Iam trying to keep port request to change operator to another network.but not receiving UPC to my number fromnlast 2 months.and also tried to talk with customer care many times but call did not connected even though waited for more than one hour also.
Really my experience with bsnl is too worst in all scenarios.
Please close bsnl in all networks.worst...

I need to PORT my mobile number from BSNL to other network. I send lots of messages to 1900 like 12 times and I got this reply from BSNL (Request for UPC for your mobile no. xxxxxxxxxx could not be processed. Please retry after some time). Please solve this problem. Thank you....

I am trying to change my bsnl number to airtel since two weeks I am unable to get upc code when I tried to call customer care they are tell it takes 24 to 48 hours to resolve the problem till now the problem is not resolved yet, I went BSNL Head office at Titupathi, AP. Supervisorr said Some issues in Trichi, Kerala....

But UPC code not recieving

I have been try to port my number from BSNL (AP & Telangana circle ) since the past 3 days and have sent a message to 1900 multiple times for the same. However, evry single time I got a response saying "Request for UPC for your mobile no. XX could not be processed. Please retry after sometime".

BSNL customer care is not reachable.

Kindly help me with this issue...

I am sending 4-5 from by bsnl number but i am not receving upc code for port...

I have been trying to port my BSNL prepaid no. since April 27. I have sent port message multiple times. I receive msg saying "unable to process your request. Try later"

Customer care told me it is a server issue. will be resolved in 24 hrs.
They are giving the same answer for the past 20 days

I've been trying to send port request for the past few weeks, and sending port SMS to 1900 from by BSNL number.

Everytime I'm getting a message like
“ Request for UPC for your mobile no. xxxxxxxxxx could not be processed. Please retry after some time.”

I had called customer care and no response has been received yet...

I DID A LANDLINE BILL PAYMENT OF Rs. 1881 on the Phone No.[protected] through net banking from SBI bank and the reference no. of the payment is VSBI[protected]IGALDOGAC8.

I would like to inform you that please block my sim card immediately and my mobile no. is [protected] as soon as possible beacause I have lost my phone in the market. So I'm complaining u now only so that the sim can be blocked and no one person use it while he or she may get my phone and don't make call with my phone also.

Sim is showing not registerd

automatic sim is showing not activated on 18 may 2021...

Deactivate my sim as I lost my phone...

I was trying to port my number from bsnl to jio. When I sent sms to 1900, they are sending message from 1901 that UPC delayed and try again....

Sending messages many times but reply is it could not be processed...

I had planned to port my BSNL prepaid number to another operator.
Thus I sent PORT to 1900.
Even after many messages I couldn't get UPC code till now.They are not providing UPC code
