Dear concerned,

I would like to remind you of my new telephone connection[protected] in sec-29, faridabad.The connection has not been activated from the last 4 days despite repeated follow up with sec-29 faridabad BSNL office.Also it is very rare that their office phone rings up.Often it comes like " the no.[protected] is not reachable.How come can the number be not reachable.And even if it is why don't you people rectify this problem so that we the general public can atleast call up for the status.It is just the beginning, i am really afraid about the future service.

I am Alok Gupta applied for a new broadband connection 25 days back (1st August) for ballabgarh faridabad. And I have visited to BSNL faridbad(sec -6) office three times but it has not provided to me so far. I am completely disagreed from this BSNL broadband service. And if the services would be provided in the same manner then nobody would want to have services from such service provider beacause Broadband means 24 hours services. Plz get it done ASAP. And contact me as below number if required.

My Phone number is[protected].Since last two months the phone is not working properly. suddenly it gets dead for 20 minutes, after that it starts working properly and also broadband internet services is not very good as well. Internet connection gets disconnected any instant of time. We have callled BSNL Faridabad office several times but all in vain. No action has been taken against this.

Please let me know if you are unable to take any action against this then shall we discontinue the BSNL service?

Please instead of calling and asking about issue, send any of your employee and resolve this issue asap. Hoping for an early action.

BSNL — DELAY IN PHONE CONNECTION ACTIVATION

THIS IS IN REFERENCE TO SHIFTING OF MY EXISTING LANDLINE (NO[protected] CONNECTION TO SECTOR -21D FROM SECTOR 46.
THE ORDER WAS ISSUED ON 04.09.2010 STATING CHANGE OF NUMBER AS 2460072. IT IS NOW 12 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE OF ORDER, DESPITE OF REGULAR FOLLOW-UP WITH BSNL OFFICIALS CONNECTION IS NOT YET ACTIVATED. IT IS THE SHAME ON BSNL SERVICES.
had applied for broadband connection my lead id is "HRFAR[protected]" your Mr. Ramkishan had come to my residence around 10 days back and taken the advance, security etc but 10 dyas have passed since and no one has come to install the connection, Simply shameful, it takes around 30 days to get a broad band connection...sounds like a joke!!!

    there is continous call from this BSNL [protected] and using abusive language aginst my friend.after continous request also this user doesnt stop calling all time of the day.

    Some body is using the China Mobile and calling me from the number [protected] and talking with me in ladies tone.There is a setting of talking as ladies tone in that China Mobile Hand set. Not only me but also he had done this with a lot of people. Is there is no solution of it? Or we people will suffer because of China Model Sets.Please look in this matter urgent.

          Hi,

          I am Jimins from cochin . I have a bsnl land phone ([protected], under chelad exchange, kothamangalam) since 1992, this phone is out of order in last three months . I had given many complaints for this, but the responsible persons did not take necessory actions and their behavior is too bad too. So if i will not get any better help then I am forced to reject my land phone . I am forwarding the same complaint to all the otherways.

            I D.Laxman Rao Age 59yrs belongs from Hyderabad City residing in DD Colony. On 13th June 2009 We had booked IPTV Connection Application Number : 008610 of BSNL(MYWAY) Product from SMART DIGIVISION PVT LTD, Hyderabad DSA OF BSNL. We paid them Cheque Amt: Rs1, 500/- and as per their Words Installation will be done by 19th June 09. They even told me that if we are not happy with the Connection they will refund that amount in two days. But till today there is no Connection nor they are refunding my amount.

            My Cheque got realised and My Payment Details as Follows.

            Chq Amt: Rs1, 500/-(In words:One Thousand Five Hundred ONly)

            I agree with your opinion. Smart Digivision pvt ltd. should have to inform the subscribers the status. Should keep up confidence of the subscribers.

            I am also a subscriber to the IPTV BSNL SMART DIVISION PVT LTD proposal. My appln No.008671 paid Rs.1, 500 through cheque No.103115 dt.20.06.2009, on Andhra Bank, Venkatapuram br (W), Sec.bad.

            I hope they will respond positively as early as possible.

