From the last 3 months, i am facing this problem of the automatic deduction of balance money from my bsnl acc.. A month ago, my balance was rs 101, but now it has reduced to rs 6 even though i rarely made a call through it. A message always pops up saying that rs0.250 has been deducted from your account for gprs usage of 514 bytes, even though i never turned my data connection on (I always use my jio no. For data). Please solve this issue...

Though i have sent message to 1900 with port (My mobile no.) i am always getting the reply as "it cannot be processed.Please retry after sometime." i am trying it since 2 days and it is the same.My balance is deducting for every message but j am getting the same response.I want my upc code to be generated and it's an emergency.Please resolve my issue ....

I raised for landline disconnection request on 11 May 20; until now no refund issued.

I submitted written disconnection request to nearby telephone exchange, and the person got my request letter informed me that they will send someone to pick up the landline from home. No one came until now.

I have recharged my bsnl no [protected] on 6 may 12:28 pm through mobikwik app. App shows recharge successful but not confirmed by operators end. I don't get recharge in my number. Money has deducted from mobikwik wallet and not be refuned after 24 hour. I also talk to bsnl customer care they said there is no recharge found in your number. Please recharge my number otherwise refund my money.

I tried to recharge my friend bsnl number twice but recharge failed both times. When i tried to check the refund status it shows that the refund is initiated but as of now i didn't get that refund amount. I tried to recharge in bsnl portal site on 14th feb 2020. Paid via paytm rupay platinum debit card. I mailed bsnl customer care but i didn't get any reply from them. Afterwards i called bsnl customer care they answered very irresponsibility....

Broadband connection on my bsnl number[protected] has been down for the last 15-20 days.
Customer care says, it'll be repaired in a week but its been 3 weeks now. I'm suffering a lot due to this, and planning to discontinue bsnl broadband if such conditions persist...
All efforts of repair bear no results and for a student like me, internet connection is very essential..

I have not opted for Amazon Prime annual subscription and I have never used it. Please remove it and correct he bill as it was for earlier months. My bill always should be not more than Rw.470/-. I would like to submit that i surrendered my telephone 2595779 on 20.01.2018 and i applied for refund on 20.03.2018, the concerned clerk told me to come after six months and i visited him twice after six months, but every time i was told that they have not received the cheque.
On 23.10.2018 i again visited bsnl office and talked to a. O cash, he gave me in writing with his seal that they have not receive the cheque...
