I am holding BSNL prepaid connection bearing # [protected]. I have been trying to port to different network provider for one month. Every time I send port request, i receive a message that the request is in queue and after a while the message states "Request for your UPC number [protected] cannot be processed. Please try again after sometime".

I have tried escalating this issue to BSNL but they are informing there is a technical snag at their end and they are not sure of when it will be resolved.

Request your intervention in getting a UPC code asap as their network is so pathetic with lots of call drops and network issues.

No network signal is shown in the hand set. It is displaying as Mobile Network not available. E'en after multiple reboot and though after re-inserting the SIM, there is no signal in my BSNL number. Kindly help the earliest.

My telephone has not been working for the last five days. And the internet doesn't work either. I have complained twice for that. I was told from the helpline number that the technician would come and check today. But no one has come yet to check.

I've been trying to port since the last month and all I'm getting is the message that

//Request for UPC for your mobile no. [protected] could not be processed. Please retry after some time.//

I've tried contacting BSNL Kerala and BSNL India on twitter and they said the issue is because or server down and it will resolve soon and no one is actually cared about it.

It is my main sim and all my accounts are linked to it. I can't even receive OTPs and struggling with my online class.

It is very sad that PORT is basic need a company could provide and they're not even initiating to resolve the issue. And they do charge for each Port message also😒

I had planned to port my BSNL prepaid number([protected]) to Another operator.
Thus I sent PORT to 1900. (24 May 2021)
Even after 5-6 messages I couldn't get UPC code till now.It showing Request for UPC for your mobile no. [protected] could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

I need this urgently.

I am using the BSNL network from last 1 year and I am facing network Issues so I have decide to Port the same number to other network.

But whenever I send the PORT message to 1900 I am getting the reply as could not be processed please retry after some time.

I am trying to do this from last 3 days (22nd May 2021).. Since my Plan expiry date was on 23rd. Till now I am not getting the UPC code.. I tried calling your customer care but every time they tell it is TRAI error we cant help and they tell us to wait for 48hrs.

After that today I recharged my number and tried but still I am getting the same reply from 1901.

I have the complaint number which I registered with BSNL customer care also (Complaint Number: IE24KT300547). I also have all the call records.

And also your customer care people are not listening to the customer complaints properly and they will disconnect the call without any information at the mid of conversation.

Kindly request you to send the UPC code at the earliest.

If i don't receive the code I may have case the file against this.

I wanted to port my bsnl number. ( My sim is active and I have minimum balance with validity also. I have been using this bsnl for nearly a decade.)
I sent "PORT " to 1900. But, I received message saying "your request for UPC cannot be processed, try again later". I tried various times, but it's not working.
Please kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible. Other network providers are responding immediately i[censored]sers wish to port. I this many have complained regarding this issue. Thus, please kindly resolve. Thank you.

Short summary ( broadband not working and officials are unable to fix this so I want my refund)

I am BSNL pre-paid broadband service user and service was decent but when I converted my plan from monthly to yearly basis and I submitted the fee for upcoming year in 10-apr-2020 after one month the broadband service is un stable but somehow working till July-aug and then I am moving around 2 officials anjani Tripathi(JTO lakhanpur, kanpur) and SDO kalyanpur, kanpur.
Everybody now knows me by face as I have visited the offices atleast 50-60 times and everytime I was told that we will fix this and you will get rebate and no progress.then I visited SDO kalyanpur Office and told him about all this, then he taken the action but none of their workers were able to fix it. And now they all are disappeared.
Now when I re complaining anjani Tripathi again want the complainant in written but when I have already complainant in written 3 times and WhatsApp them atleast 100 times and called 200 times and asked them to fix or give me refund for 4 months atleast.

I want to port my BSNL SIM to other SIM but everytime I sent "PORT (NO.)" To 1900 it comes back message could not generate UPC.

I am complaining regarding the bsnl unused pole in front of my house and shops
The pole is unused and there are no connection nearby from last few years now the pole is hanging with private cable operators and there wires and all other private person use this for there work now the situation is very bad the road is very narrow and I cant able to open my door properly so please help me out from this please relocate the pole or permanently remove the pole

I am not getting upc code from bsnl. I am getting only these messages as below.

"Your request for UPC has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed".

Request for UPC for your mobile no. 9********* could not be processed. Please retry after some time.
I contacted customer service but they said server problem wait for 15 days. From last 15 days I am trying to port out.but same above line will appear please provide me upc number.

My sim card is loss plz block my no [protected]

I send sms on 1900 to request UPC .But Still UPC code didn't received.Then I complient many time .Even after I send 8 or more message .Every messages bsnl is charged 1.20 rupees.but bsnl is not send port code .I want to get port code immediately please help me..My Mobile No is [protected].

I have registered complaint against ([protected]) UPC can not be generated from 8 month, I called to customer care agent they always said that your complaint has been registered, the problem will solve after 24 hour, after sending UPC request, I have got always same msg like,
UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

Please I have humble request remove this contractual obligation and solve my problem.

Referring to the subject, there was a Telephone pole in our locality that has not been in use for almost 10 years and this pole is used by other local TV and Internet cable operators and the wires are also tied with the support of this pole which are coming in front of our house. So I request to please remove this pole from here

I found this space here while searching for a way to contact you. We would request to kindly remove the pole aa soon as possible.
