Refund not received after 2 months also

I applied the IPTV on 11.07.09 and cheque got cleared on 14-15 of the same month. at the time of booking executive (Mr. Hitesh-[protected]) has told that Modem will be replaced at the cost of Rs. 600/- (after checking the Modem) but at the time of installation the amount was told as Rs. 1,600/-, so I refused to take the connection at the same movement because of wrong commitment before starting. COMPLAINT AGAINST CUSTOMER CARE AGENT (GPRS) HIMACHAL PRADESH

Dear Sir

This is to inform you that from last 2-3 days we are trying to activate GPRS service on my No [protected] (Student Plan). We called the Customer Care Executive many times but they are just giving one alternate to SMS (gprspre to 53733) with in response giving error message. We already has inserted Rs 230 voucher for GPRS on my Number but when we connect it to our Computer their is always a "TEMPORARY NETWOK PROBLEM"....

Really i fed up with BSNL Customer care service i am getting a service massage to my phone (Nokia e71) every 10 seconds no of times i contacted them no body solve me problem. if it is private service they will act immediatly...

Sir,
I tried to enquire about the router for the net connection. I made a call 3 times to the customer care no. 1500, after excecuting the menu options the call is not answered. They are picking the phone and keeping it down without answering. At the same time the other p[hone in that office is ringing they are attending that phone. This is not at all good for such a big network.Very bad customer service.

No Network Coverage

I am a student, among many thousands studying in Modinagar, Ghaziabad.
Regarding the GSM services congestion has always been a problem since the very first day, but the major problem is the sudden absence of network signal. unstable internet

sir,i am using broadband for more than 10 months. internet is not constant when i am using, its automatically disconnected and connected.i have informed this problem in bsnl office many times, but they never cared about this matter.pls help me to solve this problem, the staffs working in bsnl office, mallapuram ,dont hane proper knowledge about the hadware and software......mallapuram,chengalpattu,tamilnadu....

No Connectivity

Hi,
I have bought BSNL EVDO in Vellore which comes under Tamil Nadu Telecom circle,While buying i confirmed that national roaming is activated in the card and it will work in Chennai.
But when i used the card in chennai i didnt Get EVDO signal at all,i have received only CDMA 1X Signal with 4 bars,but it didnt connect at all.

Wrong message

I have BSNL connection with me. On 02.09.09 i got a message from TA-acad that my mobile no is winner and had won $2500 cash.For enquiring about prize one no was given .On calling that no a huge amount was deducted from my phone but on other side only waiting option and dirctions was there.
When i talked to BSNL customer care they says they have not any connection with that message. But i want to say that in spite of coming No TA-acad...
