I have a bsnl prepaid card and i want to port my number i have active 24 days unlimited plan and have main balance 10 rup. Topup also but stil my port massage is reject massage not send on 1900 number what should i do?

        Sir/Madam,
        I had made a recharge Re 998/- for internet facility in my mobile no:[protected] on dated 24.12.2020. At the time of recharge, as per my knowledge is concerned the validity was promised for 365 days. But unfortunately, after 20.08.2021 the internet facility has been totally stopped.
        I just could not understand why the internet facility has been stopped. I have tried to communicate it to customer care but have failed to make communication with them after several attempts.
        Under this circumstance, I have no other alternative open but to communicate with you regarding this issue so that I may get the full validity benefit of the recharge value 998/-.

          I am unable to send port message from my bsnl number to 1900.
          I am trying this for a week now, my balance well above 50 rupees, but I couldn't send message to 1900.
          BSNL is blocking me from porting my number.

            Dear Authority,
            This is to inform you that there is a BSNL telephone pole in front of my house which is of no use . This is causing a lot of parking problem of my vehicle . So I request you to remove or relocate this telephone pole from the front of my house .

              I was trying to send port sms, but bsnl has blocked messaging to trai. I have recharged and ₹30 balance is there . I have tried to send msg to my other number and it was sent. BSNL customer service is just for name, even after 5mins of waiting no one picked so have to hang up.

                      There has one agent of BSNL Ajay Srivastava, Saraiya, Muzaffarpur BSNL

                      He has taken money for install broadband to home but he has not done. He is not refunding amount same answer giving in 2 hours i am sending from 3 month escalate to SDO of BSNL but still not refund .
                      How BSNL hire these type of fraud agent for service. every month i am getting bil without installed, i asked multiple time he told me it will close soon .

                            Can’t send port message to 1900 even with the balance in the account. I can send message to other number but cannot send it to 1900. When I called customer care they have rashly replied recharge with 147 to send message to 1900. Why should I spend 147 to leave a service. I have audio proof on the same too.

                              Hello,

                              I have taken BSNL fiber from June 2021 but the service is not good and I decided to discontinue the service. At the time of installation, they told that the amount is refundable whenever you return the router.

                              But, this time they are refunding 50% of the Amount. I want my full amount back.

                              And, for the security deposit amount refund they are telling to submit another application to another BSNL office.

                              Please look into this matter and do the needful.

                                I am trying to port my bsnl number to other telecom operator...But after doing the necessary porting instructions bsnl coming with message
                                Your request for UPC has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed.

                                Then after some time it is showing
                                Request for UPC for your mobile no. xxxxx could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

                                I tried to contact their customer care but no help... kindly resolve this case..

                                  I am a bsnl prepaid sim user and want to port it into other service provider due to bad customer service of BSNL. But i am unable to send PORT(my number) to 1900 even after several tries. Many users are experiencing same issue.

                                    I recharged my BSNL connected mobile ([protected]) with Rs 198, valid for 50 days. I was charged Rs 6 as GST (unusual charge now). But still I could not make a call from mobile, why?

                                      I am Sairam Kavatavarapu. I've taken new broadband connection in July 2021. BSNL team was wrongly entered my name as Sriram instead of Sairam. I follow up them for name connection from last one month but my name not yet changed. I am unable to claim the bill due to this typo error.

                                        Sir, my Landline/broadband no. is[protected] and account no. is [protected]. I had paid my broadband bill of Rs. 695/- on 09 Aug 21 via SBI internet banking. The transaction was done and the said amount was debited from my bank account but till date the bill in the BSNL account had not got cleared.
                                        I also received the message from sbi that the amount of Rs. 695 has been paid to bsnl via. SBI Ref no. IGALSDCKL9 on 09Aug21. Still the payment has not been received by bsnl. Kindly do the needful.
