    Date of Incident: 17/07/2021

    I noticed that a two-time payment has been made
    for the bsnl landline bill payment. In total, Rs.2232
    has been paid from my account instead of the Rs. 1116
    in my bill. For one of these payments, the bill is attached.
    The other one is shown in my bank statement but I did only get a failure message in the bsnl website.

    Desirable solution: a full refund

      Respected Sir,

      I have a BSNL pole in front of my house which is causing trouble in parking my car.
      The pole is dead as per my knowledge.
      Request you to kindly remove or shift the pole at the earliest.

        Phone surrendered on 18/12/2020.
        Credit Invoice No.WDCGJ[protected] dated 29/01/2021 of Rs.3249.18 issued to me.
        Due date for payment was 16/02/2021
        Continued follow up with Commercial Officer, Accounts Officer.
        Bank account details provided on 16/02/2021
        Refund Order RE[protected] dated 30/01/2021 for INR3249/- purported to have passed by AOTR that is internal matter of. BSNL.
        PAYMENT ALONG WITH OVERDUE INTEREST @10% PER ANNU AS PER TRAI REAI RULES NOT RECEIVED.

        BSNL officials either take note of the complaints or being closed straight away without resolving or replying. Just payment not only releasing but behaves as if the refundable amount their own property. This is very dangerous for the survival of democracy in India. Pay my money back

          I recharged my prepaid mobile with Rs.429/- on 21/07/2021. but till now it has not reflected in my number. I provide the details below:

          I got confirmation mail of successful recharge from Mobikwik on 22/07/2021. The amount has been transferred from Indian Bank.
          As my previous plan expires today kindly check at your end and do the needful so that I can get the service without break.

            Iam holding pre-paid bsnl connection since 1 year.
            Iam facing problem to send SMS to 1900 from my bsnl mobile,
            PORT .
            eventhough the number is having sufficient balance amount,
            For your kind information, iam able to send SMS messges to other colleagues seamlessly without facing any problem. Only problem is being faced with sending message to 1900

            Kindly request you to look into this matter urgently...iam facing severe bsnl coverage issues at my location when in pressing need...

              Many times i sent sms to 1900 to port out but I didn't get UPC code.
              Kindly look I to my grivence and help me to get UPC code.

                Please note that UPC code for my BSNL prepaid sim [protected] is not generated after many attempts.
                Here is the proof.
                Request for UPC for your mobile no. [protected] could not be processed. Please retry after some time.
                I am tired of sending so many sms to 1900 to port out but still no response.

                    When i send port msg to 1900... i received " your request for UPC has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed." after some times i get another one which is " Request for UPC for your mobile no. [protected] could not be processed. Please retry after sometime."

                                      Hello,
                                      I have paid bsnl landline bill (of telephone no. [protected] for the month of july 2021) on 17 july 2021 by using online bill pay facility from bsnl portal.
                                      money was deducted from my bank account but the portal showed error and did not update it as paid. the portal still shows the bill as unpaid and no confirmation sms has come through.
                                      requesting you now to provide information as to how to go about correcting this.
