I AM FROM KAPURTHALA RAIL COACH FACTORY.I BUY EV-DO FROM JALANDHAR BECAUSE THERE IS NO AVAILABLITY OF EVDO IN
KAPURTHALA. THE DEO OF KAPURTHALA WAS SAID THAT U BUY EVDO FROM KAPURTHALA. IT WILL WORK PERFECTLY WITH IN TWO
MONTHS, WE ARE UPGRADING BTS . BUT AFTER THREE MONTH THERE IS NO IMPROVEMENT IN EVDO SPEED. IN JALANDHAR EVDO DOWNLOAD
SPEED IS ABOUT 500-650 KBPS BUT IN KAPURTHALA IT IS ABOUT 15-20 KBPS. IN KAPURTHALA EXCHANGE NOBODY LISTENING TO ME AT BSNL OFFICE
VERY POOR SERVICE BY BSNL IN KAPURTHALA... PLZ TELL ME WHEN THEY UPGARDE THE TOWERS WITH BTS. ALSO I SEND A FAX TO

i have the same problem too... u r write very poor service by bsnl in kapurthala punjab
very poor service ... Evdo not working perfectly in kapurthala ... or also nic card
i have also evdo .. but not working ... the download speed is 10 kbps in Rail Coach Factory...
Rail Coach Factory is the Biggest Factory in asia but there is no bsnl evdo coverage in factory... my question is that why bsnl so late in EVDO Service... in Rail Coach FActory Kapurthala ... there is about 100 People Want EVDO Here... but in BSNL office no one listenning what the people want ... WE are want EVDO and They are Launch Nic Card ... What is this ... VERY VERY POOR SERVICE
I've NIC card...and facing so much problem in jalandhar. mithapur area...company says its speed is 144 Kbps it means the downloading speed must be 18 Kbps..but i`m getting 2 Kbps downloading speed..they are cheating with customers..no body is listening about these issues..even they do not give waiver in monthly bill. and not even completing their commitments towards services..

I from to JALANDHAR (BIRRING) IN PUNJAB. i am evdo purchase in 10 month. starting two month evdo downloading speed in 22kps to 30kps speed in good but later evdo downloading speed is 4kps to 13kps.
sir i complaint to bsnl office. it has not propely the check and DAP SOFTWARE in inserted.but no incease the speed. evdo in coverage the two signal.please cheack the my service in evdo.

      I have applied for a new landline connection .While applying they said i will get connection with in a week.
      But after 2 weeks when i called customer care they are not at all responding, after continuous trials for 50 + times one man lift the call and said telephone wire out of stock and give the connection in upcoming two days.I have waited for one more week and when i called for customer care they lift the call at my 56 th attempt and said the new BSNL connection was restricted to the area im living [Dilsukhnagar] more than 1000 members are waiting for new connections you need to wait for 3 months there is technical problem going on with that area we are installing new phase .you need to wait no way...like this they are responded.Next day again i called and asked about new connection but with different area ... again still they are saying the same reason for what ever be the area.

      Seems to be no BSNL staff technical worksmen showing interest towards work as no of connection were pending.they are recruited in to govt job for doing nothing.

      thats why many and many new third party telecom operators emerging in india.However they are screwing the customers in another way.

      Can any one please suggest share details how get this done in getting new connection.

        Sir,

        My Phone number is[protected]

        I made a dealy in paying the bill for April 2009 unknowingly. I made the payment on 19th June 2009.
        The payment was made through www.ernakulamtelecom.gov.in by 0600 AM.
        The Amount was debited from my bank account and the site shows, thank you for the payment.

        By evening the outgoing facility was not restored.

        I tried contacting the customer service number[protected]. I was instructed to call [protected].
        I called that number for more than 5 minutes and was not answered. Then I called [protected].
        Again no answer for 2 - 3 calls.
        Then I tried out another Service Center[protected]
        Again no answer.
        And there is no option to register a complaint in the payment site also.

        If i call 198 there is no option for registering this complaint.

        So where do we tell this or to whom?

        Usually service providers wil have single point contact number. And BSNL do not have that.

        And the customer is bound to suffer these.

        I am told that the payment is accepted and the facility is not restored. No contact person available.
        Now what is the resolution ? Is this a good service?

