I Nawal Kishore Cell No. [protected] not subscribe fhm vod but charge have been cut @ Rs. 5/- Daily from account yet.I call at BSNL coustomer care to deactivate it but they refused to close it
So pls deactivate this services immidiatly.

    I have placed a request for a new land line connection on 8th of August 2009 with all the required documents and initial deposit of Rs. 500/-. I was assured to get a new connection within a week.
    But till date there is no connection till date.
    When contacted I was told various reasons everyday. Sometime they tell that it is not feasible. Sometime they tell they are sending people immediately. They have also told that they dont have wires!! One person also told me that they are waiting for BBMPs approval.
    i dont understand the issue they tell me. In my building already there are 3 BSNL landline connections present then why it is not feasible for another connection.
    These public sector companies have to change with time else they will slowly extinct! They are no where compared to service with the private companies.

    It has been more than two months since I have applied for a new Landline connection at Kaikhali, PO: Airport, Kolkata, but nothing has been done till now. I have had given 'N' number of calls to the nearest exchange, SD officer in charge and even registered a complain with the Public Grievance officer but to my plight, no-body gives attention to it.

    I had tried to get a new land line connection from BSNL last year. I had filled the form and all formalities and was waiting for my Land line connection to implement. but it didn't and the officials said that we cant give you a connection in the locality until and unless someone else remove his/her connection. Same reason was given this year too. They don't want to lay a new connection. Its pathetic for such a big company and in a city like Jodhpur (Rajasthan). I cant have a land line connection in the city. Please help me. i badly need it for my home and also for internet facility.

    im from vizag applied for new land connection on 2/2/2014.Till now no bsnl official gave connection .Becuase of no time i have applied it on internet .A person approached me and collected money and next day he gave me the landline no .but coming to connection no response from them.my alloted land line no is [protected]
    The representative from BSNL called me personally and collected application form together with registration charges of Rs 500/- in cash about one year back.( I do not remember the exact date ) ie in the month of July 2014, promising that the new connection will be provided within two days time. I have been reminding now and then but they are callous and gave impertinent replies. I was driven from pillar to post. Recently upon contacting, they gave me two numbers one by name Uma[protected] and another one by name Ashoknarayan [protected]. These people have no patience to hear the complaint. they gave a routine answer that they will look into this. I wanted a new line in the name of my son NRI Thotapalli Saiprasannakumar, No:125, @nd cross, Rain Bow Drive, Sarjapur road, Carmelarampost, Bengaluru 560035. There are already 2 land line connections none with internet connection another number in the name of Padma and the internet connection is in the name of Thotapalli Sreenivasamurthy, [protected] and another number is 25831125, in carmelaram exchange.Will you please atleast take some concrete action in this regard or you too would take it easy and give a routine reply " we will look into the matter"

      AT FIRST I HAVE PAID Rs 1926/- ON 27/07/2009, BUT I HAVE RECEIVED ANOTHER TELEPHONE BILL ON 11/08/2009 .           I am using GPRS-99 from the last one year.I had no complaint against it.But on Monday[protected], wnen I was browsing internet in my laptop, Rs.119/- deducted from my main balance.Though I had activated GPRS-99 on 14-Dec-2009.I have already given a wriitten complaint to the SDE, Dhenkanal and also registered a complaint through the customer care and the complaint no.is - 3984654.Till now I don't get any response from anyone.Please kindly solve my problem and refund my money back.

            Attention BSNL customers :-

            BSNL mobile stealing money from his own mobile customers, that how it happens is.. by knowingly they are activating service messages from 12555 like Devetonal type message or such questions for Example: today who will won the match? giving 2 options for it. or from 12555 3 devotional sms 3/4 messages if we get is ok.. if we are getting continuously daily these kind of message, we get irritated and to deactivate these service message from 12555 its not free, they are detecting money of Rs.5. Just think about this matter Knowingly activating service unwanted messages and for deactivate these type of messages asking money... think about all mobile customers as started wish to deactivate spending money... how many lakhs they earn with out providing valuable service... be alert...

            when i asked customer care they are not having rights to deactivate such service. The customer can only deactive through message by spending money of Rs.5 as to type UNSUB ALL to 12555.even then also they are not ready to deactive immediately my Mob.No.is [protected]

            by the repeat complaint in several time in this portal the SMS from 12555 has not stopped from your end because on 17/01/2011 i have recived the 3 SMS from 12555 so i switched off the mobile and i have taten the Idea sim from 18/01/2011. i am sending this complaint so that all the BSNL SIM users can read and realsize that there is no sence of complaint in this portal so dont waste time and money it is better to change the service provider time to time so that no one over them

              Most of the telephone lines in Naigaon area are not working.
              Our telephone line is not working since last two months, even after complaining so many times no repairing is done .
              But BSNL never forget to send the bills.
              Now it's time to discoonect the Line, I'm going to give a written complain with my bill now to disconnect the line.
              I'm frustated using thier line.

