We have rented out a portion of our building roof top to BSNL, Chennai since last 20 years.

BSNL, Chennai has been irregular in payment of RENT. We have not received GSM Tower Rent since January 2023.

Our Customer No 5020801, Chennai

We are unable to get any positive response from BSNL accounts Officials and every time they say, "FROM NEXT MONTH" you'd receive rent.

Chennai Corporation has been levying Property Tax on the GSM Towers and we have to pay very heavy sum, every half year. We have paid, April - Sept'23, half yearly Property Tax to Chennai Corporation from our own resources, whereas, it should be BSNL who should be charged penalty and interest for delay in payment of GSM Tower Rent.

I want this forum to solve our problem at the earliest.

    I'm using BSNL landline and it's getting dead often thrice in a month. I need this to be fixed and resolved immediately otherwise I have no choice of changing network. Thank You!

      My land line[protected] is not working from last 2 months and raised complaint through 198 several times and got the message, your complaint resolved. One guy came there and told, it is the cable laying through road.But every month you are sending bills for the fault phone.Pl arrange to repair my phone and waive the two months rent

            Please delete these below two accounts who are defaming one person continously through yours forum and that person already done FIR against them and also named yours website too in his complaint, i can share you the snapshot of FIR too.

            So please delete these 3 accounts who are fake like and even they have tried to exort money too from that person, see these days many fake rape...

People are able to clime through Pole and get inside my Boundary and steeling thing away from my house So I request you to urgently remove or relocate this telephone pole from the boundary of my house .

                Sir,

                I, Madhusudan Barat, requested a new land line connectionon on 30/07/2023 with service no[protected]. Till now I have not got the connection, staying in BANKURA DISTRICT WEST BENGAL. Couple of times I met the corresponding officer in the BANKURA BSNL exchange. But poor response from the officer and it is of no use. No proper answer from them. I am afraid till how many days it will take to get the connection. But in other places people get the connection quickly.

                  Getting error message:
                  Request for UPC for your mobile no. 8xxxxxxxxx could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

                  Already tried 10 times. BSNL office says to call customer care and customer care tells to visit BSNL office.

                    My landline #[protected] was out of order for past few days. Raised ticket thru BSNL portal however no resolution. Still problem persists. I have no choice of changing network if this is not resolved. Landline getting dead often twice in every two months once. Hope this will resolved soon.

                      Respected sir I warn you remove a landline pole in front of our street (gali) there we face a very problem to take out the dead body (janaza) remove or shift it . Otherwise we will cut that pole and take legal notice you to your company . We have also filed many complaints to our nearest police station and respected ward councillor rubina naaz (ward no135) please look into this matter its a huge problem for us make any action

                          BSNL is not providing proper internet connection. Internet getting disconnected every few days. Complained is raised but there is no resolution to it

                              I recharged 65rs for 1 month on bsnl, but my money was lost but recharge and I got a message on the recharge number that 65rs recharge successful, your validity will be till 22/07/2023, but IRecharged on 22/07/2023, that's why you solve my problem quickly.

                                I got my landline [protected] ( Connection name : Shyam Karnik), disconnected in 2017, after paying all the current bills. Disconnection of line was done.

                                After a period of 6 years, i.e in July 2023, they have sent a legal notice of pending 2450 INR.
                                No previous intimation was done in all these years.
                                Also they never refunded the security deposit of INR 2000.

                                Our landline connection was in Baikunthpur (497335), Chattishgarh.
                                We have shifted to lucknow for past 2 years after vacating our residence.
                                No one is residing at the said premises in chattishgarh.

                                Kindly look into the matter as it is causing mental and emotional harassment to my Father Shyam Karnik who is suffering from Parkinson's Disease and heart disease.

                                      I have made several request to 1900 for UPC port from my BSNL mobile number. Just after sending getting the text I’m getting “ Your request for UPC has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed.” and then getting another message "Request for UPC for your mobile no. 994666**** could not be processed. Please retry after some time". Nothing more than that and the sms charges are still deducted. I have called up BSNL customer care and they have informed me that there is nothing they can do about this from their end.
