Dear sir
I am complaining regarding the bsnl unused pole in front of my house and shops
The pole is unused and there are no connection nearby from last few years now the pole is hanging with private cable operators and there wires and all other private person use this for there work now the situation is very bad the road is very narrow and I cant able to open my door properly so please help me out from this please relocate the pole or permanently remove the pole

    Whomsoever it may concern
    My name is NAGARAJ PRABHU.
    I am not getting upc code from bsnl. I am getting only these messages as below.

    "Your request for UPC has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed".

    Request for UPC for your mobile no. 9********* could not be processed. Please retry after some time.
    I contacted customer service but they said server problem wait for 15 days. From last 15 days I am trying to port out.but same above line will appear please provide me upc number.

          I send sms on 1900 to request UPC .But Still UPC code didn't received.Then I complient many time .Even after I send 8 or more message .Every messages bsnl is charged 1.20 rupees.but bsnl is not send port code .I want to get port code immediately please help me..My Mobile No is [protected].

            I have registered complaint against ([protected]) UPC can not be generated from 8 month, I called to customer care agent they always said that your complaint has been registered, the problem will solve after 24 hour, after sending UPC request, I have got always same msg like,
            UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

            Please I have humble request remove this contractual obligation and solve my problem.

              Referring to the subject, there was a Telephone pole in our locality that has not been in use for almost 10 years and this pole is used by other local TV and Internet cable operators and the wires are also tied with the support of this pole which are coming in front of our house. So I request to please remove this pole from here

              I found this space here while searching for a way to contact you. We would request to kindly remove the pole aa soon as possible.

                        Hi BSNL, I am using your bsnl sim since 2015 and recently in my village we are not even getting the internet speed at 100kbps, always there are problems with the internet speed.Recently i am facing call drop issues too, I have called the customer care, but their silly answers werent worked though.
                        I am on the Annual plan pf 1999 and what is the use o[censored]nlimited calls and 2gb/day net of there is no minimum network speed and call quality.We are sorry to say that we regret to be BSNL customer.

                            Iam trying to send port code from last 45 days onwards, my huge amount wasted,
                            Iam not getting UPC code from BSNL it's says
                            UPC delayed, and could not be processed

                            What a pathetic service from BSNL

                            I don't no what BSNL service engineers are doing from last 1 month to solve this problem?
                            Don't take salary s until this issue has resolved
                            They are still saying it will take more weeks and more weeks to resolve this issue, but almost 45 days completed
                            All BSNL Employes are govt dutys, they are coming to office and sleeping and going to HOME,
                            Wrost service
                            I request to all don't use this ### network
                            I'm fed up with this bsnl
                            I want move BSNL TO JIO
                            Private network IS BEST, CUSTOMER support IS BEST

                              Last two weeks, daily i am trying to get UPC Code from my BSNL number,

                              Getting a message
                              “ Request for UPC for your mobile no. xxxxxxxxxx could not be processed. Please retry after some time.”

                              I had called customer care and directly gone to their office, no response

                                      Fibre broadband in kumbakonam is very worst service .weekly thrice there is problem exist. Either slow speed, out of order or cable damage.Actually BSNL closing the complaints without field visit and without resolving problems .
                                      Every time when we call customer care, they will ask us to remove plug and reset.That's it then we need to make another call to say its not working again
                                      Especially in sathyabhama nagar, Kalimuthunagar, Annalagraharam, kumbakonam.
                                      No bsnl staff are verifying the subcontractor work quality .
