Dear Sir / Madam,
I had a Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) Landline telephone connection, Account No: [protected] (telephone no.[protected]. I have surrendered the instrument to BSNL (Bangalore East II, Indiranagar Telephone Exchange Building, Feet Road, 80 ft Road, HAL II Stage, Bangalore-560038) on 30.04.2019.

A form was then filled where my bank account was mentioned to transfer the security deposit amount by BSNL. A final settlement invoice was released by BSNL on 01.08.2019 (Invoice No: SDCKA[protected]), where an amount of AMOUNT PAYABLE: Rs. -3464.00 was indicated. I have visited BSNL Indiranagar Telephone Exchange several times, got confirmation of correctness of my bank account details and each time I was told that amount in my Bank Account will be credited in 1-2 months’ time. Two years are over, I am yet to receive the refund from BSNL.

I request the concern authorities to look into and refund my security deposit amount.

    My BSNL sim isn't showing Network since last week, handset is ok. In my area all BSNL sim function well I can not understand why this is happening.
    My phone number [protected] .
    Please resolve my issue because it is my oldest and First sim of my life and also connected with Aadhar card.

      I have visited my Satnagar Bsnl office and check voltage. and all phases are
      270 to 274 volt.and its very high for our systems.so pl do need ful as early as possible.

        Broadband not working, local sdo was not able to resolve the issue, asked us to call district office. After following up for 4-5 days, district office asked us to call Engineer. Engineer mentioned line is at fault and repair work will take time. But now it's more than a month, issue haven't resolved yet.

          We switched to optic fibre of bsnl services. Earlier the landline no. Was different.
          After the initial service was started the new landline number was given to me.
          I paid my bill with same account number as before but with new landline number from Paytm application. But still the service hasn't resumed. Then i realised there is a new account number also provided with new landline number..., so i want my refund back of bill rs.695.
          Or the services should be resumed as soon as possible for the paid bill.

            There is a telephone pole in front of our plot in vikas nagar 3/451, lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. We wanted to get it removed from there as soon as possible because it will create problem in construction of house.

                I get a message from the number that I have not submitted my details so my nunber will be blocked in 24hrs.
                I get a call from that given number as i tried to contact them. He was asking and forcing me continously to open my play store and download an App "QS". I asked him the whole procedure but he was just asking me to open the play store as he will guide me on phone.The guy was not sounding like a customer care person and the sound of trafic was coming continously so i asked him whether he was from BSNL or a fraud guy. He started abusing me so badly and disconnected the call.
                After that I tried to contact BSNL customer care but unable to have a talk so I here.
                Please take appropriate actions as I am sending you the screenshot of the messages.

                  I ported my sim to bsnl service on 24/08/2021. After 3 days It showed signal and then I call 1507 for televerification process but this 1507 number is constantly saying busy. It has been 3-4 days but this verification number is not working. If your service is not as easy as to enable a sim card then how could you even resolve other queries. Didn't I do a mistake to port in it!!!

                      This is Shalini here..I had been to BSNL Office belgaum camp branch for porting on Thursday.
                      They changed for 250 rupees and informed number will be activated after 4 to 5 days..
                      Still not activated and unable to track status.
                      I called to BSNL customer care and they wer unable to fins status.
                      Kindly check and let me know status.

                        The bsnl has blocked my messages to 1900 . I wanted to port my one of sim to another so i send port message to 1900 the message showed an error so i tried 10-12 times then i contacted customer care firstly they said server error try after 24 hours and after that they said to recharge of 147 rs to send the message they said till you dont recharge 147 plan your message will not be send to trai.i already have a working plan with validity till 2022 .and main account balance for sending service message to 1900.Why should i recharge with 147 just to send one message? Please take this issue as a a manipulated loot by bsnl and take disciplinary actions against them, there is so many customers facing this issue .

                          Actually I have 2 bsnl numbers but unfortunately data network is a burden to me, , so I'm trying to change one number to other networks, but message is not going to 1900. So I couldn't get UPC, , BSNL is not increasing their data network and stopping me to go for another network. Depressed

                            My complaint is that internet service has verry bad in area at small flats housing bord Dhanas Chandigarh. A day to Connect wifi I have to click on wifi 80 or above 100 times to connect.
                            It took lof of time to connect wifi on my mobile due to verry bad service lot of time was waisted.
                            Request is solve bad internet service. Neither I have to disconnect my broadband connection.

I also contact to Paytm for reverse the transaction but they told me to contact your operators. My operator Is Bsnl . I want reverse recharge transaction Please do the needful.

                                        I am attempting to get a porting code for my number [protected]. I have an active pack and sufficient balance. I am unable to send the message itself since it says that message can't be sent.

                                        I contacted customer care at 1503 who said that I need to recharge with a 147 pack to send porting request. I don't see why this is needed.

                                        Please fix this issue immediately. On an active pack I would need to be able to send whatever messages I need.

                                        Kindly look into this.
