Noisy Line is very high and it's happening often with BSNL landline user. I have no other choice of changing network if this issue persists. Please resolve this at the earliest. Thank You!

I recently payed the same bill twice for broadband, so please refund my amount that I've payed extra and also for a plan of 599 60mbps I'm getting 840 to 900 rs as bill for every month which is very high I'm seeking an answer please resolve as soon as possible.

It's been almost one month, several times I called and requested BSNL staff for broadband connection since the middle of August but they are not taking it seriously, not providing us the connection & constantly lying to us. They took my documents and completed the KYC on 8th August, as I got the message. But still, they haven't been able to deliver the connection. And if they are asked for it, every time they say today or tomorrow you will get but it's just a lie. If they can't provide the connection or having any issues then they directly tell us so that we get confirmation at least and look for any other network. It's Very unexpected and disappointing.

Whenever a PORT request for a BSNL number is raised and sent to 1900, we receive response from 1901 with "Your request for UPC has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed."/instead of validbUPC.

This is really upsetting even after send out multiple requests.

I have tried to generate UPC number 5 times, but every time getting below 2 messages

2) Request for UPC for your mobile no. 91xxxxxxxx could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

My messages are getting received by 1900. But the UPC Code is not being sent by the provider.
I have been trying for 3 days now.
The messages say that " Request for UPC for your mobile no. could not be processed. Please retry after some time. "

I'm unable to port from BSNL, each time when I try to send a port request, I'm getting an error response "Request for UPC for your mobile no. [protected] could not be processed. Please retry after some time".
Each time it cost 1.2 rs per request. I've already spent more than 10 rupees for this. They're simply looting the customers.

I have tried to port my bsnl sim but i'm receiving 2 messages saying upc is delayed and ipc code is not generated respectively, What should i do?

I have a BSNL postpaid connection. Have been fed up with their customer service. They let me down big two times in recent past. I want to port out of BSNL. But, they have blocked SMS to 1900.

We had submitted letter cum praposal to close our above mention account of landline phone[protected]
to local office along with details on 25.7.2023.
but as on today our account not yet closed and effect of the same bill for aug 23 generated with our advance paymt deduction.
now we know that our account / phone number not yet closed since its able to generate bill of sept 2023
since as we submitted all praposal to close account on 27.7.2023, and service of coper line from last some month not working in our area, till we had charges charged against the account / phone number. with deduction of our pre payment amount..
now recently we received invoice number wdcmh [protected] for aug 23 bill having zero dues to end of advance paymt amount.
now onward we are not going to pay bill for the same account phone numer wef sept 2023. ( next bill we not responsible to pay )
kindly refund our deposit as per praposal submitted along with bill copy and cancel cheque.

I am getting the following message from bsnl in connection with mnp.

Your request for upc has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed.

Request for upc for your mobile no. 80xxxxxxx could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

Contacted customer care. The reply is wait for 24 hours. After 3 days i have contacted today. The reply is wait for 2 weeks.

Reason is technical issue/server problem.

Asked to register the complaint and to send sms. They said there is no instructions to take as complaint for mnp.

To whom i have to approach now

Since bsnl is not able to provide data service to my location i am trying to port my number to another cellular network service provider. When i am trying to generate porting code i am getting below message.
"upc cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider"

Bsnl service desk is unable to provide any solution and there network service is worst after there coloration with idea.

Please help me to get out of BSNL network.
