Complaint for Phone[protected]
Initially the complaint was lodged for cross connection then after 5 days it went out of order.

Our phone is not working from almost 20 days and complaint was lodged on the computerized system, but after 10 days I came to know that our phone has been transfered to Surya Nagar and it does not come under computerized complaint system. But at Surya nagar repeated request to restore the telephone line is still unattended, even personal visit also did not get any attention from them. It is also astonishing factor that Surya nagar telephone exchange is not being covered under Computerized system. And we are making the daily request to the office of Area Manager but the lady who is attending the calss just note down the no. and no action has been taken till now and she does not allow us to talk to Area Manager.

It seems that we are having the instrument and no. with us for just show piece and forced to pay the bill regularly and several times high bill due to cross connection. As this phone goes out of order often after 10-15 days.

Kindly do the needful as we got hopeless complaining.....

    I WAS APPLY FOR TRANSFER LANDLINE ON 11 JUNE 2009 FROM DOMBIVALI (EAST) - 421201 TO BADLAPUR (EAST) - 421503. BUT MY BSNL LANDLINE NOT TRANSFERED YET. CUSTOMER HELP DESK TOLD ME TO GET WLL, AND CLOSE LANDLINE. BUT I WANT TRANSFER MY LANDLINE WITH BROADBAND CONNECTION. IF I WILL GET WLL, THEN BROADBAND CONNECTION WILL CANCELLED WHICH I DONT WANT.

    NOW, HOW MANY MORE DAYS WILL WAIT FOR TRANSFER??????

      my customer from Lucknow UttarPradesh mr devesh mishra take tarrif plans for free voice call bsnl to bsnl i do e-top for Rs. 300 tarrif plan
      on 08.09.2009 and confirmation message not get til 1 hours so i called to customer care service [protected]
      and there told me that transction is not complete so i asked again to my client that its not sucessful then he told me that u give 2 months tarrif plan for Rs. 112 and i gave him this plan. after that i dont get confirmation message till 45 minuts. So i again call to customer care and there tell me that both transction is sucessfully and in Rs. 300 plan cutomer wil get Rs. 272.00 talk time and in Rs 112.00 2 months tariff plan wil active.

      So i check again in evening so i found that both tariff plans active free voice call and also 2 months. but customer is not get talk time Rs.272.00 yet and free voice call service is shown active but price is deduct on each call by plann 112 for 2 months. So please tell me hou can active 2 plans at a time ?. and why mis guide me by customer care.

      now customer is saying i wil pay only 112.00 Rs only . i wil not pay u Rs 300.00 coz its only show and not working

      and Rs 300+112 is deduct from my C-Top SIM

      so please suggest me wht i do......?

      BSNL Prepaid — service active but no working

        I am using broadband connection of Bharat.Sanchar.Nigam.Limited from past 8 months and i am fed with its problem of getting disconnected everytime,and not getting connection even after many attempts of connection.This priblem is not getting solved even after hundreds of complants.

        BSNL Broadband — Bad service and no response from the company

        For the last four months I am using bsnl broadband in my home. From the day onwards I faced many problem and also in the last month and current month I am facing very serious problem. The problem is as follows:
        whenever I switch on the modem, in the beginning I am able to browse and later after 10 minutes, the connection will be out and dsl line will be off. And it will take again 5 minutes to reconnect.
        So that i am not able to do my uploads and downloads of my office work. And this will be very serious in the morning time from 2 am to 8 am. There wont be continuous connection for not even 5 minutes, after 5 minutes the modem will get hanged and then I have to switch off the modem and reboot it. I complaint many times in the exchange and no use. For the last two weeks, whenever I called to the exchange, nobody is picking the telephone. I am very much vexed because o[censored]sing this company's connection and thinking of cancelling the bsnl line.
        Please rectify the problem as soon as possible.

