        I recharge my BSNL prepaid mob No. [protected] through net banking of SBI with transaction reference ID- UHB8359482 dated 03 July 2021 worth Rs. 699/-. but recharge not yet done and deducted Rs. 699/- is not credited in my account.

        Please credit my deducted amount Rs. 699/- in my account.

          I have been trying to port my phone number from Bsnl but everytime I get a message from 1901 that my request couldn't been processed, Please try after some time. So Please resolve this problem.

            I was recharging my prepaid bsnl number for ₹100 on 14th July 2021 it was showing that the payment was successful but recharge not done . Plss do the required process and refund the amount debited from my account.

              Dear Sir/Madam,
              I located in AT POST- ANJANSINGI TQ.DHAMANGAON RLY, DIST AM RAVATI, Maharashtra having pin code 444709 .Sir, We have a bsnl 3G tower in our small village having population of 10-20thousand. But after every 2-3 days, it does not show any range. Now also, since 3days we do not have bsnl coverage. Also coverage fluctuates a lot, also signal strength is less. There is bsnl office near tower, but no bsnl officer is there on duty, they only comes in a week on duty.

                Not receiving and sending messages on BSNL SIM

                Rajesh saini I am not receiving and sending any message on bsnl sim...I, all complain to bsnl company but they didn't give any solution 4 days has passed I am unable to receive any message Pls start my message service as soon as possible...

                This is Pothineni Srinivasa Rao a Resident of Karumanchi Village, having BSNL Landline Connection in my name, in Ongole Circle.
                Dis-Connected BSNL Landline Number Details STD Code 08592, Landline Number 277081

                On 24th May, 2021, BSNL Dis-Connected Landline Connection with out informing. Landline Phone number does not have any dues and We are paying the Monthly BSNL Bills regularly with out any dues left

                Because of Dis-Connection of BSNL Landline Connection, me and my family faced Mental Agony, because of this my carrer being disturbed. For the Mental Agony request the Court provide me with 75000/- as compensation from BSNL

                  I need to port my phone no. away from BSNL. Every time I send porting msg to 1900 from my BSNL no. I receive a message from 1901 stating my port request is delayed, followed by another message stating my request could not be processed.
                  This is going on for some time now and nothing has been done by BSNL to solve it.

                    Myself Dr.Rajlaxmi Paikray want to generate UPC CODE for my Number [protected] but getting UPC has been delayed and could not be processed.

                    According to TRAI guidlines it should have been generated witin 1min of SMS. i am attaching the msgs received along with my balance.

                      I have send message Many times for PORT to 1900, but not received PORT CODE .
                      Even I am trying it from last 3 months, I have complained BSNL costumer care But not solved my problem by costumer care .He told Your complaint is open it will solved in last 24 hours I am hearing it last 3 months.
                      Please solve this issue because this BSNL is not working properly in any LIVING Area. I am very Unhappy with BSNL SERVICE. Please help me I am always thankful for this.

                          I have BSNL sim [protected] and the validity of the period was expired and I haveonline extended the validity with Rs.92/- charge on 05.07.2021 but the validity was not extended for three months. Afterward I recharged the sim with plan for Rs.319/- for 75 days on 11.07.2021 and credited in my account. You are requested to please look in to the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest.

                              Nearly a week has passed by on complaint lodged with BSNL re. Non functioning of landline no. O[protected] with no avail. All the bsnl phone numbers websites are useless as we are unable to communicate with them to talk to them on the status of rectification of landline. Unable to get a response.

                              So is there a way out except to surrender the landline?

                              The issue has not been resolved yet. why there is flagging that the issue has been marked as resolved. what does it mean. can you explain as to what is resolved.

                              Looks like we must surrender the landline connection. There is no way out if the complaint has not been taken seriously by BSNL
                              I had done that, its waste just paying up the money for rental, In 365 days it will work for Max 10 days, all other days the landline will be on leave as BSNL does

                                  I have made recharge of Rs 500 through Phonepe wallet for mobile no.[protected].The transaction details are not available on your portal.I have registered a complaint from my mail id ravinprathamesh.[protected]@rediffmail.com.The complaint registered on 13th June 21, is addressed to [protected]@bsnl.co.in.

                                  I had asked to send the receipt on my above mentioned mail id. I have not received any recept so far. I have checked the transaction details just now on BSNL portal, the details are still not available.

                                    I have been trying a lot. And still I can not send port message even after having the top up and main balance. I have seen many complaints against BSNL over this. I am fed up of its service. There is never a good reply from customer care. I couldn't connect to internet even after having a BSNL tower near me. Worst service. So it's my right to Port my mobile number. Please allow us to do so.
