Subject: - BSNL broadband service Internet is not running well
Sir, I do a broadband connection to my telephone no.[protected],deposit.
Dt.15.06.09/Demand note no. 15038, Add Price for Modem 1000/=, Installa tion charge 250/=, Tax 31/= Total 1281/=.
This service is start in month JULY. This service is running well, sum time but give problem. The main problem is error to connect and link failure.
I do a complain to sitting in Satna’s officer, they say to me “Your computer and lann is defective. I properly check to my computer to service center, he completely OK.
One major problem to my computer in date of 15.08.2009, he not operates properly. He running only 10 or 15 minute. Always link failure and error connection is main problem.
I do complain to BSNL call center 1500. Do a complain no. [1] 3424685 dt. 25.07.2009 complain no. [2] 3531988 dt. 28.08.2009 complain no. [3] 3580449 Dt. 05.09.2009.
The call centers men and sum officers do a phone call and tell,”your connection repair shortly. They call me phone no. [protected] / 2540022 / 2730164, to say your complain repair shortly. After sum time dt. 03.09.2009 sum officer of BSNL Satna Mr. Tulsiram, Mr. Rajesh Tantuway, and Mr. AK Singh is coming. They all repair connection. After repair he runs. In evening the connection is OFF .
Mr. Rajesh Tantuway, and Mr. AK Singh is coming also Dt.10.09.2009 and repair. He running properly but Dt 13.09.2009 the service is break. In Dt. 13.09.2009 & 15.09.2009 the service is totally off line.
I do write complain for error connection Dt. 24.09.2009. He realize a bill No. 53743468 Dt. 03.08.2009, Rs 1536/=. I give a written complain for higher bill correction.
So I tell to higher BSNL authority, the broadband ant Internet is not run properly too. How they give a high bill. The broadband is not running and not giving proper service? This is a major default of service.
So please disconnect to my broadband, replace my Rs.1281/= and do zero bill no. 53743468 Dt. 03.08.2009, Rs 1536/= and disconnect my telephone no . 0s[protected] and replace my security deposits.
The BSNL broadband service is very poor and this poor and mind disturbing. This bad and worst service gives me to disconnecting all service of BSNL.
I am so frosted and do all above.

    Sir, I am 20 years old customer of bsnl. Since last three months I took your broadband (home plan) but it is very shameful that it is not working properly, I have complaint regarding this more than 50 times to S.D.O (B.L Rajput) transport nagar, Agra. but that person never takes any decision nor resolve the complaint and says B.S.N.L works like this and talks loudly and says stop ur connection it is good for u. I am having the complaint numbers for proofs. pls take urgent step to make ur department prestige and transfer such officers who r useless

      Dear Sir,

      On 22.08.09 I had attempted online recharge of my mobile No.[protected] through www.bsnl.co.in at 10.40 pm wherein the 1st two attempts of recharge with Rs 220.00 & Rs 330.00 had failed but the amount as debited from my account. The amount of Rs 330.00 was credited to my account on 24.08.09 but even after lodging a complaint with the Customer Care I am yet to receive the refund of Rs 330.00 till date.

        when i insert my Sim into my mobile, it's not switching on i mean it,s dead

        This is the complaint about my mobile not working on 29/1/10 on wards i have the problem in two days but i call to customer care he said we are arranging the network for my mobile only he is connecting but others bsnl are working.

        And then another number also having the same problem on 23/12/09-24/12/09 then it will clear but i dont no why my sim was not connecting the network i dont no for this number [protected].

          Dear friends,

          I had taken unfortunately BSNL broadband connection, when i shifted my room in same area , after that i have given complain on 16th june 2009 .
          Still i am not getting conection, i have given complain so many time , still they are not listening , other than this they are behaving rudly as don't argue also telling as go and do what ever your wish.(Head officer of BSNL Mangalore, Branch Kavoor).

          If we will get service then will we take BSNL connection further ?


