Having Broadband Service till 9Years but still 5 years i am getting many issues.
Basically I am running a small Entrepreneur. its Registered by MSME till 2/3 years i am very disappointed service of BSNL Cuttack.i am complaint regularly but nobody getting a solution . also i am meet the GM or Message Him but nothing happens.

when i am complaint to SDO P.Biswal he is not responding the calls or getting worst behavior.i am saying to get me new cabel for my workplace he says we have no cable available.

till 1 year I am approached to getting me FTTH connection but nobday taken its seriously.also i am applying application for FTTH 1199plan.

Now days i am using jio or airtel hotspot for my business use.
so i invite your special attention in this matter and i humbly request you take the necessary steps in clarifying the problem as possible.

BSNL sim card not showing any Device. I have recharged 4-5 days ago but still sim is not showing. Please fix it

With respect I inform you that bsnl Tower barakalan transformer had been burning more than 15days and I complne with Sdo EDD Kalan and axne Sir EDD jalalabad.
So that I request to you solve the problem and need full action please.

Last 3 days my BSNL SIM has no network while other SIM are working perfectly fine.

One of the Employee Sri Gopabandhu Mahanand has taken Rs 6500.in the nmae of new broad band connection since three months back. Now neither he did it nor he is picking my phone. Pls look into the matterr

I have submitted my closure of landline form on 14.08.2018 for my phone number[protected] with my cancelled cheque of ICICI bank.
BSNL officials at Nari Branch Nagpur told me that deposit amount will be refunded in 2 or 3 months, but I did not get any amount credited to my ICICI bank account. Even after so many visits, the problem not get solved.
This will really create bad image to BSNl and customer dissatisfaction towards BSNL.
Hence BSNL has to be sued for total deposit amount along with interest.

Mobile internet is very slow after recharging of another sim
No 3g connectivity after recharge to jio sim

I am having a prepaid connection from last 6 months which I have ported in from Airtel earlier in April 2021. I found service outrage so I want to port out from BSNL, which. I am trying from last 2 months but I m unable due to baring of outgoing SMS by BSNL i have tried all possible things to fix the concern like update the smsc no. raised complaint visited their respective office but still situation is as same as earlier I am still unable to send messages.

Please help me on the concern

Sir Maine 07 Oct 21 ko poor bil Jama Karne ke baad apna SIM postpaid se prepaid karwaya.aur tab se network Chala gya.aur aaj tak network nhi Aaya .pls do the needful.mob no [protected]

I am trying to PORT my BSNL mobile number [protected] to another operator. But the SMS port message to 1900 is not being sent. Every time it fails where as message to other numbers are going irrespective of the operator.

Dear sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that my office land line phone and internet connection is not work (Land line no:[protected] past one month . I have raised the Complaint but still not resolved till date. We are very disappointment for BSNL team services.

We requesting you to resolve the complaint at the earliest.
If not resolve Three working day no compromise to continue to BSNL Connection.

My bsnl (Punjab) sim is not showing any network in Assam for last 04 days. Before that it was working fine. Facing great difficulties.

My prepaid sim card having number [protected] is not working since 8 Oct 21.

I did top up for ₹130+₹130 through SBI mobile net banking to my mobile no. [protected] on 9/10/2021.The amount has not yet been credited in my bsnl account. Transaction no. UHCO793598 andYHCO793007, kindly do the needful to get this amount credited in my bsnl account

I have tried n number of times to port my number from bsnl to other operator but i have not received UPC code.
From yesterday i have send several messages from my phone. Every time BSNL deduct Rs.1.20/- from my account. But UPC code not yet received.
When sending message, after 3 minutes a message shows your request is delayed. Then after 5 minutes a message shows your request could not be processed.
I have tried n number of times. Every time they deduct Rs.1.20/-. But PORT UPC code not yet received.
I have talked to the customer care also. They simply say "technical issue, please wait". Please take some action

I have tried n number of times to port my number from bsnl to other operator but i have received message failed, i have all recharge and top validity

I'm unable to raise the request for generating UPC code to port out.
It's showing error code 38 when I try to send the message.
Meanwhile I'm able to send sms to other mobile numbers

Bsnl sim is not showing any network
No connection for call or other things
I tried to optout the sim and fixed again but no connection.
