BEING TOTALLY DISSATISFIED WITH SERVICES & ATTITUTE OF BSNL-KOL
IT HAS BEEN DECIDED NOT TO USE DATAONE E-MAIL OF BSNL - C.KAR


Data one E-mail I.D. [protected]@dataone.com started disturbing in sending mails right from the beginning i.e. July '07. Sending mails through this I.D become uncertain. I had to use other mail I.Ds for my confirmed communications. The entire difficulties in sending mails from time to time in uncertain manners were brought to the notice of BSNL vide Portal Registrations noted below with a request to inform me whether I have any operational fault or it is system fault of BSNL

11). 09.12.08 - QBBENW8388 - On 05-08-09 Tech Secy of CGM informed that " Our staff/vendor visited your premises on 17.06.09.E-mail sent from your computer was found perfectly O.K." Yes a 'VENDOR" i.e. lessee's sub leased employee attended and somehow could able to send a mail somehow which is claimed to be O.K. Situation stands same as before. Even interference by CGM / Kol & CMD / BSNL could not solve the problem.

    Refer complaint number H[protected] dated 26 Aug 09(Executive-Mr. Saurau) which was being reforwarded on 28 Aug 09 at 1308 h. My mobile number is [protected].

    I had subscribed "WAP model of the day" services from BSNL on GPRS on 25th of July 09, the subscription charges were Rs.30 per month and daily i used to get hot model of the day photos by 58888 (push up message). I received a message on 23rd of Aug 09 "your sub model of the day will be renewed on 25 aug 09. To unsub click here - http://203.199.70.160/site/t.jsp?i=744".

    The URL is not opening on my mobile even after having full network and sufficient balance. The same URL is opening on other mobiles but after inserting my SIM, the mobile does'nt repond.

    I had already done verbal complaints with customer support centre and visited nearest BSNL exchange office but in vain. Also, i have sent help messages to 58888 and posted queries according to their format but i didnt succeed. The subscription automatically get renewed on 25th of every month and 30 rupees are deducted. I want to stop this service but till now my every effort has been unfruitful.

    Now, i am left with no option but to go to District Consumer Forum. Take it as my intimation to you in this regard and i will wait for five more days before i move to the District Consumer Forum.

    I also faced same problem and I could not get any help from BSNL or indiatimes to deactive such services.

    Finally, I came know from some webblog that we have to sent a message UNSUB followed by service name to 58888. For example, to unsubscribe WAP model, please send a message UNSUB WAP MODEL to 58888.

    BSNL & Indiatimes 58888 — Model of the day wap subscription

    Hi, im a bsnl (kerala) postpaid customer [protected] and i dont know what kinda service is active on my mobile. Everyday im getting messages from 58888 in the name of some girls and telling me to watch hot video with a link. I have made several complaints to my customer care but no response from their side. Also rs. 30 is being deducted from my account every month and their unsubscription link is not working when i click that. Is there anyway that i could stop this message? I'm sick of there messages, because its my official number and haven't seen what in that link yet. Is this the way BSNL treat their postpaid customers? they have given me their word twice on this matter that this service wont be there anymore. But just now also i got that service message

I have also communicate with my dealer but she give me no response.         On June' 2009 I have requested in prescribed form for transfer of landline No.[protected] from Flat-203,SS Pavilion,Shilpa Park,Hyderabad-500032 to Flat No - 101,Plot No-38,39,40,Green Habitate,Siri Enclave,Nizampet Road,Hyderabad-500072 has been submitted but till date no action has been taken to transfer the said landline telephone for which I am facing a lots of inconvenience. Therefore, your concerned department may kindly be requested to do the neeful forthwith.

          2007- Road / Street and media advertised by BSNL "Avail High Speed Broad Band up to 2mMbps"

          I was provided Broad Band connection on 04.07.2007 and used to get speed 1450 to 1550 kbps. Nov'08 onwards speed gradually started reducing which came down to approx. 450kbps.

