I had deposited Rs 500/- in the process of applying for a New Phone and Broadband connection to BSNL Vengurla (Sindhudurg Dist, Maharashtra Pin 416516), the details of which are given below:
Demand note no: N1006996 dated 30/09/09.
It has been two months now and I have not got the connection yet. Each time I call the JTO who is responsible for the connection I get a different excuse (i.e if he picks up my call).
Kindly help me out.

BSNL — NON ACTIVATION OF BROADBAND CONNECTION

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have submitted a form for a new landline phone, broadband as well as IPTV connection on august 16, 2011.

A new landline phone was installed on August19, 2011 but my broadband connection is not activated till now.

I have registered complaints to customer care centre, talked to General Manager but did not got my problem
solved.

since last two years my two land lines are not restored, several complaints made but no response, also applied for broad band services but no further any progress by BSNL Vengurla my both no. [protected] and and another is in my son`s Dispensary [protected]

    My landline[protected] is giving high noise since last 6 months. This is reported at several levels many times upto GM. But till date the problem is not resolved.

    Talking is very much noisy. Sometimes phone gets dead.
    Previously I made following complaints as described below :-
    1) Complaint # H052, Dt:- 11 Dec'09
    2) Complaint # H778, Dt:- 21 Dec'09

    I am land line user last more than 25 years.Last month my telephone no[protected]at VALSAD) it was make high noise &automatically dade it will start after calling from external it will continue for maximum 10 minutes then after make dade.I have gone a lost of complaint on 198,[protected],[protected] but there is no response.

      Dear Sir,

      I applied my connection few month back, i got letter from bsnl it shows only the will connection availability, but i request with cable because of broadband. but the exchange told to no feasibility,
      but from exchange to my home it is only 3 min walkable. then two wks before i verbally said to provide will connection, still i am waiting for landline with broadband connection.

        I M REGULARLY BEING DISTURBED BY UNWANTED SMS SENT BY BSNL Bihar, BV 57070, BV 53030,BV 54000, etc. REPEATATION OF SMS IS TOO FAST THAT IT DISTURBS AND DIVERTS MY MIND. IT IS A MENTAL HARAASHMENT TOWARDS MY ROUTINE WORKS AND IMPORTANT MEETINGS. IF IT IS NOT BEING STOPPED IN NEXT 24 Hrs. I WILL BE FORCED TO TAKE HARD ACTION AGAINST THE SAID COMPANY.
        MY NUMBER IS [protected] SINCE 2003. SINCE LAST TWO YEARS AVERAGE BALANCE AMOUNT IS MORE THAN Rs.5000/=.

          MY MOBILE NUMBER IS [protected] WITH RS.325/- POSTPAID PLAN. AS PER THE SCHEME IN THIS PLAN THE COMPANY PROVIDES 5 MB OF GPRS USAGE FREE. THE COMPANY IS CHARGING GPRS FIXED MONTHLY CHARGE EXTRA.


          SO I THINK THIS IS NOT FARE.

            Sub: "How it looks:-" placed before CMD/BSNL" - case of Chinmay Kar
            Ref: My E-mail dated. 20-08-09 to CMD, copy to you.

            Refer to para (f)-should be (g) of your e-letter dated.[protected] which is reproduced.
            "f) One free broadband modem (type-1) is granted as a very special case of humanitarian issue. This will be effective from August’09."
            Further this has been confirmed by your local telephone exchange and zonal office Alipore

            Since as per (f)-should be (g) above free modem takes effect from 01-08-09 necessary reduction has to be reflected in bill for Septr'09 (i.e. period from 01-08.09 to[protected]. Where as record shows as follows:-
            May'09 = Rs.552/- Bill received & paid.
            June'09 = Rs.552/- Bill received & paid.
            July'09 = Rs.552/- Bill received & paid.
            Aug'09 = Rs.552/- Bill yet to be received. Web information.
            Thus there has been no reduction / change in bill due to implementation of orders mentioned above.

            Could to disclose for our information the hidden magic / logic or strategy behind the screen.

            All the remaining issues mentioned in letter dated[protected] remains outstanding / unsettled till date which may be noted. Thanks.

            BSNL — no bill information

            I am BSNL Broad band customer for last one year but i am not getting Bills at my postal address nor i am able find any site which can give information about my monthly bill which i have to pay.
            There is also no services for online payment.