        me havin a very same problem.. n whats more is.. it also disconnects if my phone is busy... i knw somewhere its fault is wire but BSNL ek aanokhi service.. jab koi prob.. sahi karne ke lia aata hai.. to wo disconnect hi nahi hota.. i think m 2 fed up wid it.. n i wont be usin it any more... can i get BSNL internet through another no.. widout payin any extra...i mean i shuldn't get the monthly charges 4 the no.. m usin just 4 internet...so is it possible..??..
        n if not then plez people suggest me some other service provider... wid the service plans
        Sir 2 days before also i have registered a complaint that since last week of Feb., 09 my broad band connection on phone no .2711889 is not working, i have talked many many times to 1957 and also to local office regarding this comnplain. but no action has been taken yet.
        People sitting in office use to given us suggestion to repair it ourselves, whereas nobody from dptt. has been send to sortout the problem..!!
        now the thing is if da connection is not working for whole month (as you can see in your account) why should i pay the rent of BB.
        Plz suggest me what to do from my side... shall i go to consumer court for this matter or you will suggest me something...!!
        I request you to repair/sortout the problem of BB and charge my rent for the days my BB coneection worked for in a month.

        BSNL Broadband — service is very poor

        i have apply connection broadband internet 2-3-2009.my connection have started[protected]. but after one day dint work properly. ADSL link dint come.I have go daily two times telephone exchange manesar. but nobody give response. after that i gave written application Head of telefone exchange. am very upset see govt. situation.

        at last i will ask everybody bsnl service very poor

        BSNL — Poor services from Accnts Dept in BSNL

        The following complain i wrote to all BSNL Officers

        To all the Sr Decision Making Authorities of BSNL, I would like to share a true services feedback from your end and hope for further betterment of services.

        I had registered a complain on 24365 on 27th Mar 09 my compliant no is 2961710 and 2952823 for change of my correspondence address, I have submitted my application in Akola exchange, Akola office has issued a letter to Pune office to transfer the connection to Akola office on 28th Feb 09, ref no: SDEM/ CSC / AKL/ M.TRE/ 25(B)/128. As per the process it takes 15 working days but till date there is no response from your end, I enquired at Pune office they say they have not received any letter from Akola office, due to inter communication problem my case is pending, Now Akola exchange is expecting me to coordinate with Pune exchange and get the needful.

        I have a question why a customer should pursue the case isn’t it an inter units communication problem????

        The no 24365 takes almost average 25 minutes time to serve a customer and provides complaint no but atleast some one should respond with feedback

        Every exchange has its own story, can’t they read information on your website, when I showed the process given on web site I got a feedback the website is very old and had not been update.

        I sincerely request you to kindly take corrective action to design a machinery to serve customers properly

        Sir past 3 months i have giving complaint regard this, no proper action is taken till now, iam working in bangalore only in week days iam have been using the board band. Iam in 750 home plan, when iam back to home the net is not working, and i have given complaint many times about this no action is taken properly and i also told to change the wire, because the wire is coming from overhead line from 100m. there is an no proper speed, i have requested to change the wire and give in underground still it is not been changed, in a month nearly 15-20 days the net is not working properly always PP down, and also the speed is very very slow, exactly on 28th the net is disconnected for not paying the bill, but for giving complaint there is no immediate action, please consider the iam paying monthly bill nearly Rs.1000 without any use and that is also only for usage of 10 days, this service is really not satisfied for me, please take the proper action as soon as possible. Thanking.

        BSNL Broadband — service very poor

        IN SPITE OF REPEATED COMPLAINTS BSNL BROADBAND SERVICE IS VERY POOR. CONNECTIVITY IS VERY UNCERTAIN.ALL OFFICERS CONCERNED CONTACTED BUT IN VAIN.

