I am living in the center of the city in Sagar M.P. (bahubali colony). There is a very poor singnal here as there is no tower nearby.
Even after repeated complaints there is no action taken by the authorities.
I am surprised as to how the BSNL aims to make customers for its EVDO service when there is no reception in the center of the city.

i stay in vadapalani, and there is no signal inside my house. i need to stand at my house entrance gate like a watchman with my laptop with EVDO, and poeple look weird at me! the BSNL tells the towers are under construnction and let me wait for 1 year...
I am in bangalore @ near HAL airport. I took a BSNL EVDO card for rent 1 month before. While buying the card bsnl person told that, they have a signal in all over bangalore. In my house signal is very low. Speed also >100 kbps. So i try to book a compliant using the customer care number 1500. They gave me some other number for booking compliant .I called that number they given me[protected],[protected],[protected] these number. But no body is responding these number it's keep on ringing. What to do?

BSNL — low tower

The Police Commissionerate is functioning from its new building at Bidyut Marg (Near 120 TA Battalion) from April, 2011. However, we facing a lot of problem in getting or connecting a call from BSNL mobile, because of low tower. I think there must be some solutions. Please help us, especiall BSNL users.

I am connected with a package of COMBO-299 of BSNL. I am getting 1GB free download. My land line phone is electronically locked and I never used the land line phone. Also I never crossed the 1 GB limit. Then what is the reason that I am getting monthly bill of fluctuating amount. In some months it is above Rs.270 and in some months it is below Rs.250.

What may be the reason?

    i own a shop i do all easy and card recharges , nealy all network of my town . but the most funny thing is that the telecom giant bsnl provides easy recharge facility but doesn't have a valid customer care for it . other networks have 1 no for both physical and easy recharge but bsnl have 2 . [protected] for physical recharge and [protected] for easy , and i[censored] dial the easy cc no a cute voice in kannada will say this no doesn't exist. if i ask normal cc they don't have a firm answer they just say try again . and don't ask us anything about easy recharge . hah i lost 220bucks , if it was in other network i had would have cancelled the transaction or tranferred the amount to right customer . but BSNL SHAME

      BSNL — sms sending failed from last 6 months

      i have made complaint to customer care 100 of times, they tell complaint will be solved within 24 hours but it not works & asked them to make me talk to higher officials, then they disconnect the phone.

      BSNL Prepaid Mobile — SMS failed

        Hello,
        I have been using BSNL Mobile with "Excel Student Plan" offer for past three years.
        I am not a student now and want to change my Prepaid Plan but unable to change the plan.
        Is there any way that I can migrate from Student to General Plan?
        Its not fair to continue in Student Plan when I am not a student.

        i am using bsnl network with Excel student plan from last four years. when i taken this plan that time iam a student but now iam not a student i want to change this plan but bsnl call center persons says its is not possible. I just want ask why its is not possible to change this plan in to Genral plan. what is the reasion pls bri[censored]s because this your job. i am so many time complained to bsnl call center for this but iam never get positive responce. so here we can understand bsnl employees are so wrost persons if we compare to another telecom company we get responce with minutes only the diffrence is they are private company and this is government compay this people getting some thousant of rupees as a salary and work responce is like this. i am realy apoligise for this words but really u people behave very bad.pls i want to change this plan in to genral plan.atleast reply and kind of responce to my email.

          sir,
          i got a sms contais- "WINNER![protected]* is choosen for $2500 CASH prize, call+[protected] now"

          * (which is my number)

          as i searched, i got many name who got this same sms, but one thing is common for all o[censored]s was all are the customer's of BSNL. and the prefix number +438 was ISD code for Australia. the call charge for Australia was quite higher. and i think the BSNL and this sms sender made some dealings as per it, when some one called this number percentage of call charge will given to the sms sender. if BSNL was doing such crimes, please take proper action against BSNl.( when some one calling to this number, no advantages for the sms sender, only BSNL got the call charge).

          sir/madam,
          i am writing this to point out i have recieved a message from MD [protected]@with mrssage siting than my phone number was selected for a cash prize of 2500 dollars and as i searched it became clear that the message was send to many BSNL customers.please take nessesary actions to protect the interest of consumers and the nation
          Damnit, it is true. Today i received SMS contais following text "Congrats [protected] has won $3000 cash prize, call [protected] now". How is responsible for sending these messages. Without dealing with the BSNL service centre how they can send such type of message. If a person really won that money they should call to winner and deduct the charged amount from the total amount. Unnecessary they are blamming the public, wasting time and money. As soon as i received this SMS immediately i started browsing for such kind of complaints posted already in the database.
          I got the message today contains-DEAR customer your //BSNL SIM (KYC) has BEEN suspended ? your SIM card blocked within 24 hours (call) IMMEDIENTLY customer CARE [protected] thankyou ???