            Can anyone will reply to my this problem ?

            there are services for online payment and you can get the duplicate bill in the nearest bsnl customer care centre and pay the bill at same time you have to go ther and ask why is the bill not coming. good luck

              Dear Sir,
              Sub: A formal case "How it looks:-" placed before CMD/BSNL
              vide my e-mail dated. 07.02. 2009
              Ref: 1) E-mails dt.09 &[protected] from your office in response.
              2) My e-mail status report dt.21.03.2009
              3) My follow up e-mail weekly status reports dated. 29.03.2009,
              04.04.09 & 11.04.09, 18.04.09, 25.04.09*, 02.05.2009*
              & 24.05.2009 sent to your office.

              Your kind attention is invited to facts brought out vide my e-mail dated 07.03.2009, your reply vide e-mails dated 09 & 10.03.2009 and updated 8 Nos. weekly status report as detailed at above. Situation stands on date are narrated below for your personal information. Hard copy of this letter duly signed will be sent in due course for record. Due to acute physical constraints and inability to move out side well known to you causing delay in sending hard copy by post which may kindly be excused.

              1. No reply / clarifications received from concerned CGM / Kolkata (Dr.S.K. Chakravarty <[protected]@bsnl.co.in>) i.e. only competent authority for my case. Issue neglected / ignored / lingered since 12.03.08 and up to 09 / 10.03.2009(interference by your office) made some adjustments in bills to rectify defects. Detail calculation of adjustments made mentioning relevant rules, provision of Act etc asked for vide my weekly status report(No.6) dated 25.04.2009 copy endst to CGM/Kol stands unattended. On receipt of details correlated issues will come up and as such case is not closed. However this clearly shows that this old disabled person is neglected / ignored / otherwise treated.

              2. Data one e-mail not working properly right from the beginning. In this respect too many complains lodged with No. QBBNEW & BSNL Portal. [Ref may be seen from letter dated 07.03.09] Department were requested to either rectify defects as needed or let me know if it is a case my faulty operations. Weekly status report to you dated[protected] may kindly be referred to. No action till date. Is it not a case of neglect / ignorance / differential treatment to an old disabled person who cannot move outside freely?

              4. Since I am an old aged Hemaparasis Disabled (60%) patient, cannot move freely outside and cannot attend office to office to chase my works, I, under compelled circumstance requested BSNL authority vide Portal reqn. to let me know the e-mail ID's of CAO, AO of Alipore. Since Nov'08 onwards all complains / request made are not attended tantamount to neglected / ignored. (For ready appreciation my photo is annexed hereto)

              5. On the eve of WTD-2009 a request was made to CGM to consider some relief to old aged disabled persons. This was subsequently forwarded with a specific request made by a NGO to consider opening a Separate counter to deal only cases for old aged disabled person's cases for redress. Observance of Robindra Joyanti by Telephone office is appreciated but ignorance to considerNGO's proposal for a social welfare works for old age disability & disable is noted.

              6. Your specific kind attention is invited to my weekly status report dated 25.04.2009 (7th Report) where in a major differential treatment made to this old aged disabled person by BSNL/Kolkata was indicated. Hope CGM/Kolkata will not hesitate to accept this allegation as a true and I will not require to produce documentary evidence (for both applicant and Mr.X) to establish that a Differential Treatment is made to this old aged disabled person as he cannot move and attend offices to pursue.

              7. Recently I have made a specific request to BSNL / Kolkata to ensure BB speed 1400 to 1600kbps as made available to some customers of same locality. In my case I am facing much difficulty as because my BB speed is only 65 to 210kbps. [For ready appreciation copy of letter to BSNL is enclosed]. I am sure local authority will turn down my request on the so called plea of "Technical Problems"etc

              Very sorry to encroach your valuable time but I am rather compelled to bring all these aspects to the knowledge of highest authority before it reaches the saturated situation. Thanks. Yours faithfully.

              I do not think it is necessary to repeat and refer all the correspondences made to CGM / Kol and CMD / BSNL during past fifteen months and make larger this letter.

              1) However para 6 of my E-mail dated. 11.06.2009 may please be referred to where in a specific case of differential treatment to this old aged disabled was indicated but till date no confirmation or refute letter received. As such issue is still on.

              2) To day i.e. 24.06.09 I have received Tel. Bill for the month of June'09. It is found from the bill in question that a second case of differential treatment to this old aged disabled has taken place. For verification and appreciation please check up bill for the month Feb'09 and June'09 (March'09 to May'09 not referred as these includes rectifications of mistakes made by BSNL but till date details not supplied to me. Comments thereon kept reserved)

              Vide actions taken by BSNL Co. as indicated at para 1 of my E-mail dated. 11.06.2009 it is clear that BSNL Co. was at fault but delayed the issue, neglected and treated in difference to this old aged disabled person. Now I am keenly interested to watch the administrative reactions on item (1) & (2) above by you.

