BSNL is not providing proper internet connection. Internet getting disconnected every few days. Complained is raised but there is no resolution to it

I am trying to port my number [protected] through 1900. Rather than receiving UPC code I am getting a message "Your request for UPC has been delayed" then wih "Request for UPC number cannot be processed". while deducting charges for sms also.

I want to get UPC code inorder to port

I recharged 65rs for 1 month on bsnl, but my money was lost but recharge and I got a message on the recharge number that 65rs recharge successful, your validity will be till 22/07/2023, but IRecharged on 22/07/2023, that's why you solve my problem quickly.

I got my landline [protected] ( Connection name : Shyam Karnik), disconnected in 2017, after paying all the current bills. Disconnection of line was done.

After a period of 6 years, i.e in July 2023, they have sent a legal notice of pending 2450 INR.
No previous intimation was done in all these years.
Also they never refunded the security deposit of INR 2000.

Our landline connection was in Baikunthpur (497335), Chattishgarh.
We have shifted to lucknow for past 2 years after vacating our residence.
No one is residing at the said premises in chattishgarh.

Kindly look into the matter as it is causing mental and emotional harassment to my Father Shyam Karnik who is suffering from Parkinson's Disease and heart disease.

Hello sir, I have done a wrong recharge plan on my bsnl mobile number, I have tried to contact through the complaint massage number but couldn't able to send it. Please help me to reclaim the amount of my reachrge, by mistake I have done a useless special recharge plan please help me to get the money back .

I have made several request to 1900 for UPC port from my BSNL mobile number. Just after sending getting the text I’m getting “ Your request for UPC has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed.” and then getting another message "Request for UPC for your mobile no. 994666**** could not be processed. Please retry after some time". Nothing more than that and the sms charges are still deducted. I have called up BSNL customer care and they have informed me that there is nothing they can do about this from their end.

Not receiving UPC Number from BSNL. Looks like they are doing it intentionally. A message comes saying 'delayed' and later another message saying 'could not process, try again'. This is repetitive and is common among most of the customers. It is continuing since last 2 yrs and this is violation of the regulations from TRAI.

My internet connection has not been functioning since June 2023.
BSNL took twice the routine charges for the change of modem and despite of which the Internet is non functional. I have made several complaints to the customer care number with no response from the BSNL.
I request you to kindly book a formal complaint with the firm.

This is causing a lot of problem to me as children's and people are getting inside our house when we are not there and taking our fruits and vegetables from our gardens. I am trying to port my BSNL mobile number [protected] by trying to generate a UPC code. I am getting constant failure message saying that "request to generate UPC has failed and try again later".
Seeking your help to fix this issie by generating and sharing UPC code.

I was charged double the monthly Terri for changing the modem after which the BSNL service has been unavailable for most of June 2023. I have made several complaints online with only a few hours of service despite regular payment of monthly bill. I had got the BSNL WIFI connection on May, they charged me 5000/- for installation and informed me that the first month internet service will be free. In the month of June, I received the bill for both the months May and June the sum of 3267/- When I visited the BSNL office to check on the issue, they informed me that they do not have any relation with the Modem installation team who informed about the free service, and I will be charged for both the months. I did not pay the bill and the internet service was stopped on June. I have received the bill of rupees 5395/- for all the three months again for May, June and July. When I personally visited the BSNL office again I did not get proper explanation and asked me to contact the BSNL customer service for query, when contacted they did not have the proper explanation and they are asking me to visit the BSNL office. I am tossed back and forth without resolution or any kind of help with increasing bill without using the services.

I using my BSNL sim for the past 9 years. But now I want to port my BSNL number to another network since BSNL internet speeds are too slow. If I send port message to 1900 I get a reply saying "UPC cannot be generated as there is an active request for the change of ownership for this number.".
So kindly solve my issues ASAP.

Hi,

There is a pole in front of my house which is not being used from past 15 to 20years. The pole is causing serious mobility issue as the road is narrow and lately people have started hoisting huge muslim and hindu flags on the pole which is causing serious unrest in front of my house. It is also disrupting the communal harmony. Could you please get rid of the pole or please send a confirmation notice so we can remove it and transport it bsnl storage location in bengaluru.
