Sir,
My phone used be out of order for nearly 15 days in every month but then also the bill used to come more than Rs.800 per month generally. Keeping this thing in mind I didn't pay the bill from july2008 to Jan2009, due to the above problem. the billing cycle is 2 months.
So my connection got cut in january2009.
Recently, I applied to check the bill details of my number,[protected] , the person in BSNL office , Bhopalgarh (Distt. Jodhpur(Raj.)), says that they don't have details available.
Sir , can't I get the bills details of the month Oct2008-Dec 2008.

Sir, I request you that please provide me resolution for this problem. the outstanding is Rs2500.
.

Landline — Problems in billing

I am Narayan Murty and my landline no is [protected] and i am having problems in billing. This is my first bill in which broadband charges have been applied. My broadband plan is home plan unlimited chargeabale at Rs 750pm/- only if i consider the installation charges as Rs 250/- then the broadband bill should not exceed than Rs 1000/-. I want to know that why I'm told to pay Rs 1250/- as my broadband bill pls clarify.

    I have BSNL broadband connection. I really appreciate the bandwidth speed and the quality of BSNL, but recently, I'm having continuous problems with the service. I usually get the error 678 unable to connect the remote host. When I checked the Router Status it says that PPP is down. Which, as per my knowledge the issue at the exchange level. This happens very frequently and I had to raise many complaints in this regard. Apparently, the BSNL customer care which claims a 24/7 support never picked my calls after 10 PM anyday. The IVR says connecting to the customer care executive and just keeps on hold for ever. This happens only during night times. During the day they just close the tickets even if the status is still not resolved. This is really pathetic and I have to again create another ticket for the same issue which again takes a 24 hrs ETA. I feel BSNL should improve the quality of customer care and support and pickup in the market with such a best infrastructure in the country.

    BSNL Broadband — BSNL poorest customer service

    I hold a BSNL broadband connection at my home. There have been technical issues for the past 6 months which is still not rectified. The line man had been called and attended the telephone line six times, I personally visited the technical department more than a couple of times and at least 50 calls made to the customer service in spite of which the issues not solved. Every time I approach them they pass on the responsibility to the next department which they have made it their custom, say I approach the technical department they transfer to the line man and vice versa. The lethargy in the way they answer is very humiliating.

      1. I had one BSNL sim card in name of my mother (Nirmala Roda) from Digras - Maharashtra. And we are using it for past 7-8 years ([protected]). Due to some reason the SIM card got currupted and we wanted to get that replaced.

      2. The incharge at BSNL office in Digras - 445203 (Dist: Yavatmal, Maharashtra) started literally torchuring us, with all kind of rediculous demands.

      3. Exactly when did this card stopped functioning. It should match the data in their databse, tha only he will do the needful.

      4. After giving this info, What was the exact balance in the card. For God's sake no on can keeps on checking the prepaid balance every now and than.

      5. Give a written complaint, FIR and what not. In so many frequent visits to the office, the card is now lost somewhere and it has balance of not less than 350 Rs.

      6. I have one airtel number and once when that card was corrupted, it was replaced almost immediately, taking my photo id and written complaint.

      i am nishant.
      i have suffered about my caller tone.
      To set my caller tone, i firstly went on bsnl office and they give me RBT code which i was selected song.
      but that song is not correct but my balance is deducted RS 12& 30 RS.
      So i called to a costomer care 3 or 4 times . and told them about my problem . but they set wrong caller tone which was i am not told him.and againly my balance was deducted 12 Rs..and they not treat me wel. they did not take this seriously.
      i told him that i want to '' milke bhi hum na mile tumse na jane ku.. "in ajab prem ki gajab kahani. movie.. but they didn't

      already my balance was deducted by yours mistake.who is responsable for this???
      so i hope this time you will take seriously..

        I recieved a message for activating calling @ of 1 paisa per second. As per the instructions of the promotional message, which i recieved for the activation of ACT 1S scheme, i have sent a message and i have recieved confirmation message also but the scheme have not been activated on my mobile number.

            I have a broadband connection from BSNL with home 250 plan. Due to non payment of bills it was disconnected for 25 days in october month. In this plan there is usage of 1GB free per month.

