Hi,

I have a BSNL Prepaid Connection with No. [protected]

I was having a Special Apple Ipad 3G monthly plan of Rs.999 with Unlimited Downloads

This month when it expired in as usual went to their online recharge website portal.bsnl.com

But this time i did not saw the Ipad plan there, so i called BSNL helpdesk and they told me that

My landline no.[protected], is out of order since September 21, 2011. Inspite of lodging the complaint on the same day (Complaint No.:I-9667) and meeting several responsible officers, the line is yet to be restored, causing immense problem.
Please look into the matter, so that it is solved immediately....

cheating in charging sms

Since I am regular taking BSNL 5 paisa per sms plan at Rs. 13/ per month charge but BSNL service provider charged Rs.0.50 paisa per SMS on Diwali festival and on next day of Diwali , (almost 10 times more ) and no prior information given for the same. Thus BSNL charged more in sending SMS on Diwali day and next day of diwali (26/10/2011 and 27/10/2011)....

POOR CUSTOMER CARE

FROM 31 OCT 2011 MY POSTPAID CONNECTION [protected] IS NOT ABLE TO SEND MESSAGES. COMPLAINT NO. OF 2 NOV MORNING 1108109.
CUSTOMER CARE STAFF NAMED SHANTANU ON 2 NOV 2011 ACTED RUDELY AND FAILED TO CONNECT TO THE SENIOR STAFF. OTHER STAFF ALSO KEPT THE LINE FOR HOLD FOR MINUTE... ALMOST HALF AN HOUR BUT DID NOT CONNECT TO THE SENIOR OFFICERS.

THIS IS A ROUTINE AFFAIR WITH THE CUSTOMER CARE OF BSNL....

The connection was obtained after submission of required application, identity proof (copy of PAN Card) and residential proof (copy of BSNL Landline Bill). Unnecessary recharge amount deduction

My BSNL 3G prepaid number is [protected]. It had validity time till 30/05/2012. I recharged BSNL 3G with Rs. 400 on 1.11.2011 and expecting a full talk time and of course a validity extension. But I got messages in my BSNL 3G inbox which shows that neither my balance has been increased by 400 nor my validity period has extended.

Faulty BSNL Landline Phone
