No speed

HIi,
I am using a BSNL broad band connection, my plan is 750 unlimited+...My complaint is that, the download speed I am getting is just 10-15 kbps at an average and maximum 30 kbps speed, which is quiet bad and the BSNL officials said, I will get only these much of download speed for these particular plan.
Anyway, I am not satisfied with the speed they are providing, kindly take actions on it.My location is Hubli.(Karnataka)...

GPRS on Post paid Mobile is very slow and no connectivity many time

1.i am a post paid customer plan 325/= of BSNL, Nagpur, Maharastra with mobile No [protected] GPRS plan of Rs 199/=. From the date of activation my GPRS on mobile is not working properly, Regular connectivity is not there and when connectivity is there it is not with the prescribed bandwith prescribed by BSNL the same is happening when i connect to My PC.

Poor connectivity

Dear Sir,
I use BSNL postpaid connection since last one month. I am residing in the area Samlong Ranchi Jharkhand( Chutia Exchange). My phone no is [protected]. I am suffering from the poor connectivity of this phone. i could not talk at one time, every time i have to made three to four call for a coversation which can be completed within a minute. it cause a lot of mental harassment & monetary loss too. Kindly look in to the matter...

Some sites do not open

I host a number of websites on Midphase, a reputable hosting company, in all the years i have been hosting with them I have had no problems that they have not fixed quickly. Recently I have been unable to view my sites and all my clients using BSNL are also unable to do so. I have discovered that this is because there is something drastically wrong with BSNL's DNS settings and can be avoided by changing the DNS settings on a computer...

Excess Bill

In spite of repeated reminders, no action is taken by BSNL Bangalore Telecom to my written complaint dated 17/2/09 on excess bill on broadband connection (Tel.No.[protected] till date.

sometime gives seriously low speed.(it caused breakdown of my important work)

i am complaining of my broadband service BSNL BROADBAND BHILAI CITY @HOME500 PLAN, it is saying that you will get 2mbps download speed it means that it give me 2048 kilo "bits" per second or 256 kilo 'bytes' per second, but some time it gives me only 35 k Bytes p s, how to complain it I don't know help me to solve this problem which happeing from march of the 2009....

No Network for two days

Hi
I am from Noida Sector 58. I believe I live within 2 Km range from BSNL exchange and tower.
I got BSNL -EVDO last month.

Firstly I never get speed more than 500 KBps(Max).

Second for last two days there is no network for last two days. Calling on bsnl office they say its a problem from backend and people are working. but there is no improvement from two days.

Can any one help...

On January 12th 2009 I made a decision of getting a BSNL connection with unlimited broadband, I was very happy to see the attractive plans from bsnl. I have bsnl landline and broadband connection since last month. Broadband modem was installed at my home after one month of payment date. I have paid for 1 year cost.
