BSNL's corrupt employees take bribe from Airtel and jio and BSNL's network spoils 5 to 6 hours every day and has stopped the recharge of BSNL for several days.

they were stopped the recharge for several days.but they started recharge after 3 hours of register complaint in consumercomplaints.

I would like to bring your notice that there is a BSNL telephone pole which is not in use in front of my house and also comes under my area. Due to this we are facing problem to construct compound of my home.

in my area town their is network issu about BSNL
network slow data speed very very poor connectivity,
breaking of voice in calling, and many times breaking of call,
when i complained in your office care at pandharpur their is no proper treatment no one is gives proper solution about my isssu i complained 70 to 80 times in last 5 and half year when i goes their they said its ok n after same days same issu occuers again my town karkamb their is bsnl office but no one emploe is their that is not office now a days they transformed in to local open toilet area by in my town when rain comes netwoek absent n when sun comes network present only calling not data but at 2 to 3hr/day...
pl solve my isssu

all excatives have lots of attitude no one can understood me

I recharged my mobile with 49 first and then i tried to send the sms and it was not sent to 1900.then i recharged with 147 and again tried to send the port sms..still not successful and then i recharged with 10 rupees and sent the sms but i didn't receive my upc ..then i sent for almost 10 times ..bsnk is looting my money.. please kindly look into it

I want to port out from BSNL so I try to send SMS to 1900 number but the company did not allow this, after contact customer service told me if I do not have 30 days unlimited validity then I can't send photo out request.
This is not fair if I have validity and main balance then I should put out any time when I need.
Please take necessary action about my complaint.

My Landline [ number protected ] in Guru Prasad Society Bund Garden Road PUNE has been dead for the last 15 days, I have given complaints but nothing has happened- The complaint registration number is - [protected] dated 12 October 2021

I then got 2 numbers from the BSNL office-
Agarwal [ General Manager ] [protected], this person does not pick up the phone.

Jadhav [ contractor] [protected], this person keeps telling lies that he will come tomorrow, then again the same thing the next day.

Updated by virendraN The complaint has not been resolved, I spoke to the contractor Jadhav and another Lineman called Chavan who looks after this area, I have been told that the problem will not be resolved in the near future because the wiring has been damaged and the order for starting the work has not been given by BSNL.

I have no option but to surrender the Phone because I will end up paying rent for nothing. Agarwal [ General Manager BSNL] [protected] does not pick up the phone.

I request any BSNL officer to address my query and give the correct answers.
