Hi,
I have been trying to send SMS for Porting my BSNL number to some other mobile service provider, but I am not able to send the SMS. Whereas I am able to send SMS to all other numbers but not to 1900(Porting number).
I have complained many times to BSNL customer care, but they are misbehaving and ignoring the complaint. Can anybody help me, how can I send SMS to 1900 for Porting my number? I really need help. Whom can I escalate...

We have selected BBG COMBO ULD 1000 plan, took pprintout of the plan, collected Blank application from BSNL Customer Service Centre at Karve Road Tel. Exchange, Pune 4. DEAD LANDLINE
My landline No:[protected] is not working for the last 2 days, i already complained in the telephone exchange(pookottum padam , Malappuram (dt)), and also to 198 many times, but not yet take any action from their part. I registered for the new telephone connection and the broadband on 29th of March 2010. But the connection was done on 22nd May 2010 after I twice paid visit to the exchange for the same.

Then a person from "Nidagal Marammadevi Prasanna" selling agent from BSNL came and collected the documents and installation fees. An there after i have not received a single call regarding this.
