Non working of Broadband Internet C

I have taken unlimited internet Broadband Internet connection from BSNL in Feb., 2009 under Home 750 Plan and paid Charges upto March, 2010

Deactivation of Caller Tunes.
I have not activated BSNL Caller tunes. My Cell no. [protected]. Still it got activated . Rs.37/39 was deducted from sim. I sent a message UNSUBSCRIBE to 56700 for deactivation. Auto Update of Date and Time

I am a BSNL Mobile customer in Kerala. I would like to keep my clock always synchronized with Indian Standard Time. But BSNL is not providing this service, while many other private service providers like AirTel, Aircel, Reliance etc are providing it. So please consider this comlaint and take necessary steps to solve this problem.

MY BSNL POSTPAID GPRS NOT WORKING

My gprs is not working, in my htc 3452 handset i tried other bsnl card, where in gprs was working, i checked all setting needed for gprs, my seetings was also ok, when i made complain to bsnl office they suggested me to change simcard, but they r demanding 100 rs as price for simcard, sir my problem is that, as gprs is not working on my sim, so its technical problem, in case if sim is lost or damged by me then it become my problem in that...

Top up benefit of 20% over & above Rs.550/= not extended

Dear Sir,

I received an SMS stating that customers will be benefited by an additional benefit of 20% over and above the top up value of Rs.550.00 wef 16.08.2009. I made a top up of Rs.550/- frm 34399 on 18.08.2009 at 10.4 p.m.

But from the perusal of the credit I find that I have not been extended with the announced benefit of 20% over and above the top up value. Please clarify.

Broadband Connectivity

The internet is higly unstable and keeps getting disconnected every 1 minute. The link keeps on disappearing and the net cannot be connected.