        Bsnl Broadband Connection — POOR SERVICE

        Sir/Madam,
        I have a internate Broadband connection through telephone line No. 24049856. I have received last few occation a heavy amount of internate bill through telephone bill without using . Therefore i am not interested to avail this facility any further. Please disconnect my internate connection.

        poor service by bsnl broadband — very poor service by the BSNL guys

        hello sir,

        i am resident at mehdipatnam, Hyderabad took bsnl broadband connection on combo-299(landline incoming & broadband usage of 1 gb free) offer, broadband has been showing the 678 error from the past 1 week.i am software guy so cant spend much of office time on my personal go's, when i complained to the concerned authorities at the office(airport road, near pillar no:90), they came as if a visit and telling that, may be a technical issue, to be rectified in the exchange, its not fair sir, bsnl collecting monthly rent & if i am not enjoying the product why should i have it sir?i am paying bsnl without using the services.please do rectify & if there any thing you can do me, inform your guys to rectify the problems of the customers.Here is my land line no:[protected], Customer Name:Sravan Kumar Chilukuru, please do rectify the issue as early as possible, .Hope you do the best you can.Expecting a early response from you.

        BHARAT SANCHAR NIGAM LTD., KANPUR — DELAY IN PROVIDING NEW CONNECTION WITH BROADBAND FACILITY

        I applied to BSNL, Kanpur for a new telephone connection with Broadband facility at my residence. I submitted the completed application form along with all annexures and paid the requisite fee of Rs. 500 vide receipt no. 23984 dated 23rd April 2009. Our application was registered vide registration no. 51185343 dated 24th April 2009. Almost 3 months have elapsed and I have made innumerable approaches to the SDO, DE, DGM & GM office of BSNL, Kanpur, but I have not been provided with the requested connection till date, neither is anyone giving me a satisfactory reply as to when I will be provided the connection.
        Please project my complaint to the appropriate authority so that I may be provided with a connection as applied for.

        BSNL — poor services after providing a new connection

        My self Rakesh Kumar, vill. Kot, p.o. Tihra, Teh. Sarkaghat, Distt. Mandi (H.P.). tel. no.[protected].
        i requested for a new connection of landline no.of BSNL at Tihra sub-branch. They provide me no. as given above. There were no. new sets at that time so they provide me a second hand set as saying that when new se3ts will be there they vill change it. After some days i got some faults in that set so i change that set with another. i have this no. from a last year. but up to date they does not proide me a new one set. If i asked them then a service man said that he can not help me if i persist a problem i should have to disconnect and refund my security. Is it a way of talk by him to a customer. He always saying wrong to customer noted so many tine. Please take an appropriate action about my complaint.These days due to some mishappening about 150 landline disconnected. I again going to that sub- branch. but again that serviceman said that he cant help me. so i complaint here regarding that mishappening and nature of that serviceman.
        Please do right as it should be.

        BSNL BROADBAND SERVICE — very poor service

        bsnl broadband service of connectivity is very poor and also not getting speed as per given plan
        connectivity is not good, disconnect very less intervals of time, can't use regularly and the time when it is actually needed.
        It is worst. Am just waiting to surrender the broadband.
        o god save bsnl sacking all lazy employees most of the officials are not giving response on customer complaint to get rectify we have to remind several time .the wonder is private companies are showing full response but such a largest company is not showing any interest to satisfy costomer. last month i had a problem with broadband more than 15 days . just 10 minutes work they didnt turned till 15 days .for the non usage i have given the letter to bsnl to reduce the monthly rent. but again problem .no answer from accounts dept. the officials are getting more than sufficient salary but not showing honest on work god only can save bsnl

        My Internet connection is lost frequently. When I pay for connection every month, I expect that I will have the connection every day of that month. But I am not getting the service 100%.

        I am afraid when I will loose the connection. The BSNL Internet service is not reliable.

        BSNL — Frequent poor service

        Dear Sir,
        I am narrating my experience with BSNL, our national telecom service provider.

        I got a connection in Indore in 2001. Since that time my journey with BSNL has not at all been satisfactory and happy. After getting frustrated with them for so many years, I am force to write this, as my tolerance limit is over. There were many occasions when the lines were not working.