          What to do for these fake peoples.

            My family has been using a BSNL landline telephone (Number - [protected]) which is out of service for more than a month now. I have lodged complaints for the same for several times via phone and emails but unforfortunately have recieved not a single response from any member of the company. Although we are not being able to use this phone number, bills for the same is coming month on month. I have also expressed my willingness to surrender this connection number incase resolving the issue is not possible, still there has been no response from this company.

            Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited — No Response

            I was a BSNL home consumer having no. [protected]. On 26.09.2009 i requested the BSNL department to shift my phone from my current address to another address for which they alloted me a new number. After some time i requested them to shift back to my present address with the same number. Due to technical error on their part the phone connection did not get activate and as i was not residing at the said place till May 28th 2010, i did not compliant about the matter. However, i was regularly paying the bills to the BSNL for the connection. When i started staying at the address i realised that the line connection was dead. I visiited there office and they told me that maybe your bills are pending so clear them, we did that but nothing happened. We filled formal complaint on 23rd July 2010 which was closed without any response. Again electronic complaint was filled in August 2010 and till now there is no response from them. On our visit to their office now, they don't even ready to listen to u and speak to u rudely.

              I have been receiving a lot o[censored]nwanted sms from the service provider prompting me to download ringtones or go online to view entertainment material. I tried calling the customer care people who were not sure of the procedure to activate the "DND" (do not disturb) mode.

              I have been asked by the customer care personnel to call on two different numbers i.e. 1255530 and 56700 to enquire more. Both the numbers are not toll-free and calling on them would cost me Rs. 2 per minute.

              I wish some miracle could deactivate these annoying smses for me.

                Sir, my phn no[protected] is lying dead from 21/07/2009 . On 25/07/2009 i registered a complaint in 198 docket no 94351. Again after 10 days i complained at 1500 complaint no 932327.
                Then on 25/08/2009 i submitted a complaint letter at Area manager office panbazar guwahati .
                After that i am still visiting the local bsnl sdo office at fancybazar guwahati number of times to get my phn working but i am being told that it is exchange fault .
                My other phn no is [protected]. I want to get my phn working at the earliest .

                  i have abrodband inernet conection in my landline fone no. [protected] . i have much more problam with this brod band conection . this is not runing well, the conection is not linked more than 10minute . the link is fail & conection is error . iaam so go mad and think to disconect also . icall more than more to higher officer, give a complain to writen, but they not get more responce . so you register coplain.

                    I would like to inform u that bsnl has introduced a new series (under prepaid mobile Services) in chhattisgarh state at 15th august 09.
                    But the main Problem in whole chhattisgarh's customers using this series (starting from 94791XXXX) of prepaid mobile is that the other operator can not make call or can not send sms olso in these seies of mobile.

                        I am using BSNL Broadband since last twoYear. From last few months broadband is not connecting properly. I contacted with broadband section, They are telling that there is no problem from their side. As the modem DSL is not stable, telephone exchange has to check the cable line. I have complaind several times to telephone exchange, they are not taking any step to check the cable line, My telephone No is[protected].

                        I have broadband connection with phone no.[protected]. This broadband connection is working at its will. I do not remain sure that it will work. The bill should contain the no where i should contact for any enquiry related to non function.

                        Our Broadband is not working properly since the time the underground cable was ladid about one manth back, evry evening the boradband shuts down and then the IPTV also does not work and it is a problem when the net and TV both dont work. I have lodged so many complaints but to no avail. IPTV people say it is a BSNL problem and BSNL people say it is because of IPTV.
                        Please do something.