          I am having Chennai 3 star mobile sim No. being [protected] but Iam facing lot of network problem specially on STD. The problem faced is that Iam getting voice from the other end whearas my voice does not reach at the receiveing end at all.Please help me otherwise I will have no option to go for another option which I do not want. I am regular user of BSNL posted at various places.So please help and acknowledge.

            my phone no is[protected] and address (a-12, heera baug co-op housing soceity, sussen cirlce tarsali raod, vadodara-390009, guj.)and i have been using braodband facility from past few years. the problem is recent billing for past two months for april and may when all the phone lines were under repair and the phone was hardly working. sir we have paid april months bill for Rs. 12000 appx... which was due to downloading but this month no downloading was done neither netsurfing was done on excess to get a billing amount of Rs. 16000 appx. sir please kindly help me out with the issue we have to pay the money without any usage n the amount is also not small enough to let it go so please sir kindly help me...

              i took broadband connection at rs 250 pm last year2008 i was billed 3000 in a month when house was locked on complain with GM Mr KOUL based at jammu who asked me oh we shall check and shall charge 750 only as there is a plan unlimited usage and asked me to pay this bill ie rs 2900 and we shall adjust rest in future bills i did same then on meeting koul who guided for annual unlimited plan @7500+modam charges which i paid but on use i was shocked to know koul the gm has cheated me as the speed of broadband was redused and i have to waste time on keeping wait for sites to open i never knew bsnl hidden schemes i request the regulatery authority to intervene and restore my connection

              The bsnl site still shows plans as " upto 2 mbps till 1 gb, 512 kbps beyond " and " upto 2 mbps till 8 gb, 512 kbps beyond 8 gb "... What changes in this???
              I have taken broad band connection in bsnl kanyakumari. I used nearly two years. And i want to stop the plan on that month due to slow speed. I have given the letter to the bsnl office kanyakumari and i have changed the isp to railwire. But they doesn't processed that and after two months i got the bill without the usage so complaint to the ae. He said pay the outstanding bill. But they doesn't informed anything during month. And also have deposited moreover than the bill. But they failed to close my account. Outstanding bill they have said is not used bill. How can i pay the amount which is not used. Bsnl making every one fool... This complaint is not only to me. Many peoples are facing this problem. So government please take step to solve this problem. Poor bsnl service. Please recruit good educated candidate in bsnl. They doesn't know to cure the slow speed problem. And installation of internet.
              Very very poor service in bsnl and making every indian citizen fool.
              Bsnl is an in ethical company owned by govt of india.
              It is a shame on bjp govt and narender modi must act quickly to stop bsnl to cheating innocent citizens of india,
              There are cheats like sunder lal (Sdo pg bsnl, haryana), "sunder. [protected]@bsnl.co.in", who head pg department but are doing nothing to prevent cheat and harassment of customers.
              The slowest service of the world...
              They are loosing their customers.
              Also shame on MODI govt.
              Bade bade bat but kam much nahi...
              No digital India noting

              BSNL is a world class cheater.. even the 3g unlimited costs only 649 rs only..
              My problem is that I had subscribed for 80GB high speed plan up to 16 Mbbs but within a few days of billing period I get a message saying I have used up the 80Gb limit. Initially I thought that my kids were using too much but since then I made sure the didn't have wifi on their iPad and still the high speed that I paid for only works for few days within the 80gb limit. It is not possible that is the case.and I have come to the conclusion that the way BSNL calculates the download and upload is a deliberate scam. In comparison, I use Airtell at my work and all the staff combined usage is usually less than 50 GB per month.

              The other problems I have encountered are
              1) the down time is much more .. Many times I have to reboot as it is not working.
              2) Although I bought a high speed 16 Mbbs plan I rarely get even half that speed. In comparison my 8 Mbbs plan at work from Airtell at actually does get me a higher speed than this supposedly16 Mbbs plan.
              3) No other major service provider in my home area so I am stuck with this inferior BSNL.

              It is an utter disgrace that a govt run company can provide such inferior service and untruthful operations scamming its citizens. What example are they setting for other companies? and worst of all customers have no ability to prove or get proper customer service. The usage data itself is a scam I think.

