I am not able to register for DND for my BSNL number - [protected]. I tried sending msg, 'START DND' to 1909, but the msg simply doesn't get sent. When i call 1909, the call gets disconnected before i can complete the process of registration for DND.

When i try registering online @ http://pdnc.bsnl.co.in/registerPhnNoforDNC.aspx, confirmation code is sent to me but when i enter theconfirmation code and press 'confirm', next page doesn't load and the process is not successful.

    Dear Sir,

    I am GANGASANI RADHA KRISHNA, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad-39.
    I have PAID 1562/- T/w Broadband connection Bearing Receipt No: [protected]. Dated:30 OCT 2008, then after i was handovered USB set by Name: ZTV EVDO, then after installing the software it was not working and i went to my area BSNL Tower Office, there i came to know that the software required for this USB set was not Installed in this area Tower but i was given the connection (hence no signals to work),. then after i gave written request to cancel my connection and refund my amount T/w which Sub. Divisional Officer Phones. Uppal, Telephone Exchange Boduppal, Hyderabad-500039. have issued a letter To The C.R.O Tarnaka, BSNL HUDA Complex Tarnaka, on 17 NOVEMBER 2008 and the Sub: Refund of deposit and other amounts regarding VDO No:[protected] reg.
    But as on today 04 Dec 2009 there is no refund in spite of several aproachs and i was given Refund Order No:370397, Dated: 18 Feb 2009, and a Phone No: 27720072 to be called and ask for the cheque but they are saying there is no cheque prepaid towards the above Refund Order

        i activate bsnl caller tune ............. charged me 25 yet its not activated its about 1 month gone. and they are insert their own bad bad advertising ... i dont what it. the customer care phone numbers are not working, if they take my call the say they don't know any thing....... i don't what my money back (Rs25 has its value bt .............) bt pls remove the add caller tune i dont what it .................. pls.............. if its payable to remove it i can pay.........................


        The customer support for BSNL is Realy Bad. i am a pre paid user i paid for every thing before using it (Calling, SMS, MMS, GPRS and all services they are providing)and paid tax before using it.

        BSNL excel pre-paid — Connection problem with other service provider

        Sir,
        I am a customer of BSNL excel pre-paid mobile from March 2007.
        I find that there is always a problem in the service of BSNL mobile, it is not connected easily to the other service provider specially out of the local circle. My brother is in Hydrabad, and when I try to call him(He has Idea mobile no.) but every time whether it is morning or afternoon or evening or night it gives a message that all the lines of this route are busy. And one more thing is that when I try to call customer care of BSNL no one recieve the call upto 5 minutes.
        What should I do? Please solve my problem.

        I am facing the network problem in my bsnl prepaid excel connection since last two years. There has not been any response even after a written complaint. i am living in agrawal farm area, mansarovar area, mansarovar, jaipur(Raj.) - 302020.

        B.S.N.L Prepaid Sim Card — Bad Service

        This complaint regarding poor service of B.S.N.L. mobile. B.S.N.L. is india's worst celluar company due to his network & charges. I m suffering from 1 month in ranchi (jharkhand) due to network problem. I have urgent req. of cell phone. we work is still pending due to my B.S.N.L. mobile.         Dear sirs, i am having three numbers of post paid and pre_paid of BSNL net work they are..[protected]..[protected]..[protected]..but i am not using the three numbers.because of network coverage, huge charges, low voice, not having proper responsibility of customer care service.and i have to say present i am having three numbers of VODAFONE and two of AIRTEL. monthly i am paying Rs.1500.. for the usage of my mobiles.like this persons are all over india may be in lacs.so my sujjetsion to the telcom dept.why should we loss these amounts.and why giving chance to other mobile companies .so please check imdatly what they are having and what we are not having.please take this matter seriously and take further actions.we should be number one in our gratest country of INDIA .mera bharat mahan.take it a challenge and kill the other companies business.try to announce good ideas within INDIPENDENCE DAY all the best.

        BSNL — Cheating by changing the jodi plans.

        I am having BSNL post-paid 725 plan (which includes a parent SIM and Two JODI SIMs) & I am not satisfied with BSNL's move to change the tariff of both the JODI and JODI PLUS to PLAN 99.
        This Change in plan was informed only on 16th October 2009, a day after changing the plan.
        BSNL prompted me to take this plan by offering two SIMs without rent (Rs. 725/month per SIM), with the same tariff as that of the Parent SIM. It is difficult for me to change the mobile number now and using it would be very costly as they have cut short an offer worth Rs. 1450 A MONTH.
        I have also complained to BSNL's consumer grievance cell and TRAI’s contact e-mail address, as they have failed to continue the offer that attracted me to choose PLAN 725. But there was no response other than an auto reply mail sent on Sun, 27 Sep 2009. Kindly assist me in this case so that I can move to consumer court in the right way.

