DearSir/Madam, I was having landline and broadband connection at my house 192, Mahatma Gandhi Nagar, Near DCM, Jaipur in Vaishali Nagar Circle. My landline no. was[protected]. Due to my transfer at Jodhpur, I surrender my landline and bradband connection (alongwith instruments) to your Vaishali Nagar officein May 2013 and they assured that I will receive refund in 2-3 months. But till date I have no received refund. While contacting your Vaishali Nagar Office, your offiiacls informed that my connection has not been disconnected in system ie. your IT record, therefore the refund has not been sent. However they informed by checking the register that my disconnection file was sent to your Vidhyadhar Nagar office on 27.05.2014 for return of my deposit. Please arrange to check the status on urgent basis and refund my deposit.

    Dear Sir This has reference to my telephone no 31175 at Dahod (Guj)). I applied transfer from Dahod to Jhabua under AIS due to my transfers. As I enquired at commercial officer, BSNL Godhra they informed us that your Telephone transferred from Dahod to Jhabua on dated 16.01.2001. I didn't get any information from Jhabua(M.P.) regarding the same even after i enquired. I again shifted from Jhabua to Gwalior(M.P.) Permanently on 21.12.2000 and put up to transfer request to jhabua by post to shift my telephone to my permanent address Bhind (M.P.). I also sent application if not possible to transfers please close and back my security deposited for the same.I cleared all bills ore .my phone transferred from Dahod to Jhabua. No body taken interest . Return my security deposited Rs 2000/- during that period. I sent all bills to Jhabua by my friend and it was told by my friends that no body taking interest and all records burnt due to fire in office.       MY MOBILE NO.[protected], I Have getting message as under from BZ-CTOPUP continuously from june.2014 Firest SMS Comes as "Welcome!Your Samsung S5302 handset will now be configured with access to services. Please accept when prompted, " then immediate second SMS Comes as "Congratulations!Your Samsung S5302 handset will now be configured with access to services." then immediately Configuration message received alongwith internet settings this process continuously happens 5-6 times within 5 minutes repeatively after 10-15 minutes. I called serval times to Phone No.1909, 1503 & also sent SMS as "START 0, 1, 6" Several times to 1909, 1503 I also lodged complaint two times having No./Date 1F[protected]/10.06.2014, 1G[protected]/22.07.2014 Till the date my problem is not solved.I request you look in matter immediately & solve the problem

        My name is P.Srinivas and I am s/o Mr. P.S.KanthaRao. Our telephone number is[protected]A/c#[protected]) and recently we got a bill (for Jun-2014) with very high broadband charges. When inquired with A/c Manager at Guntur as well as over the toll free phone[protected], they said same and it is due to night usage charges. I was shocked to hear that BSNL can change our plans without intimating prior to their customers. I was under plan BBGFN500 and it was unlimited day and night plan. I chose it because of it's "unlimited internet" nature. They changed (without my consent) to BBGCNT500 which charges 0.15paise per MB from 2AM-8AM effective 01-Jun-2014. This is totally unethical on their part and the least they could do is to inform us so that we take preventive actions or change the plan without incurring the extra charges per MB. Now BSNL is saying that the bill for Jun14 and Jul14 (yet to come) MUST be paid as per new plan BBGFN500. I do find the revised plan in their portal, but how am I know when they don't inform us via a call or letter individually. Obviously I hope, BSNL is not expecting to check their portal every day for changes. By the time bill comes, it is too late as the charges are already incurred. The main purpose of enjoying the Unlimited internet is lost totally. I feel there are ways BSNL can make money but this approach is totally unethical. I tried complaining to A/c Mgr and also the automated number, but they want us to pay the bill and don't want to take complaint. I am sure there are many more impacted because of this changed plan. Please take my complaint into a/c and do something about it. I am going to disconnect it to avoid more mess, but wanted to make others aware of the misleading that is happening.

          Inconsistency of billing from BSNL. We even called 1500 and not responding properly. Details of plan: http://bsnl.co.in/opencms/bsnl/BSNL/services/broadband/old_plans_01022011.html Our plan is: BBG FN 500. In month of July 2014 billings, lots of extra charges has been included for land line and broadband usages. Our LL BSNL limit is 175 calls. We just made 47 calls and that call charges has been included in bill. Second, we have unlimited night usages, still night usage has been charged. Please revise bill and provide new bill accordingly.

          I am another victim and just posted another complaint today.

