I AM A POST PAID CUSTOMER IN 225 PLAN AND GPRS 199PLAN. MY COMPLAINT IS SLOW SPEED GPRS I COMPLAINED SO MANY OFFICERS IN BSNL BUT NOBODY TAKES INTEREST TO SLOVE MY PROBLEM PROPERLY MY DATA DOWNLOAD SPEED IS 1.5 KBPS SOME TIME IT WILL COME 3 KBPS BUT RARELY
THEY KNOW SOME PROBLEM IS RUNNING IN GPRS BUT NOBODY TO RECTIFY CLEARLY
STILL I AM WAITING SOMEBODY WILL HEAR MY REQUEST MY PLACE IS VARANAD IN CHERTHALA SECTION

No body from BSNL will come to rescue you, i am also facing a similer problems. My advice dump BSNL get a reliance sim, if you are lucky you can use free gprs(25KBPS) go to gstek.info or frendz4m to get details.
Dont expect the BSNL people for help. The are getting big salaries but don't know their job.
yes i strongly accept with you. the people working in bsnl dont have technical knowledge but they get big salary. i am also the one experianced like this. there are many people there to recieve our complaints. but they think we are all fools. they always wasting our time by misguiding us do "do this and try again and if you still have the problem call customer care again". after we did it and find no improvement, then we call again. now another one took the phone and guiding us in a different way. what the people of bsnl thinking about us? they thought their customers as damn fool. first bsnl to be handed over to private sector. then only the problems resolved soon.

BSNL — SLOW GPRS

sir,
I have been using BSNL GPRS on my NOKIA N72 mobile for the past 3 months. My prepaid GPRS plan is GPRS230.my problem is gprs speed is very slow in a particular area(2kbps only).But i browse at another area in coimbatote (15kbps to 20kbps)it is working fine.I complaint the customer care peoples. They told me the problem was corrected.But i still facing the same problem.what can i do?.I lost my money without using the gprs.

I too am experiencing low GPRS speeds on BSNL Kerala network since the past 1-2 months. Before that I was getting average of above 100 KBPS browsing speed. When I called up Customer Care I was told that BSNL is upgrading its network to 3G and this has affected the GPRS speed. Thats a fact coz I had read about it in the newspaper. I was further told that the problem would be rectified in about 1-2 weeks. So the only way out is to wait for a few days.

However much u may want to curse BSNL it will be good to remember that no one other than BSNL offers GPRS at such low tariff. Private operators may offer better service but they are known to cheat their customers in many ways. So its better to stick with BSNL for the cheapest GPRS tariffs.
deeeees bldy BSNL Ppl R increase charges up to Rs 274/- but [censored]erssssssss are 4got to increase the speed they are busy with heir lady co-ordinators/ staff of their office. India is the best due to these type of educated staff they are puting old people who can not talk, write, hear, walk, see, about to die workers and saying we are the best in service.

Same thing I am experiencing since two weeks in Kolhapur Maharashtra.
Speed is very very slow.
When I had called to Customer Care, they said we dont have information about it.
What to do now?

BSNL — gprs slow

I use a 3g enabled phone but 2g Sim card. Before 30 days the download speed touched 200KBps but now its only 15kbps. I complained in both bsnl office as well as customer care but there was no response.

BSNL — slow gprs connection

i am getting good gprs connection everywhere except my territory


damn slow gprs connection in my region

much more mobile internet users here
but insufficient service

      BSNL — UNREQUIRED SERVICES ACTIVATION

      UN REQUIRED SERVICES ACTIVATED ON MY MOBILE PHONE AND WHEN THE COMPLAINT IS MADE AGAINST THOSE , THE SEVICES ARE STILL PENDING NO REDRESSEL ARE MADE TILL NOW .
      My mobile automatically activated by a ring tone when others call me they hear a unusual song which is irritating i inquired through call center and Sent a SMS as BT DEACT to 56700 . it got discontinued after one hour for which Rs.2 is deducted from my a/c again in the next day morning i got the same ring tone when i got the call . how it is happening ? so every time it get activated on its own and for every deactrivation i have to pay rs 2 . is it fare.