            My usage was 760MB in five days for october month. My october bill shows very peculiar way of billing. The Monthly rental(Fixed) is reduced as pro rata basis for 5 days and My free usage is also reduced to 165MB. Remaining usage has been charged at the prevailing rate i.e. 90 paise/MB.

            On the other hand if BSNL charges full rental and gives me free usage as per my plan i.e. 1GB/month my bill amount should not go that high.

            Question is why free usage is pro-rated irrespective of whether my line is operational or not.

            Its a free usage for a month not per day basis if i use broadband for 5 days in month or more is customer's choice.

            I strongly feel this billing mechanism is not correct and is chaeting to customers.

              Phone's been dead for last 3 weeks. 2 complaint numbers 34743 & 3711 given till date with no resolution. Last year phone was dead for 3 months & no credit given for dead period.

                      SERVICES ARE REALLY DEGRADING. MY CONCERN TODAY IS WITH PRBT -- CALLER TUNE FACILITY IN PREPAID MOBILE PHONE. RESPECTED SIR, I GOT A MESSAGE IN THE MORNING THAT TODAY IS THE LAST DAY OF THE CALLER TUNE. I THOUGHT MY FREE TRIAL IS ENDING, SO IT MAY BE THAT YOU CHARGE FROM NEXT MONTH 1 FAULT. I CALLED TO INQUIRE ABOUT HOW TO UNSUBCRIBE IT. I GOT TWO WAYS. I FIRSTLY CHOOSED TO SMS. MY AMOUNT WAS DEDUCTED BUT I HAVEN'T ANY MESSAGE OF CONFIRMATION WHETHER MY PRBT WILL BE CLOSED OR NOT 2 FAULT. I CALLED AGAIN TO CUSTOMER CARE. THEY TOLD ME TO GO FOR THE 56799 METHOD. I CALLED AND THE PHONE DISCONNECTED TWICE WHICH COSTED ME 3 FAULT. I AGAIN CALLED BACK AND INQUIRED FOR THE PROBLEM, ANOTHER EXECUTIVE TOLD ME TO CALL ON 56700. HE SAID THAT 56799 HAS SOME PROBLEM, SO WHY WAS I BEEN ASKED TO CALL ON THAT NO WHICH WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY 4 FAULT. I CALLED 56700 AND WASTED MANY OF MY MINUTES SEARCHING FOR THE OPTION TO UNSUBSCRIBE, I FOUND NONE. WHEN I ENDED THE CALL IT COSTS ME RS.8 FOR NOTHING 5 FAULT. I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE FURTHER, HE WAS FAST ENOUGH TO PICK THE CALL SINCE THE FIRST TIME I CALLED THEM TODAY. THIS IS THE ONLY GOOD THING I FOUND TODAY. WE HAD A TALK AND HE WAS UNABLE TO SATISFY ME AND SO HE CHANGED THE LINE TO HIS SUPERIOR. I WAITED FOR 10 MIN BUT NO ONE PICKED UP 6 FAULT. THE TOTAL CALL TIME WAS OF 13 MIN AND STILL MY QUERY WAS NOT FULFILLED. WHILE I WAS IN THE CALL WHICH WAS TRANSFERRING TO THE SUPERVISOR, I WAS HEARING ON VARIOUS ADS OF YOURS. GOOD BUT IT WAS CONTINOUSLY ASKING ME TO PRESS THIS AND THAT FOR OTHER PROCESS. I EVEN PRESSED THOSE BUTTONS PREVIOUSLY WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE BEFORE FEW WEEKS BUT NOTHING HAPPENED 7 FAULT. IF NOTHING WAS TO HAPPEN THEN WHY IT IS THAT WE ARE HEARING FOR 8 FAULT. I BROWSED THE WEBSITE FOR FURTHER SOOTHING. THE PAGE WERE UNABLE TO ACCESS AND NO SPECIFIC INFORMATION WAS THERE ANYWHERE ELSE. THE LOOK OF THE GENERAL SITE IS NOT TOO GOOD TOO. VERY NASTY 9 FAULT. I DON'T KNOW WHETHER MY COMPLAINT WILL BE ANALYSED OR WILL BE FACING DELETE BUTTON BUT YOUR ATTITUDE WILL DEFINITELY BRING ME TO YOUR 10TH FAULT IN SINGLE DAY.

