wrong deduction of money.

Sir, I am Rajeev from lucknow. Yesterday i got a service message(download katrina kaif wallpaper). I started to conect it, suddenly I recieved a download link, which I clicked no, but I've been charged 10 Rs. I called customer care, there I got no responce. Sir, monthly i recharge my account with 230Rs. gprs card, in which surfing is free. SIR this is fraud to me....

Payment receipt of landline payment through i debit card/credit card not generated

Dear Sir,
On 23rd November I made payment of my landiine no.[protected] through credit card. The amount stands debited to my credit card account and also confirmed. However no receipt has been generated because of some error.What should I do? Can U arrange to send the receipt to my office address as the phone has been provided by the office./ Is there any way to generate it from ur website. Pl. advise

received less balance on easy recharge

d/sir,

on 09/11/2009 at 07:55:19, i recharged my mobile no +91-[protected] through easy recharge (pre- paid) for Rs.500/- i.e. Rs. 550/- including service tax. i got the message that i'd received prepaid credit of Rs. 550/- from no. 115747 on 09/11/2009 at07:55:19; ref. no.[protected].

but actual balance came was Rs. 400/- only. how come? i talked 3-4 times with customer care but their reply was unsatisfactory...

Delay in giving Broadband connectivity

I have applied for a Broadband along with BSNL phone connection 40 days ago. I have been given phone connection within 10 days and my phone number is[protected] with the assurance that I would be given Broadband connectivity within a weeks time. Even after the lapse of more than a month I have neither been given broadband connectivity nor received any communication in this regard. Since my attempt to register a complaint in this regard...

Delay in Disconnection

Irresponsible behaviour

I took a landline connection bearing number 2426885 along with a broadband service at my apartment in 5E Tranquil Towers, Kakkanad, Ernakulam.

The broadband service never functioned after the first month and this was brought to the notice of various officials by phone, email, fax etc. In the meantime, BSNL recovered the cost of the modem as well as monthly broad band charges of Rs 500 every month. Although I was paying these...

landline instrument

my bsnl,pune landline no. is 24470953, and the instrument is bought from bsnl. nowdays it has become noisy, wires get detached frequently and coversation becomes difficult. requests for repairing/replacement of the instrument are not attended and bsnl employee who came for the same has suggested us to buy new instrument.....

Excess Charges of SMS

I am a subscriber of prepaid BSNL connectio no. [protected]. as per BSNL tariff SMS are charged @10 paise per SMS. Very poor speed

I bought a BSNL EVDO card on 20.11.2009. The speed seems to be only about 200 kbps though they say that the speed can be upto 2.4 mbps.
This speed of 200 kbps is too low and the price is 650RS/month which is too high for this speed.
I request BSNL to take steps to improve the speed of EVDO cards....

I was facing contant problems like no DIAL TONE, DEAD PHONE, NO LINK,NETWORK BUSY.

So i had decided of dropping my connection and filled an application also for disconnection on 22 OCTOBER with all the formalities done.
but they are not disconnecting my number and the monthly rental charges are still going on and i m getting...
