land line 2549228 not working

dear sir,
this is regarding our telephone landline2549228(udupi district patla exchange), this phone is not working since 15 days, we have complained so many times regarding this on phone to all the officers including DIVISIONAL ENGINNER, every one of them are pointing each other, but absolutely no response.
i never expected this way of service from BSNL, we where thinking that they are providing good service, but now absolutely...

Excess charge

I have a BSNL Mobile prepaid connection of 249 plan( My no. : [protected]) where calls to BSNL mobile within Kolkata is to be charged @Rs. 0.05/min . But whenever I am making a call to BSNL mobile nos. they are charging me @Rs. 0.20/min. I raised a complaint to the customer care but they told me that this is a network problem and would not happen next time (so they did not provide me with a complain no., Person attended my call was Mr....

BSNL Landline is dead

The BSNL Land line Connection at Purva Panorma, Kalena Agrahara, Bannergatta road is dead atleast 15 - 20 days in a month.

The customer support at IIM BSNL exchange, bannergatta road are not taking this matter seriously, even after repeated complaints. Unfortunatly we have to pay the rent for the whole month.

Could you please do the needful.

respected madam/sir
i was the user of nic card usb that issued on 19-03-09 but at present i am using landline broad band connection from 21-04-09 so i want to reuturn the card but office people refused to accept, they told your bill for the card is not available .It has been one month passed i m sending here n there and nobody ready to hear me.So I very kindly request to you please sort out my problem because I am charging unnecessary...

i nand kishore poddar resident of bihar bhagalpur, holding telephone no.[protected] has broadband connection, which is not woring from last two months. i has complained about in telephone office but no action has been taken place till date. i have all my bills on time.

network

I am TULSI KUMAR SHARMA mobile no.[protected]. nearlly before 7 days, bsnl network not working properlly at roaming. i am facing so many problem to bsnl connection. there is not out going only incoming. when i call to anyone displaying error in network connection. i said many time to bsnl customer care but they are unable to solve my problem. i am totally fedup to bsnl connection. i faced 6th time this type of problem.plese help......

myself Sushil Kumar singh a customer who has gone to buy a vanity no[protected] from Patna Office of BSNL.. on 5th of March 2009. SDE Commercial IMPCS has taken Rs Six Thousand Three hundred Nine only through Demand Note No 90 at CTO, BLDG Patna and give me a SIM Card No[protected].and recipt.
BUT till today my vanity no[protected] hasn't been activated. I have in touch with the officials but...

phone out of order

I have recently taken New Connectionfor BSNLat No.23534345, its hardly a month i got the Bill, but the Phone is not working, its dead from almost three weeks, recently my son had a very high fever and it was almost a life and death experience. This house without a ph. is very inconvient, is the service of BSNL, HOW WILL I RELY FOR FURTHER SERVICES from the company....

Sir, my mobile number is [protected] and I'm unable to send text messages because when i do so then mobile shows "Check operator service". I have also checked the mobile center number but still the problem has been not resolved....

no network

dear sir,

i am using a bsnl mobile network. i get full signal but then too i cant speak. no:[protected]. i have 11 cug connection all are facing the same problem. i have chenge many hanset bcoz of this problem. but its no use. i request u to take a serious action on this complaint. i pay rs.8000+ as my monthly bill but its no use. i dont find worth to pay so much money for such a bad network

Customer care not reachable

Hi,
I got a BSNL Prepaid card 2 days before from Kalyan and activated ACT 12 plan, as we can enjoy all calls in 50ps per minute but unfortunately I found the service is very poor as compared to Private sector telecom service providers. I have suffered for below problems.

1. When ever I am trying to call any number (STD/Non STD/Any Network) I am getting msg "Network busy", At least you have to try 12 to 15...

DISCONNECTION

I understand that every time the bill shows the amount due and the current bill charges. This way the bill should show the latest billing details ( dues as on billing date + current charges) and the amount is paid in cash accordingly at KPHB BSNL centre.Even then the phone [protected] is disconnected on 31st May, 2009.When enquired the authorities show some outstanding dues intermediate bills etc.To my understanding, the BSNL CELLONE authorities...

BSNL Non-availability of Net Service

Since last three months I'm unable to use internet service through my BSNL landline. I had used this service for more than a year. Pl provide me info on this at yr earliest. I have full faith on BSNL service rcvd so far thus not opted for broadbands available in the mkt. Pl do the needful....

I hav purchase a bsnlbroadbandwifi modem 1mth ago..and till date its not working due to which my work is held up..and and after complaining so amny times...no action is taken from ur company regarding this matter..so kindly pls take some action asap..otherwise i hav to some legal action towards your company(bsnl)....

DELAY IN SHIFTING OF LANDLINE PHONE

Dear sir,

I had requested to BSNL for shifting of my Land line Phone - 0712.2560371 in Nagpur, on 20th of March 2009.( Two months back ) .
But uptill now there is no action from BSNL.
BSNL sended one bill of Amt Rs 162.00.
I have contacted to all responsible officials from BSNL, Nagpur Circle( in person, on mobile & on INTERNET . But all efforts are gone to vain.
Pl give me Justice & guide...

Underground cable

Dear Sir,

Underground cabling in our area was completed some four years back. But the landline connections have not yet been fully provided with this cable network. I live in Kurunthodath Lane, South Eroor. In this lane some houses have been given connections from the underground cable, whereas some of the connections are still working in overhead cable. My telephone number is 2780985. Three or four houses alone are denied...
