DEAR SIR

I AM A CUSTOMER OF BSNL LAND LINE AND BROADBAND. I AM NOT ABLE TO SEE THE BROADBAND USAGE DETAIL ON THE SITE www.data.bsnl.in EVEN FOR THE CURRENT MONTH. WHEN I AM LOGING INTO THIS SITE AND WANT TO SEE THE BROADBAND USAGE DETAIL THERE IS SHOWING A DIALOGUE THAT"NO USAGE RECORD FOUND" IN SPITE OF GIVING THE RIGHT PORTAL ID AND PASSWORD. SO THAT I AM GETTING FEAR TO CONTINUE USE OF BROADBAND SERVICE BECAUSE WITHOUT SEEING THE USAGE DETAIL IT MAY BE INCREASE THE BILL. SO THAT PLEASE SOLVE THIS PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY

    Sir,
    Im ramesh last week tuesday(27/10/2009) i got a call from bsnl number the number is[protected]number as i received). The person(Ranjith) said he is working in First Advantage an american background verification company . he asked me about my detail. Then said our company found out your are mention [censored] experience in your resume . Then he asked 15,000 rupees to be transfer to his SBI account .But im having real experience. so i got doubt and scold that guy.i said im going to give a police complaint then he cut the call.This complaint needs to take action other wise. Some other innocent people will be cheated by the same person.

      My grievance is as follows:
      First of all I lost my confidence with BSNL Service.
      I have applied for BSNL Broadband with Telephone line for the date
      [protected]. As per the BSNL website says It has to be provided within three days
      (I will agree If any technical feasibility is there in the sense it may take time)
      But not upto one month if iam not wrong.They have given landline connection only
      on the date[protected]Friday). Before this I met a lineman (Mr.Thippeswamy) on
      the date[protected] and he also identified the available telephone path and requirement
      of modem from myside (He collected required ID proofs also from my side)
      After one week also there was no reply from the BSNL.
      I called the BSNL office on the date[protected]. There reply was we couldnt identify
      your area.This is ridiculous.After identifying the requirements, if a person says we
      couldnt locate your area in the sense thats not considered as carelessness,more than
      that it is arrogance. Again when I called twice after thie incidence there reply was
      the concerned staff is not available. For your information my home is in Core city of the area
      (Rajajinagar). Again they have given Telephone line on the date[protected] still they have
      not provided Broadband connection and modem. Again as per our family member,s
      observation the lineman,s response was too careless about the requirement and he is not
      at all bothered about my family member,s suggestions.See I have applied for the broadband
      related to my work, Till now Iam gaining uninvited mental pressure from BSNL just because
      of these arrogance attitude.
      I waited patiently till yesterday,but losing the hopes Iam mailing here.
      If they require a bribe then only they can do it in the sense Iam not a person fit into there
      requirement. Otherwise if they do there work as per there will and as per there time,
      in the sense there many ways a consumer can sort it out.Please go through the attachment
      for your referenece.

      we had purchased a BSNL handset, which is not being working now so v had been to d service centre they wo'nt give any response towards the handset . we request u to make d necessary arrangements

        I, Sajjan Sharma, have a landline connection with telephone no:[protected].My customer ID is[protected]. All bills are paid upto date still the line has been disconnected. The last bill I paid was for the month of October 2009 on 26th of October 2009 amouting to Rs 992. All the previous bills are paid till date. please kindly look in to the matter and get the line connected at the earliest. I hope the needful will be done without any further delay..
        The lanphone is dead. It will be a great help if you can take this matter on a priority basis.

