BEWARE AND ALERT – BSNL SIM CARD USERS
BSNL IS CHEATING BY DEDUCTING AN AMOUNT OF RS. 1/- CALL WHENEVER A NO. IS CALLED EVENTHOUGH IT IS NOT MATERIALISED (Not connected).
WHEN YOU CALL A NUMBER, YOU WILL HEAR THE RINGING AND THE CALLED NUMBER WILL NOT GET CONNECTED OR EVEN RING.
THIS HAS BEEN CHECKED PERSONALLY BY ME KEEPING THE OTHER NUMBER BEFORE ME WHICH IS CALLED BY ME.
THE SAME HAS BEEN EXPERIENCED...

First phase: On APRIL 15th 2009 i had to join an online course and so i needed an immediate internet connection .i saw many ads by bsnl that they will give connections within days .so i went to the bsnl office at ollur (KERALA) to submit the form.The response from the bsnl employees were too bad. that they had neither cleared my doubts nor they answered any of my questions.It was very hard to hear a single word from that dirty bi..t...h.(i...

Its been just one month since i started using BSNL Home250 plan. For the first 3 days it worked perfectly and i was very happy. But suddenly on the 4th day, woooopssss, it stopped working. Since then, its showing error 691 i.e. "either User name or Password is invalid". I have lodged a complaint thrice but nothing seems to be working. I have applied for a new landline connection .While applying they said i will get connection with in a week.
But after 2 weeks when i called customer care they are not at all responding, after continuous trials for 50 + times one man lift the call and said telephone wire out of stock and give the connection in upcoming two days.I have waited for one more week and when i called for customer care they lift the call at my 56 th attempt...

The payment was made through www.ernakulamtelecom.gov.in by 0600 AM.
