Iam holding pre-paid bsnl connection since 1 year.
Iam facing problem to send SMS to 1900 from my bsnl mobile,
PORT .
eventhough the number is having sufficient balance amount,
For your kind information, iam able to send SMS messges to other colleagues seamlessly without facing any problem. Only problem is being faced with sending message to 1900

Kindly request you to look into this matter urgently...iam...

Please note that even after many sms to 1900 to port out my prepaid mobile UPC code not generated .
Here is the proof.
Request for UPC for your mobile no. [protected] could not be processed. Please retry after some.
Many times i sent sms to 1900 to port out but I didn't get UPC code.
Kindly look I to my grivence and help me to get UPC code.

Please note that UPC code for my BSNL prepaid sim [protected] is not generated after many attempts.

Net speed is becoming slow day by day not even coming 50kb/s, so its better to increase the net speed for us and please provide the net while on phone call....

When i send port msg to 1900... i received " your request for UPC has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed." after some times i get another one which is " Request for UPC for your mobile no. [protected] could not be processed. Please retry after sometime."

When ever i send PORT 73******72 To 1900
they send "Request for UPC for your mobile no.73******72 could not be processed. please retry after some time."...

I port my Sim 10 days ago but still I am not able to recieve or call anyone networks are full but no incoming and outgoing activated yet.kindly resolve the issue Mobile no. Is [protected]....

Hello,
I have paid bsnl landline bill (of telephone no. [protected] for the month of july 2021) on 17 july 2021 by using online bill pay facility from bsnl portal.
money was deducted from my bank account but the portal showed error and did not update it as paid. the portal still shows the bill as unpaid and no confirmation sms has come through.
requesting you now to provide information as to how to go about correcting...

We have Landline[protected] as well as BroadBand in our home. Facing broadband issues like connection intermittent or slow speed most of the time. Raised complaint a month back and they told it is resolved.
Facing the same issues again now. Need to permanent solution. cant raise complaint every time. please do the needful....

Bharat Fiber broadband is installed at my house for which the rental is 777 and 18% gst is charged separately. Within last 48 hours local vendors of bsnl are not able to provide net to me due to which I am facing lot of problem in working. And he is abusive. If this situation persists then I will not be able to work its a very bad experience frm bsnl really a disappointment...