            I have a member of your company just myway 9bsnl iptv services) from 31 july 2009 already I have paid initially amt of rs 1000 by my sb act chq no 910818 of syndicate bank dated 29 july 2009 as your receipt no 018789 . 2 days after 0n 3rd augst chanle is not work properly that’s why I telephone concern person of myway . there is assure me today it will be ok but on 4 rth there is no any technitoin and any responsibale person came than after I have sent sms to that concern person on 5 th augst at 8.16 am ( with already ‘sent’ massage ) I have proof about it than on 6th augst morning I tele to concern people so he told me that you r not at home on 5 th augst but I said him already I send a message to you about my complain in that matter I spacify that on 5 th agust a will go out of station so you will com on 6th augst so I tele him on today morng he told me techn will come afternoon, but there is not at all comes than I telephone him at 6.40 pm that time he told me technitian will come after one hour but there is not at all result than I tele him at 9.30 pm there is not properly reply also reply with rought language so I have cont yor mrkt officer MR BINOY SHAH he told me in same language he told me why r u not concern me on 3 augst so I told him pl disconnect my connection and stope my above chq payment so he told me so you contect our customer care and closed your connection .

            i too have the same problem. i booked for myway iptv on 19/7/09 for rs.1500/- it has been 2 months and no one has responded to me. if they have a problem, they must let us know it. i hope they get to us soon and do justice to our money
            I think the list looks end less... There seem to be a lot of customers who have paid the MyWay guys and are still waiting. I have spoken to these guys number of times and they told me that they will complete the installation by 31st of August.

            I got a call from them on the 26th of August and they told me that they will install it the next day and indeed they turned up on the 27th.

            They verified a lot of stuff and told me that the iptv will work in my place. As I am using a very old modem (I took the BSNL broadband connection when it was launched in hyderabad) they told me that they will bring a modem with multiple ports and replace my modem and then install the iptv and this would be done on the 28th of August.

            But till date, no one has turned up and my calls are going unanswered. Wondering if I can do some thing legally against these folks.

            DIGIVISION - IPTV CONNECTION — DELAY IN CONNECTION

            As per the advt given and the information centre at BSNL, Puducherry, I had applied for IPTV conenction thru BSNL being provided by DIGIVISION and paid an amount of Rs.1500/- vide ICICI
            Chq No.020974 dated 11.7.2009 vide application Ref. 010899. I was assured of the connection within 15 days. Now more than 2 months, connection has not been given. The cheque has been realised as per my bank statement. Frequent followup with the Sales Executive in vain.

            Request immedaite installation of IPTV or refund of my Cheque immediately.

            One representative from Smart digivision (Kolkata wing) on my doorstep, offered for an IPTV connection. After making all negotiation, I agreed to have a connection in my TV set and filled up the form of willingness along with a A/c payee cheque No 498684 amounting to Rs. 1500/- of dated[protected] of State Bank Of India Sheoraphuli branch.
            They told me over phone that the IPTV connection will be installed within 10 working days. But nothing installation made by them, whereas the said cheque had already been cleared on[protected]. In this way after no reply, I talked to BSNL authority and they informed me that there is no infrastructure in my area at present to connect with IPTV.
            Very well MERA India.
            However, my asking is that, the sole distributer of the said connection is BSNL only.
            How they have issued the stipulated (printed) form with BSNL monogram to the Agents of such area where there is no infrastructure to connect with.?
            Knowing very well about the said connectivity, why Smart Digivision Pvt. Ltd(myway) collected the said cheque from me and cleared it as well.? They must return my money.
            Today is 30th. september, till date, no response for money back.
            What am I to do?