              Incidentally item 7 of letter dated 11.06.09 though assured, no result till date. Trouble continues.

              This time your kind personal attention is invited to the entire issue rest with CGM / Kolkata right from 12-03-08 to till date. CGM / Kolkata might have made efforts to solve the issue but it appears that he has no control over his administration as such miserably failed to sort out.               Even interferences by your office in the shape of Post office manner, by just simply forwarding copy of the letter to CGM have however no impact on a decontrolled situation prevailing at CGM’s own office. Again CGM miserably failed (as he has practically no control over his administration) to sort out problems in all respect though digested a default rectified in improper manner & now even hesitant to accept a sue motto proposal given to settle the long outstanding case. However your kind personal attention is invited to my case in respect of matter arising out of letters already available with you / records. Some copies as ATTACHMENT already available with you are sent for ready reference for taking suitable action to close the long standing case. It is however be clearly be noted that unless the undersigned certifies that the case is closed it will be on. Simply departmental clearance will not be treated as case closed.

              BSNL Broadband — Ignore my complaint by BSNL Department

              Dear Sir,

              I am Ravi Agrawal consumer of BSNL Broad Band Service my no. is[protected] i do too many complain in bsnl department in Allahabad U.P. that my Broad Brand connection is not fresh working. Sir, I beg to say that they are ignor my whole complain and they never received him phone which try to contract by phone.

              Sir, please help mine and clear to my phone line wheather i can use your great and precious service Broad Band.

              The service of BSNL broadband in kolkata is worst ! . The connection never stays stable for a minimum 1hr. And we are always forced to wait for 2 to 3 days before The errors are being corrected. If this continues then I'm sorry to say that no options will be left for us than shifting to other broadband service providers .
              Dear Sir,
              As the land line subscriber I would like to investigate the following facts and draw to your knowledge for your necessary action for shifting my land line as per your norms through your authorized line man during the month November, 2011
              It is true my existence landline vide no. 25707463 which was installed at Baguipara, Baguihati, Roopsagar Apartment, Kolkata-700 059 and after my shift to Sushma Apartment Phase II, 1st floor K/J/1. Jagatpur Main Road, Ghyandhar Pally, Baguihati, Kolkata-700 059.in the month of November, 2011 the line has also installed a new telephone inexchange of my existing land line.
              But it is strange that after shifting the said landline and connected in lieu of my existing land line and alloted a new no.[protected] without deactivate my existing land line and it was my out of knowledge and later after received a bill against my existing land line and as well as new connected telephone and showed its connected date in 2006 but practically it has connected in the month of November, 2011 and that is why I am not liable to pay against two land line and for the abnormal bill of shifted connected phone.

              Please acknowledge it and investigate the matter about the shift, deactivate the old and calculation of new bill.

                Dear Sir
                Sub: Land line connection fault and cross connection problem
                I am having distortion/unwanted noise problem in my landline mentioned above, from since last year and I have registered complaints through telephone and online many time (Request No.[protected]).
                But I have still not got any proper solution from your part. I also have cross connection problem. I also raised a complaint on the charges without having connection for more than 45 days. I have conveyed the network problem many times to customer care representatives. So I need immediate solution for my problem. I used to get bills amounting maximum to Rs.400 , but without using the connection due to the noise problem I still get Rs.500 I also feel that billing is inapt Kindly check the bills for any charges related to cross connection.

                    Someone calls to my land line number from a mobile number and talks rubbish to my mother.. she tried to disconnect the call after the 1st time.. but, this person keeps on calling, even after we said that we would log complaint against him.. i searched the mobile tracker website and found the number being Airtel..

                              i had a problem with WLL[protected] Nanded,maharastra).I thought its technical faults is going there.i am calling with my mobiles from Hyderabad,Andhra Pradesh (Airtel,Tata,Aircel,vodafone & Relaince Netwok) to WLL but its not connecting to WLL.

                                I installed land line connection in the year 2006. Since then my land line is noisy. I made complaint about many times. J.E.& A.E said it can't be repaired it is a line fault. Not a single day it worked properly. I am really dejected. Some time it was very much noisy if i make complaint they will come on their own and they do something noise may be reduced but they won't totally clear the noise. Now my phone is dead for the last 10 days. I made a complaint one week back but still now nobody atteded the fault.(complaint no is[protected]. As they said if it can't be rectified my phone connection may please disconnected. Otherwise I am going to make complaint in the consumer court.

                                  i took bsnl cellone 525 plan 3 months ago.this is third time i am going to pay the bill, but the billing amount is too much this time(Rs 2283). i have paid last two bills well within time period.i am talking about the bill for the month of november '09 which is is beyond my understanding. i don't get how i got this amount bcoz i m sure that i havn't use phone so much during this month.plz solve my problem. my cell no. is [protected] and accnt no. is[protected].

