november month bill is too much

Sir,
i took bsnl cellone 525 plan 3 months ago.this is third time i am going to pay the bill, but the billing amount is too much this time(Rs 2283). i have paid last two bills well within time period.i am talking about the bill for the month of november '09 which is is beyond my understanding. i don't get how i got this amount bcoz i m sure that i havn't use phone so much during this month.plz solve my problem....

Refund of Security Money for my surrenderes no.033-24604415

I had surrendered my telephone serviceand handset on 26/03/2009 as I transferred to Delhi.Fortunately I took a number from accounts department, for any future communication with BSNL Ballygunge Phari.The accounts person concerned was K k Naskar[protected].They assured me that you will get your refund within 3 months.But as usual govt. attitude they ,till date had not refunded my security deposit.Accounts person had given a telephone number...

Balance laps

My BSNL prepaid sim's expiry date was 24th oct-o9 but due to my cell phone was damaged due to some damage and i was not able to use my sim also after 10th oct-09 and after repaireing my cell i am surprised to see hat my sim shows zero balance against 5000+
when i talk to customer care he told me we can't do anything your sim valedity period is over
now what should i do?? will my 5000+ money waste???...

bill for broadband use not as per actual usage

bsnl broadband: tel[protected]
Amount towards the broadband internet usage has come to Rs: 2722.95 for the Oct-month bill.

We have not used beyond the limit of 1 GB. This billing is unacceptable. Please verify.


Moreover, the usage service records used to be available in the personal account. For last one month its disabled.
Please restore the service sothat we could change the password,...

I had purchased a BSNL DATA Card (No.[protected] on 14 Aug 2009 from MK Enterprise, Nagerbazar, Kolkata (BSNL authorised agent). But due to low signal at my residential area, I decided to surrender the said card. simcard rejected

my bsnl sim([protected]) card registration has been failed from 24/11/2009.Already raised a complain in bsnl customer care. Every time customer care executive told me wait, wait.........wait. Till date my problem has not been solved. Please do the need full ,that i can access my sim card as earliest as possible. My mobile no, complain docket no. & address given bellow.

Unauthorised Deduction of Mobile Balance

After receipt of an SMS from an +12555020 i am shocked to find my BSNL Prepaid Mobile Account Balance being deducted or looted in the name of religious SMS. Am i supposed to tolerate some religious organisation unauthorisedly stealing my hard earned BSNLPrepaid Account Balance in the Name of Religion and Bombarding my Mobile with unwanted SMS of religious speeches every now and then.
On the contrary this is really making me develop...

Hi, i am very much feeling bad to say that our BSNL i.e., Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd, Andhra pradesh is given a poor responce of customer care- 1500. i have cald to customer care on Novomber 26 2009 at 9:05 pm . they people are not responding call even they put us in long hold and irrespectivly they are disconnecting the call and wasting our valuble time. i want to know my usage of broadband services. daily i am calling to this customer care...

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have couple bad experiences with BSNL Hadapsar office. It took more than 6 months to get basic landline phone and broadband connection.

And now whenever someone wants to register a complaint for Broadband connection the representatives at the office ask customers to talk to Mr Dabhade (Dabhale) and the officer never recieves any call. I have called him at least 50 times in last few months and...

Getting Bill without having Connection of broadband

I am Amit Chauhan S/O sh. Darshan singh Chauhan Residence of #683 mahadev colony BCW Surajpur Distt. Panchkula (haryana). I have applied for BSNL broadband connection (Rural plan) in month June . BSNL have provide me with the landline phone and i have not got any MODEM till date
and surprisingly yesterday Bill came of Rs.1600 including 4 months broadband charges.

Landline disconnection issue

Please note that we have applied for BSNL broadband connection to Adabari Exchange ,Maligaon Guwahati-781011 in the month of August-09.

Initially bsnl personnels committed that the connection will be provided within 2/3 working days.But after repeated follow ups for 7days to SDO, Adabari exchange, BSNL did not provide us the applied broadband connection.BSNL authorities never gave us any reason instead we found broadband charges...

Broadband

I am using broadband , plan 750 home, on my telephone number[protected]. The download speed is between 15-25 KB/s. I have lodged written complaint about five weeks back but have failed to get a satisfactory reply from the authorities. I have spoken on telephone to the SDO of turner road exchange under whose jurisdiction my area falls and even he has not given any suitable reply on the complaint....
