    i had a problem with WLL[protected] Nanded,maharastra).I thought its technical faults is going there.i am calling with my mobiles from Hyderabad,Andhra Pradesh (Airtel,Tata,Aircel,vodafone & Relaince Netwok) to WLL but its not connecting to WLL.
    i complained alredy on the phone by oral but they sey that problem in (Airtel,Tata,Aircel.vodafone & Relaince At A.P.)

    What should i do to solve this problem ???

    I am Government ITI Jamgavhan, Taq- kalamnuri, Dist- Hingoli. ( Maharashtra ). Telephone no of this office is[protected] WLL- CDMA ). The telephone having 2 problems- 1) There is no incoming calls receive. 2) No outgoing calls to IDEA costumers perticularely. Pl. take the action.

      I installed land line connection in the year 2006. Since then my land line is noisy. I made complaint about many times. J.E.& A.E said it can't be repaired it is a line fault. Not a single day it worked properly. I am really dejected. Some time it was very much noisy if i make complaint they will come on their own and they do something noise may be reduced but they won't totally clear the noise. Now my phone is dead for the last 10 days. I made a complaint one week back but still now nobody atteded the fault.(complaint no is[protected]. As they said if it can't be rectified my phone connection may please disconnected. Otherwise I am going to make complaint in the consumer court.

        Signal problem

        Hi

        I live in t. Nagar, area in chennai. Bsnl, i agree has got good coverage in india, but the worst part is that the signal is really bad.Inside buildings the signal drop is so bad, that we need to run out to the open to speak to people.

        After so many complaints, its still the same. I am sure if bsnl signal problem is not rectified, there are lot of customers who have been using bsnl for so many years, will...

        Sir,
        i took bsnl cellone 525 plan 3 months ago.this is third time i am going to pay the bill, but the billing amount is too much this time(Rs 2283). i have paid last two bills well within time period.i am talking about the bill for the month of november '09 which is is beyond my understanding. i don't get how i got this amount bcoz i m sure that i havn't use phone so much during this month.plz solve my problem. my cell no. is [protected] and accnt no. is[protected].

        525/- PLAN — FOR BILLING

        I AM NEW USER OF RELIANCE TELEPHONE(LANDLINE). MY PH. NO. IS[protected] IHAVE RECEIVED NO BILLS TILL NOW. I GOT THE INFORMATION OF BILL ON MY NO. OF DUES WHICH WAS PAID BY ME ON DATE[protected] OF RS. 600/- AFTER THAT PAYMENT OF 600/- MY PH. WAS DISCONNECTED ON 17-09-08 AND I HAS BEEN TOLD THAT THERE IS A PENDING BILL OF RS. 238/- I AGAIN PAID RS.250/- ON 19-09-08. THEN AGAIN I FOUND MY NO. DISCONNECTED ON 20-09-08 . IWENT TO RELIANCE OFFICE SITUATED IN ROHTAK (POWER HOUSE). THERE WAS SONIA MADAM ON CUSTOMER CARE SEAT WHO MISBEHAVED WITH ME AND SHE COULD NOT MADE ME SATISFIED WHETHER IT IS SECURITY OR IT IS PENDING BILL.SHE ASKED ME I WILL SOLVE THE PROBLEM WITH IN ONE HOUR AND WILL INFORM YOU ON YOUR NO. THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM THAT SIDE AFTER THAT I WENT TO RELIANCE OFFICE AGAIN & MET MR. GYANENDER TIWARI HE GAVE ME ASSURANCE THAT I WILL SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM IN ONE WEEK. SO I WANT TO LET YOU KNOW THAT HOW POOR SERVICES ARE THERE IN ROHTAK

          I had surrendered my telephone serviceand handset on 26/03/2009 as I transferred to Delhi.Fortunately I took a number from accounts department, for any future communication with BSNL Ballygunge Phari.The accounts person concerned was K k Naskar[protected].They assured me that you will get your refund within 3 months.But as usual govt. attitude they ,till date had not refunded my security deposit.Accounts person had given a telephone number[protected]Mrs.Anuradha Chakravorty)cash dispatch.I called her at least 100 times to send my security money.But this BSNL non-sense persons are not refunding my money.
          Is there any way out in this country to fight with such people and get my refund back.

