hi i lost my all ticket, i know only last 5 digit, any one please tell me how can i get my roll no.

1. I had applied for broadband connection on Sep 05 2009. Till now I have not received the connection.

2. On calling the customer care centre, they told me that my case was pending with Mr Kesava Kumar and has not yet been approved. On calling the GM they told me that my application was cancelled. And to say I had not initiated it and neither got any intimation from BSNL.

3. On 19th Sept Chief engineer Ganesan called me to submit a letter stating that cancellation was not initiated from our side. We went to his office and submitted the letter personnally.

4. We waited till 23rd Sept, after which we called Mr Ganesan. We only got rude replies saying that it was not thier offices fault. We then called the GM and were told that broadband will be installed within 3 days.

5. We went to the regional office on 26th Sept where the employees were not ready to install the modem at our premises. They asked us to take the modem and install it ourselves. But on installing the modem also, we have not received the connection despite repeated calls to the complaint centre and the regional office. Also they told us that our application no. was not valid and they had made a new application. Did not receive any initimation or written proof of the new application.

6. Also the 24 hrs call centre is not functional after 7 in the evening.

7. I think there are some TRAI regulations wherein broadband connection should be given 15 days within booking.

I am rajamanickam from periyanaickenpalayam, Coimbatore. My land line no is[protected].
I have applied broad band connection on 10.10.2009 and also i have remitted amount. at the time of connection i was assured to give within 10 days. So far i have not given connection.

Please take action immediately.

I have a broadband connection with phone no.[protected] and am a Government employee and have submitted CERTIFICATE on 20.08.2009 regarding (20% discount on Broad Band connection). But on bill period 01/08/2009 to 31/08/2009 (Bill Number & Date:[protected]/09/2009) there was no discount/adjustment regarding 20% discount for Government Employee for Broadband connection.

Hence, in this regard i request the kind authority to look into the matter for serious negligence in the matter.

I am really fedup about indian railways IRCTC online ticket reservation,i am trying to book the ticket for past 4 days in takal quota,but every time i am getting service unavailable,every day i am sitting in my computer from 8 AM to 9.30 AM, but no use,...i dont understand why this option is given by govt? every one is knows all the tickets are getting booked by the agent from the help of railway employee in the counter and also they are getting good commission. Then why online booking option is given?Please ask the govt to remove the option.

hi all i found the evidence of my account usage & plan effective date on[protected]. now i got another problem i used 2 GB in the month of June 2009 till 12th june 09, from 13th june it seems chargeable unit exceeded the plan under 500c (limited to 1.5 GB) now i leave my INTERNET entire month. :(. This is very irritable. They activated 500 c plan after i found complaint against them.

but some of the people in bsnl office really want to help me. They are lower level staffs. Thanks for them.

I convert my BSNL mobile number [protected], pripaid number to postpaid due to the transfer in j&k. I port my number from pripaid to postpaid on 8/09/2017 but I was surprised and shocked to got phone call on 13/09/2017 from BSNL office that you bill is around 8000 rs and you please submit some amount immediately. And the number was just barred on 16/09/2017 without any intimation.Know one more suprise was waiting for me, when got a bill around 13000 rs from 08/09/2017 to 30/09/2017 .It seems totally fruad billing from BSNL office . i am using nokia E71 handset and i have 249rs plan activated on my mobile but when i access internet through mobile according to them speed should be minnimun10kb/sec but i am getting 1kb/sec similar is case wen i connect my laptop through it according 2 them speed should be 100kb/sec but i m getting sometimes 2kb or 5kb or usually there is timeout as a result much time and money are wasted and customer care says there may b technical fault or reinsert sim or select connection manually scan phone and pc or delete and order new settings but all failed so as it is a govt company and it should not make such a bad impression on people in this comparison airtel service is good and they keep thir words also at the time of activation they asked me 2 come 2 offiice and give a applicaion which is bad service

we are using 325 plan with 299 (Blackberry) - Postpaid.For the month of Jan 10 we have received bill amt Rs 6814/-.Really shocking. What I want to know is if creidt is for Rs 1200/- how you have allowed till we reach above amt. In other Network the phone gets disconnected when the customer crosses the creidt amount. More over we are new coustmer (using from Nov 09).

And if no provision for downloading and have browsed and downloaded. Please give details of what we have downloaded. As this connection is given from our company, the higher authority is asking details of what actually is downloaded.

BSNL — after paymem mobile not reacharge

my father mobile number is [protected].i was reacharge on 19 june online which transaction number TXT[protected], AFTER REACHARGE MOBILE TILL NOT REACHARGE.IWAS COMPLAIN IN CUSTOMER CARE BUT HE IS NOT TAKE ACTION.PLS GIVE ME JUDGMENT

My telephone is disconnected. I have gone to Jayanagar 4th block exchange several times and Informed Mr.Nagesh about the same and he said he would address it but nothing has been done so far. Also, my wife and aged mother went to the exchange, but to no avail.

I do not know how this can be resolved now. I do not have any pending bills; in fact I paid an additional amount for last month broadband bill which was not even generated by BSNL

I have already spent a lot of time and money on this and it will be great if someone can address this issue.

BSNL BROADBAND SERVICE — DELAY IN PROVIDING BROAD BAND CONNECTION

I HAVE APPLIED FOR BROAD BAND CONNECTION FOR MY TELEPHONE NO[protected] ABOUT THREE WEEKS BACK BUT TILL DATE THE SAME HAS NOT BEEN PROVIDED. ON QUIRY IT IS CURTLY REPLIED THAT IT MAY TAKE A MONTH. THEN WHY BSNL MAKE ALL SORT OF TALL CLAIMS

BSNL/ Broadband Connection — Incorrect Billing and Non-working of Broad Band Connection

An ADSL modem (C2110) was handed over to me on 22/08/2008. Installation was not done by the person, who came to hand over the modem.

Not being informed by BSNLregarding activation of BB, I lodged a written complaint on 4th Sept. 2008. BSNL office informed me about the user id & password on that day (4th Sept 2008) while receiving the complaint.
My land line[protected] was out of order during that time and was restored on 10th Sept, 2008. On 11th Sept 2008 I first login and since then I am facing problem.

Problems are:

1) BSNL raised a bill adding BB charge for the month of Aug'08. I issued a letter to Area Manager marking copy to CGM and DF. No reply received till date. I will deduct the broad BAnd charge Rs. 750=00 from the bill and send the payment to Ministry if I don't receive any reply from BSNL Kolkata by 25th Sept. 2008. This is already being informed to all concerned.

2) Broad Band connection is still out of order as the modem fails to negotiate with the exchange. Link failing after each 1 - to - 5 mins. I talk to BSNL office almost every day, but with no concrete solution till date. The power LED of the MODEM is not glowing while the other LEDs are doing necessary function. Link LED stabilses and after few mins. starts blinking.

I don't know when the connection will get stable. I am sure BSNL will again send a bill for Sept'08, when the problem is yet to be set right. I will not pay any amount for the month of Sept'08, if the problem is not resolved by 72 hrs as per BSNL guideline.
