stop the service of 57333001 in my mobile no - [protected]

I have not recieved any telephone bill for my tel. no:[protected] till date, instead I was infomed through telephone to pay an amount of Rs. 2394/=, which I did .Now I want get duplicate bill through my e-mail for this, so that I can know the details for which I have paid this amount, thankyou.

i recharged my mobile with 230/- rupee ofgprs pack in which surfing is free yet they detect my balance of 47 rupee without any information. and i made call to their cce they all given me different excuse and always used to said that we are not resposible for it. and when i went to bsnl office they are also making excuse and not giving me any satisfactory reply still while two weks has been over but the has not been solved by them.

I have landline connection and my phone no.is [protected] at peravoor exchange.This no is not working for the last two weeks.ihave complained by phon in peravoor bsnl office, but still it is not corrected.so, kindly your immediate attention required to repair the above no

I AM HAVING LAND LINE NO:[protected] and a broadband connectivity taken in June, 2009.

In the pretext of doing underground cabling & for smooth Broadband connectivity, cabling is done in a disturbing manner (cabling joint box is not well fixed and is hanging in front of my front wallside., cabling not done on a straight line from public road/just about 6 inches deep in the soil etc., No earmarking done so as to locate the underground cabling leading to disturbances for our agricultural activity in our land fearing breakage of the line. Since no earmarking is given to distinguish the undergroung cabling, we had to pull it up from one side and keep it atop the surface while ploughing the land for farm activity and the line got broke on 11/06/2009 . Complaint was registered in person at Kolenchery Exchange on 12/06/09 at 10 am and one lineman came to the site and gone without repairing the cable. He advised to deposit the repair charges Ist to the Exchange, which is the point of dispute now. Since the cabling is done wrongly even disturbing our farming activity and not as per the BSNL guidelines, it should be duty of the BSNL to replace/repair the cabling without any billing to the consumer. Now the phone is working due to our joining the cables manually by ourselves, which may not last for long.
Hope the problem will be attended to our satisfaction at the earliest.

Today morning a sales representative came offering - BSNL 2Mbps upgrade package to my house. He introduced himself as BSNL technician with his ID (Name: A.S.Rajanna, ID:IT00173) and spoke on a lucrative offer - new plan, cordless phone, 2mbps line, no rental for 6 months, data card, free printer - all in Rs3000/- activation charge.

He also had a BSNL receipt book of residency road address. As he stressed on taking the payment only in cash, it became suspicious. As we started questioning more, he made a quick exit.

It suggests a case of fraud.

I hereby submit this in hope BSNL/Police may take some action to prevent such incidents. BSNL will definitely not be responsible for this. But if someone misuses his official credentials for fraud, that goes as a responsibility to BSNL to prevent the misuse.

i have a nokia 6030 model& my phone number is [protected]. i have activated bsnl gprs( orissa circle) since last 15 days& was able to browse book mark sites through my phone. But since last 2 days ie from 11.06.2009, when connecting to google site, the G mark appears on my mobile, but no loading google/ other bookmark site occurs in my mobile. i have already activated gprs rs 99/ card. so please look into the matter & make me able to browse the sites.

I have a broadband 500 plan. Whenever i connect to the internet, after some time it automatically gets disconnected for no reason. The ADSL link light keeps blinking instead of being stable. This happens every time I connect to the internet. I have had this problem earlier, but this time no one has turned up for solving it. I always loose important data due to this and the downloads stop due to regular disconnecting. Please solve this problem at the earliest.

1. Registered for broadband connection Combo+ paying Rs 500/- on 5/05/2009.
And following Acknowledgment was given: receipt no. PEN/N-0YT-GNL/33284, consumer no. 51869722, work order 29014970.
Since then more than 45 days have past but till date no connection is give. At the time of connection I was assured of a connection with in 10 days.


2. My sister is a student and frequently needs internet for her college activities. Iam doing business from my home but unable to contact by clients.


3. Immediate connection should be given

I am holding Cellone No: [protected].
Earlier this number was obtained by CCC Limited, this number was tranfered to individual name (Rajasekaran J R) before three months.
During operations with CCC limited account there were some standing instruction on credit limit, group, etc., When this number was transfered to me the instruction from the earlier account holder was not abolished.
Now my phone does not have outgoing calls for the past 2 days.
Kindly update your records and activate my phone for outgoing calls. I donot instruct for any credit limit for my phone No:[protected].
I have called Cellone customer care and managed to register a complaint at the fourth attempt. The complaint No: CH [protected].
Your immediate action is requested to restore my phone out going calls.
Due to the above mistake, I am receiving bill for Rs. 37, 600/- to my bank, whereas the original bill I receive post to my home address is only 666/-. I could not login to my account online with BSNL web site and unable to pay my bills on line.

As I m a customer of Bsnl and i have braodband connection, but since from braodband taken by me I could not able to see my usage which seems very difficulty to me. and this month my 1gb usage is done how i want to know beacuse i always open internet 2 hr after each 1day in night.

Hi, I'm Debabrata Mishra living in Rourkela, Orissa. I'm a frequent user of Indian Railways Online Reservation Site. But the main problem is that I can visit the homepage. But once you've entered your login and password and clicked the login button then the webpage, the webpage doesn't responds further on properly. I heard that there is some dispute between BSNL and MTNL over some matters. I think there's some kind of server problem causing the webpage to malfunction. If there's some other kind of problem then please try to report me. Neither irctc.co.in nor indianrail.gov.in and other major Railways sites are opening here.Only some non-governmental railways websites can be accessed from here, such as railticketonline.com, etc. But one of my uncles who has taken Ortel Broadband Connection can access all of these websites without any problems.

Please Help Me with These Issue as soon as possible !!!

i had changed my bsnl broadband (phone number :[protected], Pondicherry) earlier plan 750 unlimited to 500 c dated[protected]. I think It will commenced on next month billing. but i checked my account usage through my portal id given by bsnl. That account seems to works under that same 750 unlimited plan. so i considered that they havent change my tariff.

i checked the chargeable usability it remains 0. So i used net like 750 unlimited plan. but i have noticed may 09 billing amount nearly Rs.5000/-. Im shocked & i check the my usage it still under 750 plan & 0 chargeable usage unit. I check the status with bsnl staff one person say u r using 500 c plan (using phone number) & other person checked (using portal ID) it is under 750 unlimited plan. They want me to pay the bill for the two plan?

I asked with senior officers. They never give good answer they say u r under 500 c plan. we made billing under that plan. you are responsible to follow us. It is sad to me. They said it is server error. after that i check my account with in an hour, now it is changed to 500 C. I had lost my last clue. :(

They said it is computer error.

now they want me to pay the bill under 500 c Tariff for the service of 750 unlimited plan.

i have used 750 unlimited plan with same slow Internet speed but to pay 500 c plan (not an unlimited).

It is like have Idly but pay the bill for pizza. they ask me to follow the cook to kitchen for the request.

Vodafone - wherever you go we follow.

BSNL - Wherever we go you follow.