        In 2003, I took broad band connection from them and during the installation itself there were lot of problems of connectivity and speed. They were trying to blame it on my system that it is not OK. That, I should call any hardware engineer to see the problem. I had to call him paying his fees but nothing worked out. Then after lot of discussion, they brought their system and tried to connect net on it at my place. Still it was not working. Then they changed the cable and things were ok.
        ( Meaning- always try to blame other party & put him to unnecessary expenses and do not look for their problems, technologically poor knowledge, might is right because we are govt servant.)

        After getting connection, there were numerous incidences of slow speed and no connectivity many many times. After frequent calls and visits to their office, the problem used to be attended, to reoccur after a short period.

        Then I disconnected the broadband service from Nov 2003 to Oct 2005. Again got connected in Oct 2005. This time again during the course of connection, late in the evening, after they could not do it, they disconnected my telephone line also. Next day when they came to do the connection, I objected as why my tel line was disconnected during the effort for trying to connect the broadband. The SDO was not ready to accept my any argument and threatened me that, he will go without connecting the broadband connection. Then I also challenged him, that he should do this and face complaint from me to your seniors. Then he relented and made the connection.
        (Meaning-Negligence about service, behaving arrogantly with the customer even if their mistake because of being a govt. employee.)

        My landline instrument was malfunctioning every now and then, they were changing the same again with equally bad one. After lot of journeys to their office and meeting with area engineer who is normally unavailable, I got a new tel after 7yrs of connection, though it is policy to change the instrument with new one, if old one is not functioning properly.
        (Meaning- Trouble the consumer to the max extent possible and make beg before them, though it is within their rights.)

        The broadband connection was having the same old problem of poor connectivity and less speed, as a result of which my work was suffering and I had to download the site very frequently. This resulted into extra downloads during 2 months and I had to pay extra charges. Here also when contacting again and again visiting the office, nobody was ready to agree that such thing could happen. Some how I made the SDO visit my palce and see the thing for himself. He came but was not ready to accept it directly giving excuses of location of connection box, moisture, etc. I told him the box is lying there for the last two seasons and in our factory there hundred of instrument which were exposed to this type of atmosphere. Then he agreed.
        (Meaning- for our fault we make consumer pay extra and never agree to facts, thereby making the problem linger and never think beyond the boundry wall.)

        When I used to visit their main area office, we were made to wait unduely because somebody was doing hoemchat on tel, somebody was reading newspaper. My file for refund of rental discount for non functioning of tel/broadband was lying in the file heap of concerned clerk for 8 days but still she has not calculated the amount refundable. She was talking on tel for 15 mts to some of her relative/friend for 15 mts or so and made me wait without any urgency/seriouness about work on her face. After the conversation was over she said, her computer hard disk is crashed so she cannot calculate the amount of refund. After my somewhat displeasure she calculated the amount and said it will be adjusted in the next bill. When in the next bill also it was not adjusted, one of the staff seating in the office said, so what if it is not adjusted in this bill, it will be adjusted in the next bill. The reply was totally nonrepentant and non apologizing. Then I pointed out you have time for reading newspaper, but no time to do the work of the customer. Still no effect on him.
        (Meaning- Extra job security and no accountability in terms of time bound working and output. It shows there is extra staffing in commercial deptt. And inadequate and improperly trained staf in technical.)

        Again my tel got dead on 18/3/10 early morning and I regd a complaint on your system. No action till 20/3/10. Then I contacted asst engineer he said, it is because of road digging and it will take time. When I pointed out that Airtel cable is running parallel to your cable and it was made functional same day evening. He said donot talk about Airtel. I countered him why not talk, because their cable was also damaged in similar circumstances. Then he said he will see. Again no result next day. Then I was told by him, that he is transferred and I should contact SDO. When I contacted him, he also threw towards me a bunch of excuses for their inefficiency. There was lot of discussions. I had to tell him that you should not think customers are ignorant. I am a chartered engineer and worked in private enterprises of ltd companies under very demanding circumstances. I must see my tel working by 23/3/10. So ultimately by 2.30 pm my tel got working. And you know, where was the problem?. The lineman attended it from the pole. So without diagnosing the problem properly, assuming something else I was made to suffer for 4-5 days.During this course also I had to spend Rs. 75/- per day for 4 days. And the mental agony for this and for the past period at this age of 63
        (Meaning- Again same habit of giving excuses, treating customer to be the weak and fool.)

