I have been trying to PORT our mobile number [protected] from BSNL to other network, but ended up with error messages that UPC could not be generated for various reasons. I lastly, received message "UPC cannot be generated as there is an active request to change of ownership for this number", which was not initiated by me. I also received a messages saying " Dear customer, PORT request received from your mobile number...send SMS as CANCEL [protected]". I called customer care, they asked to go to the taluk's BSNL office, when i went there, they asked to go to head office the district (Coimbatore). There they asked to call 1503, there they asked to go to headoffice, coimbatore. Again in headoffice, they asked to recharge for 197 plan and then try, again no solution. They asked to come tomorrow(5/1/2024) and meet JE. The last date of my SMS to port is 4/1/2024. Kindly give a solution to generate UPC code for my mobile number.

    I am writing to seek guidance and assistance regarding the reactivation of my mobile number, which was originally obtained from Reliance and subsequently ported to Vodafone and then to BSNL.

    Here is a brief overview of the situation:

    I purchased my Reliance [protected] SIM in[protected].
    I later ported my number to Vodafone.
    Subsequently, I ported the same number to BSNL in April 2023.
    Unfortunately, due to non-recharging, my SIM was deactivated.
    Upon reaching out to the BSNL customer care portal, I was informed that my number was deactivated on November 26, 2023. The BSNL office advised waiting for 90 days and then visiting a Vodafone store to obtain the same number. However, upon visiting Vodafone, they directed me to contact Reliance Communication for assistance.

    I am currently residing in Bengaluru and have been unable to locate any Reliance Communication stores in the city. Therefore, I am seeking your assistance in understanding the appropriate process or contact point to reactivate my mobile number.

    I would appreciate any guidance or support you could provide in this matter. Thank you for your attention to this issue, and I look forward to your prompt assistance.

      Paid wifi bill twice

      Sir/Madam,

      Me Akshaya Anil paid my bsnl wifi bill amount of rs.530 on December 5 via google pay. Then when a notification from hdfc net banking app shows paybill reminder for the same bill of amount rs.530 on December 12th, I again paid it by mistake. I have to get refund my 530rs. So kindly resolve my this case and refund the amount....

      I go to BSNL website and click on Book-Fiber connection link
      And the site crashes.
      See the screenshot.
      I better stick with Airtel only.

        There is BSNL telephone pole right in front of our house. It is causing excessive problems and we are not able to use space outside our house. We neither use any connection nor any service related to the BSNL pole.

        It is a request to kindly relocate this pole to a place where it is suitable for the houses which use its connection. If no one is using its connection, then kindly remove the pole all together and resolve issue for us.

          This to bring to your notice that a complaint

          is posted on your website since March 30, 2022.
          That the compliant is regarding my client who is a officer of high repute with the Indian Air Force.
          That the matter has been quashed by a Lower Court in April 2022.
          However the same is visible on your website and appears in google search engine and is an attempt to malign my clients reputation.
          The same has been apprised to one Mr Rahul in your team.

          You are therefore requested to remove the same from the website, failing which we will be forced to take necessary legal action against the same.

            Removing BSNL telephone pole located in front of my house

            Invalid UPC request.

            Greetings,
            I have been trying to port my BSNL number to other network service provider. As the procedure follows, I messaged "PORT 9XXXXXXXXX"
            to 1900 a multiple times but it always gave me "Invalid UPC Request. Please send the UPC request in correct format." I have tried multiple times but it give the same reply. Also my BSNL SIM has a active recharge Rs 153 for unlimited calls. So I am eligible for it. Please resolve this...

            BSNL Landline is completely out of order for past 2 months

            I have raised multiple complaints about bsnl landline number is not working. Each time the issue is closed with a note Updated as per the CR 2065
            No one, I am paying monthly charges for no usage.

            There is BSNL telephone pole right in front of our entrance house . It is causing excessive problems while entering in our house and we are not able to park our vehicle also. We neither use any connection nor any service related to the BSNL pole.

                          Port id is not generated again and again i got the same message.
                          Still it works on 3G..
                          How can we manage innstupid 3G network !!

                            I have been using BSNL SIM for last 4 to 5 years without any problem. For last one year we are facing network problem and network coverage is totally non existent. We have changed the phone and updated with new bsnl sim but the problem is still the same.

                            We reported this problem to the customer care and nearest BSNL office but they told us to buy a new SIM or port the number to another network instead of solving the problem. We tried MNP by sending PORT 89********1 to 1900. But we have received a response that says "Your request for UPC has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed". After sometime "Request for UPC for your mobile number could not be processed. Please retry after some time" message received from BSNL.

                            We have initiated MNB several times but no response from BSNL. We have been facing this problem for almost a year and not even a single point signal is available. Please help me to solve this problem as soon as possible.

                              Please change the damaged BSNL pole in our street before it causes any accident. It is on the ways of school and the tution center. More than 50 students and the publics are using this road. Due to this pole students and their parents are scaring to cross it.please replace it.
