Sir,

We have surrendered BSNL landline[protected] in Sriperumbudur BSNL exchange almost year ago. After our surrender request our landline connection has been disconnected. But we yet to get our caution deposit. When we reached Sriperumbudur BSNL IN charge, we are not getting proper response. i kindly request to initiate the refund deposit with the required interest for the delay.

      I am trying to reach out to bsnl to get a new broadband ftth connection but all i am getting is Field Officer Mr.SAGAR ANAND and his contact number [protected]. he is not giving me ftth person mobile no. Instead he is giving me bsnl airwifi person number. And i contacted him also but he also din't gave me ftth person number. This is me is booking for 5th or 6th time and my new booking ID is APP[protected] . Please remove this person from bsnl and give me the concerned ftth person contact number. I am fed up with bsnl pathetic process.

          I had applied for new broadband connection one month back till now there is no response from the BSNL team. There are 2 to 3 connection needed near to my location but no response from them . If we go the the nearest bsnl exchange they are telling that we need at least 10 connections then only they will give the connections .

              My mobile set has no any issues as I have got one more sim card in it that works fine.