                I would like to inform that, CRBT (caller ring back tone) automatically debited to my a/c. I was trying to call one number in TN and after few minutes i got debit advice for Rs.30/ for selecting CRBT. Which is totally wrong and unfair. I called the customer care and told me that i have pressed the button. They are mischievously making money. It shold be stopped
                very true. it happend to me as well. Can BSNL take action?

                    Dear Sir,
                    On 25/08/2009, I have paid Rs. 110/- (Rupees hundred and ten only) through on line payment i.e. portal.bsnl/portal online facility, whereas same amount not cradited to my mobile (Mobile no. [protected]) till date and the said amount is already deducted from my SB account ( SBI, Karwar Branch (Karnataka) through transaction no. [protected] on 25.08.2009. Where as I recieved a sms. saying, "SALES TRANSECTION FOR FOR MOBILE NO.[protected] COULD NOT BE PROCESSED. PLEASE CONTECT FOR FURTHER ASSISTANCE IN THIS MATTER. REF NO. [protected].". And where as, since from the day one, I made several calls to customer care centre no. [protected], did not get proper responce.They even could not registered my complaint regarding.
                    So, I kindly request you to help me out of this matter.

                    I have purchased Super ower pack prepaid slim on feb 09 the validity end on 31.07.2011. I have Rs 76/- in my balance account on 18.02.2011. But unnecessery all out going calls suspended from 18.02.11. get SMS to recharge within 18.02.11. again i have recgarge Rs 110/- on 19.02.11. again getSMS to recharge within 06.03.11.& again suspended all out going call ( top up Rs110/- validity is 30 days). I did not under stand how to calculate the curency should used within 24 Hrs. This is totally injustice.

                    Now all my out going calls are suspended, if in case of emergency what can i do. so i submit my complaint for clarification

                    Dear Sir,

                    On 26/05/2012, I have paid Rs. 501/- through online payment i.e. portal.bsnl/portal online facility, whereas same amount not credited to my mobile (Mobile no. [protected]) till date and the said amount is already deducted from my SB account ( SBI, Indiranagar Branch, Bangalore). Where as I recieved a sms. saying, "SALES TRANSECTION FOR FOR MOBILE NO.[protected] COULD NOT BE PROCESSED. PLEASE CONTACT FOR FURTHER ASSISTANCE IN THIS MATTER. REF NO. [protected].". And where as, since from the day one, I made several calls to customer care centre no. [protected], did not get proper response. They even could not registered my complaint regarding this.
                    So, I kindly request you to help me out of this matter.

                          Hi, Im JAYESH, i applied for this internet and got the connection after 6-7 mths, , , it was connected on 26th october on day of Diwali, , and they edu me that the 1gb data was free, , , the bill came nextmonth for approx 5000 incl the installation chgs of 1200/- and the telephone bill seperately (not to mention), , now i went to the bsnl dept, , they said that 1gb is free for one mth, bt since i gt it on 26th, the 1024 mb(which is equal to 1GB) gt divided by 30 days, so the free usage was reduced, , i strongly didnt pply - as it was clearly misguiding the statements which was explained to me before, and they anyhow convinced me bt said i was nt in position to pay such a huge amt as i assumed a bill of 250/= per mth bt i got it for 5000..(20 times more.. i cud have used it for 20 mths .. bt since i used it, i dnt want to blame them for that) and as I said i was nt able to pay the bill, they chgd me a late feeof RS.1300 ...THE bottom line is BSNL has lost the respect it had on me and everybdy faces the same prob, if I cud have been mentioned abt the free usaage wil be divided in mth and wil get that limited amt then i would nt have used it, , i was chgd that money only for 4 days, if they intimated me, my next bill would nt bemore than 250 or maybe 500, , , , , , , , , , , , , , , NT TO MENTION THAT THEY SAID ONLY DOWNLOADS WILL CHG U, BT SURFING WONT (if any, it wil be in KB'S), , WHICH IS AGAIN MISLEADING AS I BROWSED VIDEOS AND MOVIS, , SO IT WAS SAME AS DOWNLOADS... this i the story, , SIR i request i[censored] can bring a justice, il be waiting for that, , , , i could have lodged a complaiant bt i dnt have time nor patience for that, , , , , , , , , , if nt, it doesnt make a difference anyway, sombdy elsemay suffer next time, , happy new yr by the way...

