Sir! I have recharged my mobile but I am not able to send messages as this is creating a lots of problems! Even I filed a complaint but no actions yet!🙃

      Hi ConsumerCourt,

      I had planned to port my BSNL prepaid number([protected]) to Another operator.
      Thus I sent PORT to 1900. (10Jun)
      Even after 5-6 messages I couldn't get UPC code till now.

      I need this urgently.

        My prepaid sim card is not working. My hand set is okay. My number is [protected]. No network signal appears on the hand set screen. Other sim cards are perfectly working in the same particular hand set.My sim card when used in a different hand set the same result received.Other BSNL sim cards used in same location work perfectly. Please help.

          Hi,
          I have tried multiple times to send PORT message to 1900 from my BSNL number [protected]. Spoke to customer care also but no solutions. I think BSNL has purposely blocked the SMS to 1900 as I am able to send messages to any other numbers.
          Request direct BSNL to resolve the issue at the earliest

                  This was regarding the bsnl prepaid broadband service, I am happy and prospective subscriber using prepaid broadband services at both kolkata and chennai. It was perfectly working fine and it stopped working from 17- Jul-2021. I have tried to contact the prepaid broadband team at bangalore by calling to their landline number., No one answers the call. And I had dropped mail also but there was no reply from the prepaid broadband team and issue still remains the same. There was other teams from bsnl who contacted me and got the relevant details to debug the issue. But still there was no progress from bsnl prepaid broadband team. Can someone from prepaid broadband team resolve the issue?

                  My kolkata prepaid broadband amount of rs 2346 was refunded to my bank account. BSNL prepaid broadband has been stopped now totally.

                    I have above BSNL landline number in Kolkata Circle.
                    It is dead for more than 2 years.
                    No action after several complaints.
                    Now-a-days, their complaint cell has also become unresponsive/non-existent.
                    But, bill is being generated every 2 months, and since I have ECS mode of bill payment, same is getting deducted from my bank account.
                    I want my connection to stop and my ECS to be revoked.

                      I have paid the bill amount for landline on 23/07/21.On my BSNL APP, it shows transaction as status "SUCCESS". But on website there is still shows payable amount.also they barred our outgoing facility and network connection.Here some of the details regards the problem:

                          Date of Incident: 17/07/2021

                          I noticed that a two-time payment has been made
                          for the bsnl landline bill payment. In total, Rs.2232
                          has been paid from my account instead of the Rs. 1116
                          in my bill. For one of these payments, the bill is attached.
                          The other one is shown in my bank statement but I did only get a failure message in the bsnl website.

                          Desirable solution: a full refund

                            I have a BSNL pole in front of my house which is causing trouble in parking my car.
                            The pole is dead as per my knowledge.

                              BSNL officials either take note of the complaints or being closed straight away without resolving or replying. Just payment not only releasing but behaves as if the refundable amount their own property. This is very dangerous for the survival of democracy in India. Pay my money back

                                I recharged my prepaid mobile with Rs.429/- on 21/07/2021. but till now it has not reflected in my number. I provide the details below:

                                I got confirmation mail of successful recharge from Mobikwik on 22/07/2021. The amount has been transferred from Indian Bank.
                                As my previous plan expires today kindly check at your end and do the needful so that I can get the service without break.

                                  Iam holding pre-paid bsnl connection since 1 year.
                                  Iam facing problem to send SMS to 1900 from my bsnl mobile,
                                  PORT .
                                  eventhough the number is having sufficient balance amount,
                                  For your kind information, iam able to send SMS messges to other colleagues seamlessly without facing any problem. Only problem is being faced with sending message to 1900

                                  Kindly request you to look into this matter urgently...iam facing severe bsnl coverage issues at my location when in pressing need...