        when i use internet of bsnl, it is too slow and take near two minutes to open a web site.
        I agree completely. I took the EVDO connection for the speed and now I am getting only the CDMA X1. Complaints to BSNL office got the response that the staff was not supposed to give the connection to my area but they are not willing to take back the connection and refund me the money spend. They did not allow me to take the connection on lease and said that option was not there and made me buy it. Have been contacting the JE and have mailed to the complaints in charge email ID that I found on the net. They have not even called me back to check what is the problem. Have been calling them everyday regarding this and the response I get is they are too busy, you do not have connectivity, will check and get back, will call you back, etc, No action so far even after more than over 20 calls and 4 emails to the person in charge and also complaints logged in to BSNL's site.
        bsnl evdo 1x is very slow for downlode and uplode-

          Dear Sir,
          This is Manas Pattanaik from Bhubaneswar, We used BSNL land line from last 10 years. Recently we used the BSNL land line no[protected]. Now we have shifted our residence on June 04th 2009. On 15th June 2009 we deposited the form for shifting the Land Line to our new address. One month passed Land Line was not shifted, then I follow up with concern JTO Mr. Pradhan ([protected]) of BJB Nags Exchange about shifting. Every time he told we will do it within 2-3 days but nothing happened for another 15 days. His reply was, we have to laying cable & our contractor is not free to do this. Then I contact SDO Mr. Padhi, he told the same thing but give a sugestion to use a WLL until the Land Line is connected. After 10 days of deposited the form of WLL we got the WLL phone. But on Aug 17th that WLL phone outgoing is barred. Till that day we did not received the bill at all, for this again I contact JTO Mr. Pradhan, he told nothing to worry we will connect the Land Line. After few days cable was laid upto our residence wall where we have the point without connection. Then for connection of Land Line I regularly follow up with Mr. Pradhan, every time his answar was we will do it tomorrow dut his tomorrow is never comes. Then on 22nd Sep 2009 I met with SDO Mr. Padhi at his Office & he assure that any how Land Line will be connect on 24th Sep 2009 that means today. Today nothing is happened, so I went to BSNL Office to meet Mr. Padhi but he was not in the Office, so I met JTO Mr. Pradhan again he told me the same thing that they will do it tomorrow. For this reason only I mail today to solve this problem.

          The telephone is in the name of Sarat Chandra Pattanaik my Father who is retired Sate Govt. Officer. Telephone no is[protected] I also plan to take BSNL Broadband after shifting the Land Line but due to this attitude of BSNL Officers I think not to take BSNL Broad Band at all.

          Now I think due to this attitude of BSNL officers lots of people prefer to use other company's Land Line or Mobile Phone. I am also using BSNL post Paid Mobile for last 8 years & I am satisfied with this.

            Activate DND is of no use.I activated it many times by START DND, still i am receiving the sms.
            so, i myself did PDNC through http://pdnc.bsnl.co.in/registerPhnNoforDNC.aspx
            This is also not working.

              Sir,

              I have a BSNL Prepaid Connection with Mobile No. [protected] from Dehradun Exachge. The caller tune service was activated on above mentioned No. The caller tune service activate in my no without any prior information. Rupees 37.00/- were dededucted for the same. I tried every possible measure thorugh phone and SMS to get this serivce deactivate but did not get any positive response from your customer care executive. I therefore request you to kindly prompt action from your side on my complaint. Kindly deactivate the caller tune service and refund Rs 37.00/- which was deducted from my account as soon early. I will be greatly obliged.

                My Telephon number is[protected]. My Broadband Internet connection doesnt work most of the times and it has been totally dead since Last 2 weeks, My Numerous complaints to the the BSNL customer service has not helped in anyways. Everytime I call up the Customer service center am provided with a Ticket Number and am really Interested in knowing if anybody really works on those Ticket numbers. It is very annoying to know that the BSNL is not able to restore my internet connection since last 2 weeks instead of it being a very minor problem

                Iam paid the amount for broadband connection to your'staff 0n dt 08/03/2010 but they are not giving to mestill today.

