I'm having one BSNL GSM SIM card. Although I've balance and validity checked and also recharged a sms pack but I can't send any sms, although I can receive messages in my number. I've tried changing the sms centre number without any result.

    Requeest for block mobile number
    I lost my BSNL prepaid Mobile bearing No.[protected] in the market. As such, it is requested to deactivate the SIM immediately and no one can use the sim and make calls from my number and no can misuse it also. So please my BSNL Sim Card as soon as possible and I have reminded so many times and no action has been taken also and services are going on and someone is using the sim and making calls from it also. So, Sir now I'm requesting u once again to block my sim card its very urgent also without any hesitation please block it and no one from now on wards can make the calls and misuse it also. So I'm requesting u to block my sim card. I will be really thankful to u also.

      My BSNL SIM all of sudden lost its network and started showing "No SIM". I have tried all the possible ways, replacing SIM with other in my mobile & recharging the number, to make it work but nothing helped.
      It been 4 days. Unable to reach customer Care as well.

        Hi,

        I am trying to port my bsnl number [protected] since 3 weeks but it keep requesting the below msg

        1st Message :
        "Your request for UPC has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed."

        2nd Message :
        "Request for UPC for your mobile no. [protected] could not be processed. Please retry after some time."

        When I try to contact bsnl customer care twice about this, they inform the UPC server is down it will take some time.

        Please support in this matter, I have to port my number as much as possible.

          I was getting “couldn’t send message” while trying to send port message. Then I have recharged 75+20(plan voucher + topup) just to send a port message.
          But I am not getting any reply for that. BSNL not allowing to escape from the worst network.

            Hi ConsumerCourt,

            I need to port my BSNL prepaid number([[protected]]) to Another operator.
            Thus I sent PORT to 1900. (27 may)
            Even after 5-6 messages I couldn't get UPC code till now.

            I need this urgently.

              I am trying to port from bsnl because of network issues.
              Whenever I try to generate UPC code by sending sms to 1900 I receive following msg. The BSNl customer care syas we haven't received instructions from TRAI
              1. Your Request for UPC has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed.

              Next
              2. Request for UPC for your mobile number could not be processed Please retry after some time.

              I was tried nearly 5 to more times, but i was not received UPC code

                  Hai Sir,

                  I was trying to port my BSNL sim to another service provider.I tried several times by sending messages to 1900.But reply comes as try after some time.I contacted customer service several times and reported this issue.They replied as technical error and it will be sorted out soon.

                  Still its pending.For each message they are charging me 120paisa.

                  Please help to get UPC code for my number as below.

                      I lost my mobile handset along with my sim card in the market. My mobile sim card no. Was [protected]. I want to block the sim card so that no one mis use it. But the bsnl officials say they require a copy of fir. Only for blocking a sim card, fir should not be insisted upon. I request the bsnl to block my sim immediately.

                              Hi, on 4th June 2020, we disconnected our BSNL landline but our refund is pending of amount Rs. 2800 since last 1 year now as I disconnected my landline by returning the device and paying all my dues. The landline was registered under my Father's name Ishwar Singh Kadian and I am attaching the application which we submitted to disconnect the connection. We were promised that we will be given the refund cheque within 3 months. But we are yet to receive it. Kindly request you to give our money back with interest for the delay. Contact : [protected]

                                I wanted to port my bsnl number. ( My sim is active and I have minimum balance with validity also. I have been using this bsnl for nearly 6 years.)
                                I sent "PORT " to 1900. But, I received message saying "your request for UPC cannot be processed, try again later". I tried various times, but it's not working.
                                Please kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible. I'm able to see many have complained regarding this issue. Thus, please kindly resolve. Thank you.

                                  Including today's messages to 1900 for porting, the total sent is 20 all charged Rs 2.10 each for the last 4 days. I get everytime the same message "Request for UPC for your mobile no. [protected] could not be processed. Please retry after some time". Proof of my SMS is attached in 3 screenshots. I requested at @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_ap_circle on Twitter and also on Facebook but without any reply.
                                  Obviously, BSNL wants to hold on to the customers by unfair means by not permitting the customer to change over to a better service provider. This is the right given by the Govt of India.

                                    We are facing issues with the network coverage. We had to go out of the home to do even a voice call. Complained the operator multiple times, but no use. We are facing this issue for the past 2 years.

                                      I am getting the following message from bsnl in connection with mnp

                                      Your request for upc has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed.

                                      Request for upc for your mobile no. 96xxxxx95 could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

                                      Contacted customer care. The reply is wait for 24 hours. After 3 days i have contacted today. The reply is wait for 2 weeks.

                                      Reason is technical issue/server problem.

                                      Asked to register the complaint and to send sms. They said there is no instructions to take as complaint for mnp.

                                      To whom i have to approach now?

                                        When I try to port my bsnl mobile number to airtel I’m getting below errors:

                                        Hi team,

                                        I got a fraud call today regarding UPC code of my bsnl number, they were asking me to install team viewer and they forced me to recharge of my number with 10/- via Internet banking, however I have recharged my number using debit card, as soon as I recharged I got a call from other number saying that “we are calling from hdfc bank you account will be debited with 5000/- for some fee” I was shocked and said that I’m gonna call my bank branch manager regarding this and will get back to you as I was no ready to give any further information to them. As soon as I said to them they have disconnected the call and switched off their mobiles. I donno what consumer forum and bsnl doing here, They are allowing fraud people to do all these dramas instead of solving our problems.everybody please be aware of these scams.
