My number is [protected]. Took a new Prepaid connection yesterday on roamfree plan. I am unable to send sms to any number. Says Message not sent.im able to make calls, receive calls, receive sms. Please activate outgoing sms service. Tried in different handset, same problem. Unable to get connected to customer care...Keeps repeating same options...

I was using data.bsnl.in web portal to check my bb usage till few months back without any problems. Recently when bsnl has changed his web portal i am not able to check my usage though i gave correct password. i am able to login to data.bsnl.in, successfully, but the web page request to use some other site to know about usage. in this new web page it doesnt accept my passowrd. i have tried plenty of time 1504 bsnl help line, but no executive...

My name Chirag Dharwial, My Landline No is[protected]. I have Rs. 750 Unlimited internet Plan as wireless broadband. I am having some big issues from last 2-3 months with stable internet connection.

My internet disconnects itself after every 5-10 minutes. When I called Bsnl customer care & told them about problem, they said that it is server problem you have to face it till 10 PM, after that it will get stable.

My SIM validity has expired so to increase the validity I recharged my mobile online with STV 220 once but the recharge was unsuccessful and i got the message with reference no. [protected].Another time i tried to recharge with Plan continuation Nestham 180 days for validity extension. This time also recharge was failed with ref. no. [protected]. Both time the amount has been deducted from my account. The amount has not been refunded back...

I am using BSNL prepaid service. My mobile number is [protected]. On my number unexpected service has been started and 20 rupees are deducted every week on the name of live TV. My mobile handset does not support such functions. Many times we have called customer care and told to stop all of the services, they agreed but every week the same amount is being deducted. So we have stopped recharging the number from a month....

Hi ,

I was using the BSNL landline for a couple of years when I was staying in Loni Khurd (Tal Rahata , Dist Nagar). The number which i was owning was 272389 (std code 02422). I have disconnected the phone and submitted it back to BSNL office. I have completed all the formalities which are required during the disconnection of the phone. I was told by BSNL officers that I will be getting the deposit amount refunded in 6 months....

I am using prepaid mobile for last 2 years ([protected]).Suddenly, they barred my out going calls. I am in chandigarh form few month, doing job here, and using Roaming free plan. they even blocked the customer care call numbers also. And some time my SIM show as Invalid SIM. And when I try to contact customer care form chandigarh than call goes to Uttarakhand Customer instead o[censored]tterpradesh (Allahabad ) customer care.

Dear Madam/Sir,
It is my obligatory duty to inform you that my dependant father (Ratnakar Maharana) is a consurmer of BSNL, Cuttack (WLL Ph No.[protected] since Dec 2005. Till recently due to frequent network/customer service problems and massive uses of mobiles we surrendered the above mentioned phone to SDO, Banki, Cuttack on 15 Jul 2010....

Dear Sir,I am a student.....i reading in a collage as so far at my house........i useing a BSNL sim in punjab.... i don't call any other STD BSNL to BSNL number ......i have so many times calling customar care thay always tell me 24-48 hours your problem will be solve but nothing change of my number i have many days no comunicate at my home......so pls you have to do something for me as soon as u can........

My cellone sim card is not being detected. The problem is not with the handset as I tried using another sim card in it. I have been using this BSNL cellone sim card ([protected]) for the last 2 years and today it suddenly became inactive. Please rectify the problem with the service at the earliest.

Sir, My name is Sam Jayan.. My Phone number [protected].. i get a new connection in BSNL broadband(500 Combo Plan) before 2 weeks.. First 2 weeks.. its working good condition and getting a maximum speed.. bt friday morning the connection was losted.. i compliant that time.. some times after that was solved.. bt that time our network speed low and very less.. too many time will get a page opend..i am compliant second time.. but they will not...

My Landline device which bsnl provided is not working properly and has major problems. Now for the past one month its not working and we cant able to make calls too. I have made so many complaints regarding this device and to replace it. But the officials there saying to buy a new landline device and they cant provide it. Is BSNL wont provide laldline device or local officials r cheatig us not giving the device?...

I want to lodge a complaint against bsnl hp circle. BSNL provides a post paid mobile service to our organization in the name and style Project Tarang. My mobile no under that scheme was [protected] & my credit limit was 5000/. In the month of may and June I got surprise when I received a sms in which the latter informed me that my bill was outstanding of Rs. 62,000 ppr.The bsnl has neither made any sms when my bill reach near the credit...

I ported in my mobile number ([protected]) to BSNL on 1st week of june 2012.

Upon recharge( 1st after porting ) i got a message from BX-INBSNL indicating that my plan is changed from MNP_GENL_KTK to 2G_per_min_frc48_ktk and that the new plan is effective from Thursday June 14, 10:36:59 IST 2012.

The mobile got activated but I had singnal only for about 2 hours the same day and the signal was dead after that...
