BSNL's corrupt employees take bribe from Airtel and jio and BSNL's network spoils 5 to 6 hours every day and has stopped the recharge of BSNL for several days.

Dear officer

I would like to bring your notice that there is a BSNL telephone pole which is not in use in front of my house and also comes under my area. Due to this we are facing problem to construct compound of my home.
So please sir solve this issue as early as possible

in my area town their is network issu about BSNL
network slow data speed very very poor connectivity,
breaking of voice in calling, and many times breaking of call,
when i complained in your office care at pandharpur their is no proper treatment no one is gives proper solution about my isssu i complained 70 to 80 times in last 5 and half year when i goes their they said its ok n after same days same issu occuers again my town karkamb their is bsnl office but no one emploe is their that is not office now a days they transformed in to local open toilet area by in my town when rain comes netwoek absent n when sun comes network present only calling not data but at 2 to 3hr/day...

My sim, the number [protected], is showing as sim registration failed. I am very unhappy with the Bsnl services. I tried calling up at the costmer care no one is answering the call. I would like to know what is the problem? & want my sim to be activated as early as possible.

I want to port out my number from BSNL but despite having sufficient balance and validity, I am unable to send a message. It shows unable to send message despite having recharged multiple times. Please look into it, my number is [protected]

I recharged my mobile with 49 first and then i tried to send the sms and it was not sent to 1900.then i recharged with 147 and again tried to send the port sms..still not successful and then i recharged with 10 rupees and sent the sms but i didn't receive my upc ..then i sent for almost 10 times ..bsnk is looting my money.. please kindly look into it

My sim is not working.i am not able to call anyone. Also my internet data is not working.Only incoming is there.

Sir this is to humble submission that your mobile phone tower is not working properly from last 2 years complaint lodged so many times but not respond, , , , , , one more thing is that this tower is nearly 15 meters from my home kindly look into the matter

I Gurdev Singh with post paid No. [protected] hereby inform you that I have been charged with Rs 1180/- (Additional) for conversion of my Post paid sim to Prepaid in the name of Fancy Number by BSNL CSC Counter Rawatbhata.

Payment receipt has been attached for reference.

Kindly review and redress the grievance.

I had paid my BSNL bill of Rs.728/- through Google pay on 15th September 2021. Unfortunately the amount not credited by BSNL. UPI Transaction id:[protected]. Please do the needful to get a refund.

Unable to send port messages from my no [protected]

I had requested for my number to be ported via 1900 by messaging PORT Phone Number. But i have not yet recieved the UPC code. I have sent the request message many times and still there are no responses.

Amount deduct but mobile not recharge or not refund.my contact no-[protected] [protected]@gmail.com

Submitted request for disconnyof bsml landline[protected] on 30.9.2021. Nobody is responding.

I want to port out from BSNL so I try to send SMS to 1900 number but the company did not allow this, after contact customer service told me if I do not have 30 days unlimited validity then I can't send photo out request.
This is not fair if I have validity and main balance then I should put out any time when I need.
Please take necessary action about my complaint.

My Landline [ number protected ] in Guru Prasad Society Bund Garden Road PUNE has been dead for the last 15 days, I have given complaints but nothing has happened- The complaint registration number is - [protected] dated 12 October 2021

I then got 2 numbers from the BSNL office-
Agarwal [ General Manager ] [protected], this person does not pick up the phone.

Jadhav [ contractor] [protected], this person keeps telling lies that he will come tomorrow, then again the same thing the next day.

My bsnl SIM card is not working from yesterday afternoon. Other sim are working on my handset. The mobile is reading bsnl SIM card but the network is not available. All recharge and stuff is up-to-date. It is essential to have the number working as my bank accounts are linked to it. Kindly help quickly.

Having Broadband Service till 9Years but still 5 years i am getting many issues.
Basically I am running a small Entrepreneur. its Registered by MSME till 2/3 years i am very disappointed service of BSNL Cuttack.i am complaint regularly but nobody getting a solution . also i am meet the GM or Message Him but nothing happens.

when i am complaint to SDO P.Biswal he is not responding the calls or getting worst behavior.i am saying to get me new cabel for my workplace he says we have no cable available.

till 1 year I am approached to getting me FTTH connection but nobday taken its seriously.also i am applying application for FTTH 1199plan.

Now days i am using jio or airtel hotspot for my business use.
so i invite your special attention in this matter and i humbly request you take the necessary steps in clarifying the problem as possible.