          Please do some action for it ,if possible,

            BSNL Landline — disturbance in voice

            My landline phone no[protected] is not working properly since last one month. I have complaint many times but not action has been taken yet.please do need ful.
            Hi Suraj,

            That is the standard of BSNL services to not to respond to the customer grievances so easily.
            My phone is also having disturbance in the line and I complaint it 3 times, till now no action has been taken. I've sent many reminders also.
            Every time I call them they will say that it will be rectified today, but that day never comes.
            I faced many problems even for getting a new connection. After I applied for the connection, I visited BSNL office several times so that my application can be provisioned. Even after visiting the office several times I got the connection after 20 days.
            My friends used to tell me to not to go for BSNL connection, but I went for it and now I'm regretting it.
            Their quality of service is very poor.
            Landline[protected] is getting distrubance in voice. This gives me slow connection to the broadband. i have veberally mentioned to the concerned authority but no proper service. kindly look in this matter at the earliest

              To deactivate Music Station service, dial 12630033. You will get the IVRS. Press 4, and then at the next prompt, press 5. Hooray! You are deactivated from this stupid, extortionate, service of BSNL.

              Note that this is a toll-free number. So all of you keep dialing and tell all your friends to keep dialing this number to get some of your own back on BSNL.

                My BSNL landline phone is Dead for last 15 days .That is also connected to Broadband.Two-Three times I have made complaint but there is no response from BSNL, they are not attending the phone.                       i have an account in bsnl broadband for 250 plan which is 1 gb free / month.. For the past 2 and half months i have not able to view my account usage since after logging, if i click to any service, it immediately gets logged out . I have an account in www.dataone.in...Again for the past two months my usage bill came with a hefty amount. I don't know what to do. If this continues i'll surrender the service. Please help.

                        It is found that the excess billing of my broadband(internal) is made for the period of Aug 09.I have not used broadband for that period,but broadband usage charge is shown as Rs 1388.
                        I therefore request you to look into this matter and take necessary action to refund me the excess amount charged in the bill for the period of Aug 09.

                          Our BSNL Landline bill was about 3000 last month including broadband charge of 1750Rs. phone charge was about 800Rs alone.Actually we had made very few calls only.We had locked the phone.Yet this happened.But this month we made our phone out o[censored]se by disconnecting lines and we didn't use it at all.But the phone bill was 1500rs including broadband charge of 750rs.It shows that we have made 464 calls! ITS JUST HARD TO BELIEVE IT SINCE WE KNOW THAT WE HAVEN'T MADE ATLEAST 5 CALLS.!
                          hope that u will provide a solution for this problem.

                            I wish to express my sincere thanks to the PGM/Coimbatore, Divisional Engineer/rural/Pollachi and AO/Pollachi for responding my grievance letters.

                            I would like to inform you that the various grievances which have been mentioned in my above letters. But at the same time important grievances not mentioned in the replies except PLAN 150 (applicable to rural) changing.
                            Now I feel it is necessary to submit my long pending grievances again as follows:
                            1)Refund of Modem charges (Rs:1600/-) ,since no modem charges for rural bb connection.
                            2)Refund of broad band rent for the month of March & April/2009, since bb connection was effected actually on 15.5.2009
                            3)Refund of difference in fixed charges between present PLAN 250 and Plan 150 (for rural) after changing the PLAN as requested by my letter datd 5.3.2009.

                            Kadamparai,Attakatti,Sholaiyar Power House I &II.and Novamalai are located remotely away from Valparai around 20KM to 50KM distances. These places are surrounded by thick forest with wild animals. Particularly Kadamparai has only around 35 telephone connections and very few bb connections. A telephone exchange is also available at Kadamparai separately.

                            We, only the TNEB employees and their family members are staying in these hard places with tough climate conditions for generating electricity.
                            Hence, by considering the above genuine reasons and as advertised in the Dinamalar dated 3. 3.2009 by BSNL Coimbatore, the above places may be treated as RURAL and concessions declared for rural by the BSNL may be extended.

                            It is also requested to give suitable direction on my long pending grievances as early as possible without delay please.