            Same here. Looks like a big fraud is going on. [censored]ing who ever took that money dies in hell.
            it MY Way boss they behave like their way, as a customer we dont know where to go and whom to speak,
            but one day this frustration will go up and then these buggers will get tit for tat. these government undertaking company employees will never understand customer value and its importance. that is why govt is proposing privatisation of these service companies, anyway I am also poor victim of bsnl iptv. thank you for welcoming in this group
            MyWay IPTV service is a big crap. its services are extremely unsatisfactory. response is utterly poor.
            i had subscribed for it . Quite often the transmission wouldn't work. it used to take ages to get it rectified. being fed up i decided to cancel the service and applied for the disconnection more than 2 months back. but to date they have not refunded my money despite very regular follow-up with their gurgaon office at their stated dates. everytime someone would pick up and say please wait for a few more days. and nothing happens. there is no way to contact any responsible official of the company. I don't know why they are afraid of customer queries. they hide behind call centre barrier. the call centre would have no answers and would only give streotype reply 'please wait'. further the marketing people told me that my 1500/- less 150/- will be refunded on cancellation within 3 months. but now i am told they would refund only 1000/-. that i would call cheating and hoodwinking public by the sales people/company. even that money (1000/- )they are not refunding. i don't know if they want to cheat me out of that amount also.now i don't advice anyone to go in for the MyWay/IPTV connection .
            THE MYWAY IPTV TELECALLERS ARE CHEATERS TO THE CONSUMERS AND THE TELECALLERS ARE CHEATED BY MYWAY IPTV OFFICIALS FOR TRAINING THEM IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY SHOULD NOT TELL THE ADDRESSES OF THE OFFICE WHERE IT IS SITUATED.
            I HAVE GIVEN THE CHEQUE FOR Rs. 1500/- TO MR.SHANTI SWAROOP ON 19.11.2009 FOR THE CONNECTION OF IPTV.MISS.SWETHA HAS CALLED ME FROM[protected] AND SAID THAT THEY WILL DEPOSIT THE CHEQUE ONLY AFTER THREE MONTHS OF MY USAGE OF THE IPTV CONNECTION.
            BUT THEY HAVE DEPOSITED THE CHEQUE ON THE VERY NEXT DAY ITSELF AND THE AMOUNT WAS DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT ON 25.11.2009.TILL DATE THEY HAVE NOT INSTALLED THE CONNECTION AND I ASKED TO CANCEL THE CONNECTION OVER PHONE.

            I can understand your problem, but to get your refund back you will have to take some hard step.
            Lodge a complaint in District consumer cour with giving all the details, and your communication with them.
            Ask for Refund along with Interest and a compensastion from them.

            As soon you will lodge a complain, they will get notice from District consumer court and withing 1-2 you will get your refund cheque, but don't let them go, fight for interest and compansation.
            You will not have to pay a single pie to lodge complain in District consumer forum.court.

            i have aplplied to myway services in august, 09, I opted to postpaid connection according to myway sales team the billing amount will have been clubbed with BSNL monthly bill,
            but in reality the myway asked me to recharge it every month, there are more and more bad service exeperience, so I decided to disconnect myway services in sep, 09 and asked them to refund the amount.

            I used a radical approach to get the local Management's attention. Mr. VS Narasimhan who is the Territory Sales Manager personally dropped by and spent half an hour with me trying to understand the various problems that his sales team is encountering and promised me that he will plug some of the communication gaps that exist within. I even gave him a print out of this webpage that had complaints from so many of you and he promised me that he will speak to each one of you to address the problems soon.

            He was kind enough to personally process my refund cheque owing to the problems that they are facing from BSNL (which is delaying the connection). He personally dropped by to my office this morning and handed me a cheque.

            Being a very happy and satisfied customer of BSNL and DataOne for many years, I subscribed for BSNL IPTV in November, 2009 when I was offered a 3 month free trial by BSNL. I paid Rs.1500 in cheque which I was told will be refunded if I wish to cancel my IPTV subscription anytime in these 3 month period. I thought it was an offer from BSNL and didn’t know it involved a third party called “MyWay”.

            Eventhough most of the reviews here about BSNL IPTV were negetive, advicing me not to go for it, I opted for this only because: Firstly it was free for 3 months to try, Secondly I would get my old Dataone modem (Type-I with only one USB and one RJ-45 slot) exchanged for a new Type-II modem(4 RJ-45 slots and wireless) for Rs. 400 extra.

