My bsnl sim is not working from yesterday morning. Sim has no signal and not recognizing in mobile. It showing insert sim. My mobile number [protected]. I can't reach customer care through phone as I don't have another bsnl sim. So please solve my problem as soon as possible.

      I want some clarification of my invoice i call the customer care executive & they are put down my call 4-5 time and two of them give me another ([protected]) number, if i call them they said me that call the ([protected] or [protected]) this number.
      such a stupid employment of BSNL .
      please hire a responsive team. who can resolve the issues.

        ConsumerCourt,

        I had planned to port my BSNL prepaid number to Another operator.
        Thus I tried to sent PORT to 1900.but always showing message sending failed.I am trying this for last 1 month but I couldn't get UPC code till now.

        I need this urgently.

          All of a sudden SIM stopped working. 2nd SIM is working fine. Tried SIM in different phone, restarted phone multiple times. it's not working.

            I am getting the following message from bsnl during port change requested anytime (SMS PORT XXXXXXXXXX to 1900) for the last 3 days at different area network locations.

            Your request for upc has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed.

            Request for upc for your mobile no. 99xxxxxxx could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

            BSNL charged 1.20 rs for each sms request. I recharged 20rs and port requested periodically, but still not get proper response from BSNL

              I applied for bsnl bharat fiber ftth connection on book my fiber.com and the application was approved then my area field executive called me and gave me the contact number of my vendor and said that call him and he will give you the connection within 24 hours ..and after that i contact the vendor of my area and told him about the whole ftth thing and he said sir our fibre cable in 1.8 km away from your address and if you want the connection then you'll have to provide me 10 customer for ftth connection then I'll give you the connection

              My problem is... I'm not working for bsnl or any one then why should i go and find customer for him
              If you can't give me broadband connection in my area then you shouldn't approve the application

                I have recharged for number [protected] on 26 june but at the last moment it showed error but amount of ₹75 was deducted the debit card but recharge wasn't successful and there was no receipt sent to email or any confirmation message shown in the above mobile number.

                  But till date it is not working and the employs don't reply to calls or texts

                          Hello, I am from Kolkata but due to some reason I had to move to Pilani, Rajasthan and here right now I'm working with BSNL broadband. The condition of their service is hideous and pathetic, they literally give a download speed of 15 kbps. And the flow of internet goes off every 5 mins, it can't even handle google meets properly, and they charge Rs. 470 per month for this, They don't even have a definite optimal server, sometimes it shows Jaipur, sometimes Behror.

                            I have used your broadband services with landline[protected] till 6th May 2021. I placed a request for disconnection online (request no : [protected]) on 6th may 2021 as I have to shift my home, also informed my local bsnl office for the same.

                            Still I am receiving bill with addition each month and after talking to customer care they say the account is suspended but the bill is increasing each month.

                            I need this to be resolved as soon as possible to avoid confusion and further delay.

                              We have received SPAM call from this no [protected] stating that they calling from bank further to our discussion started asking bank pin no and started using abusive word.

                              Kindly block this no and dont encourage this kind of people .

                                    मेरा नाम कुंदन कुमार है मैं आपके भारत संचार निगम लिमिटेड का उपभोक्ता हूं मेरा टेलीफोन नंबर है[protected] महोदय मैं आज बहुत दुखी मन से आपको यह शिकायत पत्र लिख रहा हूं दुखी मन इसलिए क्योंकि महोदय मैं गया का निवासी हूं और आपके भारत संचार निगम लिमिटेड का जो दफ्तर है और उसके अंतर्गत जो कार्यरत लोग हैं उन सब लोगों से निवेदन कर करके मैं थक चुका हूं यहां तक की अब तो वे लोग मेरा मजाक भी बनाते हैं जब मैं कंप्लेंट करने के लिए फोन करता हूं खास करके बीएसएनएल के ग्राहक सेवा प्रतिनिधि जिनका टेलीफोन नंबर है[protected] और [protected] और [protected] और[protected] और [protected] और [protected] और[protected] और जब इन सब लोगों से मैं अनुरोध करते करते थक गया किसी ने कोई बात नहीं सुनी और ना कोई उपयुक्त कदम उठाए जिससे कि मेरा शिकायत दूर हो सके तब जाकर के मैंने प्राइम मिनिस्टर ऑफिस वाले वेबसाइट पर अपनी शिकायत दर्ज कराई और उधर से एक नंबर बताया गया [protected] जिनका कि नाम विकास कुमार बताया गया मुझे लगा कि अब मेरी सुनवाई हो जाएगी इनके द्वारा पर यह भी और लोगों की तरह मेरी शिकायत सुनकर बस रह गए महोदय आप ही बताएं हम क्या करें मैं तो हर महीने टेलीफोन का बिल भरता ही जा रहा हूं पिछले 5 महीने से और उपयोग कुछ नहीं कर पा रहा हूं पर मुझे लगता है यहां गया जिला के अंतर्गत आप के जितने भी अधिकारी और पदाधिकारी हैं बीएसएनएल ऑफिस से उन सबका जमीर मर चुका है या तो सिर्फ हराम की खाने की आदत हो गई है जो ना तो कुछ काम करना चाहते होंगे तभी तो मेरी शिकायत अभी भी शिकायत बनकर ही रह गई है पर मैं भी स्वतंत्र भारत का जिम्मेदार नागरिक हूं मेहनत की खाता हूं और अपनी मेहनत की कमाई का सदुपयोग करना चाहता हूं इसीलिए शायद मुझे लगता है कि इस बार भी मेरी शिकायत बस शिकायत ही बनकर रह जाएगी फिर भी शिकायत कर रहा हूं और करता रहूंगा क्योंकि मैं यह टेलीफोन और इंटरनेट अपने बच्चों के पढ़ाई के लिए लगवाया था जो कि बिल्कुल हो नहीं पा रहा है इसके द्वारा आप तो जानते ही हैं इस महामारी में बच्चों की सारी पढ़ाई ऑनलाइन ही हो रही है और हम इंटरनेट के ऊपर पूरी तरह से निर्भर हो चुके हैं पढ़ाई के कारण कृपया बच्चों की खातिर आप कुछ करें आशा करता हूं इसे ठीक करवाने में आप मेरी मदद जरूर करेंगे मैं आपका सदा आभारी रहूंगा
