I have maid validity extension payment of Rs 197 for BSNL prepaid no. [protected] on 30 Jul 2024. But the server was showing down after the amount got cut from my account. I wait 1 day meantime customer service executives not taking call and not responding properly. The no. is still showing as INACTIVE.

Please give me a solution immediately. Please ensure the amount that got deducted is paid back to my account as I have to try again to make it active

      When ever I have tried to generate UPC code, there is a eror message from 1901 that " UPC cannot be generated as there is an active request for the change of ownership for this number"

          Recharge for my bsnl prepaid no. [protected] was not received but Money deducted twice from G pay two times 199 rupees each time,
          please refund my money back of 398 rupees.

            I am writing to request a UPC code for my mobile number [protected]. I am planning to switch to a new service provider and would like to initiate the mobile number portability process.

            As per the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) regulations, a UPC code is required to port a mobile number to another service provider. I kindly request you to provide me with my UPC code at your earliest convenience.

            I am sending 5-6 message to 1900 from my number but still I cannot get my UPC code. Please help me to get UPC code.

              I took a BSNL fiber connection on First week of December 2023 ([protected]). I was informed by Mr. Rajib Hazarika (of BSNL Tezpur, Assam) that Rs. 799/- is the plan for a connection of speed 100mbps and accordingly, I chose that plan and continued. Rs. 3000/- was paid to his personal account as an installation charge. In the very first month (January 2024), the first bill came for two months together and when inquired, Mr. Hazarika said that it will be adjusted later. But so far not adjusted, as I have been paying continuously after that. Though my plan was 100mbps, but practically I never received more than 20 mbps. Even their technician came and checked and in their machine also the speed never exceeded 20 mbps. After that they were very reluctant to provide their service, forget about service even not receiving calls. They said that the router will be changed but never done. All those bad experiences lead me to finally surrender the connection. On 14th March 2024, I wrote an application for surrendering my connection and submitted to Mr. Kumud Baruah at BSNL office Tezpur. He told me that due to the March ending the surrender process can't be completed in March and asked me to call on 1st April 2024. Accordingly, I called him on 1st April. He said you call be tomorrow, I will search the application and see . I called him on 2nd then on 3rd and son on. After 3/4 days, when I called again he said that the application is lost. Then he informed that my bill is pending for February. I submitted the receipt of the payment. Then he said that he will check. The process continued but so far no result. In the mean time the bill for March was generated on 4th April. Who will pay that? Overall they are very casual and I have had a horrible experience. The customers were cheated with the speed of internet. So I hereby request you to take strict action against it and refund my installation charges and the extra bill paid in the first month.

                Maintenance is required in the DGVCL Main wire coming to the meters of Govt BSNL Colony Type 3 customers.
                Since last 2 years, Even earlier, complaints are being made on your DGVCL complaint number and also informed to your Local DGVCL Valsad staff from time to time. But there is no permanent solution.
                Today 01.04.2024, No power since morning, 4 time Complaint to Local DGVCL Valsad staff. But issue not resolved yet.

                  Removal of Dead BSNL Pole in front of our house

                  There is a dead bsnl pole in front of our house due to which we are facing parking issues. Please find attached a photo of the same. Request you to please have it removed as it’s causing a lot of inconvenience to us.

                      BSNL poles has been presented in my own land. Now I am constructing an house on the land. So I kindy request to remove the poles which are placed on my site. I have contacted the local bsnl office staff but they were asking a bribe to remove those poles

                          My BSNL land line phone[[protected] &[protected]]with associated Fiber Broadband connection) is not working properly for the last 2 months. Many Complaints was lodged through phone and despite repeated reminders BSNL is careless for the rectification of problem. BSNL complaint registration facility does work to generate a complaint. When talked to BSNL officials at BSNL office, vague assurances are given every time and it has not been attended properly. Due to this I am unable to use internet access as well. Many of my important transactions and communications are hampered due to negligence of BSNL.