        BSNL-CELL ONE — deducting balance for a service not activated by me

        i have got the service of bsnl tunes activated on my phone. on 30nov i changed my caller tune but my balance got deducted 12rs for the new caller tune as well as 20 rs for the existing caller tune.
        then on dec1 rs 25 were again deducted from my cell no. for monthly rental.
        But the next day 30rs again got deducted from my cell phone for a service for which i haven't even requested or asked for. and still am getting messages from bsnl to recharge my phone by rs20 for the monthly rental for the tunes service although that amount has already been deducted.
        I have called up the customer care twice but they are not giving any satisfactory response.
        please take an action regarding it soon.

        i recharged my saral plan (mobile no[protected] on today for 110 / - rupees for 6months validity where as the shopkeeper recharged only 1 day instead of 6 months validity through ERC.So that my plan saral is got blocked and my balance shows only 99 rupees and that also i have to talk only today and from tomorrow onwards i get only incoming calls. now i want to change this plan to 6 months saral validity for lifetime and change today itself .

        BSNL — Regarding Cell Phone Validity

        I have prepaid mobile bsnl connection. No: is [protected]. I have updated my cell phone by 400 days validity voucher. You have extended my cell phone validity upto May 2010. But when I recharge by Rs 49.00 voucher for reducing call rate Rs. 0.49. You had reduce my call rate Rs. o.49 but as well as also reduced my Cell phone validity from May 2010 to Jan 2010. Which is unfaire to me. YOUR CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE ARE NOT ABLE TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM. I am very much unsatisfied and disgusted with your service and customer care response. I REQEST YOU TO CHANGE MY VALIDITY UP TO MAY 2010 IMMEDIATELY.

        I Hv received a offer 4m d co. for e-recharge for discounted mintus
        which later on (after recharge confirmation) it is explained that that scheme was only 4 STD minutes
        But I Hv No Use 4 This Discounted Minutes 2 Use
        So Pl. Convert these mintus to local minutes to be Used
        Within a 30 days Piriod

        I have cell one post paid connection [protected] since from 1999 to till today iam using the post paid connection
        but service was very very vry bad bad bad, I faidof about the BSNLservice. no proper guide and support
        since from one months iam not receive my incoming calls properly from any (idea, airtel, vodaphobe etc)and outgoing also not connect for other networks like idea, airtel, vodaphone etc
        now i decided to csurrendor the connection and go for other one

        bsnl cellone pre paid sim — bsnl cellone prepaid sim is not received lifetime card.

        I have given complains 15-20 times to send me the wab setting because at the time GPRS browsing my operamini is not supported...
        But BSNL service provider is not solved it.

        Many times at the time of conversion they disconnect the phone ,its really painfull.

        CELL ONE POST PAID — Lack of response by Customer care

        My post paid mobile was barred from STD and all outgoing calls from 19th Sep 2010. I kept on complaining to the customer care. One Ms. Rekha who took my call made me hold for 14 minutes and then disconnected the line.
        I redialled three times, however the executives refused to give me a complaint number nor did they rectify the problem.

        I fully agree with you. BSNL perhaps owns the worst ever customer service desk. I also faced the same problem with them and solved it by terminating the service. I think that is the best possible solution available for BSNL customers.

        CELL ONE POST PAID — OUTGOING MESSAGE

Rewari, haryana.In recent days sometimes when anybody tries to call me that person listens the voice that my mobile is switched off. Sir, I never switch off my mobile. So due to this problem sometimes my caller face very difficulty to connect with me.This problem is not regular, it is rarely. Please sort out my problem and solve it.

        BSNL-Prepaid Mobile — extra charge for local sms, where i subscribed for free local sms

        they charged rs.5 for sms to local nos in 2 cases whereas i already subscribed a special sms pack to do local sms freely(without any charge for 2000 sms) till 11th dec,2010. And i still hav not crossed the limit of free local sms of total 2000 local sms. Again normally(without any sms pack) it is charged 49p for a local sms dont know why they charged 5rs.

        BSNL — poor service, validity problem every month

        every month we have problem BSNL prepaid sim validity problem it is not rolling validity just like other operators they are giving Rs.1 every month detect in balance. like Airtel,vodafone aircel etc.
        also giving poor service in GPRS datacard, very low speed too much day by day[protected]why r u using poor servicing Govt. Company.

