested in to solve our problem. Shocking think is that they fores us to change our land line number... i am senior citizen how much time give complaints you suggest me... Also they had close broad band net service in our area. When we complaint against broad band in bsnl office their officers tell us to take hathway's Net for computer. Hatheway's Advertisement given by BSNL Broad band officers & BSNL itself. Because of these above issues we are facing lots of problems. I fed up by this problem kindly take something serious actions about bad voice of 2455816. Kindly request you to take serious action on above matter... Thank you.

        Today 2455816 is totally dead but some times its ringing 1 bell OR half bell... don't know exactly what happened with our Phone????

          Phone and broadband is not working, complaint was already made with BSNL, but still no one has looked into it. Every month even though it wont work for 4 or 5 day's in the month day's in the month. still I pay the bill, but don't know what is the problem in looking into the issue. BSNL service has gone really worst, please let me know will this be resolved or do I need to disconnect the connection.             Vinod kumar address: h-14, railway colony, ponmalai, trichy-04. i was go to bsnl officer. i fill the bsnl broadband & landline connection forum. the manager told to me coonection completed in 10 days on 17/05/14. still it not connect the connection. i go to the bsnl office on 17/6/14 the manager told me please waiting for 10 days again and again the manager told me please waiting for 10 days. now i go to district high court to complaint about bsnl broadband & landline connection. please connection could done in 5 days.

              Dear Sir, A msg from BT-SDPTRY is sent to [protected] on 24th Aug 2014 unfortunaterly that link was opened by my kids and Rs 20/- was deducted at that time and weekly it will be automatically renewed and Rs.20/- is deducted .It was reported to 1503, 1909 and 155223 many times and they are telling that no service messages were activated to your mobile no and i complained at local bsnl cell centre Today 19.09.2014 a message has been received which stating that " Dear [protected] your suscription for was lingarieSuperstars expires on 21/9/2014 and will be renewed from 22/09/2014" It is just like a week robbery.by today total Rs 80/- was deducted .Hence i request you Would you please look into this so that it won`t continue hereafter.What should I do? If you don't, we will change the service provider

                Respected sir/ madam, Myself a BSNL customer ([protected]) tried an online recharge on 1st sept 2014 at 15:17:46 for Rs.200 through BSNL portal site via Debit card purchase. The site generated its transaction id asTXL[protected]. The amount gets debited from my a/c but recharging ended up failure. The site showing "Refund initiated" but still the amount is not credited.As per their notification in their website the amount should have refunded within 7-10 days. I have registered the complaint twice or thrice in the portal site. But there is no response from India, s largest telecommunication company.. So please do something in favor to me...BSNL is gonna became the worst ever network in the nation...Contact no:[protected]

                    I registered a complaint about telephone number [protected] with complaint number[protected]on 6 sept 2014 . It has not been resolved yet. I have called many times to the customer care but have not got any feedback and no action is taken to resolve it . Instead i got a message that the complaint has been resolved which has not been resolved actually . The company is not taking any action .                       I have applied for a BSNL land line connection last month for my office. The local BSNL office in Margao, Goa has informed me that they do not have cables to provide any new connections. I have also spoken to the Chief Engineer, BSNL in Panjim who is telling me the same thing. What is the Central Govt doing?

                        Sir i had ported a number from vodafon to BSNL And having connection problem during internet connection i had registered a problem to care twice. but i am not getting my solution they giving me silly reasons that there is no comlaint noted having the docket number & We are having a wrong address etc. etc. I am tired of this If you are not able to solve this just say it i will port this number to vodafon again. i am not satisfied with your service. please solve this on urgent basis. because i am a employee of a engineering compny and i nedd a working fast internet connection all time. Please Do needful on this matter very soon

                          I had a broadband plan of Rs 630 per month. Before month they changed the plan without notifying me and have charged as per the different plan.                             Hey, I am subscriber of BSNL land line phone bearing No.[protected] and this number is not working properly since last two months and the same is lying dead. No dial tone. I have made numerous telephonic / verbal complaints to concerned JE/SDE, but in vain. Each and every time they assured to resolve the problem and till date no step has been taken.

                              Hi I was using BSNL Landline. But the service is not good in my resident area. So I asked them to disconnect the line. we intimated them lot of time but they haven't disconnected the line. But bill is still coming. Now they called and asked me to pay the bill. I told them i disconnected the line. They are not responding properly. My Landline number is[protected]. City : Coimbatore Area : Telungupalayam We gave lot of letters to the Raja Street BSNL office. Still they area not Responding.

                                  My land line no.is:.0291-27lodged My brod band wi-fi connection is out of seitrvice since last three weeks.I have complained throgh BSNL customer care service many times.Every time they give a complaint number and after 2-3 days a message comes from BSNL stating that the complaint has been resolved.On checking the connectivity I found always found that nothing has been resolved.My research fellows went BSNL office personally and lodged complaint.One day a man came from BSNL and checked the connections.After some time he told me that he has to attend some other work and will be back by half an hour, but he never turned up till date.Please do some thing to resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                                    My name is Sandeep. I had requested for a land-line connection last month, so a BSNL representative came over and had me fill up the form and took Rs. 500 as the deposit. I told him that I need a telephone instrument and would like to have the same number that I had before (one year back). So far I haven't received any information about the telephone instrument and about the activation of land-line connection. But I got message on my mobile saying "Dear Customer, your landline bill of Rs. 1756 against BSNL account number [protected] and phone number[protected] has been generated on 06-SEP-14 and the total outstanding amount is Rs. 1256. Please pay before 26-SEP-14 at http://portal.bsnl.in or through ECS."

                                      I had applied for shifting my above phone from Arathinkal, Cherthala to Cherthala exchange. The shifting order has been issued on 2nd August 2013. It is more than a year that the telephone is not yet shifted. Have approached Cherthala Telephone Exchange couple of times but nothing happened. I keep receiving bills. Please help me.                                         I am a customer of bsnl wire line services since 5 years. I have subscribed broadband plan BBG FN HOME 500 COMBO monthly which gives 1.5 GB data in all time and night unlimited[protected] hours free. In July bill bsnl changed my plan BBG FN HOME 500 COMBO too BBG CNT COMBO 500 without intimation. They didn't notify me about this and charged for night hours.in July 2014 my usage charges was 296 rupees only and now in Aug 2014 its become 4804 rupees.that's not affordable for me. please take a look on these topics- 1. bsnl didn't give me information about night hours[protected] charges change. 2.. I was not informed about the plan change by bsnl in any form SMS or phone call. 3. i have been charged for night hours downloads, which in my previous plan were free Since 5 years. 4. This plan was suddenly changed in Aug to BBG-CNT-COMBO-500-ANNUAL without my knowledge I request you to please consider my complaint and waiver the night hours download for month of Aug 2014 and till 15 sep 2014 .