          RESPECTED SIR,
          MY NAME IS RAJIV KUMAR SINGH, AND I M WRITING THIS LETTER ON BEHALF OF MY MOTHER "KANTI DEVI SINGH".
          THE PROBLEM IS THAT FEW YEARS AGO ( 2-3 YRS) MY MOTHER WITHDRAWN THE BSNL LANDLINE CONNECTION AND DEMANDED FOR THE SECURITY DEPOSIT WHICH WAS TAKEN BY BSNL WHEN SHE TOOK THE TELEPHONE CONNECTION.
          WE DONT HAVE ANY OUTSTANDING BILLS OF THE SAID CONNECTION.
          BUT WHENEVR SHE MADE THE VISIT TO THE COMPANY FOR THE ( SD ), THE ALWAYS SAYS YOUR WORK IS IN PROGRESS.
          NOW FROM THE LAST THREE YEARS I HAVE BEEN TOLD THE SAME THING MY WORK IS IN PROGRESS.
          NOW SHE STOPPED VISITING TO THEIR OFFICE.
          NOW I WANT TO KNOW THAT, WHAT SHOULD WE DO TO GET THAT SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK FROM BSNL.

          Till date I m pursuing the matter with the concerned persons.In November 2009, I also forwarded my complaint to the grievances(director) cell of BSNL.They responded me on my email also.In his email they confirmed me that we have forwarded your complaint to the concerned department also told me to if I don't get any response within 10-15 days from the department, you contact me immediately.Accordingly I contacted him but invain.They are not(grievances cell) responding.
          In december when I contacted Ms.Chakravorty they told me that we had misplaced your documents somewhere but we had found it now.And we have processed your doc.and then you will get your refund.Bur as usual I am not getting refund.
          So I request you to take stern action against the persons who are working with such Company and making the bad reputation for the company
          Yes today Igot my security refund.thanks 2 u all who had taken actions in getting my refund back that's too after 10 months.

            My BSNL prepaid sim's expiry date was 24th oct-o9 but due to my cell phone was damaged due to some damage and i was not able to use my sim also after 10th oct-09 and after repaireing my cell i am surprised to see hat my sim shows zero balance against 5000+
            when i talk to customer care he told me we can't do anything your sim valedity period is over
            now what should i do?? will my 5000+ money waste???

              bsnl broadband: tel[protected]
              Amount towards the broadband internet usage has come to Rs: 2722.95 for the Oct-month bill.

              We have not used beyond the limit of 1 GB. This billing is unacceptable. Please verify.


              Moreover, the usage service records used to be available in the personal account. For last one month its disabled.
              Please restore the service sothat we could change the password, at least.
              could you please resolve the issue ?

                I had purchased a BSNL DATA Card (No.[protected] on 14 Aug 2009 from MK Enterprise, Nagerbazar, Kolkata (BSNL authorised agent). But due to low signal at my residential area, I decided to surrender the said card. I came to know that the the card was purchased from BSNL Office, Salt Lake, by MK Enterprise.I approached BSNL, Salt Lake on 09 Sep 09 for surrender of my card, as MK Enterprise is not willing to come in between. They told me to come after Durga Puja. I again visited BSNL office on 08 Oct 09. I was told by the reception to go to marketing section with an application for surrendering of the card. I approached there. The told me that I had to approach BSNL within one month of purchase of the card and directed to mobile section. From there I was directed to Counter No. 3 for duplicate bill. They told finally on 26 Nov 09 after 08 times visit at BSNL office, that my bill is not yet generated and if I donot show my paid bill, it will not be deactivated. BSNL & I donot know when the bill will be generated but I want that my DATA card may be deactivated immediately, as till date I couldnot open any site by that DATA Card.