        Looking into the above problems over a period of long time, it becomes very clear in what way this and other govt enterprises are working.

        I hope the concerned governing officers will take this constructively and seriously and not like any other complaint. You can see the record of my complaints over a period. You will find yourself the page is full of my complaints registered. Still nobody bothers to look into the root of the problem and try to minimize the complaints. There is no system of analyzing and problem solving technicques it seems. It is rather well known and widely published in the media including international, the level of efficiency govt enterprises have.

        BSNL — Very very poor service of BSNL Broadband

        SIR,
        I am a consumer of BSNL base phone as well as BSNL Broadband. I take this connection for study purpose. But often even this 3-4 days a week there is no link. We cant connect to internet. But at the end of the month I cleared all the bill as soon as possible.I do my duty on time and pay my bills why they unable to give us services. Even if I call the to the officer of BSNL but they do not take any calls. Why the do this.The get salary form our TAX.
        So i beg to you please pay attention to this matter take hard against the concern authority step as soon as possible.

        Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited — Internet connection

        Sir,

        I have submitted application for internet connection on 19th December, 2008 at that time BSNL Officer (do not wat to declose the name) told me you will received net connection within a week time.

        After lot of followp still I have not received internet connection till today (i.e. 18th June, 2010)

        Because of that only i have not paid BSNL Bill.

        i m leaving in NOIDA i have chosen the broad band connection of BSNL .
        But BSNL department not response on my complaints and broadband service.
        they just giving useless excuses and not providing the service of broadband.

        We are using BSNL BB service from more than 4 years. From last 3-4 months it's ridiculous, any time it's goes down, and whenever it is on, in every 10-15 minutes its got disconnected.
        We have unlimited plan for 1350/- per month.

        MOST OF THE TIME MY INTERNET OUT OF ORDER
        I have taken a land line cum internet broad band from BSNL on 07.09.2011. The internet has hardly worked & still inoperative and phone was also not in operation for about two weeks. The technology of internet and phone vary reliable and private operators are managing very well. I have made many complaints but in vain. Now I want to disconnect the BSNL service. Can any one tell me whether I should pay installation and security charge or not ?

          After repeated calls to the customer service in koramangala, our problems are not rectified.

          They are very much lazy in their services. Because of which we are having lot of problems.
          I have a plan of 4MBPS speed wherein I get the speed of harly 256kbps. They keep telling he will rectify, but the people are least bothered about their works.

            i am retd.general manager of bhel,hyd.i am in contact with many people of other countries thro internet.i feel so bad of our droadband quality.many asian poor countries are better than us.our problem is not technical,thanks to sam petroda,,but human related.this is evident i[censored] see the following.pl do something and provide me worth of my rs 750/ month

            2)30% --no service
            3)40%--service is bad.5 minutes on and 5 min off.
            we go on giving complaints .they come say some bla bla and ask me to talk to higher ups to carry out cable replacement ,,more manpower etc.integrity is doubted.pl do something.

                my telephone no.[protected] at Hosur has got broad band connection, the speed is always very slow, as they said it is now 256 kbps is always less i.e. from 80 to 200 kbps. I have booked may complaints to bsnl they did not reply/correct the the same for the past 5 months. please look into the same and do the needful sir.

                  I have applied for a new Telephone connection on 4th Sep 2009 & I was been told that my telephone would be installed within 2 to 3 days. But its been 10 Day but still no one from telephone exchange is coming down to my place for installation. I am under KAIKHALI TELEPHONE exchange(Kolkata), this telephone exchange is just beside my house. It take hardly 2 min walking distance to reach this exchange. When I spoke with one of the officer incharge of this telephone exchange for the installation of these new connection they told me it would be installed within upcoming two days but still no one is bothering to come down for installation. I knew BSNL has a very pathetic service but never thought they will delay so much. No one in the telephone exchange is taking care of this issue & I am completly fedup of this type of service. I have opted for this telephone connection as I need BSNL BROADBAND but I cant apply for BROADBAND untill i get my telephone connection. So I would be very thankful if someone can help me regarding this issue.