              The day that another service provider is available in my area I will switch for sure.
              bsnl is the worst service i subscribes for 4 mbps for 20 gb and within a week it said i used the data(all 20 gb) then i recharged agian for 10 gb but speed is still low dont use bsnl they are the greatest cheaters i have ever seen
              Get a Jio FTTH connection as soon as it's available in yr city and never look back to BSNL cheats. BSNL is a big time low life loser and only losers stay with losers.
              Once for the technical reasons, I had to remove and reapply for BSNL 2-3 times in 6 months of period. I filled the form 3rd time, after few days the guy come to my home and while installing the connection, he asked me, "Why are you always closing and opening the connection" I said:- for some reasons, and he replied is : "We dont have only this work to do, their are other works too" ###### illiterate rude staff of BSNL.
              I, M GETTING A BIG BANNER SINCE TODAY 13.8.17, ---[censored] P--free usage policy, saying that i.m a special customer, and as the speed limit

                My Cell One Mobile No.is : [protected] (Calcutta). On 14.06.09 at about 9pm I made one online Topup transaction for Rs.221.00 (for 200.00). Again at about 9.45pm I made another online Topup transaction for Rs.55.00 (for Rs.50.00). Although, both the transactions were completed successfully no credit was afforded at my prepaid amount of the above mentioned mobile till now (8pm/ 18.06.09). Surprisingly my Bank Account has been debited in both the cases. Incidentally, I used to topup my prepaid a/c frequently, without any problem.

                In this connection, I like to mention that on 14.06.09 my broad band connection was gone out of order at about 9.50pm, which was restored on 17.06.09 after lodging usual complaint.

                The Cell One Customer Care Cell, after obtaining Transaction ID etc. from me, advised me to wait for few days, they are unable to advise any specific time period for the same.

                I had to face great trouble for not being able to receive any topup value in need, again the talk time value along with the necessary charges has been consumed by BSNL in time, but no action has been taken even after 78 hours.

                Shall we refrain from charging online from now?

                BSNL Excel — BSNL Troubling me a lot

                I am Using BSNL EXCEL Prepaid Mobile([protected]).

                i bought a new recharge voucher of Rs.225 TopUp at a retailer in Narayanaguda, Hyderabad on[protected] at 11:30 AM

                when i teried to recharge that card erroring as "RECHARGE NOT POSSIBLE"

                i made a call to Customer Care, they said that it has been recharged but the balance will be added after 2 hours due to some recahrge is in pending issue and forwarded a complaint to officials with complaint id : H2000044.
                i waited for 3 hors ..balance is not added i called again to Customer Care again they said the same thing it was continued like taht for 30 Hours in this gap i have called BSNL Customer Care 10 times every time same advice and even some times they don`t know what is my complaint also. and now when i called them they are saying the same story,

                simply the customer care represents trying to escape from the call and wasting my valueble time and testing my patience. i just lost my patience

                How can i get resolved this ???

                i am experiancieng VERY BAD SERVICE from BSNL i am continueing on the queue for two days even to recharge my mobile

                please help me.

                BSNL /Lifetime prepaid — Top Up not being credited

                I have mobile no.[protected] in Lucknow(UP) which is not recharge by any topup.Validity is upto August 2009.Outgoing call cannot be made.Incoming calls are being received.Pl look into the matter and resolve the problem immediately.
                shift to other service, BSNL is sarkari and its [censored]ing india's cellular customers.

                I too agree that this is being happening to most o[censored]s. I had also faced the same experience but the amount was credited again, to my account, after four days. I don't understand why this is happening. At times, we urgently need to do '' top-up'' but if it is not working, which creats a lot of problems to us. We would be thankful if BSNL will take necessary steps to avoid this kind of mishap to its customers.

                BSNL Prepaid — Regarding online recharge

                Hello sir,

                I dono how effective its going to be....
                but i wish to add HDFC bank net-banking service on the bsnl portal, so that HDFC bank account holders
                can also use the online portal, to topup their prepaid numbers....

                Most of the top banks are there in the site, except HDFC bank... i dono what they think about this bank...

                Kindly do the needful ASAP.......

                BSNL Prepaid — unusual balance debit

                this is vardhan reddy bearing phone no 91-[protected], having a problem with my BSNL prepaid connection.From last 40 days,my account is being debited Rs.9 for every 9 days.I could not get any response from the BSNL customercare and also nearest telcom office located at kurnool, A.P..Those customer service people just shrug off saying "Server down,we dont have any info and call after 2 hours".this has been repeating from 40 days.I called up sseveral times but vain.Hope my issue could be resolved at earliest.

                I have called several times in customer care call centre from 01/11/2009 to 04/11/2009 but my problem is not solved. Customer care executive replied that they have no information regarding on line recharge.
                You will receive your balance within 7 days or your money will be credited back to your account but till date neither balance is given in my prepaid number nor money is credited back to bank account (SBI A/C)
                That is True, BSNL must spport HDFC bank holders also, by adding HDFC to their portal. This is really inconvenience by going out side to recharge Bsnl card.