                I wnated to deactivate my EVDO data card as it's speed is deadly slow and is about useless to pay Rs.750 per month and went to Panbazar(ASSAM) BSNL office with the required documents as mentioned by the customer care, but the employee responsible to handle this case did not responded me properly, instead of that, he asked me to submit a document somthing called "DEMAND". I havn't received any document from the BSNL authorized franchisee "FIRST CHOICE" which is present in, B. Barooah Road, GHY-07" at the time of purchasing it. They had just gave me a money receipt from their own and a receipt of BSNL. when I shown these to him he said that it might illegal device, I just can't understand how these people are employed in so importend post.

                  my bsnl sim([protected]) card registration has been failed from 24/11/2009.Already raised a complain in bsnl customer care. Every time customer care executive told me wait, wait.........wait. Till date my problem has not been solved. Please do the need full ,that i can access my sim card as earliest as possible.                     After receipt of an SMS from an +12555020 i am shocked to find my BSNL Prepaid Mobile Account Balance being deducted or looted in the name of religious SMS. Am i supposed to tolerate some religious organisation unauthorisedly stealing my hard earned BSNLPrepaid Account Balance in the Name of Religion and Bombarding my Mobile with unwanted SMS of religious speeches every now and then.
                    On the contrary this is really making me develop Hatred in name of such religion which is unauthorisedly and forcibly delivering propaganda of its religion in my mobile and robbing my hardearned money.
                    Is this what u call a secular india. Are we supposed to tolerate such crooked blasphemy in India . That too from a Government operated Mobile Network like BSNL..
                    It is hightime such scandals in collusion and connivance of some corrupt BSNL employee is put to an end .Who is the BSNL authority who has authorised such religious fanatics to misuse government operated network in the name of religion and have access to my account balance. An early action should be taken to end such religious fanatics having access to Government machinery and looting money.This will lead to communal Hatred and Tensions .

Also it is going to renew every month for Rs. 30/-. I do not know, how to stop the service and never use the service for a single time and do not know what the service is.                       I am a BSNL customer. My mobile number is [protected](tamilnadu circle).Accedently i subscribe to wap model 30 service from india times 58888 on[protected]. on 28 oct i got the message from 58888 that Your Sub Model of the Day will be renewed on 28/11/09.To Unsub click here http://203.199.70.160/site/t.jsp?i=744 but given URL could not be opened.I have complained about this earlier to custmer care but still problem not solved. Now i request you to kindly stop the daily SMS to me from http://wap1.indiatimes.com/wapsub.html?t=subwapmodel30&p=dd&a=1..And also cancel my account in "wap.india times.com".

                        The owner of the telephone number[protected] Mr. Bijan Mitra [Cust Id[protected]] has died in September 2008. The said phone number was taken under a Sulabh Plan of BSNL. Though all the bills have been properly paid till the period it was used & a letter of discontinuance/surrender was filed at Mominpur BSNL office, fresh telephone bills are being generated and despatched at Bijan Mitra's then rented house at P92,SATGRAM HSG SOCY-700061 where none of his relatives do stay at present. The said number has been disconnected at BSNL's end long back and the computer voice says "The number is not in service" when dialed from any other phone, still the fresh bills are being sent to this address. The last bill of Rs.2773 has just reached, though all the payments have been properly made.

                        Repeated requests were filed at Mominpur BSNL office. No steps other than disconnecting the line have been taken regarding this.

                          Hi, i am very much feeling bad to say that our BSNL i.e., Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd, Andhra pradesh is given a poor responce of customer care- 1500. i have cald to customer care on Novomber 26 2009 at 9:05 pm . they people are not responding call even they put us in long hold and irrespectivly they are disconnecting the call and wasting our valuble time. i want to know my usage of broadband services. daily i am calling to this customer care and they are not responding the call after the IVR responce. even i complaint to BSNL local office but even same thing is happing. so plz do need full.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              I have couple bad experiences with BSNL Hadapsar office. It took more than 6 months to get basic landline phone and broadband connection.

                              And now whenever someone wants to register a complaint for Broadband connection the representatives at the office ask customers to talk to Mr Dabhade (Dabhale) and the officer never recieves any call. I have called him at least 50 times in last few months and he didn't recv my call even once (Even though I tried different numbers).

                              Please do the needful.