                    I am trying to pay my telephone bills online for my phone number[protected]. When I am trying to add my account for online payment, it asks for Unique ID. But this Unique id is missing in my telephone bill. We have only bill number and customer number. My phone line belongs Rajagiri village for Thanjavur SSA - Tamilnadu. When I tried to give my customer number it got rejected. Dont the village phone accounts have Unique ID? If not how can we pay the telephone bill of village plan online? Please help me out for this issue.

                      Kind Attn:Mr.Chakraborty, C/General Manager, 1). Total Bill amount was Rs.18525/- in Bill period May' 09(Excess Billing of Rs. 9368/- due to non-updated / faulty programming in your computer, now being regularised, but 10% S/Tax i.e.Rs. 937/- deducted against this excess Billing are not being regularised by A.O.(Shri Podder, BSNL,Jessore Road.Kol - 28) on the plea that once it is deposited in Govt.Treasury cannot be refunded/regularised. 2). Total Bill amount was Rs.8399.27 in Bill period July' 09(Excess Billing of Rs.1500/- due to same reason as shown above, now Rs.1500/- will be regularised in furure Bill, but 10% S/Tax i.e. Rs.150/- deducted against this excess Billing are not being refunded/regularised by A.O.(Shri Podder) for the same reason. 3). In this regard I had given him letter on 26.08.09 but he is not ready to do it. In this context I like to inform you about the law vogue in Income Tax Department, Govt. of India that if excess Tax Deducted at Source in a particular month and deposited in Govt.Treasury,the said excess amount is regularised in the next month or so if it is in the sameFinancial Year.This case also falls in the same Financial Year, so there should not be any problem, but only thing is to see that Toal S/Tax deduction must be 10% of total annual charge (i.e. BB Fixed charge, T/Phone call charge etc.), more over such type of S/Tax refund/regularisation had also been given to me in the past.Since this has happened due to your faulty system for which I may not be victimised. 4).                         they had given an advertisement in the all leading newspapers that, those who have landline of bsnl in their house will get a rent free mobile for lifetime(subject to the condition of company's lifetime too).
                        and all calls made from that mobile to the home landline, against which the mobile was given will be absolutely free of cost.br...

                          I have a 500C connection activated in late July which I knew to be an unlimited connection after calcutta telephones has slashed their unlimited plan charges from 750 to 500. however, the first bill I received was Rs. 31467/- with broadband charges of 27292/-. I lodged an online complaint against this stupendous amount of bill but still have not received any reply. what I want to say is that even if the plan has been discontinued or aborted without any prior information, I having received the connection at the end of the month can not possibly download data amounting to 35 GB within 3 or even less days. And in the month of august my data dl/ul amounts to 22 GB whereas I only used night ul timing to download. I only visited my orkut profile during normal surfing hour which can not amount to 22 GB in any case, at most it would be 10 * 0.80 * 30 = 240 /-. I wonder what's their problem, my elder sister had a bsnl landline number earlier, they charged her 4017/- stating internet bill usage charge but she had no computer at her house !

