I am having broadband connection with Rs. 800 plan to my land line [protected]. The plan indicates broad band speed is up to 100mbps. It does not indicate what is the minimum assured speed. I am able to get max 0.3 mbps ~ 0.45 mbps at any point of time. Hence many times the net connection gets dis-connected. Please indicate the assured minimum broad band speed and to rectify the line to get at least 75% of the specified plan speed. ravneet pH:[protected]

    I found from the bill that Rs.347 has been charged towards Bsnl hungama service, which I am not using at all.
    I request you to kindly deavtivate the bsnl hungama service with immediate effect. I do not want to lose any money for the services that I am not availing.

      sir.i had recharged on[protected] for rs 1000 via online. i got credit and balance showed as 2580. then i did not browse on the same night.but i lost 750 debit from you.i have consulted the call center.they says the amount was debited is true.you may give a complaint in this portal. sir.i m using this mobile number since 2008 onwards.i have not complaint anything like this. 750 is a huge amount.you pla check from your server that i browsed or not. i got a problem same like this from airtel.after the complaint they refund my main balance amount. i kindly request you to pls refund the main balance amount of 750.

            sir I am using samsung galaxy s4 mini. I have a problem with the network I didnt get calls when i was in my village even though signals is there and when i try to call others a pop up will display (network not registered). i did registration on my mobile but some times it shows network not available. when i called to customer care not connecting and no one is responding correctly

                  My land-line No[protected] is not working since MAY, 2014.
                  Registered a complaint with BSNL and spoke to BSNL office a couple of
                  times but nothing happens. It seems that BSNL is becoming total
                  redundant, useless, inefficient and unprofessional f and believe in
                  giving their customers long bills without giving any worthwhile service.
                  I am sure the company will get a burial soon if they don't learn
                  Professionalism.

                    Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                    The same complaint is with me too. Hungama charges of Rs.156 have been charged without any user consent. This is such a poor and cheap trick from bsnl broadband service. Also while contacting the customer care representative the call was hung up during the conversation. Where should I complain to report these issues ?

But when I opted for disconnection the telephone exchange told me that GM has instructed them not to provide the disconnection for. I am really in financial crisis.                         without my consent hungama is charged Rs.200 in my landline No.[protected]. PLEASE DEACTIVATE HUNGAMA IMMEDIATELY. Reduce Rs.200 in my current bill. Without my consent how is it activated. This is the 5th time i get trouble with hungama. I m obliged to take action.

                          Dear sir,
                          on 11.8.14 I recharged my mobile no:[protected] for Rs.110 .My earlier balance was Rs. 23 so after Recharge balance shown Rs.116. But the very nex day it showed balance around Rs.84 without any phone call.My phone donot have any net facility either it is a simple phone without having any modern mobile feature.So I do not understand the cause of such reduction in balance.

                            I am a customer of bsnl wire line services since 4 years. I have subscribed broadband plan BBG FN HOME 500 COMBO monthly which gives 1.5 GB data in all time and night unlimited[protected] hours free. In July bill bsnl changed my plan BBG FN HOME 500 COMBO too BBG CNT COMBO 500 without intimation. They didn't notify me about this and charged for night hours.in June 2014 my bill was 562 rupees only and now in July its become 25403 rupees.that's not affordable for me.
                            please take a look on these topics-
                            1. bsnl didn't give me information about night hours[protected] charges change.
                            2.. I was not informed about the plan change by bsnl in any form SMS or phone call.
                            3. i have been charged for night hours downloads, which in my previous plan were free Since 4 years.
                            4. This plan was suddenly changed in July to BBG-CNT-COMBO-500-MONTHLY without my knowledge

                            I request you to please consider my complaint and waiver the night hours download for month of July.

                              I recharged my contect number [protected] with a 100 Rs recharge. On the next day my balance is deducted, charged Rs40 for service MobTV-All-Channels/Week and massage come to me from 57171. I tried to call customer care many times but no one respond my call. Even I don't know how such a service activated at my number. I just want to complain for refund. This is not first time when I faced such situation. This is like a mental harassment when I just not have more money to spend, such a deduction tortured me. This happened many times. I don't know how it happened, customer care always told me that i have activate such a service but i do't know how it happened. India is a democratic country. And mobile service is also a right of express.A lot of villagers who can not defend their rights they suffered such a harassment and not recharged their mobile because they feared that there balance will again deducted. Is it not against the right to express? If i don't use the service this month why my deduction again happend next month. And so many times it happened. Sir please give me justice

However amount get deducted from HDFC bank account but did not received recharged amount on the mobile.                                   I have been using the BSNL's BBG FN COMBO 500 scheme for the past 4 years with no complaints, other than some connectivity issues. The night usage from 2am to 8am served me good until yesterday when I checked my bill on "https://portal1.bsnl.in/aspxfiles/instapay.aspx" which shows a staggering amount of Rs. 25403. I then googled about to find the full usage details when came to know that the plan has been discontinued almost a month and a half ago. Why did BSNL not intimate about this Change of Plan? For Telephone Bill, they send emails every month, for other tariffs and offers, they send sms' etc. So why can't they intimate the change of plans to me? I can't afford that much! After a good amount of googling, I found this the case of hundreds of other customers. Is this some sort of strategy of BSNL to make money?

In this [protected] has data plan Rs 155, 1GB for 1 month inter net connection also. Now for 2days, [protected] is not working properly. While making outgoing calls, it shows "Not registered on network"

                                      Hello sir. BSNL just started charging the free nightly periods(0200 Hrs - 0800 Hrs) from July. We didn't get any such information/message from the BSNL regarding this change through any medium(SMS, email, call). I only learnt about this today I received the bill SMS from BSNL. I m billed ₹ 10, 336 because the nightly usages are charged which I didn't know about then. It is not fair that they just removed free nightly periods without informing their customers. Kindly ask them to get my bill corrected i.e. removal of charged nightly usage.