        dear sir,
        I lodged a complaint on 28/04/2012 ( docket no.[protected]) for my telephone instrument (supplied by BSNL) which is not working properly producing
        heavy noise, though the line is ok as the broadband connected to it is working satisfactorily. I have disconnected the telephone instrument (supplied by BSNL) and connected my personal telephone instrument. Since 30/04/2012 different persons call 4/5 times daily and ask about the problem, we give the same reply to every body that instrument is faulty but line is ok. Repeatedly they ask the same question every day but doing nothing to sort out the problem. Sitting in AC room they just call and listen our reply and then put the phone down, as they are showing they are so caring for the customer. It has been happening regularly.           Myself, Ramji B. Solanki, had received a message that i have won $2500. The sms was " WINNER[protected] is chosen for $2500 CASH prize, call +[protected] now". Sender: TM-BRW Message Centre: [protected], Date:20th october 2009. Time: 10:25:01. After get this message i called on that number +[protected] recieved by Mr. Hameed said that we tried to call u so many times, but i didnt recieve a single call from them. They said that u had win $3500 and said to register your details on phone and will contact within 2 days. After that we called there for 30 to 35 times and lost above Rs. 3500. But still we dont get any response from them. After trying so many time we called in BSNL customer care, MR Bharval had recieved a call and he also didnt gave any respsonse and make fun of me.Now i want reply within 5 days or i take some legal actions to BSNL..

            Cellone Prepaid Service — Very Poor Network

            Sir,
            I am very sorry to say that I am a BSNL Mobile customer since the very first day of launching mobile service at Kolkata, several years ago. But since then I am suffering from "POOR NETWORK COVERAGE" even in Salt Lake where the obstruction is minimum. Several complaints has been lodged in several times, but no remedy. Moreover your so called HELP LINE is a line full of advertisement and gets disconnected before lodging complaint. It is also a matter of luck to get your HELP LINE. Even after this only the assurance we can have from them but till today no positive action has been observed. If at any point you find that my complaints are base less I would request you to contact me to my mobile no: [protected], I think I will be able you to make you believe. Thank you and hope for remedy, at least a positive step so that I can understand that BSNL Authority is willing to provide a better service to their customer.

              Hi i applied for new Broad Band connection on 3rd september in Medavakkam Bsnl Office.
              At that time they said it will take 2 weeks to give the connection .
              They said its not possible to give the connection in a week as they are laying underground cables.
              i said 2 weeks is ok. But i didnt get the Broadband connection or the phone connection till now.
              i use to go once in two weeks and ask about the connection.
              now days they are not allowing the consumers to meet JE. The security takes the registration paper and enquires about it and says it will take 2 weeks.
              while giving the connection for a bachelor they are asking will you pay the bill correctly.
              but now what BSNL does . not able to give a BB connection or a phone connection for more than 60 days.
              i dont think this is acceptable. As it a government organisation as they are government employees they earn a bad name for the organisation.
              is their any way to call the BSNL higer officials to bring this issue to them????
              will i get ther BB connection if i call the Bsnl officials ????

              BSNL — Delay in new installation

              I registered for a new land line phone connection along with broad band service on BSNL vide request ref: 81200132 & AN: 82206148 dated 27/03/08. Sixty days are over but no connection is provided yet even after repeated follow up.

              I have highlighted this issue to customer care also but no positive result.

              Appreciate your immediate action in this regard.

              I am writing this email out of much frustration. I am not sure if you are the person whom I have to send this email, if not please refer me to the right channel.

              I had applied for a new landline and broadband connection on March 01, 2008 and yet to get a connection. In spite of have a junction box fixed at my residence.
              Address: #4, Loveleen Cottage, Kanakadas Layout, Lingarajpuram, Bangalore – 84.

              I have been in contact with almost all your BSNL employees relating to this task. Initially I contacted the BSNL toll free number and they gave me a 2544999 no. and suggested me to enquire at this number.
              After a lot of tries I got through, (I mean after many days). I was given another number 25466290, then the same story, I was given another number 25450366.
              Finally a number 20127647 that of Mr. Anbu allagan (not sure of his spelling) This person is making me go around bushes, is he expecting bribe????
              I was provided 20127202 that of Mr. Jabber- field engineer, he supposedly visited my location and informed me that feasibility is less, why? No idea…..(In spite of have a junction box fixed at my residence)
              Then again I was provided 20127217 named Mr. Jadav, JE, junior Engineer, ….. !!!??!!! no idea, … whom I cannot get hold of.

