Suddenly my bsnl sim is showing below issue:

Sim card is not ready.

Till 10th June evening it was working fine, but at night this issue came up.

I have tried reinserting the sim, phone restart, cache clear everything but issue still persists.

I tried contacting the customer care but there is no particular contact no for U.P zone mentioned.

Please do the needful ASAP.

    I'm trying to get UPC code since 2 months.
    But unable to get it. They says server is down .or some other reasons.

        Sir/Mam,
        Few months earlier I just port my Jio number [protected] in BSNL I thought that BSNL network is awesome and it's provide me sufficient network but seriously I was wrong, I suffered in a trauma because of BSNL network and now after completion of 3 months/90 days my message is not going to 1900 to port and it is saying error why???? Now that's a big scam than any other first they ask you to join it's network because its plan is good than other networks but now... Please I also have active plan and also has sufficient talktime please take some action...🙏🏼

            Getting no mobile network not any single bar in our mobile phones.
            We are facing this issue from last 15days.
            I had port in recently from jio to bsnl. Plz plz solve this issue I'm very frustrated.. Bcoz I can't go for any other operator for 90days.
            So plz I'm requesting to u. Plz resolve this issue
            We are not able to make or getting calls from anyone..
            And internet too.
            Plz solve this issue ASAP.

            Worst experience with bsnl
            Worst district in network aspect

            I'm from Aligarh district

            Address = Tappal(202165) Aligarh

            Bsnl done nothing after complaining tonns of time

            I'm facing lots of network issues in this area

            Didn't get any single bar of network
            Can't able to access internet by the time I switched to this network
            Bsnl is the network that showing roaming even after I didn't move to other district

            That's the reality of bsnl operator

            Plz do something Aligarh's bsnl office
            We are facing lots of issues
            Not able to make calls and not able to connect with internet by the time we switched to this network

            Plz do something bsnl workers u have paid with good salary by our government

            Aligarh is the worst district that I have ever seen in network aspect
            Aligarh's bsnl office plz do listen our complaints and do something
            Be shameless yourself

            I never faced these types of issues in any other district or any other area.
            I never faced these types of issues in Jewar(is the place which is 10km from here) and any other place

            But I do face these problems only in this area
            I never able to use internet in bsnl in this particular area

            I'm still hoping that you would make the network issues from worst to better at least

            At least plz provide that much network that we can make calls or access normal internet

                      I am trying to send a message for getting UPC (unique portability code). I want to port my bsnl number to any other operator. So many time I have sent sms on 1900, but could not get UPC till now.
                      Full signal is coming, I can call sms, but could not send sms to 1900.

                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                        My contact number is [protected].

                        Since last 15 fays I am trying to recharge my phone, but it is not working and not getting recharged.

                        Please sauggest how can I get it recharged.

                        I am fed up with your pathetic service.

                        I have used Google pay, phone pay, paytm, freecharge, amazon pay, all my netbaking apps all seems useless with BSNL.

                        I tried two times with BSNL app.
                        Rs. 106 deducted both times, but mobile not got recharged. All remaining apps, at least refunding me the deducted amount, but unprofessional BSNL is even not bothering to refund my money if not recharged.

                        Please don't provoke me to go to consumer forum.

                        This is really shameful that being an Indian telecom giant, the service is so much poor.

                          I've been trying to port my number since last 2 months and the message itself doesn't get sent to 1900. When I went to the local office and asked them ahout it, they said it would get resolved in the next week. It's been six weeks and still it doesn't work. If you won't provide good service, atleast let us opt for better services. MNP is a basic service.

                            My broadband connection is not working from wednesday and i have registered complaints on bsnl website. Without resolving the connection issue they have resolved the ticket. Still internet is not working.

                                Not able to send Port message from my BSNL Prepaid Mobile sim

                                I am not able to send Port message from my BSNL Prepaid Mobile sim. I have tried several times by writing PORT to 1900.But the message sending failed each time. I have SMS balance & mobile validity in my BSNL sim. Inspite of these I am not able to port message. Pls guide....

                                My bsnl sim card's mobile number is [protected] .it's been more than 24 hours since no services is shown for my bsnl number while other sim cards are working fine .signal strength is very weak or no signal at all is shown .                                     Hello i am hemant sarkar a school student who attends only classes from Maharashtra nagpur.
                                    As i am student i need Internet to attend my classes but some issues are happening from last night with my internet so, please understand my problem given below
                                    My mobile net is suddenly cutting off i don't know how but i remembered that i had keep my phone of tomorrow at 11:00pm. But customer care is saying that i have used my Internet at 1am and 5 am. But i had turned on my net sharply at 7 am.
                                    I don't know why this happend but please i have online classes today and i don't know how i gona attend my class if i don't able to do so it will all your service fault

                                      I cannot send port message to 1900. Everytime I try to send it, it says message cannot be sent. I can send and recieve messages from other numbers. I complained to BSNL on twitter but they didn't resolve the issue.Their customer care number are NEVER CONNECTED. I called up customer care innumerable times,
