I have already paid my bill on 10th June 2021 and my bill status is still unpaid. I have done by BHIM UPI and already shared the transaction details.
I had word with my Bank and Google Pay according to them bill amount has been transferred to BSNL Payment gateway.

Removal of pole

We are having bsnl pole right side of our house, house no G4/1 Malviya Nagar new delhi 110017.there are no bsnl connections anymore and this pole is used by other local tv and net cable operators.the pole half laid down in the road anytime it harm anyone in the area.So I request to please remove this pole from here...

I am looking for support from the BSNL Fiber optic connection for the last couple of days.

My Fiber optic connection is down for the past 11 days, I have raised a complaint on 4th June and it's still not resolved yet and they marked my complaint([protected]) as resolved.

However, one guy came from BBNL and they resolved the issue only for the new connection which is in front of my connection, and even not checked...

I am Dhruba, my BSNL prepaid mobile no is [protected].
My complain is against BSNL prepaid GSM service.
Issue is Very poor network coverage in indoor and outdoor in our area. Also from last 9 months I am trying to complain docket for this issue the coustomer care executive has refused to take my complain by say there was a technical issue in syatem or application.

So need your kind help on this matter....

Sir October 2020 i am trying port to other operator due to bsnl network is very poor and showing 2g network.i am contact customer care and log the complainant but still naw waiting problem not solve.
Upc codw can not be generated as there substituting contractcual obligations.so please solve my issue as soon as possible...

With due respect, I am to inform you that a fraud call from mobile no.
[protected] on 8.6.2021 came to my mobile no saying that he needs some updation for KYC for BSLN mobile I am using, otherwise he will block my sim from today, it was in a threatening mood from him. I think it is totally a fraud call, he wants to do this mischief to know my details account of Bank etc.