        BSNL — Without any notice BSNL Blocked my prepaid service

        I (Mrs.Bhagyashri Ramkrishna Yeole) have a mobile prepaid sim card [protected] of BSNL , after providing the require document at the time card purchasing, then as per policy again we have fulfill there requirement 3 months ago. then also without any notice BSNL stop my service since Monday(18 April 2011). So I launched a complaint on toll free number against complaint ID-4944548. the person assured me that within 24 hrs. we will resolved your problem, today also i tried to contacted at BSNL office Chalisgaon but now they demand me other document proof, and in between that my outgoing service is blocked and my daily amount cutting is continue under scheme of my sim card.

        Bsnl prepaid is failed to increse validity every month i hav to rc with rs 110. But da othr service provider increase da validity automaticly with rs 10 top up only. I don't use it any more.

        Have took a prepaid SIM card from BSNL ([protected])having an unlimited talktime offer for our Land Line.
        It took two days for activation & even today its charging 1ps/sec
        I don't no why BSNL announcing such kind of offers & simply not maintaining quality of services
        Have raised the issue to customer care but the only answer is to wait within 24 hrs it wil be solved
        They made it same for 15 days now....
        have lost my interest towards BSNL services .... Its the worst
        my telephone is dead for last 3 days. I am unable to use braodband and great inconviniency for cant receive some urgent calls.

        BSNL Cellone — NO Network from 3 months

        BSNL Cellone no netowrk at Piyali Phukan Nagar, Bamunimaidam, Guwahati -21 from the month of March'11. I have complained to various times at BSNL Office panbazar but no resolution till date. Moreover , BSNL person are asking me the list of customers in the area who are deprived of service and thereafter the complaint shall be entertained. Is this my resposibility to provide such details or BSNL should serve there customers in order to do business. I have two postpaid cellone numbers [protected] and [protected] and one prepaid number [protected]. But despite of my complaints BSNL is regularly charging me for rental.

        BSNL — No Network for 3 days

        My mobile number is [protected]. I don't have any network in this number for the last 3 days (from July 1, 2011). Error message is "No Network available". As a result I have been facing immense problem. I lodged a complaint with the BSNL customer care services on 2nd July, 2011 - Complaint number is 753603. But till date I have not received any response from the Service provider's side.
        It is needless to mention that I have already checked up this SIM with other mobile. But the problem still exists. My message card's validity is also nearing to expire for this technical failure of this Service provider.
        As a result I don't have any other option but to lodge a complaint with you.
        Please take care of this case and get me relieved at your earliest.

        BSNL (Excel prepaid mobile), Bangalore Telecom last month launched Bharat Berry Push Service . They offered Bangalore existing customers free trial period to experience its efficacy/utility/usefulness by installing needed configuration in mobile sets of customers . Due to my mobile set being a simple set, I cud not utilise the service even for single day during the free trial period . On 02/01/2012, I received SMS from them to send UNSUB BB to 51123 before 05/01/2012 if I wanted to discontinue it . I immediately sent sms to discontinue the PUSH service on 02/01/'12 itself . But to my irritation, they deducted Rs. 50/- from prepaid balance of my Mobile No. [protected] renewing the service upto 04/02/2012 unilaterally ignoring my request already received by them on 02/01/2012 itself ! I lodged complain vide docket no. KT[protected] to refund my unauthorised deduction of Rs. 50/- . Till date they sleeping over my compliant ! How a public sector Telecom Sector like BSNL can cheat its own customer as if their internal coordination/communication system/machinery has completely collapsed ? -- B.P. Sahu, Retd.         BSNL CellOne Prepaid — non charging of SIM

        i have purchased BSNL SIM , after submitting ID and address proof, SIM no.[protected] from Bangalore on 2/2/2012. It is not charged so far. i have send a registered letter to Chief General Manager BSNl .No response so far.

        Please advice to whom i have to contact to get it charged.

        BSNL — poor maintenance of online information and support

        I have been loyal user for BSNL GSM services. Many have switched to new networks but I was always on bsnl side.

        But no more I can defend my choice, due to poor maintenance of online portals and support and customer care divisions most of all network services.

        I have tried to lodge a complaint against gsm service and access several online services but none work correct or give right response.

        I have registered my self on bsnl.co.in for online recharging of prepaid mobile, I have tried to change the password after registering and access using new password but was never successful in logging in with new password, then what is the purpose of providing changing password option.