                      I am a handicapped persom [two legs amputed from above knee] now 67 yrs age -cannot move to exchange
                      now mu wife is sick so no one can go to exchange[my phone no[protected]] it made ecs from january 2005 -but within this time on august 2005 my state bank of india-tegharia raghunathpur br-cal-59 changed my A/C -but i for got to send that new account to ecs .Suddenly my phone disconnected from 17 th september 2009 telling u r non paid--by phone came to know the fact of A/C changed and my bank stopped payment from april 2003---now i have to go to exchange for payment.But question is that when the bill of april-may refused -why my phone not disconnected within this period? not informed me or again how the bill of june-july 2009 came writting ECS ? if not mentioned ecs then last bill can paid from
                      post office and i can alert and can ask for anybodys help by payment -givine only rs 638 only -now it is a heavy amount -how can i send it by an unknown person
                      and cannot contact A/C ecs 8hare street -cal-1 by phone or by mail as not given anywhere-pl consider my matter---my mobile no-[protected]

                        I took a broadband connection , I am residing at Chrompet Chennai, I opted for 500 C+,
                        I was shocked to recieve my first bill , which mounted to Rs 4906 , inspite of own modem,
                        Though under the plan 500 C+, I cannot surf 24 hrs the internet. So my usage came to around Rs 3100 apart from this they have charged monthly rent for my first 20 days broadband usage 11nth Aug to 31st Aug, Other charges Rs 400.
                        So , apart from usage , we have to pay monthly rent for broadband, this is I was not aware .
                        No proper explanation or guidance for choosing plan
                        please send my usage charges of bsnl broadband.with daily usage details.

                          Subject: - BSNL broadband service Internet is not running well
                          Sir, I do a broadband connection to my telephone no.[protected],deposit.
                          Dt.15.06.09/Demand note no. 15038, Add Price for Modem 1000/=, Installa tion charge 250/=, Tax 31/= Total 1281/=.
                          This service is start in month JULY. This service is running well, sum time but give problem. The main problem is error to connect and link failure.
                          I do a complain to sitting in Satna’s officer, they say to me “Your computer and lann is defective. I properly check to my computer to service center, he completely OK.
                          One major problem to my computer in date of 15.08.2009, he not operates properly. He running only 10 or 15 minute. Always link failure and error connection is main problem.
                          I do complain to BSNL call center 1500. Do a complain no. [1] 3424685 dt. 25.07.2009 complain no. [2] 3531988 dt. 28.08.2009 complain no. [3] 3580449 Dt. 05.09.2009.
                          The call centers men and sum officers do a phone call and tell,”your connection repair shortly. They call me phone no. [protected] / 2540022 / 2730164, to say your complain repair shortly. After sum time dt. 03.09.2009 sum officer of BSNL Satna Mr. Tulsiram, Mr. Rajesh Tantuway, and Mr. AK Singh is coming. They all repair connection. After repair he runs. In evening the connection is OFF .
                          Mr. Rajesh Tantuway, and Mr. AK Singh is coming also Dt.10.09.2009 and repair. He running properly but Dt 13.09.2009 the service is break. In Dt. 13.09.2009 & 15.09.2009 the service is totally off line.
                          I do write complain for error connection Dt. 24.09.2009. He realize a bill No. 53743468 Dt. 03.08.2009, Rs 1536/=. I give a written complain for higher bill correction.
                          So I tell to higher BSNL authority, the broadband ant Internet is not run properly too. How they give a high bill. The broadband is not running and not giving proper service? This is a major default of service.
                          So please disconnect to my broadband, replace my Rs.1281/= and do zero bill no. 53743468 Dt. 03.08.2009, Rs 1536/= and disconnect my telephone no . 0s[protected] and replace my security deposits.
                          The BSNL broadband service is very poor and this poor and mind disturbing. This bad and worst service gives me to disconnecting all service of BSNL.
                          I am so frosted and do all above.

