I have also tried to contact in BSNL customer care and asked what is the issue and when it will be resolved? but got reply that they don't know about issue and no timeline to resolve this issue.
I have tried generating UPC 4 times but every time getting below messages :
1. Your request for UPC has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed.
2. Request for UPC for your mobile no [protected] could not be processed . Please retry after some time.
I have tried to contact BSNL customer care and they are telling they do not know about the issue. More than 40 hrs have passed

I am a businessman in dewas and from around 20 years there has been a pole and wire box in front of my shop .It has now become a very serious problem to my business and I can't seem to get rid off I have several times complained about it to the concerned people but didn't seem to solve my problem I am much likely be obliged if you can remove it .

I have tried to generate UPC number 5 times, but every time getting below 2 messages

I have also tried to contact in BSNL customer care and asked what is the issue and when it will be resolved? but got reply that they don't know about issue and no timeline to resolve this issue.

I have contacted a BSNL Employee for Landline connection, after 5 days also we have not received connection at Narayanaguda, Hyderabad, So Again i have called to a person Mannan Ali BSNL Employee his cell :- [protected], he used a rash language to disconnect call & wait till engineer arrived, he is asking that " Did you have minimum common sense or not" said to disconnect call & wait.

Kindly please do needful & make them that it will not get repeated to any other,

For the past 2 months, cannot connect to Kattanam, Kerala exchange (0479) landline number from Jio or Airtel numbers. It always says, "All lines of this route are currently busy, please try later". BSNL Kattanam exchange has major issues keeping up with technology and service. I am trying to call Kattanam landline number [protected] from Jio mobile phone and Airtel Landline. Cannot connect at anytime for the past 2 months. BSNL needs to take a look.

I have just ported my BSNL SIM from Chennai to Kerala on 25th May 2023.
On 31st May 2023 My old sim got deactivated and new sim got activated after 2 hours with the prepaid Plan PV 108 which does not have SMS package. Due to this all my UPI apps stopped working. Hence I tried to top-up for 10 Rs, payment was successful but recharge failed. I repeated the process with 20 Rs denomination, that too failed after successful payment.
Inspite of my repeated complaint with customer care top up failed repeatedly. Because of this I am not able to do any digital transactions.

I didn't getting any internet in my position of Mvr College, some times calls and even bsnl network signal here at this address by you're Bull [censored] Bad Bsnl Network. If you're not interested to listen my words then come here i will prove to you about you're bsnl network strength here, if you're not interested yo provide the user friendly experience with your CUSTOMERs then what is the need o[censored]s to feed you, Please BAN the BSNL permanently from India no use to us by You BSNL. The world is running and working with latest technology of 7G, 6G Networks and in our India we are in 5G network but you guys are also not able to provide 3G services at rural areas that is the strength of you ### Bad Bsnl. I am still facing this issues from many month's by you're bsnl. What the heck is going on

Today I have recharged my mobile via Google pay of Rs. 107. But still it is pending at BSNL site and till now no recharge has been done. Kindly refund my money....