        Coming to online complaints registering service for GSM services in BSNL, when I finally submit the complaint I stay on same page and gives me not an instance of object kind of inline messages... what is purpose of hosting such service if one cannot use it correctly.

        Please regroup your resources and serve better.

        I have great respect towards this firm and I look forward that in coming days one doesn't feel any problem using online services...

              I have been barred of my out going & Incoming Calls on my no. [protected]. I have my bills paid up till date but still the outgoing call have been barred.               I have selected 'Category of Complaint' as Broadband, acutally it is Government services. However now a days it is worst than any other services.

              1. If you call customer service you can hear only recorded karaoke. Suppose, if you r a lucky after mid night 1o' clock then you can just register complaint only which will be attended only after 2 or 3 weeks by telephone line man, who doesn't know anything about internet. He will advice that the orange light is functioning(brigggght) properly.

              Here what I wish say is, do not change your subscription to Unlimited. Before changing it the speed will be up to 200 kbps, if you hav changed it then the speed will become as 10-20 kbps. Once again 'Thank you A.Rasa'(central minister, part of forgery karunanidhi & central government)

              Hi,

              My bsnl broadband is not working for the past 1 week from evening 5.30 till morning 6.30, no proper response from any person.

              BSNL DATAONE — POOR SERVICE

              I HAVE A BSNL DATAONE CONNECTION USING SINCE DEC'07. COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO I AM UNABLE TO CONNECT THE INTERNET, I THOUGHT THAT THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE REMOTE SERVER FOR THE TIME BEING. BUT SINCE AFTER A COUPLE OF WEEKS THE PROBLEM EXISTS, I HAVE GONE THROUGH ADSL MODEM CONFIGURATION, YET UNABLE TO CONNECT.
              LAST WEEK I COMPLAIN IN WRITTEN FORM TO MY NEAREST BSNL OFFICE (WADI, VADODARA), UNFORTUNATELY TILL YET THEY ARE NOT SINCERE ABOUT MY COMPLAIN, I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO. PLS HELP ME OUT.

              BSNL Broadband — Slow and no Connection

              I am from Howrah.I have been using bsnl broadband since the last 1 year.it claims to give the user a speed of 2Mbps but my connection is very very slow identical to that of a dial up connection.And for the last few months i have not been able to download any file which is over 1Mb and sometimes small word or .pdf files could not be downloaded.Along with this since last 2 weeks the connection has gone worse most of the time I don't get the link connection. Repeated complaints has fallen into deaf years.Most of the times the clerk of the local office picks up the call and says that there is no officer and this have been happening whenever I try to launch a complain.please help me

              Now it is more than two years am waiting for the connection. When I approached unit in HSR Lay out, they told that the new lines has to be landline and till now they are lying a new line.
              Now when I approached with regard to this, they are telling that the connection is got expired and I need to apply again.

              Why? When I did not cancel the connection, how in the world it gets automatically disconnected?
              Is it sold to some one? I need the connection immediately.
              Am approaching the right of information to find out what happened to my connection?
              Pl. solve my problem to get a new connection for which I am waiting for the past two years!! Shame on us that even in two years, we can not give one land line connection!!!

              BSNL DATAONE — Slow Connection

              I use a home 1800 from BSNL dataone. Since past couple of weeks the connections speeds have become extremly slow. Its supposed to be a 2mpbs connection and it is currently working at 61.5 kbps. Its even slower during the free time during 2 am to 8 am.

              Please Help.
              I ve become a sad man after taking dataOne i-net on my phone[protected] since Aug'08.I ve wasted more time in checking its connectivity than I actually used the net.I hardy get respose from [protected].               last month there is no connection( bsnl broadband dataone) for more than 15 days, there is no proper customer service, although i made frequent complaints. but the bill for this month is 905, how this is possible, without connection hw i can pay the bill.
              My Internet is very slow .
              yes the speeds are getting worse sometimes i am getting download speeds of 3 kbps too, the bsnl shouls take it serious and increase their servers
              it does not work in any place except guwahati...

              i have taken 299C bsnl broadband connection in the month of december in 2009.But till today the speed fluctuation is of a high deviation and if there is a technical problem they do not care to solve it.I am fed up to lodge docket again and again.unless and untill I literally shout at them over the phone they do not act.

                  In the month of July 2009 I had opted for BB connection and chosen 250 home plan. And for that matter July & August 2009 BB usage bill was excessive (Rs. 5893/-) which I had paid. Again for Sep & Oct 2009 bill has come for Rs. 6289/- which is absolutely impossible. Therefore it is requested to look into this matter and rectify my bill for BB usage. Point no. 2, in the month of March-April 2009 I had paid the phone bill twice for Rs. 704/- and in the May-June 2009 bill it is showing as credit of Rs. 415/-, but till date that amount has not been adjusted in my subsequent bills. Hope you will do the needful.

