I have got bsnl broadband connection of plan 750plus
It has been continuously getting disconnected for every few minutes.

I have contacted the BSNL exchange people.

They said that there may be problem in modem(DNA-A211-I BSNL modem).
I replaced to NETGEAR modem.

Still the problem persists.

They asked me to check for viruses.

I have checked the system...

I observe that there is a clear discrepancy in usage and billing. The people who answer the calls do not come up with proper answer. Instead they talk like sales personnel. I wish to add here that it should be clearly mentioned in the bill as to how much is free for every month and how much has been used and the charges thereto.