          June'09 onwards speed further came down to approx 190-200kbps in the morning as per chart recorded from BBST enclosed. Evening show not recorded so far will represent rather a very poor picture where
          gets down to 60kbps speed

          Thus it can be expected that BSNL will definitely achieve their target of '0' kbps speed very shortly even though some of BSNL special personal claims they maintain a HIGH speed of 256kbps. BSNL's own BBST record does not endorse their claims.

          BSNL CO authority may like to challenge their own records alternately tacit silence on the issue will invite demand for reducing Broad Band charges proportionately.

            Exlpower not activated
            BSNL is giving EXL Power scheme to reduce call rate on any two BSNL no (First Landline and second BSNL Moblie). I have taken that scheme in 27th AUGUSTand i have requested them to activate my two number by sms. i have made sms & it is quied. But till now my Exlpower is not activated. All the customer care executives give the different reply and feedback. My problem should be solved or money should be refunded.

            BSNL — defoult in validity

            My Cell phone No. is [protected]. It was updated by a voucher for getting 400 days validity and was updated up May 2010. After some time I had recharged by Rs. 49.00 voucher for reducing call rate Rs 0.49 /call. But you reduced call rate as well as my validity also from May 2010 to Jan 2010. It is not fair to me. Please rectify it as early as possible. I will be faithful to you.

            exlpower service is note active in last two months iam try after 60-80 time but not response in customers care executive - line hold 15 minutes, system default, line cut, next try after call, number not shown, activate next 24 hours, there are many -2 excuse and formality in bsnl customer care executives
            my fours number not activate in last 80 days and i am all ready feeded cc executives but not active in my service

              hi this is Abhinav Bansal living in village mulana in dist Ambala n State haryana

              our nearest exchange is in Barara (which says dat we work bt actly nt) has sent us our broadband rural iso 150 bill today only which says that our bill is Rs 1178

              which includes installation charges(500), security deposit(333)

                Sir I have BSNL broadband a my home, my connection got disconnected after 15 or 20 minutes automatically. I have made so many complaints but all in vein. Kindly help me regrading the same.

                BSNL Broadband — Continuous Disconnection of net

                Sir,
                I have been using BSNL broadband for the last 4 years and have become fedup of the continous disconnection which has caused me a lot of misery in the recent past.

                Most of the time when I start the modem(SmartAX MT841) which was provided by BSNL during the installation it simply dosn't connect, other times (9/10) the net link suddenly vanishes and then tries to re-establish itself. Sometimes it is successful and some other time it isn't.

                Due to this irritating problem the CAT form, which would otherwise be filled in mere 10 minuts, took 2 hours.

                Even by the time I wrote this Complaint, the net has already disconnected twice.

                I cannot give online tests, complete my registrations, do railway reservations and may other things.

                When the people from BSNL come 2 my house and I ask them about this problem they simply don't answer.

                Please help me.

                  I am Dr.V.Bhuvan Shome who is residing at Siddartha Nagar Colony,Hyderabad since September 2008.I got this landline number 23811474 since then[1 year]. I have been getting calls from CITIBANK[NUMBER-[protected]] and also ICICI Bank since then asking for Mr.RAJEEV KUMAR[CITIBANK] daily.There are calls for someone named Chitra also.These days the frequency has increased to two calls a day.I kept on informing then very decently since then that it doesnt belong to him but al efforts in vain.I recently expressed my anger over them for not updating their data despite my repeated requests.Last week I even threatened them of lodging a complaint but I again got 2 calls from them today. The calls are very disturbing which disturb my sleep, peace of mind ...So I request you to kindly let me know of what actions can be taken on them if they persist on calling me. I even threatened them of recording the calls and submit with complaint but they took it easy i believe.Please do the needful to me if this letter can be considered as a complaint.

                    I'm a BSNL land & mobile phone customer, this is very same to note this complaint that near Kollam punaloor, Ariyankavu division, the coverage is very poor and always the line will be out of order and if any wind, rain or strome the line will disconnected and no coverage its very shame to BSNL and the management. 30 days in a month there will the proper connection for a week and the customer sould pay the rent.