Sir, it is not possible for me to take obligation repeatedly for smooth working of my broadband connection.

                            Please take up the matter with the concerned authorities for stopping recurrence of such problem.

                                I, along with crores of Indians are frustrated with the very very poor services & plans of BSNL and are forced to move towards private operators. I wonder why the BSNL is going down the hell so fast - as the Air India way. The following are my complaints.

                                1. BSNL Land Line: Far the last about six months, I am repeatedly complaining about the Meter Reading Service (19621 and 19622) and it is not working most of the time. Like rest of the Indians, I am tired of complaining now.

                                2. On 30 June 2009, luckily the Meter reading service worked. I checked the Meter reading and it was 21998. I was happy that my calls for the month was[protected] = 175 calls. I was happy that I have utilized the free allowance of "Combo C" Scheme. Then comes the monthly Bill with the CMR End reading as 21954 !!!. Immediately I went to the Nagercoil Court Road Accounts Officer and gave a complaint in writing. She informed me that they might have taken the reading earlier than 30 June 2009 !!!.

                                Are the BSNL guys are playing.

                                3. BSNL EXCEL Mobile: I had been complaining for the last about four months regarding the frequent failures of the BSNL Transmitting Towers. As I am surrounded by 3/4 Towers (Kottar, Nagercoil), I am able to communicate with the low signals.

                                4. Whenever there is a scheduled Power Shut Down by Tamil Nadu Electricity Board for 8 hours, all BSNL Towers covered by the Power Shut down fails to work one by one - after about 1 hour. Only a tower which is not covered by the Power Shut down and about 10 kms away (Chenbagaramanputhoor) is picking up when I go the first floor of my house. But all the private operators towers are working without any problem during the 8 hour Power cut. I had been complaining to Nagercoil Customer Service Centre and 1500. It seems no one is bothered.

                                Did everyone in BSNL has decided to shut down BSNL fast, for good. Already BSNL has deliberately made unattractive Plans to discourage the Customers so that they are forced to go to Private Operators and you are seeing many customers are fast leaving BSNL. I can only pray god to save BSNL.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam;

                                      I was actually surfing net to look for compliant cell for broadband service of BSNL, wherin one could write compliants to heigher authorities and could expect solution in time.To my surprise I could not find one.

                                      I have internet broadband services from BSNL attached to landline no 2510324.This remains out of reach for about half of the time.Sometimes the server could not be found, at other times the speed is so slow that it takes sereral minutes to open a web page . Many a times I hear conversation of my neighbours talking to relatives on phone.There seems to be a cross connection. This has been brought to notice of the concerned so many times.The problem gets rectified for only temporarily to recur again in a couple of days.The result ---the services remain out of my reach for nearly 10 to 15 days a month and I suffer a lot. In addition I have to call several people in BSNL(for reporting compliants) repeatedly which adds to my telephone bills. Mr.Jangra( local SDO) has been very considerate and helpful but sometimes he is also helpless due to callous attitude of workers.Sometimes it takes days to sort out the problem.Is there any solution for such a nuisance?Are the BSNL ready to pay for their lapses?

                                      I hope to get some feedback for the same.

                                        I'm residing at Begur, Bommanahalli area in Banglore. I have taken unlimited broadband connection for the monthly rental of Rs.750. Since last two months I'm facing problem that the connection getting lost everyday and not able to work continuosly for 10 mins. By default the loosing the connection on Saturday night and connection getting restored on monday. But also the connection restored for only 10 mins or so. Both the DSL and internet (lights) in disconnect/restart mode frequently.

                                        Since last two months I register the complaint by calling 25742198. But getting only the docket number of the complaint but no action been taken so far.

                                        I'm getting poor response from the customer care and no action for the complaint registered. So almost everyday getting new docket numbers but no solution.