                    BSNL is a ICON to identify How worse Government Organizations are. The cheap workers and managers and directors of BSNL fatting themselves by Puplic money. And they never realize that their belly and their wife & kids needs are fulfilled from the money collected customers like me. All because of their Job security, if a rules says, person who does not perform will loose job. Then 80 % Govt employee's will be checked out in a hour. Hopeless, Useless and Worthless talking. Let us Vote and Support for privatisation and that is the only solution to get BSNL EMBTY and through away to Garbage. Privatisation - Yes sometime OLD GOOSE come to say NO ITS HARMFUL and THEY MAY ROB PUPLIC MONEY. So what the hell BSNL is doing now.

                      sir, I am Cell One customer for the past 9 years. I am practicing as an advocate at Madras Highcourt. My cell one No. is[protected]. which is post paid. Due to non payment of my mobile bill, today morning my mobile was disconnected by the cell one. Today (22.08.2014) afternoon around 12.40 I was paid my mobile bill at the Chennai Telephones, HighCourt Counter. Receipt No.CHN[protected], Account No.[protected], Payment code: GSM. Early belated my payments, If it is disconnected, after my payment was made immediately it will connect or it will take one or two hours. But my payment was made, even at this time my mobile connection was not given. On 22.08.2014 after 1 pm Every minutes i am egarly expecting my mobile connection, but same is not given. I could not call my very very urgent and important call to my cousin, who was admitted in hospital today as well i could not call my clients also. The above mentioned act is thoroughly deficiency in service. Now a days competition between private telephone companies, cell one act is very very poor. since i am a 9 years customer of you, cell one should not disappoint me. Due to the above reasons my mental agony would not measured. kindly, give connection to my mobile[protected] at the earliest. thanking you yours v.nanmaran.

                        My balance from BSNL prepaid number [protected] was deducted by an amount of Rs 143 for no means on 16th August 2014. I tried to contact the BSNL customer care but they always have call waiting and they never give proper answers. So please fix my problem as soon as possible.

                        The complain which I submitted on 22nd August as the deduction of balance for no means against BSNL Prepaid has not been reviewed by them till now... They have not contacted me till now...

                          Bill amount related to land line no.[protected] remitted on 17.8.14 and the remitted amount of Rs.618/ paid through Indian overseas bank, branch code 7840, debit card.Many efforts to contact the Bsnl customer care went in as usual.Such a worst customer care is provided by the Bsnl in God's own country, Krala.The tx.no.of the transaction was tx.[protected]..Phone call reminders from Bsnl billing Department are received daily.Daily forwading complaints through available Email ID s are mere waste of time.Either the message wont go or the kings of Bsnl would never reply to an affected customer..Messages sent to an email id [protected]@bsnl.co.in, as found in the demand bill had also never been replied to many email messages for clearing my bill problem.Then why the hell the Bsnl is allotting such dead email ids to these non functioning offices. Will Bsnl do justice to its bill paying customers?

                            It is really disgusting from an institution like Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. Bihar. Just stop it other wise I will compelled to go to consumer forum.

                              This is to inform you that, iam a bsnl customer using 2295757 number. Now i got my bill amount for Rs. 1279, but my usual monthly bill was 870. I came to know that the extra amount has been credited for using Hungama. I haven, t received any password to use hungama. It is impossible for me to pay hungama bill without using it. So, i kindly request you to send me a revised bill. I, m looking for earlier response.

                                dear sir, we are experiencing frequent disruptions to our broad band connection. hence we are not able to use the Internet for our daily personal use without interruptions. This makes it frustrating and irritating. We are using d-link modem purchased by us instead of type - b1. hence kindly do not ask us to pay the monthly charges of R's.70/month. if you want you can inspect the set up of Internet connection.                                     It is informed to you that I am a broadband user and broadband number is[protected]. Approx Last one year i am unable to access the URL (ndc.selfcare/...) that is for checking of broadband usage. there is no other option to check the data usage by BSNL. I am unable to check the data usage because i miss my username and password. When i enter again it is displaying that you are already exist. For Solving this issue at July last I went to BSNL head office, Rajnagar Head Office, ghaziabad. there are following process but no one solve my issue. 1. i went to customer care center and they send me at room number : 408 2. At room 408, they told please go to NIB 3. At NIB, Officer says to me for go to Broadband Dept. 4. At Broadband dept they send me Broadband manager (that room is in front of his room). 5. Broadband manager send me to 5th floor, 6. At 5th floor a madam send me again to customer care at ground floor. 7. At customer care(ground floor) they send me to CO Office. 8. At CO office, they send me to meed customer care JE. 9. JE send me again to customer care persons.

                                      I have Opted 3G Roaming for my BSNL -SIM ( No [protected]) and paying the charges as per that. Observed many times on my tours to Mumbai/ Maharashtra / Gujarat that automatically my Internet connection/ 3G icon goes off and I couldn't get the same . I can't access my mails, use any other option like Google, U tube etc while I am outside Hyderabad. Please check the same immediately as I have to travel frequently for my official work outside Hyderabad. I haven't get any solution in spite of approach to Customer Care, Regards, Satish Raktawan [protected]

                                        We have been consistently sending requests for deactivation of Hungama on our broadband on the landline no.[protected]. but till date its' still activated and without using that we r suppose to pay the rental for tat site...kindly deactivate it so that coming months bill does not includes the rental for the same.
