Letters/Mails sent to Mr. Ajit Singh, PGM(O) & Mr. Ram Shankar Yadav, AGM(PG & HR)

With reference to above, it's unfortunate that even after lapse of over 2 months, nothing has moved from your department & not even for a minute I could open the system to work on it, though I tried vigorously day in day out trying to establish the connection, which has resulted in raising a debit note towards the service for Rs. 233.00 in the telephone bill having received fro your end for Jul'09. Moreover, the person who visited my house for the service to be restored is highly arrogant, mannerless & indiscipline, though he acted on 20% of the complaints lodged & had never been able to do much, whereas reported to the exchange of resolving the complaint. You may kindly refer to detailed complaints sent to your aforesaid officer both by courier as well as by mail, but in vain. As a result of such careless attitude of your department, I had to run to the cyber cafe every time to work on internet leading to lots of inconvenience towards time & extra commercial liabilities, apart from paying to you as well in absence of service to be provided.

As it is a clear case of deficiency of service & faulty equipment, I have been forced to approach competent authority, as I have no other option.

Lastly, as I havenot used your internet service, hence I have to deny you the payment of Rs.924.00 leading to disconnection & take my case to logical end.

My Phone no. is[protected] i applied for New Broadband connection in dera bassi exchange. I deposit fee in exchange by 06.07.12. But till date my connection is not activated. I regularly visiting in dera bassi exchange but they are not confirm yet. I also purchase modem of rs.1900.

i request please install my connection Asap.

    Sir,

    There has been a problem with the account management site.When ever I try to access the above specified site I recieve an error message as follows "The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request".Plese fix this problem as soon as possible.

    BSNL BB — cannot access bb service

    can't access bbs bsnl after bsnal changed the phone no. from 2264151 to 2217151

They cann't open. so my humble submisson you allowed that web site sir/Madam. my next step you say. It's not comlaint. My request above this. Good Night Sir/Madam.

      Dear Sir,

      I received an SMS stating that customers will be benefited by an additional benefit of 20% over and above the top up value of Rs.550.00 wef 16.08.2009. I made a top up of Rs.550/- frm 34399 on 18.08.2009 at 10.4 p.m.

      But from the perusal of the credit I find that I have not been extended with the announced benefit of 20% over and above the top up value. Please clarify.

      BSNL Cellone — topup

      On June 6th, 2012 i have recharged my mobile (+91-[protected]) by Rs.1100 top-up online recharge Ref.No [protected]. It was promised to recharge by Rs1100, but i have received only Rs.1000 in my mobile account.

        The internet is higly unstable and keeps getting disconnected every 1 minute. The link keeps on disappearing and the net cannot be connected.

        Dear Sir,
        I am User of Broad band service in Manali Exchange, Chennai North Div. My Telephone no is 044-2in the name of M. Riaz Ahmed. I am using broad band service since from last 28 month. Initial 18 months service was very satisfacotory, but after that i am regularly facing problem while using the internet & my telephone sometines dead.I have complained your local customer care service but they could not solve problem yet. I APPROACHED AND SENT SO MANY EMAILS TO THE HIGHER OFFICIALS OF BSNL AND VERY RECENTLY SUBMITTED COMPLAINTS TO HER EXCELLENCY THE PRESIDENT OF INDIA AND HONOURABLE UNION MINISTER OF IT, INDIA. ALL WENT IN VAIN. NO REPLY FROM ANY ONE SO FAR AND NO ACTION SO FAR.

        please look into my problem I am paying my bills regularly and in time so I hope I should not be facing this problem. Your linemen are purely illiterate regarding internet or networking technologies They give useless suggestions so i suggest you to provide them with proper training. Once again I am requesting you to look into my problem.

        I CONTACTED THE DE AND AE OF MANALI EXCHANGE, CHENNAI NORTH... THEY SIMPLY TOLD THAT YOUR RESIDENTIAL AREA AFTER 7 KM FROM OUR EXCHANGE, SO YOU CANNOT GET BB CONNECTION. I ASKED THEM THEN WHY DID YOU GIVE CONNECTION TO ME? MOREOVER I ASKED THEM HOW THE BROAD BAND FUNCTIONED TILL 18 MONTHS? THEY DID NOT ANSWER MY QUESTIONS? THEN IT SHOWS THAT THEY HAVE LACK OF KNOWLEDGE.