                    IT IS VERY SAME TO BSNL, IF THESE CASE PEOPLE AROUND THENMALA TO ARYANKAVU SHOULD THINK TO PROMOTE OTHER TELEPHONE COMPANIES THOSE WHO CAN GIVE BETTER SERVICE THAN BSNL.

                    I am using this service from nagpur and it's not up the mark. Speed is sometimes deadslow. Also when I tried to connect it in Gondia city, it failed to connect. Later when enquired in Gondia BSNL office then came to know that still router is not installed and it may take a year more.
                    you ppls are correct, am also trying to buy evdo but because of d same reason m not buyin it ... n going for other connection...better u do d same n save u r money...!!!

                      I am living in the center of the city in Sagar M.P. (bahubali colony). There is a very poor singnal here as there is no tower nearby.
                      Even after repeated complaints there is no action taken by the authorities.
                      I am surprised as to how the BSNL aims to make customers for its EVDO service when there is no reception in the center of the city.

                      i stay in vadapalani, and there is no signal inside my house. i need to stand at my house entrance gate like a watchman with my laptop with EVDO, and poeple look weird at me! the BSNL tells the towers are under construnction and let me wait for 1 year...

                      The Police Commissionerate is functioning from its new building at Bidyut Marg (Near 120 TA Battalion) from April, 2011. However, we facing a lot of problem in getting or connecting a call from BSNL mobile, because of low tower. I think there must be some solutions. Please help us, especiall BSNL users.

                        i own a shop i do all easy and card recharges , nealy all network of my town . but the most funny thing is that the telecom giant bsnl provides easy recharge facility but doesn't have a valid customer care for it . other networks have 1 no for both physical and easy recharge but bsnl have 2 . [protected] for physical recharge and [protected] for easy , and i[censored] dial the easy cc no a cute voice in kannada will say this no doesn't exist. if i ask normal cc they don't have a firm answer they just say try again . and don't ask us anything about easy recharge . hah i lost 220bucks , if it was in other network i had would have cancelled the transaction or tranferred the amount to right customer . but BSNL SHAME

                          BSNL — sms sending failed from last 6 months

                          i have made complaint to customer care 100 of times, they tell complaint will be solved within 24 hours but it not works & asked them to make me talk to higher officials, then they disconnect the phone.

                          BSNL Prepaid Mobile — SMS failed

                          My mobile no. is [protected]. I am unable to send or receive SMSs. The problem is not getting rectified for the last 4 days.
                          me too facing the same problem...plzz help me out

                            Hello,
                            I have been using BSNL Mobile with "Excel Student Plan" offer for past three years.
                            I am not a student now and want to change my Prepaid Plan but unable to change the plan.
                            Is there any way that I can migrate from Student to General Plan?
                            Its not fair to continue in Student Plan when I am not a student.

                            i am using bsnl network with Excel student plan from last four years. when i taken this plan that time iam a student but now iam not a student i want to change this plan but bsnl call center persons says its is not possible. I just want ask why its is not possible to change this plan in to Genral plan. what is the reasion pls bri[censored]s because this your job. i am so many time complained to bsnl call center for this but iam never get positive responce. so here we can understand bsnl employees are so wrost persons if we compare to another telecom company we get responce with minutes only the diffrence is they are private company and this is government compay this people getting some thousant of rupees as a salary and work responce is like this. i am realy apoligise for this words but really u people behave very bad.pls i want to change this plan in to genral plan.atleast reply and kind of responce to my email.

                              sir,
                              i got a sms contais- "WINNER![protected]* is choosen for $2500 CASH prize, call+[protected] now"

                              * (which is my number)

                              as i searched, i got many name who got this same sms, but one thing is common for all o[censored]s was all are the customer's of BSNL. and the prefix number +438 was ISD code for Australia. the call charge for Australia was quite higher. and i think the BSNL and this sms sender made some dealings as per it, when some one called this number percentage of call charge will given to the sms sender. if BSNL was doing such crimes, please take proper action against BSNl.( when some one calling to this number, no advantages for the sms sender, only BSNL got the call charge).