            My plight with MyWay:
            1. In Nov 2009, MyWay executive came very promptly to collect the cheque on the same day I called for IPTV. This is the only time they responded promptly. I filled and signed on the application form, and also another form requesting for replacement of my old modem with Type-II modem agreeing to pay the difference amount of Rs.400.
            2. Wrong commitment: I was misinformed by this MyWay executive that
            a) installation will take 4 days,
            b) the cheque I gave will be encashed after 3 months, only if I wish to continue the subscription beyond the free 3 months period, and only after taking my phone consent
            c) the difference amount of Rs. 400 for modem replacement will be reflected in my BSNL bill and I can pay them.
            3. After a week, I called MyWay customer care, and I was told that it will take one -two weeks. I asked for cancellation of my a/c . But, surprisingly my cheque was encashed on the same day I called (on 25th Nov 2009 SBI Chq.No.294272 encashed for Rs.1, 500.00).
            4. On 27th Nov 2009(Complaint No. 0001) I called your customer care to know the status of my cancellation, I was told that my cheque is encashed and they got the money, but there is some problem with financial dept. and so my connection can’t be installed. My amount will be refunded in a month. I got angry, but I could do nothing but wait for my refund.
            5. Since then, I was waiting for my refund. But surprisingly on 12th Dec 2009 MyWay technician came for installation and installed IPTV with new Set-top box using our old Type-I modem which has only one LAN port. He didn’t get the Type-II modem though I signed the form for modem replacement with new Type-II unit, on the very first day. So, now we can’t have internet and IPTV both simultaneously. I now have either internet or IPTV any one at a given time. I being a software executive, I can’t disconnect my internet. So, IPTV is as good as not installed. He promised for Type-II modem in 4 days.
            6. On repeated calling, on 5th Jan 2010 (after one more month) Type-II modem was delivered at my home by some BSNL lineman. But, to my surprise, I am told that I’ll be charged an amount of Rs.1600 for this modem rather than the difference Rs.400 as promised earlier.

            Seeing all these prolonged delay, wrong commitments, and misinformation from customer care, I got thoroughly discouraged by Myway service and decided to get rid of Myway service and take my refund money Rs.1500.
            7. On 5th Feb, 2010 I called Myway customer care and requested for cancellation of my service. I was told to email a request for cancellation to [protected]@myway.in, and I’ll be getting a confirmation call from them soon. I mailed a detailed request for cancellation mentioning all the agony I have experienced.
            8. On 12th Feb, 2010, having got no calls from Myway, I called them to know the status. I was told that they don’t have access to check emails and they need to raise a request for cancellation. So, my cancellation request was given on 12th Feb Req No. 0003
            9. On 15th Feb, Myway fellow called me and asked for recharging my a/c. They don’t even know that I asked for cancellation. He asked the reason, I explained him all the story and also told that I’ve been charged Rs.1600 for the modem by BSNL. He said he’ll be mailing a letter to my email and I need to show that at BSNL office to get the refund and also asked if he could send anyone for collecting the recharge amount. I said first let me get modem amount refunded. As expected, the email never came and I had to pay the BSNL bill with late charges waiting for his mail.
            10. On 19th March, 2010 I called Myway to know the status of termination. Ahmed escalated my issue and said in maximum 1 week they'll take the setup box and return the refund amount as cheque in 3-7days.

            11. On 3 April 2010: I called Myway and talked to Nikhil. He said he’ll forward the issue on priority basis. I made it clear that I have completely lost faith in Myway and that they have to give a post-dated cheque for the refund before I handover the set-top box to them.

            Amazing service was with some mr raja and he could not solve my problem, he said your cheque is showing collected but dont know why it is suspened, pls email scanned copy of your cheque, i told him i dont have email access and scanner, still he insisted in me doing a mail, i told him again i dont have a mail access right now, he disconnected the phone by saying thankyou.

            I am surprised by this behaviour of myway ip tv, i will put this on all the possible consumer blogs and will save them from this harrasment.

            IPTV Digivision (BSNL) — Default on all commitments

            I am the one suffering as all the people who have complaints for the same company.

            I have got the IP TV installed at my home day before yesterday with many commitments as Full refund if you are not satisfied within 48 hrs, a second tv can be run on the same connection, better quality of service etc, but all are just fake....