              I have been contacting Anbu several times and getting new numbers, [protected]…… no solution but only telephone directory.
              I am in no man’s land now. Its almost 6 months…..

              Could you let me know if you can help me on this, should I take back the deposit, wait for many more months, want next……

                My bsnl phone no.[protected] is not working since last 3 months. I have called up exchange personnel directly almost 50 times, met JE, Cable section personnel but nothing has been done till date. My fixed monthly charges are 1000/- which I am paying every month without availing broadband service.

                BSNL Broadband — Connection dead since last 3 months

                Hi

                I have a BSNL Broadband connection # [protected], since last 2 years

                This Number is dead since last 3 months, First complaint was logged with BSNL on 23rd Jan '10, we received a reply that cables are being layed, connection will resume within a week, but connection is still dead,
                2nd complaint was launched on 18th Feb'10 complaint # 3,
                3rd complaint was launched on 19th Feb'10 complaint # 2
                4th complaint was launched on 20th Feb'10 complaint # 3,
                5th complaint was launched on 22th Feb'10 complaint # 32
                6th complaint was launched on 24th Feb'10 complaint # 24
                7th complaint was launched on 26th Feb'10 complaint # 12
                8th complaint was launched on 3rd Mar'10 complaint # 2
                9th complaint was launched on 5th Mar'10 complaint # 51

                We also logged complaint at GM office on 2nd & 4th of March

                Every time we received response that issue will be resolved in a day or 2... it been almost 3 month and my broadband connection is still dead

                  I had to cancel my broadband connection of BSNL due to very poor service. I was dead for two months and was billed without resolving issue. I cancelled broadband and now somebody intensionally cut my land line. Phone is dead. In this competetive world how can BSNL function with such service?

                  My BSNl Landline no.[protected] was installed in jan 2008, and worked fine for 1 year,

                  but from 7 March 2007 the phone went dead, and was connected on 28 march but after 1 week on 4 th April again the phone went dead, which was corrected on 9 april but after 4 days on 13 April again the phone went dead.
                  what is this happening why isn't the service going dead again and again made repeated complaints to BSNL exchange they say the wires are cut, why cant they take care of that instead blame other civic agencies

                  More over their customer helpline 1500 dosen't work either there is never an executive availaible for registering the complaint, always the IVRS putting the caller on hold. i dont know whom to approach for my complaints as the SDO, J.E of the relevent exchange dont act they always say something and forward the complaints to other officers saying it their resposibility, ..

                  please help me.what to do...whom to complaints for any prompt action.

                  I had new connection of landline with broadband(home combo plan), but since stating (03 Months) i could not use my phone and broadband regulary due to problems of line every time i complain on Phone No 1957. After 2 or 3 complain they are attending the complain but no rectification till now, I feddup with my phone they are not giving appropiate reply to me, what happend to phone. Some times they are telling your phone set is not working or some times they are telling we don't have another line to give you, every time i am paying only phone bill without late without received phone bill.                     i am a bsnl landline customer for over 13 years in 2539 exchange in calcutta telecom dist. and i am a subscriber of bsnl broadband for over 4 years, i did not face any trouble till august 2009, but from september 2009 i couldn't work in internet because link in modem extinguished every 1/2 minute interval and my net is cut off, my telephone is also noisy. i lodged complain on almost everyday and exchange cheched my own accesories which are all in well condition, but the men in 2539 exch doesn't care to recty my connection, i also lodged complaint to area manager/ broadband/north cal tel. dist, but nobody take care about the problem. i have to bear pecunary loss for this worst service of bsnl broadbandin 2539 exch., now i am feeling helpless, i shall be ever grateful if anybody can help me to overcome this problem.

                      I m using BSNL's Dataone Broadband from last month, but facing a serious problem regarding connection i.e. disconnection of broadband i.e. linked failed.After 2 min (approx) i have to connect again and again. I have inform the officer regarding this problem, she told me that "tommorow our executive meet u to sort out this problem, but all gone in vain no one come from BSNL deptt. to sort out my prob. I think BSNL should change their punch line i.e. "BSNL Disconnecting India". Please do me favour regard this matter.

