I have Opted 3G Roaming for my BSNL -SIM ( No [protected]) and paying the charges as per that. Observed many times on my tours to Mumbai/ Maharashtra / Gujarat that automatically my Internet connection/ 3G icon goes off and I couldn't get the same . Deactivation of Bsnl Hungama pack on the above no.

We have been consistently sending requests for deactivation of Hungama on our broadband on the landline no.[protected]. but till date its' still activated and without using that we r suppose to pay the rental for tat site...kindly deactivate it so that coming months bill does not includes the rental for the same.

Poor internet speed.

BSNL EVDO which is a wireless broadband service charges me Rs880 per month for unlimited Internet usage. It is supposed to give me 3.1 MBPS speed but its actually giving 5 KBPS. net gets disconnecting frequently

Started getting BSNL Bills suddenly

Hi, We have cancelled BSNL Broadband and Landline almost 8 years back as our telephone was at fault for months. When we went to raise a complaint regarding the fault, our broadband was disconnected immediately. Since then, we do not use to get any further bills. Regarding not paying serious attention on complaint booking

Delay in New connection issues
