      Can’t send port message to 1900 even with the balance in the account. I can send message to other number but cannot send it to 1900. When I called customer care they have rashly replied recharge with 147 to send message to 1900. Why should I spend 147 to leave a service. I have audio proof on the same too.

        Hello,

        I have taken BSNL fiber from June 2021 but the service is not good and I decided to discontinue the service. At the time of installation, they told that the amount is refundable whenever you return the router.

        But, this time they are refunding 50% of the Amount. I want my full amount back.

        And, for the security deposit amount refund they are telling to submit another application to another BSNL office.

        Please look into this matter and do the needful.

          I am trying to port my bsnl number to other telecom operator...But after doing the necessary porting instructions bsnl coming with message
          Your request for UPC has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed.

          Then after some time it is showing
          Request for UPC for your mobile no. xxxxx could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

          I tried to contact their customer care but no help... kindly resolve this case..

            I am a bsnl prepaid sim user and want to port it into other service provider due to bad customer service of BSNL. But i am unable to send PORT(my number) to 1900 even after several tries. Many users are experiencing same issue.
            Kindly take action regarding same.

              I recharged my BSNL connected mobile ([protected]) with Rs 198, valid for 50 days. I was charged Rs 6 as GST (unusual charge now). But still I could not make a call from mobile, why?

                I am Sairam Kavatavarapu. I've taken new broadband connection in July 2021. BSNL team was wrongly entered my name as Sriram instead of Sairam. I follow up them for name connection from last one month but my name not yet changed. I am unable to claim the bill due to this typo error.

                  Sir, my Landline/broadband no. is[protected] and account no. is [protected]. I had paid my broadband bill of Rs. 695/- on 09 Aug 21 via SBI internet banking. The transaction was done and the said amount was debited from my bank account but till date the bill in the BSNL account had not got cleared.
                  I also received the message from sbi that the amount of Rs. 695 has been paid to bsnl via. SBI Ref no. IGALSDCKL9 on 09Aug21. Still the payment has not been received by bsnl. Kindly do the needful.

                    BSNL has blocked sending sms to 1900 for porting out to other operator.
                    I tried n failed 20-30 times re-sending a port out sms to 1900 from my BSNL Number. When contacted BSNL customer care they adviced me to recharge Rs 147/- plan or above to send sms to 1900. This so disgusting to hear that BSNL is playing such tricks to earn money by forcing their customers. Even After my Number being valid and having sufficient main balance they have blocked sending sms to 1900 to port out. So Disgusting. TRAI must take action against it sooner and punish them for such malpractice.

                      I have BSNL PREPAID NO. [protected] in Punjab State.

                      Due to third class service of BSNL I wanted to port out of BSNL dated 16.8.2021 but no porting message was sent

                      After contacting BSNL customer care, I came to know that I have to recharge my number Rs147/- for
                      Porting out of it.

                      Please let me what kind of policy this is?It is a sheer. Blackmailing from the BSNL.

                              I tried to port my number [protected] from bsnl to other carrier. But the sms is not sending. I recharged with 147 plan and also with ₹10 balance. I tried to contact them many times . They are not resolving my problem. This is problem with many customers. This is very bed behaviour.

                                  The bsnl has blocked my messages to 1900 . I have more than 2 of BSNL connection in my name and I wanted to port my one of sim to jio so i send port message to 1900 the message showed an error so i tried 10-12 times then i contacted customer care firstly they said server error try after 24 hours and after that they said to recharge of 147 rs to send the message they said till you dont recharge 147 plan your message will not be send to trai....

                                  I have received SMS from Cell Number-[protected] about KYC Updation and after making call on Mobile Number [protected], the fraudster asked me to open Google Play Store and activate the SIM KYC. The concerned fraudster was asking me to complete the procedure at the earliest. I have denied it and told him that I will do it later on.
                                  Later, it came to my Notice that it could be a fraud as I searched on internet.
                                  The screenshot of the SMS is attached herewith.
                                  I request herewith to take the necessary steps against the fraudster as they can defraud the other persons also by getting the details of Bank A/c.

                                    The bsnl has blocked my messages to 1900 . I wanted to port my sim to vi so i send i message to 1900 the message showed an error so i tried 10-12 times then i contacted customer care they demanded 147 rs to send the message they said till you dont recharge 147 plan your message will not be send to trai. Then i contacted bsnl on Twitter the thet didn't reply . Please convey this message to bsnl that i won't be recharging any plan and i wanted that the my messages to 1900 should be unblocked immediately .                                       I want to PORT my bsnl number [protected] but the port message was not being sent and always ended up failing. I have been calling customer care since past few days when the call finally connected today, the rude employee asked me to recharge for 147 first and then only i will be able to send the PORT message. I have sufficient validity in my phone via the recharge of 75 and 14-15 rupees as main balance. Why should i recharge with 147 just to send one message? What kind of loot is that. Strict action should be taken against these companies.