                              I had applied for new connection through udan scheme from bsnl online with the lead number MHPUN[protected] the person collected the doc from my house but did not give the connection i got the call from the Mumbai office they suggested me to give visit to the Hadapsar office I visited the Hadapsar office spoke to the udan team they said the wire line broadband is not fess-able why? the DP in my society use to have around 20 connection 10 years back & now there are only 6 connection due to mobile era when i question the same thing to the so called engineers in the hadapsar office they said that the cable laid by BSNL was 15 years back & due to municipal carrying road work every year that cable is beyond repairable state & BSNL will not dig road & put new cable for only consumer what a shame ? also the engineer said that line in my area has humming noise issue & it will not be fixed ever why? more over they did not offer alternative option like evdo orwell to me I think bsnl's good technology has gone waste because of the people that they have hired not at all cooperative not at all helpfuly no wonder the private player like air tel idea reliance tata are making big money using the BSNL network.

                                I am Amit Chauhan S/O sh. Darshan singh Chauhan Residence of #683 mahadev colony BCW Surajpur Distt. Panchkula (haryana). I have applied for BSNL broadband connection (Rural plan) in month June . BSNL have provide me with the landline phone and i have not got any MODEM till date
                                and surprisingly yesterday Bill came of Rs.1600 including 4 months broadband charges.
                                Plz take appropriate action .
                                My concerned BSNL Exchange is KALKA BSNL Exchange (haryana).

                                    Please note that we have applied for BSNL broadband connection to Adabari Exchange ,Maligaon Guwahati-781011 in the month of August-09.

                                    Initially bsnl personnels committed that the connection will be provided within 2/3 working days.But after repeated follow ups for 7days to SDO, Adabari exchange, BSNL did not provide us the applied broadband connection.BSNL authorities never gave us any reason instead we found broadband charges included in my next month's telephone bills.

                                    As we give a formal complain on 27.10.09 to correct the billing amount since we don't have broadband connect & now that we don't need that as well.The authorities ,instead of correcting the bill amount, has disconnected the incoming facility of existing telephone.

                                    This is really frustrating & completely rediculous service to the customer.The telephone connection for us is really important & of basic necessity. Can I expect BSNL to take action enable the incoming of my number at the earliest.

                                      BSNL Land Phone — Refusal of Call Details

                                      I was provided by a company phone facility with BSNL land line.i was supposed to submit the call details for official claim purpose.BSNL officials unnecessarily delay in providing the print out of the call details.They ask us to come tomorrow,day after tomorrow ,give us excuses like internet is not working,PC is out of order.
                                      My request is let them provide this as an additional service and charge us nominally for this extra service,we are prepared to pay.
                                      My opinion:poor customer care of PSU indirectly help the Pvt telecom companies to grow.Is privatization the need of the hour?
                                      I am a BSNL Land phone subscriber with No.[protected] [Nagole Exchange]. Since 4-6 months, my phone is going COMPLETE DEAD condition at least 2-3 times a month.This has been complained thru the Customer Complaint No.198 several times. After the telephonic complaint, the telephone becomes through before 2-3 days sometimes and within 1 week the other. The problem is being rectified at their end only during each time till now. Again after 2,3 weeks I am facing the same problem again. At present also [16th Feb 08] the Phone is dead since yesterday morning.

                                      But even after this type of poor service, every month I am receiving the full Billing and all of my bills are up to date as on today. [You can verify the records for my updation of bill payments always before Pay-by-Date]. Once again I say that we are facing this only problem since 4-6 months and twice or thrice per each month.

                                      I am referring particularly that this complaint doesn't mean that, as and when I complain, the problem is not getting rectified, but it mean that why the problem is getting very frequently. It is all very disturbing for the Customers because as and when the communication is required in emergency, if the phone is dead we are getting annoyed and what is the use of this No.1 Telephone network???
                                      my phone[protected] is dead since six months, numerous complaints, numerous visits... looks like there is a serious problem within BSNL and it calls for privatization... Only then can we expect some service

                                      I am a subscriber of BSNL landline[protected] in Chottanikara exchange. My phone isn’t working since last 15days. I have broadband connection also.Since the month is over I couldn't able to use atleast the available free usage.I complained many times in the exchange I have gone and given a written complaint also but they have no response.
