Deactivation of Caller Tunes.

I am a BSNL Mobile customer in Kerala. I would like to keep my clock always synchronized with Indian Standard Time. But BSNL is not providing this service, while many other private service providers like AirTel, Aircel, Reliance etc are providing it. Dear Sir,

I received an SMS stating that customers will be benefited by an additional benefit of 20% over and above the top up value of Rs.550.00 wef 16.08.2009. I made a top up of Rs.550/- frm 34399 on 18.08.2009 at 10.4 p.m.

But from the perusal of the credit I find that I have not been extended with the announced benefit of 20% over and above the top up value. Please clarify.

The internet is higly unstable and keeps getting disconnected every 1 minute. The link keeps on disappearing and the net cannot be connected.