                          Broadband 250 — Excessive Bill

                          Whenever I switch ON the modem I get a message "Windows-system error- There is an IP address conflict with another system on the network". Besides, Ihave not been able to log in till last week of Jan and from March 27to April 21st as my computer was down and I was out of station also for some time. However, I find that Broad Band was used during this period when actually I had not used. The same is the case in the months of Feb and March with highly inflated bills confirming that some one else has been using from some other location.I wonder how it has happened!!!???. I am also not able to log on to my bsnl mail.
                          My usage was only in the mornings/late at nights only but I find it being logged on during daytime also when my house is locked.
                          bsnl plan still 750 bro...i think some one misguide u..i[censored]r local exchange didn't give u any proper data on ur current bill..than pls contac => [protected]@bsnl.co.in

                          I had upgraded my broadband connection on my land line number[protected] with plan 2799. On July 2010, I planned to shift myself to Indore where I had taken a new connection and applied for same plan but before I went there I had submitted an application to downgrade my plan to Home-250 for my connection in Ujjain. Assuming that it had got downgraded, I finally got myself shifted to Indore. On around Sep 2010, I got a bill of around 8K and I could see that the same plan Business-2799 was there. I immediately went to BSNL office but they were not accepting the fact that I had given them the application for plan downgrade. Then I had registered a written complaint at their office for which, after some weeks, a person called me and told me that they will fix this issue and will give me a new bill. There was no response from him for so many days. I called him and he said, he definitely will get me a corrected bill, no response yet again. Now again on Feb 2011, I got a bill of 23K. I, again, filed a complaint, but this time, no action. Then I sent few complaints via BSNL website. It's been a year now and now I'm getting a legal notice from their lawyer, it's irritating. If they will act like this, I will file a complaint at consumer forum. I hope, people here suggest me few things.

                            On enquiry it is known from your office that I have to go to local commercial office (Barrakpore) to shift my post-paid cellone connection to pre-paid. I am a Central Govt. employee and working in proper Kolkata. So, I have to take a leave for the purpose. Do you think that India will progress with this type of rule where a Govt. employee is compelled to take leave from office for a petty work related with other Govt. organisation?                                 I applied the IPTV on 11.07.09 and cheque got cleared on 14-15 of the same month. at the time of booking executive (Mr. Hitesh-[protected]) has told that Modem will be replaced at the cost of Rs. 600/- (after checking the Modem) but at the time of installation the amount was told as Rs. 1,600/-, so I refused to take the connection at the same movement because of wrong commitment before starting. Now when I call for refund the security amt he replied that he need an application from me and collected from me on 19.07.09, again he didn't come. When I call again he replied that he will conform me soon Then he gave me a new No. of Mr. Narendra to ask about cheque and I am asking him a long and his only revert is cheque will be dispeched tommorow or cheque is couriered and he will provide me the POD No. but till today I have not received the cheque.

                                Now it 2 months has passed but I have not received my money back and not received any satisfactory revert from Them.

                                  BSNL Broadband Bill — Unneccessary billing

                                  I have a bsnl landline for broadband purpose but somehow due to its billing process I submitted a request to remove broadband service from my telephone number. and now I am regularly getting the broadband charges and in the telephone bill desk they are not listening our request.                                   why bill is more then 250rps, my plan is 250/month so why my bill is 1430rps in augst 2009
                                  I booked broadband connection with out rate purchase modem at the cost of Rs.1000/- under the scheme “combo home 500c plan “on 14/08/09. I got telephone connection on 26/08/09 and my telephone number is[protected]. I got broadband connection on 27/08/09. I come to know that my connection was booked under the scheme “combo home 299 plan “ and also it was booked modem as a rent when only I got broadband bill for the period from 26/08/09 to 31/08/09. Please rectify the above omission and it may booked under the scheme combo home 500c plan with out rate purchase of modem at the cost of Rs. 1000/-. Hence, I request you to change my plan from the installation and my bill also revised under the scheme combo home 500c for earlier payment this may verify my application.

                                  Please send my current bsnl broadband bill as soon as possible on my mentioned site.
                                  presently i am in a broadband connection of 500c . Now i want to change to 599c please send me the procedure for the change of my scheme through on line.y phone no is [protected]. I request you change the process easier for all like these.
                                  i have a new broadband connection of BSNL from two month and I think this service is better than all other broadband service . Because they give 256kbps speed with their cheapest plan (home 750 plus ) and every month I recived bill of 750 wich is fixed every month. Its really a best service than another.
                                  I have land line no-[protected] and home combo 500 plan of bsnl befor that i had 499 unlimited plan only 2and half month from 1st nov 2010 to 15th jan-2011 now i was changed my bb plan 500 c home combo but bsnl does not refund my security deposit rs/- 499 i was written compliant with submitted details of my bill amount at gandhidham branch of bsnl but till date they don't settle my bill amount so, i request to you pl be solved my problem and i want my security deposite rs/-499 and adjusted amount refund.

