I am holding Cellone No: [protected].
Earlier this number was obtained by CCC Limited, this number was tranfered to individual name (Rajasekaran J R) before three months.
During operations with CCC limited account there were some standing instruction on credit limit, group, etc., When this number was transfered to me the instruction from the earlier account holder was not abolished.
Now my phone does not have outgoing calls for the past 2 days.
Kindly update your records and activate my phone for outgoing calls. I donot instruct for any credit limit for my phone No:[protected].
I have called Cellone customer care and managed to register a complaint at the fourth attempt. The complaint No: CH [protected].
Your immediate action is requested to restore my phone out going calls.
Due to the above mistake, I am receiving bill for Rs. 37, 600/- to my bank, whereas the original bill I receive post to my home address is only 666/-. I could not login to my account online with BSNL web site and unable to pay my bills on line.
