I couldn't port my sin from BSNL as UPC request is not completing even after 8 tries.

Getting below response every time.

    I tried porting my no they are not sending me prot unique 4 digit no .first they send me this after this.

          I cannot get UPC for my mobile number after sending port request. All I'm getting is

          I Tried calling the customer care. 1st time they said to wait and try after 2 hours, 2nd time they directly said to wait for 24 hours, if I call the 3rd time I think it will go to a week.

              I have placed a request for porting my BSNL sim to another network. For this process, I have sent a message PORT 94xxxxxxxx to 1900.
              I got two messages:
              1.Request for UPC has been delayed.
              2.Request for UPC for your mobile number could not be processed. Please retry after sometime.

              I have tried multiple times but getting the same messages every time.

              Please look into this issue asap.

                      UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There is an active request for the change of ownership / reverification process ongoing for this number. Please contact your service provider for further BSNL not providing the UPC CODE I have contacted many times but BSNL not solving my problem and they are makeing fool by saying wait for 24 hr.

                              Reporting this from Shimoga. I've been using BSNL Bharat fiber broadband. from last couple of years, and the service has been mostly disappointing.

                              I've faced connection downtime multiple times. Once it goes down it takes hours to recover. And this is happening during peak usage hours. As first measure I try to call the guy who installed the connection, but he usually never picks up to address the issue 😐

                              Only way is to lodge complaint from bsnl portal - after this the issue mostly gets resolved but they take long time for this.

                              We chose to get bsnl connection as there no other option like Jio/airtel. It's just been really bad experience using BSNL broadband and I'm just regretting and adjusting with it. I'm sure this is the case with most of the other BSNL subscribers.

                              Dear BSNL team, if you get to read this, please you need to improve on your customer service a lot!

                                An unused bsnl telephone pole is existing at the entry point of the Mukkilappady to south field road at Ayilakkad, Edappal village and panchayat, Malappuram District, Kerala. Pin 679576. Now the road is being converted to 9ft Concrete road by the state govt fund. It is requested to remove / shift to suitable place away from the entrance for facilitating the construction.