                        i have get BSNL broadband connection on 21 dec2008 for 750 home unlimited plane .and in jan 31 2009 i appilied for plane change to 250 home plane the officer recieved application and say that the plane was change from feb1 2009. and then in afternoon they call on my bsnl telephone no.[protected] that they were unable to chang my plane because i have take bb on dec so plane cannot change .then in feb2009 the plane is 750 home unlimited .and then in mar2009 they were change plane without notifing me so i had use bb as 750 unlimited plane and in 16 april 2009 bill was came with post then i know what the bill is about 49000 so i complaint to bsnl office but they not responding me and told that your plan should change in march as 250 home plane as you given the application on 31jan 2009 .how they can change the plane on my rejected application . please help me and give any idea what to do.

                        BSNL — Too high bill

                        About one year ago I got the bsnl internet connection home 500c [1.5 GB limit] plan on my pc.. The monthly charges were OK for 4-5 months but then my bill came out to be Rs. 1700 rather than 500.. The next month Rs 1984.. I complained to the bsnl office but who cares...Then I swithed on to the unlimited plan but the speed was very slow...So then I changed to 2.5 GB plan..But now again the bil is more than Rs. 2000.but should be about Rs. 600....Please help me ... or I may be forced to change my internet connection from bsnl to some other...but to which one please help me.........

                          I bought this NIC from district jammu and the device is not working properly. it remains connected but there is no data transfer at all. moreover, thee are no BSNL officials to attend to the complaints. I dont know where to go and whom to approach.

                          BSNL — WLL NIC NOT WORKING PROPERLY

                          HELLO SIR,
                          I PURCHES BSNL WLL NIC FROM JUNAGADH DISTRICT OF GUJRAT.
                          OFFICER OF BSNL TOLD THAT IT WILL GIVE SPEED MORE THEN ANY OTHER DATA CARD.
                          BUT IT IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY DATA OF OTHER COMPANY LIKE RELIANCE OR TATA GIVE MORE SPEED AND WORK PROPERLY AS COMPARE TO THIS BSNL NIC.
                          THERE IS PROBLEM IN UPLODING OF FILE AND SANDING IT EVEN OF 20 KB SIZE WHERE AS SAME FILE CAN BE UPLODED EASILY IN OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER LIKE RELIANCE AND TATA AT SAME OR AT LOWER SPEED.
                          What they say is that we are getting 144kbps. Not 144KBPS. U can check ur speed using any download accelerators. 144 kbps means 1byte=8bits. Here they writes the 144kbps where kbps is in small letters. That is we will get only 1/8 of it. So the maximum speed of 12 to 20KBPS. The only advantage is that they are providing unlimited usage.
                          They are only providing speed upto 20KBPS maximum. Sometimes that speed will also get reduced to 2 to 5 KBPS. This is very bad.

                                  Internet Broadband connection at # 2474, 17th main, 25th cross. Banashankari 2nd stage is not working since last 3 days. Despite repeated complaints and visits to the BSNL office K R Road no action has been taken by the department. Very poor service of the BSNL department. They are not even picking up the mobile number that they have given

                                  I have a BSNL Broadband connection it is not working from last ten days and i am calling the call centre repeteadly, I have also submitted a written application to the Area Manager South Jaipur yesterday but still no improvement has been done and it was also not working for more than 20 days in the last month. I am now fed up with the service provider and the way of talking of the employees of the company, they talk to the people in a very ill manner. Please someone help.

                                  We are not able to use BSNL broadband even 10 days in a month. We already lodge complaint many times but there is no solution. If BSNL is not able to provide services they must not charge customer for that service. There is not a single responsible person in BSNL office of our area, visit to BSNL office is waste of time and money. We are feeling that BSNL is not doing anything to improve service, in other words they want to say that "we are going to work this way we are not interested to provide you any service, BSNL is paying their employee for doing nothing and still if you want to use our (BSNL) service then you can waste your money and time but BSNL does not care about customer.                                   Our BSNL Internet, it has been not working since 2 weeks. evrytime we complaining to the telephone exchange, but they are not responding. they always postponing it. but till the repair was not cleared. we are facing very problems without net . plz take an action as soon as possible for this...                                     Complaint about Landline Telephone:

                                    Sound is not audible. Loud noice. There are many joints in the wire connecting my phone and underground cable. This is the condition for many years. Submitted many complaints. The authorities asked us to give complaints. As we are busy we are unable to go from offices to offices giving complaints. I request the authorities to take prompt action.