                        I have a broadband connection at home on land line #[protected] since the very beginning of allotting broadband connection at Annamanada Exchange falling under Mala. Further I have a e-mail Cafe at Meladoor where I have a broadband connection on # [protected]. While the former was connected at very early stage, the latter got connected recently so to say in the year 2008. Thereafter, there were many connections given within this area until which time, there was no interruption of NET light disconnection from the modem at home as well as at my Shop. Many a time I complaint and the concerned personnel visited but in vain.

                        Further, I would like to mention here that I am being contacted by many from within my area about the same problem they are facing. So it is not only a problem with me alone but also with many. Therefore, it is a crucial problem that we are all facing here cautioning you to improve your service.

                        Can I expect a responsible reciprocal action from your end to correct your otherwise maligned service?

                          I am from Modinagar[protected], I have handed-over my instrument 03-June-09 and all the necessery document to BSNL Govindpuri office Modinagar.

                          I have got a cheque of worth Rs. 739 with cheque no. 447276, it was a PNB cheque.

                          Bsnl current account -- [protected]

                          I have given Rs 3000 as a security at the time of connection & submitted back at the time of handed over on 03-June-09.

                          Problem detail -- I didnt get my full amount of security at the time of handed over my connection and instrument. Plz provide me the breakup of my Rs 3000 security, as i got only Rs739.

                          i have cut down/ Cancel my LAND LINE connection on 26/11/2012 after payment of all due bill at Village-Samdari ( Telephone Exchange ) District-Barmer.

                          As per the office i have to receive my deposit cheque with in 3 Months but after completing the 4 Months and
                          few days still i have not received my refund.

                            just please stop sales of NIC cards BSNl, Because it is use less there is no good speed
                            In my area at hyderabad, village : INJAPUR it is 7kms longer from tower, and just 13 kms longer from Hyderabad even though there is nogood download speed, some time it will not give service it says connection with remote computer is failed.so please try to improve "performance" not salariesor rental price.

                              I Am using bsnl nic card(device is huai ec325)its speed is very less in my area
                              village INJAPUR, City HYDERABAD, State Andhra Pradesh.
                              It is use less product to broadband all the use of it to bsnl in the form of money.It will not provide even 10kbps of download speed, so please make changes to saticify users, because the network speed is too slow, not even good service, but we expect better service even after launching of 3G services please increase speed and constant signal. and do not increase rent B'coz there is no chance to return the product

                                on same number i have bsnl broadband connection.

                                Every time when I try to connect internet friquently ADSL lndicator is become off. After trying a lot it comes again

                                I complain to Anand bsnl authoritys many times but they can't solve problem
                                Technicians fron telecom says there is a problem of loop from exchange to connection box cabel, , we will change loop shortly and your problem will solve..
                                but still today they can't solve this problem
                                please do somthing to solve my problem

                                  BSNL offers free roaming all over haryana including chandigarh, panchkula and mohali from 01 august, 2009. I am living in Pinjore and working in mohali. its a best offer to me so i was purchased a new pre-paid connection dt. 10 Aug 2009 of BSNL bearing No. [protected]. But when i am entered in chandigarh there no signal in chandigarh area including mohali. i already gave the number to all my colleague and relative. I request you to pls look after this problem seriously.
                                  I have travelled all over the world with very little issue, but come to Chandigarh and your phone stops working. Amazingly masses of data travels round chandigarh but obviously the mobile network here is absolute pants.

                                        Dear Concern,
                                        With great frustration and hope i am writing this mail to bring to your notice the poor service and rude behaviou of officer sitting in Dalmianagar Exchange(Bihar)(code 06184).i am using broad band connection from 24th of june 2009 but not even for single day it has worked properly.i am contionously making complaint to the exchange people on land line as well as mobile no of the officer, landline no on which i am making complaint are 253000, 253456, 25399(std code 6184)but no action is taken.Most of time i am encountring error 678, some time wrong user id and password, phone line bussy etc.
                                        To the some extent it was ok from 20th of july to 21st of august but again from 22nd of august i am not been able tro connect even.I have made regular complaint every day but have got no revert on the same only they say it will be done even some time they disconnect the call.

                                        Plz help me to get out of the problem ASAP.