                              i am writing this to point out i have recieved a message from MD [protected]@with mrssage siting than my phone number was selected for a cash prize of 2500 dollars and as i searched it became clear that the message was send to many BSNL customers.please take nessesary actions to protect the interest of consumers and the nation
                              Damnit, it is true. Today i received SMS contais following text "Congrats [protected] has won $3000 cash prize, call [protected] now". How is responsible for sending these messages. Without dealing with the BSNL service centre how they can send such type of message. If a person really won that money they should call to winner and deduct the charged amount from the total amount. Unnecessary they are blamming the public, wasting time and money. As soon as i received this SMS immediately i started browsing for such kind of complaints posted already in the database.
                              I got the message today contains-DEAR customer your //BSNL SIM (KYC) has BEEN suspended ? your SIM card blocked within 24 hours (call) IMMEDIENTLY customer CARE [protected] thankyou ???

                              What to do for these fake peoples.

                                My family has been using a BSNL landline telephone (Number - [protected]) which is out of service for more than a month now. I have lodged complaints for the same for several times via phone and emails but unforfortunately have recieved not a single response from any member of the company. Although we are not being able to use this phone number, bills for the same is coming month on month. I have also expressed my willingness to surrender this connection number incase resolving the issue is not possible, still there has been no response from this company.

                                Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited — No Response

                                I was a BSNL home consumer having no. [protected]. On 26.09.2009 i requested the BSNL department to shift my phone from my current address to another address for which they alloted me a new number. After some time i requested them to shift back to my present address with the same number. Due to technical error on their part the phone connection did not get activate and as i was not residing at the said place till May 28th 2010, i did not compliant about the matter. However, i was regularly paying the bills to the BSNL for the connection. When i started staying at the address i realised that the line connection was dead. I visiited there office and they told me that maybe your bills are pending so clear them, we did that but nothing happened. We filled formal complaint on 23rd July 2010 which was closed without any response. Again electronic complaint was filled in August 2010 and till now there is no response from them. On our visit to their office now, they don't even ready to listen to u and speak to u rudely.

                                  I have been receiving a lot o[censored]nwanted sms from the service provider prompting me to download ringtones or go online to view entertainment material. I tried calling the customer care people who were not sure of the procedure to activate the "DND" (do not disturb) mode.

                                  I have been asked by the customer care personnel to call on two different numbers i.e. 1255530 and 56700 to enquire more. Both the numbers are not toll-free and calling on them would cost me Rs. 2 per minute.

                                  I wish some miracle could deactivate these annoying smses for me.

                                    Sir, my phn no[protected] is lying dead from 21/07/2009 . On 25/07/2009 i registered a complaint in 198 docket no 94351. Again after 10 days i complained at 1500 complaint no 932327.
                                    Then on 25/08/2009 i submitted a complaint letter at Area manager office panbazar guwahati .
                                    After that i am still visiting the local bsnl sdo office at fancybazar guwahati number of times to get my phn working but i am being told that it is exchange fault .
                                    My other phn no is [protected]. I want to get my phn working at the earliest .

                                      i have abrodband inernet conection in my landline fone no. [protected] . i have much more problam with this brod band conection . this is not runing well, the conection is not linked more than 10minute . the link is fail & conection is error . iaam so go mad and think to disconect also . icall more than more to higher officer, give a complain to writen, but they not get more responce . so you register coplain.

                                        I would like to inform u that bsnl has introduced a new series (under prepaid mobile Services) in chhattisgarh state at 15th august 09.
                                        But the main Problem in whole chhattisgarh's customers using this series (starting from 94791XXXX) of prepaid mobile is that the other operator can not make call or can not send sms olso in these seies of mobile.
                                        I have also registered a complain in bsnl customer care before 9 to 10 days ago. but the problem is still the same till the date.
