    My BSNL land line phone[[protected] &[protected]]with associated Fiber Broadband connection) is not working properly for the last 2 months. Many Complaints was lodged through phone and despite repeated reminders BSNL is careless for the rectification of problem. BSNL complaint registration facility does work to generate a complaint. When talked to BSNL officials at BSNL office, vague assurances are given every time and it has not been attended properly. Due to this I am unable to use internet access as well. Many of my important transactions and communications are hampered due to negligence of BSNL.

      Please refer Complaint #[protected] Tel[protected] Fiber Broad Band down since evening 28.02.2024. Visited Aundh PUNE customer service centre on 2Mar2024 around 11.00AM Mr.Mahajan he said that there is power bank breakdown in ATHASHREE Pashan-Baner Link Road snd this will be sorted out within 2 hrs but the issue is not resolved till 1900hrs on 3Mar2024. Very unpleasant experience and unprofessional attitude of the staff. Looks like No accountability and responsibility from Mr.Mahajan and his staff.

        Sir,

        I, Avinash Amresh Mishra, working in Tata Steel Ltd. at Jamshedpur, bearing landline no. as[protected] used to use BSNL connection till Jul’2022.

        I have been transferred to Odisha location by Tata Steel Ltd. in Jul’2022 as a job rotation internally.

        Due to my transfer to Odisha from Jamshedpur, I had asked BSNL vendor partner, ‘JAISWAL VISION BSNL’ to cut my BSNL connection at Sonari residence at Jamshedpur.
        My BSNL connections and landline were cut down by ‘Jaiswal Vision team’ on 21st Jul’2022 and I with my family moved to Tata Steel Ltd, Meramandali, Odisha on the same day.
        I had paid all my BSNL Bills till Jul’2022 for the services and asked ‘JAISWAL VISION BSNL’ to submit my surrender form to BSNL.

        In Sep’2022, I got a mail and message from BSNL for a pending bill of Rs 2852 for which I had written one application to the SDO, BSNL and submitted to ‘JAISWAL VISION BSNL’.
        In Oct’2022, I received a mail and message that my BSNL landline connection is disconnected.
        In Oct’2022, I again received a mail and message for a pending bill of Rs 4060.

        I had informed all these cases to ‘JAISWAL VISION BSNL’ team to take it up with BSNL team and get it settled.
        Now, again after One and half years, on 28th Feb’2024, I received a mail and message of pending bill of Rs 3800.50 to be settled by 29th Feb’2024.
        Also a warning Notice to attend ‘’National Lok Adalat’’ on 9th Mar’2024.

        Have attached all the applications and surrender form submitted to BSNL team and ‘JAISWAL VISION BSNL’.

        Request to Pl check and undo these unnecessarily charges levied on me even after my connection was surrendered in Jul’2022 itself.

            I am writing this letter to inform you about a pole that has been causing mobility issues in our lane lately and there are no BSNL landlines used and it is a dummy pole left there for a long time. I kindly request that you consider removing it as soon as possible. The complete address is mentioned below, along with a photograph of the pole.

              Hi Team,
              Please find the attached email. I have raised the complaint in 2021, after several time intimation also BSNLDamanjodi JTO Routaray has not taken action for the disconnection of BSNL account. He continuously ignoring my call and whatsapp message. Though i have given hand to hand application him on Oct 2021, but he has not taken any action on time. Now I am getting mail as below.

              "This is to inform you that an amount of Rs. 1784/- is unpaid against your Telephone No.[protected] and Billing Account No. [protected]. As your number has been shortlisted for settlement at National Lok Adalat scheduled on 09-Mar-2024, as a goodwill gesture, BSNL is pleased to offer a discount of 25% on above outstanding amount. Total payable amount after discount is Rs 1338/-. You may avail the offer by 29-Feb-2024.
              Once offered outstanding amount is paid, your account shall be settled permanently."

              My question here is why I will pay Rs. 1338/-. I have already informed this on Oct 2021 before next cycle started, If Mr. Routaray JTO has not taken action on time that is not my fault. Kindly make the settlement & Make is Rs. 0. Also I need the confirmation on the below from BSNL. If I am not getting any reply from your end in next 24hour then I will take further action to highlight this in social media.

                Respected manager,

                My Land no FTTH enabled service, [protected], iam a subscriber since telephone came to shimoga as Manual exchange being NO 3, I am proud to have continued, inspite of hiccups in service.