                                    Complaint about Broadband:

                                    I've applied for broadband connection 2 months before. Then I was told that I've got the first priority to get the connection. Till now I haven't got the connection. On enquiry I got the answer that I would get it soon. I request the authorities to look into the matter.

                                    BSNL/phone&broadband — delay for phone and broadband

                                    My name is S. Gunaranjithamary. i applied BSNL phone and broadband connection. i paid 500rs 9th aug 2008. they said they will come and give the connection within a week. but now today 13th sep. but still they did not give any connection. i dont know the reason why they are doing like this.
                                    I am in Maduravoyal. here maduravoyal exchange no response for everything. they did not refund the money also. i applied one agency.

                                    I want to make a complaint about this. so please verify and do the needful. My order number is 82388066.

                                      Past 3 months am using BSNL Broadband. At 1st month am using Home 250 plan. on that month i have d bill Rs.784 i pay Bill. 2nd month am change the scheme to Home Combo 500. on that month am get the bill around Rs.2500. Am disappoint to see that much of amount. when am ask to customer care they told Rs.500 For Deposite, Rs.1000 for My 1st n 2nd month rental, another Rs.1000 for my Usage. I don't Know How it will be happen. Then Why am pay Rs.784 for 1st month bill

                                      My Telephone and Broadband connection[protected] is under the Plan HOME 500C . My plan has unlimited free data usage Between 02:00 AM and 08:00 AM . When I receieved the bill for the month of July 2009 I found that the data used between 02:00 AM and 08:00AM under the free usage has been charged under the chargeable units on certain dates. The usage records provided by you clearly indicates that the data usage between[protected]:35:18PM and[protected]:35:39AM has been charged under the chargeable units. The usage should have been properly segregated between the free and chargeable data timings.

                                      Please verify your records and revise my Bill, which has been charged with the free data usage, at the earliest as my pay by date is 28 Aug 2009.

                                      Please avoid any future errors of the same kind as this seems to be a problem with your software.
                                      I had applied for BSNL broadband plan change on June 26, 2009 from my existing 250 limited plan to 750 unlimited plan on 1500 at call center. They had given me a request number viz. 313616 and assuring me of change of plan within 8 days. Unfortunately, the plan did not change due to some technical reasons and I was told to visit exchange or customer care for the same. Upon visiting I was told it has been activated. Unfortunately, I received the bill of July as per old plan which turned out to be huge and upon inquiry was told due to some technical problems it has been activated YET.


                                      Upon inquiry at customer care i was informed to change my existiting telephone plan to get 750 unlimited plan, information of which is not provided on their Teriff Card, instead it is clearly said on Teriff Card under 750 unlimited "with existing plan of telephone." The officer was not ready so I applied for 500 limited plan, this time directly at the customer care office at Bhawani Peth, Pune. I was assured of change within two days, to my fate, did not happen even after five days. I went to customer care, contacting another officer, who fortunately was very cooperative, informed me that i can get 750 unlimited and finally I got 750 plan activated.

                                      My question is why there are diversity of opinions?

                                      Unfortunately, till I got my unlimited plan half of it has been already two months. I am worried about my August Bill, as I got to know this all mess in August after I received Bill of July.

                                      I want to know can my bill be reconstituted and restructured.

                                      BSNL announces no installation charges (installation charge free) for new broadband and landline connections in march 2012. I applied broadband and landline connections in march 2012 and got the connections under customer id [protected]. BSNL charged not only installation charges for broadband and landline but also service tax @ 12.36% instead of 10.3%.
