UPC code not receiving for porting

I have tried 4 times for porting my number from bsnl but not able to get UPC code. My balance is almost over for trying it out to send port message to 1900.i received below everytime.

Can't make calls even after recharging

Hi

I recharged with Rs 98 on[protected] and I got a message saying the recharge amount is Rs. 0.000 and the new balance is Rs.0.000 and the plan is valid till[protected]. But when I tried making a call it said I did not have enough balance. BSNL WIFI connection issue

I had got the BSNL WIFI connection on May, they charged me 5000/- for installation and informed me that the first month internet service will be free. Phone dead for 10 days

BSNL pole dismantle

It is easy to tell power lines apart from these types of lines - power lines are always higher up on the pole, they always have insulators, and they do not touch other lines. Cable and telephone lines are located further down the pole and are directly attached to power poles without insulators.

But we have too old and too dangerous telephone poles used for hanging high tension wires on the 80 Feet Road in front of our building...

My Landline#[protected] Outgoing has been blocked due to non payment of October 2022 bill RS. 388/- however my landline was dead due to cable issue for more than 15 to 20 days during the month of October 2022. I have already escalated multiple emails regarding this to BSNL and they have accepted to adjust October 2022 bill however my bill was not yet adjusted. As of now my bill was not yet adjusted. I am unhappy with BSNL service provider....

Zero main balance after 99 recharge done

I had recharged my phone yesterday (02/07/2022) with the ₹99 Plan of BSNL but the main balance on the BSNL App dashboard shows zero. The plan purchased mentions the unlimited voice calls feature but I'm unable to connect to certain phone numbers, like a bank's customer care. Kindly look into it and get it resolved ASAP.

Proactive sim rejected

Am having BSNL mobile which when rebooted the mobile I am getting an error message of Proactive SIM rejected by ME.
I am not able to send any sms to any other number due to this problem, but other wise phone is working fine with respect to making a call, receiving a call.