                Now i have complained about my internet access thr Google Chrome/and Fire fox not opening this particular web site www.icicidirect.com. Today. All other sites open. Normally. This trouble is since morning 4 30 am .Yesterday night it was ok. This is the third time it is happening since last few months.

                I have drawn the attention of DT JTT and the concerned tech assistant as well ... till now nothing fruitful has happened.!!! My confidence with BSNL is lost, because no one responds to solve the problem .

                Please wake up and do the needfull on TOP PRIORITY,

                    I did a recharge of Rs.1, 199/- through BSNL site on[protected].The amount got debited but the recharge is not done. Also I couldn't connect to customer care. Please refund the amount to my bank account immediately.

                        My Landline#[protected] was under Urban FTTH Voice Unlimited fiber plan with 20GB data as I have subscribed last week. Landline was not working for entire day today and it's out of service. I have called respective AE and supervisor about this complaint however no response from them. In my modem EPON and TEL green light not emitting. I therefore requesting them not to close the complaint simply without resolving my landline issue.

                            I have been using the service from last 5 years, 7 months back I moved my service under safe custody. Bsnl engineer said it is moved. After 2 months later i requested to resume my service and they said, we accidentally terminated your service shall we create a new connection instead of existing one.

                            I asked them to proceed as per their wish. I started seeing over billed from that month and no one answered my query till date.

                            After a long fight they said the extra value they are deducting was security deposit. I said mine was an old connection I have already paid those security amount.

                            No support provided till date, bill care[protected] was useless not even answering the cal.

                                I have applied for dis-connection of my above telephonenumber at my residence vide my application Dtd.[protected] submitted to your office at Raiya Telephone Exchange, Rajkot.

                                Also I have deposited Telephone Instrument and accessories with your RaiyaTelephone Exchange, Rajkot on[protected].

                                It is very much regretted to note that inspite of lapse of two years & 4-months' period, so far, I have not received refund of my Deposit Amount of Rs.3261/- as per bill copy dtd.[protected] from the Department concerned with Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd.

                                  I have been trying to PORT our mobile number [protected] from BSNL to other network, but ended up with error messages that UPC could not be generated for various reasons. I lastly, received message "UPC cannot be generated as there is an active request to change of ownership for this number", which was not initiated by me. I also received a messages saying " Dear customer, PORT request received from your mobile number...send SMS as CANCEL [protected]". I called customer care, they asked to go to the taluk's BSNL office, when i went there, they asked to go to head office the district (Coimbatore). There they asked to call 1503, there they asked to go to headoffice, coimbatore. Again in headoffice, they asked to recharge for 197 plan and then try, again no solution. They asked to come tomorrow(5/1/2024) and meet JE. The last date of my SMS to port is 4/1/2024. Kindly give a solution to generate UPC code for my mobile number.

                                    I am writing to seek guidance and assistance regarding the reactivation of my mobile number, which was originally obtained from Reliance and subsequently ported to Vodafone and then to BSNL.

                                    Here is a brief overview of the situation:

                                    I purchased my Reliance [protected] SIM in[protected].
                                    I later ported my number to Vodafone.
                                    Subsequently, I ported the same number to BSNL in April 2023.
                                    Unfortunately, due to non-recharging, my SIM was deactivated.
                                    Upon reaching out to the BSNL customer care portal, I was informed that my number was deactivated on November 26, 2023. The BSNL office advised waiting for 90 days and then visiting a Vodafone store to obtain the same number. However, upon visiting Vodafone, they directed me to contact Reliance Communication for assistance.

                                    I am currently residing in Bengaluru and have been unable to locate any Reliance Communication stores in the city. Therefore, I am seeking your assistance in understanding the appropriate process or contact point to reactivate my mobile number.

                                    I would appreciate any guidance or support you could provide in this matter. Thank you for your attention to this issue, and I look forward to your prompt assistance.

                                      Paid wifi bill twice

                                      Sir/Madam,

                                      Me Akshaya Anil paid my bsnl wifi bill amount of rs.530 on December 5 via google pay. Then when a notification from hdfc net banking app shows paybill reminder for the same bill of amount rs.530 on December 12th, I again paid it by mistake. I have to get refund my 530rs. So kindly resolve my this case and refund the amount....

                                      I go to BSNL website and click on Book-Fiber connection link
                                      And the site crashes.
                                      See the screenshot.
                                      I better stick with Airtel only.