                              Sir I forgot my portal Id which was given to me ,so i searched internet to get it and found hotlines to get and
                              I tried no.1957 ,[protected],198 and also tried 1500 . The first number didnot respond even though it is computer simulation .The second number only gives information about BSNL broadband and is not natural
                              interactive and hence i could not get the details .So I tried 1500 ,they connected me to customer service officer and he gave me two numbers for Goa[protected] but when I contacted they too are not responding any hour of the day.So I have being following them for 8 days now.

                              When I googled I came across CosumerComplains and after reading the blogs and other complains ,Icme across the blogger "essbebe" who said to give email to ConsumerComplain.

                                in my connection i am unable to open bbservice.bsnl.in so plz rectify my problem...

                                  MY PRESENT TELEPHONE NO IS[protected]. THIS IS A WLL CONNECTION. THIS CONNECTION I AM HAVING SINCE LAST 2 YRS. EARLIER I WAS HAVING BSNL LAND LINE CONNECTION. BECAUSE OF WLL CONNECTION, I AM NOT ABLE TO HAVE BROUD BAND INTERNET CONNECTION. FOR THIS I HAVE COMPLAINT SEVERAL TIME AT OUR LOCAL BSNL OFFICE -GHATLODIYA- AHMEDABAD, GUJARAT-380061. THEY ARE TELLING THAT EXTRA CONNECTION IS NOT POSSIBLE IN THE PRESENT DP BOX AVAILABLE NEAR MY HOUSE. EVEN AT AHMEDABAD, I AM WAITING SINCE LAST TWO YEARS FOR GETTING BSNL LAND LINE CONNECTION. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHOM SHOULD I CONTACT FOR SET RIGHT MY PROBLEM.

                                    BSNL — they converted power pack to vennala

                                    I TOOK BSNL PRE_PAID CALLED POWER PACK, IT OFFERS 500 MESSAGES FREE EVERYMONTH TO THE CUSTMER WITH 1 YEAR VALIDITY, BUT THEY CONVERTED AUTOMATICALLY IT TO EXCEL-VENNALA AND IAM GETTING 250 MESSAGES FREE EVERY MONTH WHEN I CALLED CUSTAMER CARE IT ALSO NOT WORKING GOOD,

                                    Now BSNL venela + is comming with three validity but in incremental basis for getting another three months you have to recharge with Rs 110/- on 90th day then your validity will increase by 03 months for every 90 days you have to do the same

                                      I had lodged a complaint with BSNL regarding the non functioning of my landline (number-[protected]) around a week back..but its been more than 7 days and they seem to have taken no action whatsoever. According to the norms, they are supposed to respond to the complaint within 48 hours.

                                      this complaint must be very correct as I experience the same since obtained aa internet connection during 8/09. I sent written compliant to GM Patyanamthitta, Kerala and contacted AGM aswell as SDE. every month twice it faila expecially the previous day of holiday and attend only after 4 to 7 day. No.[protected]
                                      my landline 28467234, is not functioning properly since a month. outgoing was possible, but incoming denied. From couple of days, outgoing is also not functioning, but if i pick up the phone, instead of dail tone, bill not payed is been mentioned. But i have paid my bill within the date of payment. my bangalore one receipt number is RTN[protected] dated 31.8.2010.

                                      Complaint is also been given before 15 days. complaint number is 25. Yet there is no response and there is more discomfortableness.
                                      I am having bsnl land line with Broadband.The number [protected].Last 25 days incoming ring is one time and cut automatically with call rate.I also describe the problem to the A,E musiri.still not resolve my problem.In that issue we have loss more opportunity.Why the bsnl company is unresponse?Take action PLEASE.
                                      I handed over my BSNL WLL phone No :[protected] on september 2011 and got the cheque on 02-January 2012 for the amount of Rs.875.

                                      But i have paid Rs.1500/ deposit amount.They are return only this amount.And i dont know what whey they are deducting the amount from the deposit with out any intimation .Not even enclosed the Breakup letters.

On first Day Phone is not working properly may time this is dead or poor voice quality. So many times i have booked a ticket for the same but no response. either you resolve the problem or please save me from BSNL Working culture.