                      MONEY WAS DEDUCTED ON ALL IN-COMING CALL ON 27TH NOV 2009(FROM09.00AM TO 09.00PM) ALTHOUGH I WAS NOT IN ROAMING.
                      I CONTACTED TO BSNL HELPLINE ON THE SAME DAY AT NEARLY 10.45PM AND THEY BOOKED MY COMPLAINT BEARING DOCKET NO. K[protected] & ASSURED ME TO RECALL ME WITHIN 24HRS. AFTER THEN NO CALL CAME.
                      ON 02nd DECEMBER AT 09.30 AM, AGAIN AFTER CALLING TO HELPLINE NO.[protected] A RECEPTIONIST NAMED MAHENDRA PRATAP BEHAVED AS AN WITHOUT LISTENING TO MY PROBLEM.
                      IS THIS CAN BE EXPECT FROM BSNL HELPLINE.
                      KINDLY INTERVENE IN MY PROBLEM.

                        Recently BSNL has changed the working website www.dataone.bsnl.in to www.selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in.. ( worst site, which never opens and it goes into search mode )

                        BSNL didn't provide any information of this change.. and i was trying the website www.dataone.bsnl.in daily for 15 days.. and when called 1500 ( in the queue for 20 minutes) they say that the site is changed..
                        and the registration was also difficult.

                        Is this the way of service you provide to the customer ? You should post the message in your old website stating the new website address change, that will make all the customer understand ..

                        Please improve your service, else you will be back when compared to the private ISP.

                        i am in the 900/-combo plan speed is supposed to be 5.12/250 kbp

                        i paid the last month's bill and today 8th of March the speed is so slow i have click again and again just to read one mail.

                        lets all o[censored]s unite and boycott this obnoxious fraudulent service
                        more connections given servers aren't enough is that the way to run a Govt service?

                          We are the BSNL subscriber and our landline is in the name of my father.Unfortunately he met a road accident and hence he expired.BSNL employees told us to submit the all the necessary documents within 45 days of the death.I have deposited all the documents within the duration in GM office to the nominated officer.He told me that we will get a sum of 50000 rupees within 15 days.But after 45 days of the deposited day i have got a letter from cholamandalam general insurance that it has been deposited lately and on 80 days of the death of my father.So,i am unable to know who is responsible for that BSNL or Cholamandalam.........

                              I was utilizing BSNL broadband as [protected]@bsnl.in from Hyderabad. from November onwards I am not able to access my usage account and whenever I log in instead of my account page 'Welcome to Portal 6.1 and futher takes to IBM pages. On the top of my log in page a moving banner gives for usage account go to ' data exchange portal under BILLING_FEED_FILE/OCT_NEW Folder. God alone knows how to go to that folder.
                              For help, I tried to contact by phone the toll freenumber for BSNL broadband problems[protected] which always is engaged even at times like morning at 6.30 hrs and night at 10.30 hrs. I get repeatedly, even upto 30mts, the boring announcement 'You are our most valued (valueless!) customer, your are in queue.
                              Can somebody help to get back to the usage account of BSNL broadband. Unfortunately, BSNL services have deteriorated to unspeakable low levels.
                              Somebody at BSNL is able to see this and do something.

                                  I had deposited Rs 500/- in the process of applying for a New Phone and Broadband connection to BSNL Vengurla (Sindhudurg Dist, Maharashtra Pin 416516), the details of which are given below:
                                  Demand note no: N1006996 dated 30/09/09.
                                  It has been two months now and I have not got the connection yet. Each time I call the JTO who is responsible for the connection I get a different excuse (i.e if he picks up my call).

                                  BSNL — NON ACTIVATION OF BROADBAND CONNECTION

                                  Dear Sir / Madam,

                                  I have submitted a form for a new landline phone, broadband as well as IPTV connection on august 16, 2011.

                                  A new landline phone was installed on August19, 2011 but my broadband connection is not activated till now.

                                  I have registered complaints to customer care centre, talked to General Manager but did not got my problem
                                  solved.

                                      I applied my connection few month back, i got letter from bsnl it shows only the will connection availability, but i request with cable because of broadband. but the exchange told to no feasibility,
                                      but from exchange to my home it is only 3 min walkable. then two wks before i verbally said to provide will connection, still i am waiting for landline with broadband connection.
