No response

I had lodged a complaint with BSNL regarding the non functioning of my landline (number-[protected]) around a week back..but its been more than 7 days and they seem to have taken no action whatsoever. According to the norms, they are supposed to respond to the complaint within 48 hours....

Dear Sir,

This is to Inform you that, i am facing lots of problem form BSNL NO:[protected]. On first Day Phone is not working properly may time this is dead or poor voice quality. So many times i have booked a ticket for the same but no response. either you resolve the problem or please save me from BSNL Working culture. 56799 call is not working

On BSNL customer care or bsnl site 56799 is the number told to chose desired song, but as soon as I call the number the call disconnects automatically and charge is deducted from my balance. I tried other ways mentioned but all of them just ate my money. BSNL does not sort out the consumers greivance towards their bill & their call centre people also replied with predetermined answer .

messages not delivered on airtel numbers

yaar i have got a new problem..i am using bsnl prepaid phone.i am sending messages to my freind.the message is delivered to all numbers except airtel numbers..its quite frustrating.and both the people of airtel and bsnl are blaiming each other, , , , and i have to suffer...

We are using BSNL landline connection since 15-20 Years, which is in name of my father sh. K.A. Kuttappan, last year we also got internet connection from BSNL, and paid all the bill regularly, that usede to be less tha 2000 Rs, and the current bill received is of approx value 25000 Rs.

I am Anto from kerala. I bought a Rs 55 bsnl cellone topup card on[protected], i tried to recharge the card but i got a error message that was network is busy please try later. Usage details - unable to obtain

On[protected] I got the above-mentioned modem installed at my home. I was assigned the User ID "sa[protected]@bsnl.in". "@Dataone" ID was not assigned. With my present ID I am not able to obtain usage details.
I need help and correction of the user ID if necessary....

I am having bsnl connection & my no. is[protected]. My address is B-109, Nav-Depti Apartment, Opp. Madhavi School, Dombivli (E). My bill for the period 01/7/2009 to 31/8/09 has come to Rs. 728/- including STD charges. Whereas I am not availing any STD facility, still I have been charges for STD. Kindly look into the matter at your earliest & rectify the mistake.