            No commitment stood when I wanted the company to take off connection.

            I applied for 249 connection but got the feedback that the connection is 444 monthly, my complaint was registered as 0001 for correctiong the same to 249. Again when I called the salesman, the feedback was that it should be 249 otherwise he will correct the same.

            Again I lodged a complaint after consulting salesman that single port modem can be given with TV in place of same modem being used for Broadband and the TV. The complaint no was again 0001. This complaint was completed without a confirmation by the customer ie me.

            For cancelling the connection, the refund promise failed as the customer care executive directly negated the same. Even the salesman stopped taking my phone call and keeps on cancelling it.

            It is my serious request not to go for the same. This company fails to honour a single commitment they make.

            I am one of the IPTV victim. It worked only few hours after installation. It is almost 3 years story. I want my money with interest. I made several calls to their Hyderabad office and also send the mail to their head office at Gurgaon. They want their modem back first and after one week they want send the cheque. But I am demanding them to come with a cheque for the amount I paid with interest to hand over the modem. This is going on last one year or so.               BSNL — Not getting new phone connection

              About 1.5 years ago Krishnapur (Calcutta telephones) area manager asked me to wait for 1 year to get a new connection. But till now no actions has been taken. Shame on BSNL services.

There in telephone exchange an employee his name is Nandram behaved me very rudely.He gave me threat to get me out of the room where he was sitting in .He spoke very hot words to me .I got feared because i did not know how to deal with an goverment employee in such situation so i did not speak anything to him and went back home.When i was standing there I noticed that he was behaving with everyone very rudely.he was not kind to anyone. But there was a nice employer there . He helped me very much.

              BSNL — Delay in getting new broadband connection with new phone connection

              I have approached the BSNL person for getting new broad band connection.
              I have approached him and gave advance of Rs 500 two months back.
              After 25 days they have given reference number for that process.
              Two months passed away.Every week we are approaching the BSNL office for getting new connection.But they are saying that due to insufficient cable to give connection they are not able to give the connection

              The cable may be insufficient for one week or two week.But how come it is insufficient for more than 2 months? If so why BSNL persons are getting RS 500 advance.I have waited for more than 2 months.I just got simply tension only.

              This is Pradeep. Even I am facing the same problem. Its been more than two months and I haven't availed BSNL landline/broadband connection. I have payed 500rs towards advance and roaming around BSNL office asking them when will I get the connection.

              The answer they give is Cable Problem for my area.

              They are not even able to tell, when they are solving this cable problem. Until now I felt having a BSNL connection you will privileged, but after the harrowing time with BSNL I feel to get a BSNL connection you should be privileged.

              As a last effort I am putting this message here if somebody looks into this issue and resolves.

              Sir i have given the fee 500/- rupees at BSNL mela for the telephone and broadband connections on March 6, they gave me registration form and told to keep with us and they also told " telephone connection will be given in two days" but still i have not got any confirmations from BSNL.               My telephone number is 22262105. I have both phone & broadband service. Both were out of order since 15th Sep 2011 after multiple visits to your office and complaints, only recently it got solved (17th Dec 2011). However phone worked only for few days; broadband connectivity is not available most part of the day and speed also very poor. for the past one week phone is completely dead, and net connectivity some time available in the early morning between 7:00am to 8:30am..

              Since my office location is too far from my home, I depend on my broadband to do my regular work at home. For the last four months your service become useless and it is only adding frustration. I'm a pro government, very much interested to support government organization like bsnl. hope you will understand the consumers need and provide satisfactory service.

              BSNL broadband connection in Medavakkam is really very bad.
              BSNL broad band connection is really a worst one. They never answer to any calls. Why are they paid and what are they paid for? Are they paid to sleep at office? If they cant provide service to the customers why do they have one? We didnt get any reply for the new connection for the past 2 months, when asked for an update through customer care they replied that they are still checking for feasibility... Will it take 2 months?
              Please never choose BSNL service ever... non responsible person who are paid for sleeping..