                                  I AM NEW USER OF RELIANCE TELEPHONE(LANDLINE). MY PH. NO. IS[protected] IHAVE RECEIVED NO BILLS TILL NOW. I GOT THE INFORMATION OF BILL ON MY NO. OF DUES WHICH WAS PAID BY ME ON DATE[protected] OF RS. 600/- AFTER THAT PAYMENT OF 600/- MY PH. WAS DISCONNECTED ON 17-09-08 AND I HAS BEEN TOLD THAT THERE IS A PENDING BILL OF RS. 238/- I AGAIN PAID RS.250/- ON 19-09-08. THEN AGAIN I FOUND MY NO. DISCONNECTED ON 20-09-08 . IWENT TO RELIANCE OFFICE SITUATED IN ROHTAK (POWER HOUSE). THERE WAS SONIA MADAM ON CUSTOMER CARE SEAT WHO MISBEHAVED WITH ME AND SHE COULD NOT MADE ME SATISFIED WHETHER IT IS SECURITY OR IT IS PENDING BILL.SHE ASKED ME I WILL SOLVE THE PROBLEM WITH IN ONE HOUR AND WILL INFORM YOU ON YOUR NO. THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM THAT SIDE AFTER THAT I WENT TO RELIANCE OFFICE AGAIN & MET MR. GYANENDER TIWARI HE GAVE ME ASSURANCE THAT I WILL SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM IN ONE WEEK. SO I WANT TO LET YOU KNOW THAT HOW POOR SERVICES ARE THERE IN ROHTAK

                                    I had surrendered my telephone serviceand handset on 26/03/2009 as I transferred to Delhi.Fortunately I took a number from accounts department, for any future communication with BSNL Ballygunge Phari.The accounts person concerned was K k Naskar[protected].They assured me that you will get your refund within 3 months.But as usual govt. attitude they ,till date had not refunded my security deposit.Accounts person had given a telephone number[protected]Mrs.Anuradha Chakravorty)cash dispatch.I called her at least 100 times to send my security money.But this BSNL non-sense persons are not refunding my money.
                                    Is there any way out in this country to fight with such people and get my refund back.

                                    RESPECTED SIR,
                                    MY NAME IS RAJIV KUMAR SINGH, AND I M WRITING THIS LETTER ON BEHALF OF MY MOTHER "KANTI DEVI SINGH".
                                    THE PROBLEM IS THAT FEW YEARS AGO ( 2-3 YRS) MY MOTHER WITHDRAWN THE BSNL LANDLINE CONNECTION AND DEMANDED FOR THE SECURITY DEPOSIT WHICH WAS TAKEN BY BSNL WHEN SHE TOOK THE TELEPHONE CONNECTION.
                                    WE DONT HAVE ANY OUTSTANDING BILLS OF THE SAID CONNECTION.
                                    BUT WHENEVR SHE MADE THE VISIT TO THE COMPANY FOR THE ( SD ), THE ALWAYS SAYS YOUR WORK IS IN PROGRESS.
                                    NOW FROM THE LAST THREE YEARS I HAVE BEEN TOLD THE SAME THING MY WORK IS IN PROGRESS.
                                    NOW SHE STOPPED VISITING TO THEIR OFFICE.
                                    NOW I WANT TO KNOW THAT, WHAT SHOULD WE DO TO GET THAT SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK FROM BSNL.

                                    Till date I m pursuing the matter with the concerned persons.In November 2009, I also forwarded my complaint to the grievances(director) cell of BSNL.They responded me on my email also.In his email they confirmed me that we have forwarded your complaint to the concerned department also told me to if I don't get any response within 10-15 days from the department, you contact me immediately.Accordingly I contacted him but invain.They are not(grievances cell) responding.
                                    In december when I contacted Ms.Chakravorty they told me that we had misplaced your documents somewhere but we had found it now.And we have processed your doc.and then you will get your refund.Bur as usual I am not getting refund.
                                    So I request you to take stern action against the persons who are working with such Company and making the bad reputation for the company
                                    Yes today Igot my security refund.thanks 2 u all who had taken actions in getting my refund back that's too after 10 months.

                                      My BSNL prepaid sim's expiry date was 24th oct-o9 but due to my cell phone was damaged due to some damage and i was not able to use my sim also after 10th oct-09 and after repaireing my cell i am surprised to see hat my sim shows zero balance against 5000+
                                      when i talk to customer care he told me we can't do anything your sim valedity period is over
