For the past few weeks I was trying to connect with customer care for an over charging issue. I'm not able to connect with any of the customer care numbers 123, 198, 1503 or[protected]. Even if I connect using 123 and select option 9 to speak to customer care person, the call is getting disconnected. Looks like a serious issue. Please try to resolve the same soonest possible time. Since last 3 months, due to breakdown of tower(s), it is becoming quite irritating to use BSNL mobile as the signal is not received in home as well as at work-place right in the heart of Ponda city. Whenever approached, we get only one reply from the BSNL office that they can do nothing as the towers have failed. Is it beyond repairs, then shutdown the services and close Ponda exchange......

I have disconnect my brodband and leadline connection on the month of april 2014 my no which i disconect is 2645577 than i ask him for sequrity refund they told me while i disconecting connection that after 1 or 2 month the amount will came through cheque the ammount is rs 1450 950 for brodband sequrity and 500 for telephone conection security but till today no cheque came to me .....

We are facing BSNL NETWORK PROBLEM (NO NETWORK) From the last 3 day in Lumding(Assam), Banks, Govt. Sectors as well as Private Sector are fully depends on BSNL BROAD BAND and they cannot provide services to all their customers, No one customer can receive money through Cheque because of NO NETWORK SERVICE OF BSNL and this Problem is happening for last 6 to 7 Years. The amount got debited from IOB bank account(net banking) but in Bsnl portal it displays awaiting confirmation from bank and e-receipt is not generated. I am an old lady aged 70 years leaving with a mentally retarded son. My telephone Number[protected] is dead for the last one year although I am paying telephone bill regularly excepting last bill. I lodged complaint with telephone exchange which shows that my complaint is assigned to Telephone Engineer .

Thus I sent PORT <My no.> to 1900. (10Jun)
Even after 5-6 messages I couldn't get UPC code till now.

I am not receiving incoming call while i am in roaming, while calling, i am getting message "ye call nahi ki ja sakti" & some time the call become silent while calling.
As I talked with GMT Aligarh in April and he is already aware about my case because many times i met him, I am suffering with this problem more than 14 months & I am continuously coming to meet BSNL officers, customer care outlets...

I recharged this mobile no: [protected] with 100 rs (86 rs credited) and 135 rs( 400 min free call offer) on 11th this month , that time i got message also and next day i recharged with 22 rs for validity and after that i made 3-4 calls( total less than 15 min) and after that my balance shown 0.00 and i am not able to make any call also. last 4 days on-wards i try to contact customer care but no one picking call also.