        I APPROACHED THE DGM OFFICIAL OF NORTH, ON 10 TH OCTOBER. HE TOLD ME TO LOOK INTO MATTER VERY SERIOUSLY AND TRIED TO TRANSFER BROAD BAND CONNECTION FROM THE NEAREST EXCHANGE THAT IS MADHAVARAM EXCHANGE. BUT NO ACTION SO FAR.

        THE ADSL SHOWS NIL IN ALL COLUMNS ALWAYS.

        My son is staying in Bahrain we are contacting him regularly throuh broad band but due to this bad service we are not able to contact through online. we are making calls through my cell hence i am payng more because of your bad service.
        Sii i am very much proud to be an BSNAL user but i am not satisfied with service. Hence i request you to kindly solve my problem. I hope you do the needfull.

          Sub: Complaint regarding no connectivity of Broad Band Internet – Reg.

          I am a Home Combo 750 plan member for the past three months, but before that I was in Home Combo 500 plan. I received a full speed Internet connection when I was in 500 plan, but now I am not able to access my Internet after I shifted to 750 plan. Though there were not any outstanding Bills, I am not able to receive a full speed Internet and moreover, the connection is not through when I put on the Modem. It connects very late and also for a while (10 to 20 minutes), and the connection stands dead for 30 minutes to one hour. And then it re-connects for a while and again the same problem is occurring continuously.

          After repeated complaints registered in the Call Center of BSNL / Chennai Telephones (1500-*1-2) for several times no action was taken against my problem. When ever I make a complaint registered, they will give a complaint number and stand still or they say that they will send their representatives to my home, and they will rectify my problem, and no body turned up till date. I am facing a lot of problems with out Internet connection, though it has been charged Rs.750/- monthly.

          Hence, I request you kindly sir, to help me with my connection, to see connected all through the day (24/7), in order to go on with my work every day.

            PIN2 code rejected
            Hello sir,

            my cell no. is [protected]. Please help me out.

            hello sir, my phone model is motorola zn300.. and i use bsnl network. I was trying to get into the dialling service->fixed dial and it asked me for a security pin/code.

            I enter 0000 (default) and it said invalid. I tried 1234 and it said invalid. I tried 12345678 and it said invalid and "SIM Blocked".

            The "SIM Blocked" only show up when I enter into fixed dial and everything is normal.

            I use motorola zn300. None worked for the fixed dial (worked for everything else).



            I have an option to "unblock"
            -First screen PIN2 Unlock code (enter anything to get into 2nd screen)
            -Enter New SIM PIN2. If I enter anything less than 4 character, it said invalid code, I entered a 4 character long code and it gets into 3rd screen.
            -Re-enter New SIM PIN2. I entered the same code in step 2 and got invalid code, try again. SIM BLOCKED.

            Any idea how to fix this ? my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com plz send me an answer...plz plz

                I have submitted an application for the shifting of my telephone ([protected]), nothing has been done, not able to track the status from any where. Its alomost 3 weeks nothing is being done till now.

                I hope if the shifting is done, BSNL department wont come up with some bill for the period in which i didnt use my phone.

                  i do have the same problems mention above, but the driver problem for windows 7 or vista can be corrected by just a minor tweak.
                  goto setup.exe of modem driver folder.right click on it, and select properties.in compatibility tab check the radio option "run in compatibility mode" and select xp from drop down menu..click ok.its done..after tha you can use it in vista as well in windows 7.

                    My residence telephone[protected] installed at 3/184 Sector 2, Rajendra Nagar, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad is out of order for about six months. I have made sevel written complaints to the concerned JE with copies of GM (Telephone). All written complaints were sent by speed post, and the lastest being that of 3 August 2009. Today again I made another complaint at 8.24 pm (Reference No. 00980).

                        I have taken bsnl broad band connection with a belief that I will get good service and uninterrupted net work. But to my surprise, I am facing much problem with the functioning of net work. The net work goes out of connection most of the time every day. Every day during the morning time between 7am to 11am and in the evening 4 pm to 11pm, I am not getting internet connection. Many a times I have informed to the authorities concerned. The reply which I had was due to the problem with the server. Now I am feeling whether I did wrong to choose BSNL.

                          Two months ago there was an offer of exchange of old bsnl landline with new bsnl landline.
                          so, we gave our old bsnl landline to our line man on 4 july, he told that he will give us new bsnl landline.
                          but after 1 month we didn't get any reply from him.So we contact him again on 4th august. he told that he will bring it tommorow.but we again didnt get any reply. then what he did was very bad, he gave us our older phone.our phone no. is[protected].please contact us.
                          kindly take the necessary action and tell him to give new bsnl landline.

                            BSNL which is the oldest telecom provider of our country is using illegal means to route international calls to Saudi Arabia. Instead of getting the caller ID of Indian number the receiver gets a local number, hiding the identity of caller. This is not the end of story. BSNL starts charging the call to Saudi from the moment it stars ringing irrespective of the called party answers the call or not. It causes false billing to the Subscriber. This happens only through BSNL calls. Please take appropriate action and compensate the affected consumer of BSNL.

                            I'm in Saudi Arabia.
                            me and my collegues having the same problem when receiving BSNL calls. it comes as local number.
                            Even sms doesn't come directly. it comes through another number and displays the number also at the begining of the message. Actually its a VOIP Call. which will cost only 1/10 of the original call rate.
                            In Initial stages only some of the calls are routed in this way. but now all calls are routed in this way only.
                            the other problem is, when my family calls from their mobile, they are able to hear the ringtone. but the call has never been received by me. This is leading my family to a lot of confusion and frustration.

                            Its a shame that BSNL does this.

                            if BSNL is giving subcontracting for the routing, its still their responsibility to monitor the calls.

                            I have the same problem calling Libya and vice versa. BSNL looks like a big scam to me now.
                            I had observed that thousands of ISD calls per day was made from one location of the India, where identity of callers were supressed as '0000000' . This matter is not only in notice of BSNL but also in notice of CBI the investigating agency of India but no action has yet be taken against the beneficiary involved in converting the callers no. into '00000000'. You will be also surp[rised that such calls were being made mainly for Saudi Arabia and othes conuntries.

                              i have this number[protected], and i have an "intelligent Network" service as "Primium rate service" on this number.
                              this service was start on this number on 23rd jan 2009 but from that begin day to yet it is not working as such, i have complaint it several time to my concern office, i.e. Area Manager shahdra, GM Ghaziabad, I also met with all the concern person and also visit them too but they never ever help me and just said to me " we did not know what is this service you should talk higher authority " but i did not know who one is the higher authority while BSNL has this product in their product line of “intelligent Network’ and activated it on my number too.
                              I continuously paying for that service Rs 500 each month .i did not get any detailed bill of this service as it is "revenue share phone line " . My primium rate service number is [protected]. i listen about this number by phone on 23rd Jan by one of BSNL employee. i did not get any written paper of this service activation till today.
                              Now my complaints are
                              1- Continue my all service as such as it is 'primium rate service number'
                              2- Send written paper of activation service on my number and guideline of this service as i could know how of this service properly.
                              3- As it is 'revenue share service' guide line for share money or payment in between BSNL and me.
                              4- I lost my last 9 month and I am paying for this service without any use, I have a big loss so I am asking compensation for this time.
                              I am still waiting of your kind response as I am very hurt. I want justice as I am very suffered by BSNL for 9 months.

                                in december i booked a train ticket from yatra.com whose transaction id is XF2HDC there after i canceled the ticket and i the ticket which was done under tatkal scheme i got 603/- refunded but when i checked my account no money was refunded then i called yatra people and complaint about it, they told me that they have refunded the amount and suggested me to talk to bank people but when i went to bank they told me only yatra people can help me i dont know what to do please help me.pnr no.[protected] transaction id :[protected]
                                It is useless to deal with B.S.N.L. Careless people. Careless Service and what not. Sending unnecessary messages. Sending unnessary hello tunes. No facility to unsubscribe these services. No help line. One gets tired but the help line persons never gets connected.

                                  Respected Sir,
                                  I feel very sorry to inform you that I am having a bsnl connection bearing no.[protected] at my residence i.e. Sonipat. My Telephone Connection was not working properly by last 3-4 months. After doing complaints the connection is start working, but within 2-3 days its automatically cut off. I wrote so many complaints to our G.M. office but unfortunately no complaints is attended.
                                  Therefore, Know I just want to bring in your notice that please tell me whats the peoblem in my telephone connection. I stilll have alll the receipts of my complaints which was made by me to your G.M office (Ambala), A.G.M. office (Sonipat) and your G.M. office (Delhi).

                                    I request you kindly return the rechargeable amount deducted from my account. one message says that Rs 12 for your BSNL Tune renewal Feb 5 2012 9.27.15AM. Same time other message says that Rs. 30 for ur BSNL tune Renewal Enjoy. Feb 5, 2012 10.17.39 AM.

                                    It is not the money matters but unnecessary harassment. I request BSNL to stop this business with me for ever.

                                      BSNL Data One — delay in response

                                      I am a working lady in Hyderabad. I am sorry to say that my data one Internet connection has been down from two weeks and when I tried the number 12678 hundred times no response and today they respond but she kept me on hold without informing me and that is ridiculous. I donn't know whther to stay online or not. Yet I am thankful that my conection has been restored. I request you to please handle the custmer waiting queue properly. Thank you.

                                      BSNL Data One — No Action taken on the connection since month and a half

                                      Hi,
                                      I took a BSNL Data One connection about a month and a half, I was calling every one in the BSNL office and each of them gives me a different reason and forwards me to some one else. There is a complaint logged on my phone. Its been very long time that its been logged, and there was no action taken. Every time I call either the telephone is engaged or the person gives me a new number to call. My telephone bill is getting me burdened.
                                      More over, while my connection is not established from past month and a half, I was billed for 800/- rupees in my current bill as the installation and connection charges. This is utterly disgusting customer service from BSNL. I would like to see some action taken immediately or please revoke my request and return my money back so that I can switch to a better provider.

                                      I have had even worse experience and still now the situation is the same. I am also thinking to revoke my Data One connection because of the horrible customer care service of BSNL, but before that I want to see these 'decently rude' persons get some proper treatment and/or punishment for harassing the pathetic customers for no fault of their. These are the people who either don't attend to the toll free number or simply offer no solution and mostly misguide you.
                                      It is observed that after shifting the telephone line form previous address to new location my down load speed is too slow, I do not why? Please rectify the technical defect, which may be the lenght of the telephone line more than stardard limitation. Do the needfull at the earliest please.
                                      I am also totally disapointed with the attitude of bsnl. I have paid the annual charges in advance for bsnl brodband in feb. 2008. The brodband was not working for about 3 months. Still the speed is very slow. The bsnl is requested to refund me the amt. paid by me immedietly.

                                        I have received a call from[protected] on 14 Aug, 2009 at 6.07pm. I speak hello, hello but no thing has been heard and after 42 seconds same has been closed. After few minutes a message has been displayed on my phone no.[protected] that thank you for subscription Rs.20/- for monthly job service. I have never press any button for active this service but bsnl has deducted Rs.20/- from my account. I contacted several times to custmer care of bsnl but they have declined for this mistake and said that you have follow the process for active of this service. They have not wanted to hear more.

                                        BSNL — Deducted Rs.20/- without request for activation of job service

                                        A call on 14.8.2009 at 6.02pm has been received on my phone no.[protected]. The caller phone was[protected]. When I press key for hearing, no sound has been heared, I repeated hello, hello but no answer has been received. After 42 seconds call ended and after few minutes a message has displayed on my phone mentioning that ' thankyou for subscriptio of rs 20/- for monthly high salary job service and Rs.20/- has been charged and deducted from my account. I am surprised how can bsnl has deducted rs.20 because I have never press any button for activiate this service. Without my activation requested Rs.20/- has been deducted by bsnl. It is fraud. Kindly conveyed my compliants to higher authority. I have also contacted custmer care spending morethen 2 hrs but they say it is not possible, but same has been happned.
                                        i agree with the above complaint as i had been getting calls from the above mentioned number +[protected] but thankfully i dint pick n just casually tried to google out which city's number is it n go to this complaint ..n thus i would like bsnl to please investigate this matter because i doubted the aunthenticity of this number looking at its code which is similar to jaipur's but does not match with any city code n so i didnt pcik the call but if its some fraud then it needs to be inestigated.

                                        Today I received in my BSLN prepaid mobile No. [protected], a call from the number[protected]. It was a pre-recorded call and when I press key "3" as per the voice instruction, immediately a sum of Rs.20/- has been deducted from my prepaid account . It is shocking and illegal. You please take appropriate action in accordance with law of the country to stop such illegal activities.

                                        I have registered a complaint bearing No. NRP60625 against phone no. 27414755.

                                        Surpringly, I have received a SMS from BSNL PORTAL that complaint for Ph. no. 27414755 is cleared on 20-JUN-11 at 04_23 PM.

                                        But complaint has not been solved by BSNL department.

                                        So kindly lookinto the matter and take necessary actions immediately,