To my shock i have received a bill of over 23000 for march months o[censored]sage. so i came to bsnl kodambakkam office and i made complaint i don't have any copy of that so till now their is no response from their side .i am very sure that their is some mistake on that bill because we will never use 23GB for a month its an home PC we not been using it for commercial purpose.so till there is no response please make some action on my complaint.

                  BSNL — Broadband Billing Issue

                  We are having an internet broadband connection from BSNL for the past 1 and 1/2 years under Home 500 plan. Right from the day of connection, we were not able to check our account usage thru their site. We will be able to login to the site, when we try to check the usability it will say as "Unauthorised user". For this month our, internet bill alone has come to around 2, 550 Rs. We were shocked. How can they do it without our knowledge? Even if they changed it, even in Home combo 500, 2-8am is a free download time. The customer care is not giving a proper reply for this. I want the excess amount to be corrected and wants a new updated bill to be sent to my address.

                  I have been using BSNL Dataone Broadband for the last 5 years, and I have always appreciated its performance and even recommended to many of my friends and relatives. Of late, I am facing a big concern that my normal hours usage (Plan 500; Normal Usage = 2.5 GB; Night Free 2 am to 8 am) has exceeded the limit, even though I have not downloaded during this time. Every day, around 400 mb is being downloaded from 1.20 am to 2.00 am. I have complained online as well as through phone, but so far no action has been taken. So far my broadband billing alone has crossed Rs. 1500/-. With still 14 more days left in this month, I could not imagine what the final bill amount could be.

                  Therefore, I request the authorities to swiftly act and provide a solution for my problem.

                  Although officially the internet connection was given to me on 01.07.09, but due to service disruption the service could not be utilized, the local exchange was repeatedly contacted & they attended, replacing the modem & restore the service after 10th. After that, a problem cropped up in the CPU, which finally rectified on 23rd. meanwhile, I was out of station for 10 days & my computer was not utilized. Unfortunately, the BB utilized bill came & it was not only exorbitant but also unrealistic.

                  I therefore, seek your personal intervention to find out the reason of such ghost billing & giving me the justice.

                  I am also thinking to discontinue this BB facility along with my land line privilege if satisfactory action is not taken.

                  Bill for the month of February'10 contains the usage of January 31st but in the bill its clearly stated that the bill is from 1/02/2010 to 28/02/2010. Now since they have added up previous months usage my broadband usage limit has exceeded and they have charged me extra cash to pay for the current month. This is ridiculous.

(Sulabh charges RS.99/-, Broadband Security Rs.299/-, Installation charges RS.250/- plus taxes etc).Since installation charges were waived till 31.03.2013.the amount Rs 250/- may please be adjusted in the next bill.

                        For which a work order was issued on 19.05.09 by Commercial officer (S) Coimbatore to Kurich (Sundarapuram area) Telephone Exchange. Inspite of several contacts/reminders, so far my connection was not executed.

                        For which, I have sent a compliant to PGM/ BSNL Coimbatore by REGISTERED POST on 17.06.2009.

                        and registered a compliant in BSNL site also on 23.06.09.

                        So far no reply or activation of my landline.

                        It is very pathedic situation the connection was not resumed even after one month.

                        I face very much difficulty without Landline connection with broad band.

                        Kindly do the needful.

                          i have been complaining about my broadband connection from last three days at bsnl office 34 chandigarh but no action has been taken by them .they always give me a complaint number but no one comes to correct the connection.my broadband is not working at its normal speed and is getting turned off automatically .please help me in this regard i cannot download anything properly at night due to this thing and my daily usage is also suffering from this fact.

                            I have earlier filed a similar complaint against BSNL and much to dismay the service has been poor since then. I am trying to recharge my prepaid mobile through the online BSNL site WWW.BSNL.CO.IN and it says that the mobile has been recharged and money debited in my account but 10 hrs or so hence my mobile still isnt recharged...why then a site like this??? I can buy a recharge coupon by that time!!!