                            Please refer Complaint #[protected] Tel[protected] Fiber Broad Band down since evening 28.02.2024. Visited Aundh PUNE customer service centre on 2Mar2024 around 11.00AM Mr.Mahajan he said that there is power bank breakdown in ATHASHREE Pashan-Baner Link Road snd this will be sorted out within 2 hrs but the issue is not resolved till 1900hrs on 3Mar2024. Very unpleasant experience and unprofessional attitude of the staff. Looks like No accountability and responsibility from Mr.Mahajan and his staff.

                              Sir,

                              I, Avinash Amresh Mishra, working in Tata Steel Ltd. at Jamshedpur, bearing landline no. as[protected] used to use BSNL connection till Jul’2022.

                              I have been transferred to Odisha location by Tata Steel Ltd. in Jul’2022 as a job rotation internally.

                              Due to my transfer to Odisha from Jamshedpur, I had asked BSNL vendor partner, ‘JAISWAL VISION BSNL’ to cut my BSNL connection at Sonari residence at Jamshedpur.
                              My BSNL connections and landline were cut down by ‘Jaiswal Vision team’ on 21st Jul’2022 and I with my family moved to Tata Steel Ltd, Meramandali, Odisha on the same day.
                              I had paid all my BSNL Bills till Jul’2022 for the services and asked ‘JAISWAL VISION BSNL’ to submit my surrender form to BSNL.

                              In Sep’2022, I got a mail and message from BSNL for a pending bill of Rs 2852 for which I had written one application to the SDO, BSNL and submitted to ‘JAISWAL VISION BSNL’.
                              In Oct’2022, I received a mail and message that my BSNL landline connection is disconnected.
                              In Oct’2022, I again received a mail and message for a pending bill of Rs 4060.

                              I had informed all these cases to ‘JAISWAL VISION BSNL’ team to take it up with BSNL team and get it settled.
                              Now, again after One and half years, on 28th Feb’2024, I received a mail and message of pending bill of Rs 3800.50 to be settled by 29th Feb’2024.
                              Also a warning Notice to attend ‘’National Lok Adalat’’ on 9th Mar’2024.

                              Have attached all the applications and surrender form submitted to BSNL team and ‘JAISWAL VISION BSNL’.

                              Request to Pl check and undo these unnecessarily charges levied on me even after my connection was surrendered in Jul’2022 itself.

                                    Hi Team,
                                    Please find the attached email. I have raised the complaint in 2021, after several time intimation also BSNLDamanjodi JTO Routaray has not taken action for the disconnection of BSNL account. He continuously ignoring my call and whatsapp message. Though i have given hand to hand application him on Oct 2021, but he has not taken any action on time. Now I am getting mail as below.

                                    "This is to inform you that an amount of Rs. 1784/- is unpaid against your Telephone No.[protected] and Billing Account No. [protected]. As your number has been shortlisted for settlement at National Lok Adalat scheduled on 09-Mar-2024, as a goodwill gesture, BSNL is pleased to offer a discount of 25% on above outstanding amount. Total payable amount after discount is Rs 1338/-. You may avail the offer by 29-Feb-2024.
                                    Once offered outstanding amount is paid, your account shall be settled permanently."

                                    My question here is why I will pay Rs. 1338/-. I have already informed this on Oct 2021 before next cycle started, If Mr. Routaray JTO has not taken action on time that is not my fault. Kindly make the settlement & Make is Rs. 0. Also I need the confirmation on the below from BSNL. If I am not getting any reply from your end in next 24hour then I will take further action to highlight this in social media.

                                      My Land no FTTH enabled service, [protected], iam a subscriber since telephone came to shimoga as Manual exchange being NO 3, I am proud to have continued, inspite of hiccups in service.

                                      Now i have complained about my internet access thr Google Chrome/and Fire fox not opening this particular web site www.icicidirect.com. Today. All other sites open. Normally. This trouble is since morning 4 30 am .Yesterday night it was ok. This is the third time it is happening since last few months.

                                      I have drawn the attention of DT JTT and the concerned tech assistant as well ... till now nothing fruitful has happened.!!! My confidence with BSNL is lost, because no one responds to solve the problem .