                      AWESOME PERFORMANCE IT WILL BE OR MY ONE BAD DAY WITH YOU. NETWORK PROBLEM IS NOTHING NEW TO ANYONE USING BSNL BUT THIS TYPE OF SERVICE PROBLEM IS SOMETHING CAN BE EASILY TACKLED. HOPE YOU CALL ME TO GET A BETTER IDEA. I WOULD EXPECT AN EXECUTIVE OR MANAGER TO CALL ME, SO I CAN EXPLAIN THEM MY POINT OF SAYING. I AM A STUDENT OF MBA, BANARAS HINDU UNIVERSITY (BHU).                           I had purchased one cell one Top-up Voucar S. No.[protected] on 29-10-09 tried to recharge for my phone. it was showing net work problem. contacted customer care on ph. no. [protected]. complaint no. AP[protected], on 30-10-09 I had recive a call from BSNL ph. no.[protected] who had ask details of top-up voucher by refering my complaint & promise me that problem will be solved within two hrs.Nothing is happened. on same day afternoon i had registered another complaint it's no is AP[protected] but nothing is haapened again. so, i had visited cell one's customer care center at GPO Abid they inform me that this coupon is recharge for Ph. no. [protected]. by hearing this i was shocked how it recharge to another no. what is crediability of Cell-One?.

                          So, you are requested to kindly recharge my ph. no. with Rs. 110/- Immediately.

                            I have submitted an application one month back to relocate my phone from one quarter to another in the same building in the Vikramnagar colony Ambli-Bopal Road, Ahmedabad. I talked to the line man two times. However even after one month, it is not done. In such circumstances, I shall be forced to disconnect the BSNL land line. Please do the needful.

                                Now when I wish to add my account in to the bsnl.portal it demands unique id where as the service providers have made some changes in the billing system and the unique id va nished and in its place a new CUSTOMER ACCT.No.appear as "[protected]" This id is not accepted by the bsnl.portal and I had travel 12 kms to pay my telephone land line bill at the Exchange located chandhanagar,lingampally. Please advice the procedure and the correect system where I can add my landline phone account in the bsnl.portal and effect online payments.                                 I am a Senior Scientist working in ICRIAT-Patancheru, Hyderabad. I used to stay in Masab Tank, Hyderabad and had a BSNL landline with Ph No. 23304715 till 30 May 2010. On 31 May 2010 we moved to a new home in Kondapur area in Hyderabad. I gave a request in the BSNL service center for changing my telephone to this new home and accordingly BSNL disconnected my old number and allotted a new number[protected]. However, no body turned up to our home to give this connection till to date. I am giving my new home address below. Pl. send BSNL personnel to give the connection.

                                  I am using BSNL HOME 500 C broadband line for past 2years, though I was warned by so many of friend about the bad service provided by BSNL. I have no complaints till I shift. My Telephone no is 24746876 and. I have given request for shifting on 28.08.2009. But, connection to the shifted house has been given on 22.09.2009. But I was charged for full month instead of 9days and free calls has been calculated on pro-rata basis on their favor and the details as follows.

                                  Gross Metered Call 64
                                  Free Call 53 (It should be 150 as per the plan)

                                  Rent 500.00
                                  Call Charges 11.00
                                  Service Tax 52.63
                                  Gross Amount 564.00
                                  Credit Adj 9.00 (From the previous bill payment)
                                  Net Amt 555.00

                                  It is clearly showing that BSNL is trying to steal money from customer as much as they can, when a customer requests them. For being BSNL customer, I was charged left and right and not per the terms agreed for.

I TRIED MANY TIMES TO UNSUBSCRIBE THIS FACILITY BUT IN VAIN. THE CALL ON THIS # CHARGES RS.5/- P.M. WHEN I ASKED AT CUSTOMER CARE. THEY REPLIED THAT WRITE [UNSUBCRIBE] AND SEND TO 12630019. BUT MASSAGE NOT GOES TO THIS NUMBER.

                                        Since last 3 months I am facing lot of disturbance in my telephone line. I had complained so many times but all in vain. After complaints, the line man calls from the pole and just say that your phone is working and cuts the calls and is least bothered to listen to our complaints.

                                        Many a times there is no dial tone at our end and it comes only if there is some incoming call on it. We have broadband connection too, and the link of the same also gets disconnected in between.

                                        Whether there is some authority who can resolve my problem.
