Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] Complaints & Reviews

I had a Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) Landline telephone connection, Account No: [protected] (telephone no.[protected]. I have surrendered the convention and instrument to BSNL (Bangalore East II, Indiranagar Telephone Exchange Building, Feet Road, 80 ft Road, HAL II Stage, Bangalore-560038) on 30.04.2019.

A form was then filled where my bank account was mentioned where security deposit amount was to be credited by BSNL. A final settlement invoice was released by BSNL on 01.08.2019 (Invoice No: SDCKA[protected]), where an amount of AMOUNT PAYABLE: Rs. -3464.00 was indicated. I have visited BSNL Indiranagar Telephone Exchange several times, got confirmation of correctness of my bank account details and each time I was told that amount in my Bank Account will be credited in 1-2 months’ time. Two years are over, I am yet to receive the refund from BSNL.

I request the concern authorities to look into and refund my security deposit amount.

I have a bsnl sim but with bsnl sim I can't send messages while receiving sms is ok. The message appeared after sms sending failed is "can't send sms with bsnl, error 41.

My bsnl sim is from gujarat as I was working there. Now after covid
I shifted to Jaipur, Rajasthan. But from last 10 days it stopped working . I even complain 3 times but customer care says that it is activated. He even told me to get new sim. I went to customer service center but they told I cannot get sim from rajasthan as it is from Gujarat. I cannot go to Gujarat just to get a SIM. Please solve me issue. My bsnl no is [protected]...

My granddaughter is getting email bills for a BSL connection No: [protected] from BSNL Bangalore though no such connection was or is in service.
This is great nuisance that there is no way this could be stopped

The BSNL is requested to send the bills to the correct user of the service connection.

Broadband services of BSNL are very poor. We have complained about the issue a number of times but it again deteriorates back within hours. The situation does not improve at all.

Even when we have PAYED FOR THE FULL YEAR IN ADVANCE still we are getting such UNSTABLE and SLOW network connection.

The internet speed is totally messed up. We have subscribed for nice standard pack but the numbers visible in the services provided column are way much different than we actually get.
Kids' online classes also get tremendously affected due to poor and unstable internet connection.
We are not getting the services that we are diligently paying for.
So we kindly request you to fix the issue permanently or return our money back.

In last 3 days land line was not working. But problem not solve and no one come for check, Really Third class Service of bsnl. ill try to hear local person of jubulee exchange of rajkot Mobile number [protected], after many time this person reply and give other number [protected] and told to contact him, ill many time try to call but never reply from both number. my land line number are[protected] and 2228245.

BSNL — trying MNP BSNL to another operator : not getting UPC after msg to 1900 my no is [protected]

Sir! I have recharged my mobile but I am not able to send messages as this is creating a lots of problems! Even I filed a complaint but no actions yet!🙃

Imaine New sim li hai jisme 2month ke liye data or calls free di hue hai lekin ye work nahi kr raha hai or jb complaint ke liye call kr rahe hai to call receive hi nahi ki ja rahi pls help me

I had planned to port my BSNL prepaid number([protected]) to Another operator.
Thus I sent PORT to 1900. (10Jun)
Even after 5-6 messages I couldn't get UPC code till now.

I need this urgently.

My prepaid sim card is not working. My hand set is okay. My number is [protected]. No network signal appears on the hand set screen. Other sim cards are perfectly working in the same particular hand set.My sim card when used in a different hand set the same result received.Other BSNL sim cards used in same location work perfectly. I have tried multiple times to send PORT message to 1900 from my BSNL number [protected]. Spoke to customer care also but no solutions. I think BSNL has purposely blocked the SMS to 1900 as I am able to send messages to any other numbers.
Request direct BSNL to resolve the issue at the earliest

It’s been a month since I have submitted all documents, paid the necessary amount and applied for a landline connection and still waiting for it to arrive.

I have many times call costumer care but there is no response about recharge. Many times they declined the call.please help me

Worst network bsnl solve my worst network problem

This was regarding the bsnl prepaid broadband service, I am happy and prospective subscriber using prepaid broadband services at both kolkata and chennai. It was perfectly working fine and it stopped working from 17- Jul-2021. I have tried to contact the prepaid broadband team at bangalore by calling to their landline number., No one answers the call. And I had dropped mail also but there was no reply from the prepaid broadband team and issue still remains the same. There was other teams from bsnl who contacted me and got the relevant details to debug the issue. But still there was no progress from bsnl prepaid broadband team. Can someone from prepaid broadband team resolve the issue?

I have above BSNL landline number in Kolkata Circle.
It is dead for more than 2 years.
No action after several complaints.
Now-a-days, their complaint cell has also become unresponsive/non-existent.
But, bill is being generated every 2 months, and since I have ECS mode of bill payment, same is getting deducted from my bank account.
I want my connection to stop and my ECS to be revoked.

I have paid the bill amount for landline on 23/07/21.On my BSNL APP, it shows transaction as status "SUCCESS". But on website there is still shows payable amount.also they barred our outgoing facility and network connection.Here some of the details regards the problem:
