    I have taken bsnl broad band connection with a belief that I will get good service and uninterrupted net work. But to my surprise, I am facing much problem with the functioning of net work. The net work goes out of connection most of the time every day. Every day during the morning time between 7am to 11am and in the evening 4 pm to 11pm, I am not getting internet connection. Many a times I have informed to the authorities concerned. The reply which I had was due to the problem with the server. Now I am feeling whether I did wrong to choose BSNL.

      dear sir,
      Two months ago there was an offer of exchange of old bsnl landline with new bsnl landline.
      so, we gave our old bsnl landline to our line man on 4 july, he told that he will give us new bsnl landline.
      but after 1 month we didn't get any reply from him.So we contact him again on 4th august. he told that he will bring it tommorow.but we again didnt get any reply. then what he did was very bad, he gave us our older phone.our phone no. is[protected].please contact us.
      kindly take the necessary action and tell him to give new bsnl landline.

        Respected Sir
        BSNL which is the oldest telecom provider of our country is using illegal means to route international calls to Saudi Arabia. Instead of getting the caller ID of Indian number the receiver gets a local number, hiding the identity of caller. This is not the end of story. BSNL starts charging the call to Saudi from the moment it stars ringing irrespective of the called party answers the call or not. It causes false billing to the Subscriber. This happens only through BSNL calls. Please take appropriate action and compensate the affected consumer of BSNL.

        I'm in Saudi Arabia.
        me and my collegues having the same problem when receiving BSNL calls. it comes as local number.
        Even sms doesn't come directly. it comes through another number and displays the number also at the begining of the message. Actually its a VOIP Call. which will cost only 1/10 of the original call rate.
        In Initial stages only some of the calls are routed in this way. but now all calls are routed in this way only.
        the other problem is, when my family calls from their mobile, they are able to hear the ringtone. but the call has never been received by me. This is leading my family to a lot of confusion and frustration.

        Its a shame that BSNL does this.

        if BSNL is giving subcontracting for the routing, its still their responsibility to monitor the calls.

        I have the same problem calling Libya and vice versa. BSNL looks like a big scam to me now.
        I had observed that thousands of ISD calls per day was made from one location of the India, where identity of callers were supressed as '0000000' . This matter is not only in notice of BSNL but also in notice of CBI the investigating agency of India but no action has yet be taken against the beneficiary involved in converting the callers no. into '00000000'. You will be also surp[rised that such calls were being made mainly for Saudi Arabia and othes conuntries.

          Hello
          i have this number[protected], and i have an "intelligent Network" service as "Primium rate service" on this number.
          this service was start on this number on 23rd jan 2009 but from that begin day to yet it is not working as such, i have complaint it several time to my concern office, i.e. Area Manager shahdra, GM Ghaziabad, I also met with all the concern person and also visit them too but they never ever help me and just said to me " we did not know what is this service you should talk higher authority " but i did not know who one is the higher authority while BSNL has this product in their product line of “intelligent Network’ and activated it on my number too.
          I continuously paying for that service Rs 500 each month .i did not get any detailed bill of this service as it is "revenue share phone line " . My primium rate service number is [protected]. i listen about this number by phone on 23rd Jan by one of BSNL employee. i did not get any written paper of this service activation till today.
          Now my complaints are
          1- Continue my all service as such as it is 'primium rate service number'
          2- Send written paper of activation service on my number and guideline of this service as i could know how of this service properly.
          3- As it is 'revenue share service' guide line for share money or payment in between BSNL and me.
          4- I lost my last 9 month and I am paying for this service without any use, I have a big loss so I am asking compensation for this time.
          I am still waiting of your kind response as I am very hurt. I want justice as I am very suffered by BSNL for 9 months.

            in december i booked a train ticket from yatra.com whose transaction id is XF2HDC there after i canceled the ticket and i the ticket which was done under tatkal scheme i got 603/- refunded but when i checked my account no money was refunded then i called yatra people and complaint about it, they told me that they have refunded the amount and suggested me to talk to bank people but when i went to bank they told me only yatra people can help me i dont know what to do please help me.pnr no.[protected] transaction id :[protected]

              BSNL - Sonipat — Not working

              Respected Sir,
              I feel very sorry to inform you that I am having a bsnl connection bearing no.[protected] at my residence i.e. Sonipat. My Telephone Connection was not working properly by last 3-4 months. After doing complaints the connection is start working, but within 2-3 days its automatically cut off. I wrote so many complaints to our G.M. office but unfortunately no complaints is attended.
              Therefore, Know I just want to bring in your notice that please tell me whats the peoblem in my telephone connection. I stilll have alll the receipts of my complaints which was made by me to your G.M office (Ambala), A.G.M. office (Sonipat) and your G.M. office (Delhi).

                I am having BSNL Tel. [protected], Lisy S.Venmanakkal, Vakkom (PO) I hardly use this number. Unfortunately I have found out that BSNL tune Renewal Charges are being deducted from me even though I have never asked for the tune.

                I request you kindly return the rechargeable amount deducted from my account. one message says that Rs 12 for your BSNL Tune renewal Feb 5 2012 9.27.15AM. Same time other message says that Rs. 30 for ur BSNL tune Renewal Enjoy. Feb 5, 2012 10.17.39 AM.

                It is not the money matters but unnecessary harassment. I request BSNL to stop this business with me for ever.

                  BSNL Data One — delay in response

                  I am a working lady in Hyderabad. I am sorry to say that my data one Internet connection has been down from two weeks and when I tried the number 12678 hundred times no response and today they respond but she kept me on hold without informing me and that is ridiculous. I donn't know whther to stay online or not. Yet I am thankful that my conection has been restored. I request you to please handle the custmer waiting queue properly. Thank you.

                  BSNL Data One — No Action taken on the connection since month and a half

                  Hi,
                  I took a BSNL Data One connection about a month and a half, I was calling every one in the BSNL office and each of them gives me a different reason and forwards me to some one else. There is a complaint logged on my phone. Its been very long time that its been logged, and there was no action taken. Every time I call either the telephone is engaged or the person gives me a new number to call. My telephone bill is getting me burdened.
                  More over, while my connection is not established from past month and a half, I was billed for 800/- rupees in my current bill as the installation and connection charges. This is utterly disgusting customer service from BSNL. I would like to see some action taken immediately or please revoke my request and return my money back so that I can switch to a better provider.

                  I completely agree with Sudarsana that "This is utterly disgusting customer service from BSNL."

                  I have had even worse experience and still now the situation is the same. I am also thinking to revoke my Data One connection because of the horrible customer care service of BSNL, but before that I want to see these 'decently rude' persons get some proper treatment and/or punishment for harassing the pathetic customers for no fault of their. These are the people who either don't attend to the toll free number or simply offer no solution and mostly misguide you.
                  It is observed that after shifting the telephone line form previous address to new location my down load speed is too slow, I do not why? Please rectify the technical defect, which may be the lenght of the telephone line more than stardard limitation. Do the needfull at the earliest please.
                  I am also totally disapointed with the attitude of bsnl. I have paid the annual charges in advance for bsnl brodband in feb. 2008. The brodband was not working for about 3 months. Still the speed is very slow. The bsnl is requested to refund me the amt. paid by me immedietly.

                    I have received a call from[protected] on 14 Aug, 2009 at 6.07pm. I speak hello, hello but no thing has been heard and after 42 seconds same has been closed. After few minutes a message has been displayed on my phone no.[protected] that thank you for subscription Rs.20/- for monthly job service. I have never press any button for active this service but bsnl has deducted Rs.20/- from my account. I contacted several times to custmer care of bsnl but they have declined for this mistake and said that you have follow the process for active of this service. They have not wanted to hear more.

                    BSNL — Deducted Rs.20/- without request for activation of job service

                    A call on 14.8.2009 at 6.02pm has been received on my phone no.[protected]. The caller phone was[protected]. When I press key for hearing, no sound has been heared, I repeated hello, hello but no answer has been received. After 42 seconds call ended and after few minutes a message has displayed on my phone mentioning that ' thankyou for subscriptio of rs 20/- for monthly high salary job service and Rs.20/- has been charged and deducted from my account. I am surprised how can bsnl has deducted rs.20 because I have never press any button for activiate this service. Without my activation requested Rs.20/- has been deducted by bsnl. It is fraud. Kindly conveyed my compliants to higher authority. I have also contacted custmer care spending morethen 2 hrs but they say it is not possible, but same has been happned.
                    i agree with the above complaint as i had been getting calls from the above mentioned number +[protected] but thankfully i dint pick n just casually tried to google out which city's number is it n go to this complaint ..n thus i would like bsnl to please investigate this matter because i doubted the aunthenticity of this number looking at its code which is similar to jaipur's but does not match with any city code n so i didnt pcik the call but if its some fraud then it needs to be inestigated.

                    It is true .A call on 19.2.2010 at 4.20.35 pm has been received on my phone no.[protected]. The caller phone was [protected]. When I press key for hearing, no sound has been heared, I repeated hello, hello but no answer has been received. After 5 seconds call ended .
                    Today I received in my BSLN prepaid mobile No. [protected], a call from the number[protected]. It was a pre-recorded call and when I press key "3" as per the voice instruction, immediately a sum of Rs.20/- has been deducted from my prepaid account . It is shocking and illegal. You please take appropriate action in accordance with law of the country to stop such illegal activities.

                    I have registered a complaint bearing No. NRP60625 against phone no. 27414755.

                    Surpringly, I have received a SMS from BSNL PORTAL that complaint for Ph. no. 27414755 is cleared on 20-JUN-11 at 04_23 PM.

                    But complaint has not been solved by BSNL department.

                    So kindly lookinto the matter and take necessary actions immediately,

                      I applied for BSNL broadband transfer (in bangalore from SG palya to Vijaya bank layout)about a month back and have not yer got teh broadband connection. I have spent more than 400 bucks calling and going to the office to get the connection transferred. Nobody wants to work in BSNL. My phone has been shifted to IIMB sector. I got the landline connection about 2 weeks back (6th Aug 2009) . I was been told I 'll get the internet in 2 days. I called these BSNL ppl after 5 days and enquired abt the internet connection. Then the lady who talked to me realized that the work order has not been initiated (because of their laziness) so she then generated the WO for broadband on 10th Aug after me calling them (means it should have ideally taken 2 more days i.e. on 12th i should have got teh connection) . After that i was been asked to coordinate with Mr. Batri, another lazy person he always used to tell me i'll come on wed then frio, then mon and so on. when i wanted complain against him i wsa been told to talk to Mr Shiv Sundar, who asked me to call to Girdhar, who again asked me to call to Mr Shiv Sundar, a closed loop. Now I have contacted the DE to actually get something done, now lets see whom I am directed to talk to now...Everyone in BSNL is just too lazy. I suppose its because of govt. ne plan of increasing their salary. now these guys just wnat money without doing nething...earlier atleast kuch dekar kaam karwaya jaa sakta tha ab to inki salary hi itni moti tagdi hai ki ab inko kuch ki zaroorat nahi...i suggest u guys not to take BSNL at all because nethr it is cheap nor can u expect even a decent service. I was once a Airtel customer, but unfortunately because i was not getting Airtel connection in my new place had to shift to BSNL. My bad luck but i suggest every1 not to repeat my mistake

                      I applied for a land line telephone connection with broadband under 625 plan, but when bsnl spends carores of Rs. on publicity, and your staff is not able to provide the service. I think, wasting wealth on publicity has no meaning. I could get my land line installed after more than one and half month, And after installing even after one week, your staff could not provide broadband even after so many reminders. My land line No.[protected]. Now it is my request to provide broadband at earliest.
                      BSNL PEOPLE VERY VERY GOOD PEOPLES. THIS MONTH GIVE COMPLAINT NA DEFINITELY NEXT MONTH CUSTOMER PROBLEMS SOLVE. THIS MONTH 1ST GIVEN THE COMPLAINT BUT STILL NOW DID NOT TAKEN ANY REACTION BUT VERY DAY CALLED AND ASKED WHAT PROBLEM FOR YOUR BRAND AND AM ALWAYS TOLD SAME REASON BUT NO ONE TAKE ACTION. IN CASE GIVEN THE COMPLAIN DGM. DGM ALSO TOLD SOME REASON BUT HE ALSO NOT TAKEN ACTION THEN WHY GIVEN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ? PLEASE REMOVE MY BRAND BAND CONNECTION I DON'T WANT TOUCH WITH BSNL. I GO TO OTHER TELECOM

                        IPTV not working
                        I applied for IPTV at my jaipur residence through Akash agencies, who declared that IPTV service is being provided by BSNL. IPTV was installed at my residence after repeated followup with M/s Akash.
                        have taken the bsnl iptv on 12th july 2009.After two days it is not working properly.I have made calls to them more than 50 times but now also it is not working properly.After installation, I discovered that its quality is very poor. Today the situation is, whenever I switch ON my TV, the screen In every 5 minutes shows waiting signal. In the night its quality is very poor as it show pixcels and will show blue screen very now and then adn sometimes hang . Despite paying for the facillity, I am not able to watch TV. I think BSNL should own the responsibility of harassing the customers, as M/s Akash are getting the connections in the name of BSNL. It is in the name of BSNL only that I opted for IPTV otherwise there are better private service providers for the same.


                        I have complaint them so many times but nothing has happened.Complaint numbers are [protected], [protected], [protected],[protected].

                        please help me in the above matter.

                        I agree with the situation as I am also going on with the same, M/S Akash had installed BSNL IPTV at my jaipur Home on dec 2008 but I don't think that it had worked properly even a single day since I the installation. I have never seen such poor services. I had made complaint of the same but nothing happens.
                        They call us every month to recharge the same but nobody cares for the services. We have excellent options instead of this Damn IPTV. I had also asked them to remove it but who cares.
                        I m also Agree that IPTV service is very poor.
                        BSNL should think about it that IPTV decreases the reputation of BSNL by giving poor service.
                        The employees are not cooperative towards customers.

                          I have purchased EV-DO, but there is no tower signal in saravanampatti where big BPO industries and great business people are there. i have laptop also, but no signal. BSNL told they are installing tower as soon as possible in saravanampatti. if they do it soon, i can start my business. else all the money i invested in evdo, and other instruments is an utter waste. so BSNL authorities kindly take action immediately for installing evdo tower in saravanampatti.

                          I too have EVDO from BSNL. I am staying at KK Nagar Near Bharathinagar, I have BSNL Tower at 100 mtrs distance, I am getting maximum speed of 100 mbps and ftp download not more than 15kbps, which is lesser than 256 Kbps DSL wired speed.

                          If the infrasturcture is not ready, I just do not know, why BSNL is fooling around the subscribers.

                          At lease if they are fast enough in implementing this, they can beat the competion around.

                          I don't know they must increase their speed of working.

                          i have been using the evdo device for a month my top speed is 4kbps is this what you get from a 2.4 mbps modem.
                          Hiiiii i have BSNL EVDO data card and i purchased it from my nearest BSNL telephone exchange where i live.I live at Uttarpara, Dist-Hooghly, Kolkata(West Bengal).in our areas 1x service is available here that is provide 144kps to me which is too slow.Even i went to complain to my nearest exchange BSNL Uttarpara about this that when BSNL EVDO service will be launched here .They told me, we don't know when BSNL EVDO launched in our areas and also told me that this is service is only available in kolkata city such as nagerbazar, rajarhat, salt lake, new town, and kolkata city areas...sir i am so tired from this service 1x.Our Uttarpara place which is under kolkata but from Calcutta Telephones is not launched in our areas. sir can you tell me when BSNL EVDO will launched here...i mean our areas...plzzz sir mail to me

                            On 16th August at 10:40 PM I called BSNL Customer Care Service to inquire about my plan! It was a student plan ([protected]) (karnataka) after a year it was changed to Excel General! So i just wanted to confirm the change of plan and also i wanted some other information about other tariffs! My call was attended by a agent named AJAY! AJAY! AJAY! and the way he spoke is really unprofessional and I dont know why India's biggest network doesn't provide basic training to its customer support agents! I decided to discontinue service and now i am switched to airte!

                              My internet is not working from a fortnight and there is no response from the company also after lodging many complaints.I am living in 27 Shri Rampura Colony, Civil Lines, Jaipur and landline connection number is[protected].Please help me about how to go about this problem as its very frustrating when you have already paid the amounts pending and proper services are not being given.Please look into the matter or else i wont have any other option than termianting the services with BSNL and move on to other operators.

                                  Really veru bad customer care and they dont know how spk over the phone.

                                    yesterday i called to customer care(12:00 to 12:45)AM...he was irresponsible and used horrible languages...none of my friends have got such irresponsible answers from other networks..but the customer care of aircel was very supportive and they gave a good response.sorry to say this sir u have disappointed..i was really fed...he said that his name is john...i need an immediate action...

                                      We have taken bsnl connection two months back.
                                      The service provided by BSNL people is VERY VERY VERY BAD.
                                      When we call this customer care no.[protected] PEOPLE ARE NOT BOTHERED TO ANSWER OUR CALLS & THEY JUST CUT THE CALL.
                                      Please check with our previous calls from[protected] to [protected]
                                      When we call[protected]/[protected], this no. goes to govt. dept. We cannot expect much from them.
                                      Is this the service BSNL INTERNET is providing.
                                      At least this customer care people([protected]) can speak to us & give some solution, whether they could do something or not. But they will simply cut the phone.
                                      If this is the service BSNL INTERNET people are giving other ISP people will be much benefited.

                                      I've felt & seen others: how Bsnl customers get forced to use bad languages when their grief outbursts (can b found on net search or even better among customers). It's high time bsnl got careful about its customer care. People r even getting so frustrated trying from beginning 2 end, just to get 1 proper response but only 2 fail.

                                      A dial to c-care also says "The dialed no doesn't exist; plz check the no. & ..."

                                        After so many follow ups and e mails to the top departement it is still the same story. BSNL keep on hanging the things and putting there responsibilities to one -another. No one is really to intrested to solve the case.

                                        My phone and broad band is again closed. According to BSNL UP due to non payments services are withdrawn. But last months bill is deposited by me although no services are resumed by the BSNL.

                                        It is very clear that i am not going to pay you, the bills of those months in which services are interupted due to BSNL mistake.

                                        I will wait for one week more maximum after that i will take help from the consumer Court.

                                        Really i am very very disapointed by the services of BSNL. POOOOOOOOORRRRRRRRR, PPPOOOOOOORRRRRR
