Hello.
My messages are getting received by 1900. But the UPC Code is not being sent by the provider.
I have been trying for 3 days now.
The messages say that " Request for UPC for your mobile no. could not be processed. Please retry after some time. "

I'm unable to port from BSNL, each time when I try to send a port request, I'm getting an error response "Request for UPC for your mobile no. [protected] could not be processed. Please retry after some time".
Each time it cost 1.2 rs per request. I've already spent more than 10 rupees for this. They're simply looting the customers.

I have tried to port my bsnl sim but i'm receiving 2 messages saying upc is delayed and ipc code is not generated respectively, What should i do?

Not able to get UPC code after trying 4-5 times. My number is [protected]. Pls fix at the earliest.

I have tried 4 times for porting my number from bsnl but not able to get UPC code. My balance is almost over for trying it out to send port message to 1900.i received below everytime.

. A payment of Rupees 707 was made by me and still the recharge does not reflect in my account . Attaching a screenshot with it

I have a BSNL postpaid connection. Have been fed up with their customer service. They let me down big two times in recent past. I want to port out of BSNL. But, they have blocked SMS to 1900.

We had submitted letter cum praposal to close our above mention account of landline phone[protected]
to local office along with details on 25.7.2023.
but as on today our account not yet closed and effect of the same bill for aug 23 generated with our advance paymt deduction.
now we know that our account / phone number not yet closed since its able to generate bill of sept 2023
since as we submitted all praposal to close account on 27.7.2023, and service of coper line from last some month not working in our area, till we had charges charged against the account / phone number. with deduction of our pre payment amount..
now recently we received invoice number wdcmh [protected] for aug 23 bill having zero dues to end of advance paymt amount.
now onward we are not going to pay bill for the same account phone numer wef sept 2023. ( next bill we not responsible to pay )
kindly refund our deposit as per praposal submitted along with bill copy and cancel cheque.

I am getting the following message from bsnl in connection with mnp.

Your request for upc has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed.

Request for upc for your mobile no. 80xxxxxxx could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

Contacted customer care. The reply is wait for 24 hours. After 3 days i have contacted today. The reply is wait for 2 weeks.

Reason is technical issue/server problem.

Asked to register the complaint and to send sms. They said there is no instructions to take as complaint for mnp.

To whom i have to approach now

Since bsnl is not able to provide data service to my location i am trying to port my number to another cellular network service provider. When i am trying to generate porting code i am getting below message.
"upc cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider"

Bsnl service desk is unable to provide any solution and there network service is worst after there coloration with idea.

Please help me to get out of BSNL network.

Hi I have requested for number port from many times through the 1900 portal but every time the request is rejected due to delay in UPC generation and because of which it is rejected due to UPC mismatch

I'm been trying a lot for getting UPC but I'm not getting UPC, it shows Request for UPC for you mobile no xxxxxxxxxx could not be processed. Please retry after some time. But I've tried more than 20 times with 2 days I can't wait anymore its an emergency situation, I've to port my sim as soon as possible ...Please do something As Soon As Possible !

I'm trying several times to port my sim. But I'm not getting any UPC code please provide as soon as possible. I tried calling customer care they even can't help me with this. So herby humbly requesting you to do it as soon as possible please...Its an emergency

I tried many time to get my number port but everytime I am getting delayed and saying that your request may not be processed and try after sometime I have tried 7 times but it's undone

I have also tried to contact in BSNL customer care, but they couldn't solve the issue.

I have tried 5 times to port my number. However, I am getting the following error messages:

2. Request for UPC for your mobile no. 94xxxxxxxx could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

I have tried speaking with customer care service, but they don't have any idea as to why this is happening