                            Sir, I have saral ananth scheme of mobile no.[protected], it was recharged in time on 10th July, 2009 with Serial No. of Rs.225/[protected], the amount was added to the old amount but the grace period was not extended. so this reason I have asked the customercare they told that you have to recharge special voucher for anant re-activation. As per rules of saral ananth scheme, I have recharged in time but they are not extended the grace period and they told that you have to recharge another coupon but this was also done by me on 30th July, 2009 with Sr.No.[protected].                               Below are my BSNL connection details:

                              Model type : 1) ADSL with wifi 2) Normal ADSL

                              1st time I wrote when there were issues in getting my BSNL broadband working when new line was taken. Now after 1.5 month after that I have again an issues with same broadband connection.

                              Again I have problem with internet again.Internet gets disconnected every 10 minutes. This problem is raised since one month

                              For the above number, i have raised complained with BSNL since last one month. I have been trying to get this working till date but no success yet. I am only paying rent from my pocket which is helping only BSNL and not me.

                              I had different responses from different people of BSNL.

                              1) Area Managaer (Babi) tell this is line problem and will be be solved by July 10, 2009 approximately. I had met him personally on July 04, 2009.

                              2) Lineman (Mr. Bhupati) came to home to solve this for many times. As per him he says he has solved all problems, line is fine and all. But still the problem persists. On July 6, 2009 he comes and says it is not working with my modem. It works with BSNL modem. Infact he was person who had setup same modem when new line was taken. It was working fine. I have two modems both of which were working fine with Other service provider like Airtel.

                              Not sure is it just a way to get out of problem or not ?

                              3) Besides this I am in touch with Mr. Nageshappa, Mr. Manohar and Mrs. Malini

                              Can you please help me in getting this problem isolated and solved, because all time i talk to people they have their own execuses for internet not working.

                              I was able to use connection only 15 days since the time i have taken connection. I am unnecessary paying rental. Besides these i have to run around here and there to get problem solved.

                              So last option i have is to approcah you. Hope you would be able to help me in the solving problem.

                              If it does not solve, I will have to go to consumer court and cancel connection.

                                  I have been a subscriber of BSNL DataOne Broadband for a couple of years. I recently shifted to another location and requested BSNL to transfer their services to the new address. I have been provided with a new landline number (Guwahati 2203566 under their Zoo Road jurisdiction). Ever since this new number was provided to me about a month ago, I have been/am having nightmares in transacting business throught the Internet due to frequent link failure. My complaints to all concerned in BSNL within my area have yeilded no positive results. No one in BSNL seems to know what to do.

                                  If this is the 'broadband' service BSNL boasts of, I would advise new subscribers to look before they leap and take their offer with a pinch of salt.

                                  Hope the higher ups in BSNL are 'listening' and take appropriate action to alleviate the problems of their customers promptly and efficiently.

                                  BSNL/DATAONE — frequent failures

                                  my teleno is [protected] at RKPURAM, SEC'BAD-500056. the service rendered by the tel deptt is pathetic . The telephone is noisy . iF I COMPLAIN THE TELE GOES DEAD. and goes the BROAND BAND ALONGWITH IT . when shall these people be more enthusiastic / responsive and efficient?
                                  I am also having the same problem of frequent disconnections, but I have seen that when I keep the phone engaged, i.e. keep the receiver of the phone lifted, the problem will be gone. Hope this helps you.

                                    respected sir/madam
                                    i am a saral annant prepaid customer.
                                    presently i have free sms balance which was recharged from the RS 23 free sms voucher.
                                    the message validity ends on 18th july!
                                    but during someday when i am sending sms to some kolkata cell phones, RS 1 is being deducted from my main balance, per message.
                                    i complained about this problem several times to the kolkata bsnl customer care centre but no steps have been taken till now!
                                    I hope you would do the needful and solve the problem as latest as possible!

                                    hi,
                                    I am using BSNL vennela plus plan,
                                    When i message my friends 2 sms's are going. i.e. original+duplicate message.

                                    I was requested customer care for solution. They said, messages->settings->sending options-> service center '[protected]'.
                                    Remove this service center. clear it. Now restart. put the same number.

                                    I did the same. But i was unable to put "+" sign. because it doesn't giving me option to put "+". so i entered "[protected]".

                                    Now no sms is going.
                                    In my phone's display there is one item found 'Cell one error' what is this. Please send the detailed description. I am using Excel Saral Anand plan
