Broadband not working..every 10 minutes lines gets disconnected

Below are my BSNL connection details:
My BSNL Number:[protected]
Phone Instrument: Owned
Modem Instrument : Owned
Model type : 1) ADSL with wifi 2) Normal ADSL

1st time I wrote when there were issues in getting my BSNL broadband working when new line was taken. Now after 1.5 month after that I have again an issues with same broadband connection.

Again I have problem with internet...

Frequent link failure

I have been a subscriber of BSNL DataOne Broadband for a couple of years. I recently shifted to another location and requested BSNL to transfer their services to the new address. ERROR IN SENDING SMS

respected sir/madam
i am a saral annant prepaid customer.
presently i have free sms balance which was recharged from the RS 23 free sms voucher.
the message validity ends on 18th july!
but during someday when i am sending sms to some kolkata cell phones, RS 1 is being deducted from my main balance, per message.
i complained about this problem several times to the kolkata bsnl customer care centre but no...

change in the name of phone holder

i got my landline[protected]telephone connection in july 2008, due to the printing mistake my name was changed from hemant kumar mishra to hemani kumar mishra. I filled complaint to bsnl office(bhadewa exchange, lucknow) but they are not taking any action despite written applications...please help me to get the name chnaged......

forced levy of charges

i m using bsnl prepaid sim card
i requested for a callertune several timess and wants to cancel the previous one
but each time the company is sending me msg containing invalid msg or code ...
i had recharged mine simcard yesterday with 100 rupees
now its ony 60 without any use or provide of services from bsnl...
they r charging 2 rupees for each sms and each time msg becomes invalid and the caller tune...

Phone is dead

Phone is dead since 24th June09. I have made a complin on 198 and doket number is 63024. Also inform to respective area supervisor. But no response even after several folloups. Bills are submiited regulary without any delay.
As no respnose from supervisor end i made a call at DGM udaipur office and also inform them personally. But still phone is not working.
Please let me know what i have to in this case....

low browsing and no downloading speed

I have bought HUAWEI EC325 CDMA data card NIC(USB) CARD in the first week of march 2009. Firstly, browsing speed 1 to 1.5 kbs and downloading speed is same. Manytimes speed comes down to bytes per second....

Telephone going out of order regularly

The ring tone of my telephone no. 2768301 installed in Chiranjeev Vihar Ghaziabad often goes off. GPRS Not Working

I have subscribed the BSNL GPRS service by sending sms. It was activated and i got all the settings for MMS, GPRS, WAP. But it rock for 10 min. After that I was unable to connect to internet on my phone and laptop too.

What kind of hellish services are provided by Govt. Division....
