unable to access my usage account

I was utilizing BSNL broadband as [protected]@bsnl.in from Hyderabad. from November onwards I am not able to access my usage account and whenever I log in instead of my account page 'Welcome to Portal 6.1 and futher takes to IBM pages. On the top of my log in page a moving banner gives for usage account go to ' data exchange portal under BILLING_FEED_FILE/OCT_NEW Folder. God alone knows how to go to that folder.

Non-activation of Landline and Broadband connection

I had deposited Rs 500/- in the process of applying for a New Phone and Broadband connection to BSNL Vengurla (Sindhudurg Dist, Maharashtra Pin 416516), the details of which are given below:
Demand note no: N1006996 dated 30/09/09.
It has been two months now and I have not got the connection yet. Each time I call the JTO who is responsible for the connection I get a different excuse (i.e if he picks up my call).

LANDLINE NOISY

My landline[protected] is giving high noise since last 6 months. This is reported at several levels many times upto GM. But till date the problem is not resolved....

I M REGULARLY BEING DISTURBED BY UNWANTED SMS SENT BY BSNL Bihar, BV 57070, BV 53030,BV 54000, etc. REPEATATION OF SMS IS TOO FAST THAT IT DISTURBS AND DIVERTS MY MIND. IT IS A MENTAL HARAASHMENT TOWARDS MY ROUTINE WORKS AND IMPORTANT MEETINGS. IF IT IS NOT BEING STOPPED IN NEXT 24 Hrs. I WILL BE FORCED TO TAKE HARD ACTION AGAINST THE SAID COMPANY.

DEAR SIR,

MY MOBILE NUMBER IS [protected] WITH RS.325/- POSTPAID PLAN. AS PER THE SCHEME IN THIS PLAN THE COMPANY PROVIDES 5 MB OF GPRS USAGE FREE. THE COMPANY IS CHARGING GPRS FIXED MONTHLY CHARGE EXTRA.

Sir,
Someone calls to my land line number from a mobile number and talks rubbish to my mother.. she tried to disconnect the call after the 1st time.. but, this person keeps on calling, even after we said that we would log complaint against him.. i searched the mobile tracker website and found the number being Airtel..
Please give me the details of the number or suggest me the steps that should be taken in order to stop this...

WLL incoming call not connected

i had a problem with WLL[protected] Nanded,maharastra).I thought its technical faults is going there.i am calling with my mobiles from Hyderabad,Andhra Pradesh (Airtel,Tata,Aircel,vodafone & Relaince Netwok) to WLL but its not connecting to WLL.
i complained alredy on the phone by oral but they sey that problem in (Airtel,Tata,Aircel.vodafone & Relaince At A.P.)

Land line not working

I installed land line connection in the year 2006. Since then my land line is noisy. I made complaint about many times. J.E.& A.E said it can't be repaired it is a line fault. Not a single day it worked properly. I am really dejected. Signal problem

Hi

I live in t. Nagar, area in chennai. Bsnl, i agree has got good coverage in india, but the worst part is that the signal is really bad.Inside buildings the signal drop is so bad, that we need to run out to the open to speak to people.

After so many complaints, its still the same. I am sure if bsnl signal problem is not rectified, there are lot of customers who have been using bsnl for so many years, will...