                                    Dear Sir

                                    This is to inform you that from last 2-3 days we are trying to activate GPRS service on my No [protected] (Student Plan). We called the Customer Care Executive many times but they are just giving one alternate to SMS (gprspre to 53733) with in response giving error message. We already has inserted Rs 230 voucher for GPRS on my Number but when we connect it to our Computer their is always a "TEMPORARY NETWOK PROBLEM". Please try to solve it ASAP.

                                    Secondly we called one of your Agent Named (Mr Rupinder) Himachal Pradesh. I gave him my complaint No (I[protected] registered on 10th Sep at 11:46 Hrs but instead of helping me he gave a rude reply that He cannot help me and can't transfer my call to their Senior Person, after insisting he transfered my call to Mr Ravi Sharma he promised to solve the problem before 02:00 Pm (11th Sep'09) but after waiting a lot their is no solution.

                                      Sir, I am a user of bsnl prepaid mobile (under saral anant scheme). My mobile no is [protected]. I live in Srinagar gate no.2, Madhyamgram, North 24 pgs, Kolkata-700 129. My problem is I'm facing poor network, call drop, STD and ISD facility is not working properly. I'm suffering this from last two year. I complaint several times in bsnl helpline and also submit complaint letters to Divisional Engineer (CMTS), Territy Bazar Telephone Exchange Kolkata 700073. But my problem is not solved.
                                      If I will not get any improvement then I will have to discontinue my connection. I hope you will take care of this matter.

                                      BSNL — INSUFFICIENT SERVICE

                                      My father have connection of BSNL LANDLINE in KASIA (MATHAULI) IN KUSHINAGAR DISTRICT O[censored].P.MY NO is[protected].On 04/06/2008 iI deposited the telephone bill and asked to the authority to connect it, because the connection was not available.
                                      The clerk asked me to go to DEORIA(U.P.) AND said that connection will be provided from there, because your connection is on fault from more than 6 months.
                                      THE clerk on duty asked me to contact with LINE MAN named KEWAL and you will get two places digged at your expenses, becauses now the department is not providing money for that.
                                      SIR please solve my problem.

                                      I am stated near dandi swami mandir, civil lines ludhiana . and Use your services mostly from there. And even after many complaints my problems are not getting solved.

                                      1. Frequent Signal level too Low

                                      2. Frequent call drops

                                      These complaints have been given to BSNL customer complaint cell at the number 24365 (Toll Free) Dialable by cellphone.



                                      Please solve my complaints in a resonable time period of 1 week as alredy more than 6 months have passed on record.



                                      Please do the needful Immidietly or I will be compelled to move the Consumer Court with total cost and damages to be recovered from your company

                                      frist i made complaint to customer care, finally they ask me to contact me local office. then i have made complaint in mathura office to mr.ankit, miss bharti, & finally i have made a complaint to sdo mobile mr. bharadwaj.
                                      still position is the same, so i request you remove the fault urgently as soon as possible, and i request you get my money back which is charged in wrong manner.

                                      Sir, my mob no is [protected] and is positioned in Agra ...UP west.However I have not been able to dial ISD nos.Could youadvise me as to what to do.
                                      no outgoing call is possible for last few days. incoming calls are being received. messege sending is sometimes possible. complaint lodgged 4-5 days back. No result. Mobile No.[protected].Please see to it.

                                      I am a subscriber Bsnl broadband Internet covered under land line connection No.23333508. The net work is very very poor I have complained previously also, for a day it worked some what. Now the same problem continue. We are paying the bill and we are not getting the network.