                            Sir, I am 20 years old customer of bsnl. Since last three months I took your broadband (home plan) but it is very shameful that it is not working properly, I have complaint regarding this more than 50 times to S.D.O (B.L Rajput) transport nagar, Agra. but that person never takes any decision nor resolve the complaint and says B.S.N.L works like this and talks loudly and says stop ur connection it is good for u. I am having the complaint numbers for proofs. pls take urgent step to make ur department prestige and transfer such officers who r useless

                              Dear Sir,

                              On 22.08.09 I had attempted online recharge of my mobile No.[protected] through www.bsnl.co.in at 10.40 pm wherein the 1st two attempts of recharge with Rs 220.00 & Rs 330.00 had failed but the amount as debited from my account. The amount of Rs 330.00 was credited to my account on 24.08.09 but even after lodging a complaint with the Customer Care I am yet to receive the refund of Rs 330.00 till date.

                                when i insert my Sim into my mobile, it's not switching on i mean it,s dead

                                This is the complaint about my mobile not working on 29/1/10 on wards i have the problem in two days but i call to customer care he said we are arranging the network for my mobile only he is connecting but others bsnl are working.

                                And then another number also having the same problem on 23/12/09-24/12/09 then it will clear but i dont no why my sim was not connecting the network i dont no for this number [protected].

                                Prepaid Sim — not working

                                we cannot access our sim customer is asking document again and again infact i have submitted it alredy to the service provider pls note that ur service is very bad pls note my number [protected] we have submitted document pls start it as soon as possible.we have local proof address: Timma ready industrail area basavnagar road,hoodi ,bangalore-48 we kindly request you to start this no as much as possible.pls call on this no for further enquiry

                                  Dear friends,

                                  I had taken unfortunately BSNL broadband connection, when i shifted my room in same area , after that i have given complain on 16th june 2009 .
                                  Still i am not getting conection, i have given complain so many time , still they are not listening , other than this they are behaving rudly as don't argue also telling as go and do what ever your wish.(Head officer of BSNL Mangalore, Branch Kavoor).

                                  If we will get service then will we take BSNL connection further ?


                                  Please do some action for it ,if possible,

                                    BSNL Landline — disturbance in voice

                                    My landline phone no[protected] is not working properly since last one month. I have complaint many times but not action has been taken yet.please do need ful.
                                    Hi Suraj,

                                    That is the standard of BSNL services to not to respond to the customer grievances so easily.
                                    My phone is also having disturbance in the line and I complaint it 3 times, till now no action has been taken. I've sent many reminders also.
                                    Every time I call them they will say that it will be rectified today, but that day never comes.
                                    I faced many problems even for getting a new connection. After I applied for the connection, I visited BSNL office several times so that my application can be provisioned. Even after visiting the office several times I got the connection after 20 days.
                                    My friends used to tell me to not to go for BSNL connection, but I went for it and now I'm regretting it.
                                    Their quality of service is very poor.
                                    Landline[protected] is getting distrubance in voice. This gives me slow connection to the broadband. i have veberally mentioned to the concerned authority but no proper service. kindly look in this matter at the earliest

                                      To deactivate Music Station service, dial 12630033. You will get the IVRS. Press 4, and then at the next prompt, press 5. Hooray! You are deactivated from this stupid, extortionate, service of BSNL.

                                      Note that this is a toll-free number. So all of you keep dialing and tell all your friends to keep dialing this number to get some of your own back on BSNL.

                                        My BSNL landline phone is Dead for last 15 days .That is also connected to Broadband.Two-Three times I have made complaint but there is no response from BSNL, they are not attending the phone. I am trying every day but nobody is attending the phone.These are the no. where I am making call but nobody is responding please help me what to do.my complain no. is 51.Really worst Service from BSNL

When i call to the customer care, they asked me to register complaint online.. There was no response after that and i called the customer care again, then they are saying they cannot view that registered complaint. But still they are not ready to register a new complaint.
