I am GANGASANI RADHA KRISHNA, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad-39.
I have PAID 1562/- T/w Broadband connection Bearing Receipt No: [protected]. Dated:30 OCT 2008, then after i was handovered USB set by Name: ZTV EVDO, then after installing the software it was not working and i went to my area BSNL Tower Office, there i came to know that the software required for this USB set was not Installed in this area Tower but i was given the connection (hence no signals to work),. then after i gave written request to cancel my connection and refund my amount T/w which Sub. Divisional Officer Phones. Uppal, Telephone Exchange Boduppal, Hyderabad-500039. have issued a letter To The C.R.O Tarnaka, BSNL HUDA Complex Tarnaka, on 17 NOVEMBER 2008 and the Sub: Refund of deposit and other amounts regarding VDO No:[protected] reg.
But as on today 04 Dec 2009 there is no refund in spite of several aproachs and i was given Refund Order No:370397, Dated: 18 Feb 2009, and a Phone No: 27720072 to be called and ask for the cheque but they are saying there is no cheque prepaid towards the above Refund Order

BSNL — Broadband Often disconnects
I have a broadband connection, that often disconnects, I have made complaints to customer care, They are not able to help me in this regard! I want to sort this out, Please some one can help me regarding this!