                I have got a Top Voucher of 100 paying Rs.110 but my a/c is credited with Rs. 75.99 only while B S N L provide 100 for 110. My sms Shows ref no 82479390 dated 3/12/2009

                I use to topup my BSNL Mobile, using ICICI Account and i did the same on 26th Mar 2010 and the same yet to get credit on my account. Please advice on the same.

                BSNL PREPAID TOPUP — ONLINE FAILURE

                My Cell One Mobile No.is : [protected] (BHOPAL). On 12.10.10 at about 12.20 pm I made one online Topup transaction for Rs.110.00. Although the transaction completed successfully no credit was afforded at my prepaid amount of the above mentioned mobile till now (2 PM 14.10.10). Surprisingly my Bank Account has been debited in THIS case. Incidentally, I used to topup my prepaid a/c frequently, without any problem.Transaction No. is TXT[protected]. & Receipt No. is [protected].



                The Cell One Customer Care Cell, AFTER TRYING FOR MORE THAN 8 TIMES, after obtaining Transaction ID etc. from me, advised me to wait for 24 HOURS, they are unable to advise any specific time period for the same.

                I had to face great trouble for not being able to receive any topup value in need, again the talk time value along with the necessary charges has been consumed by BSNL in time, but no action has been taken even after 72 hours.

                Shall we refrain from charging online from now?
                this is very serious complaint, how to solve, no answer from anybody.
                I am using weman power No.[protected].On 28/10/2010 evening I topup Rs.55/- through on line and the amount diducted from my a/c.But that time my mobile connection was expaired that I understand only after the transaction.                 I am K.C.Shetty of Belgaum, Karnataka. I am having BSNL Prepaid Connection with[protected] number. Last 28th Oct 2010, I asked one of colleagues to recharge my mobile since I was in a meeting. Since, my said colleague is having SBI's mobile banking facility, he recharged my mobile for Rs 50.00 (Rupees Fifty Only) by making use of his mobile banking application.
                So, after this particular transaction, Rs 50.00 is been deducted from his account but I did not receive any talktime or any recharge confirmation message. I tried to, lodge a compaint via 123 customer care portal regarding this, but after repeated trying, I could not get the link. Instead, I repeatdly got the reply that "this number is not in use".
                So, herewith I request you, kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

                I had recharged my prepaid connection [protected] on 24.09.2011. The status was succesfull. My account with State Bank of India was debited with Rs. 151/- and recharge for Rs. 151/- has not taken place as on date. Customer care cell with no: 1503 has useless executives who does not know head or tail of what work they are doing. I had made nearly 50 calls but everything in vain.Unless BSNL which has outsourced the customer care handlung to Tata people BSNL will not perish in this competative field.

                    TheThe BSNL has called for JTO Exam 2008-scheduled to be held
                    on[protected].(last Date was :06-04-09
                    Fees : Rs 750/-)
                    But till this time[protected], neither acknowledgement
                    nor admitcard has been received by thousands of applicants.
                    This can be ascertained by following the queries in the link

                    when contacted over phone, the authorities say that duplicate cards are issueed .Come and collect at State Head Quarters.

                    But there was no formal notification or announcement about this.

                    Many aspirants are in the dark about this.

                    The authorities may please postpone the examination so that the potential applicant may not miss the oppurtunity.

He do some thing and my phone was started with broadband.
                      During this period I had to suffer heavily.My written complain is there with AREA MANAGER EAST.

                      Monday, Tuesday I wait and they did not activated my SIM. So my data card was useless.
                      I went there and enquire why it is happenning ? Aagain That BULL lady told that it will be activated with in 30 minutes.

                      Still it was not activated and Again I went to BSNL office at CMS, Coimbatore, then infront of me they activate it and told that Now you can use it SIR?
                      I checked the device is activated but the balance is still "0", I am still unable to use the card.

                      That BULL lady, I don't know her name but I had a very bad impression on BSNL, RS. 2000 is not at all a big deal for me. I will anti - Campaign against BSNL data card in our office and ask every one not to take BSNL data card . I will put this in the Notice Board.

                        Respected Sir,

                        I have been using Cellone connection[protected]for the past 6 months. Due to my inability to pay the bills through Cellone counter, Pattom (which is the only office for Cellone in the city), I prefer online payment. But this facility works fine once in a blue moon, I should say. And the worst part is when I call up their customer care, nobody there really knows about the same and asks the customer to make payment by cash though the status of online payment shows "Initiated". No customer care agents have any idea about the payment made through online.

                        It is fine, if I've to go to the office and settle my bills. But having an other option and not able to use it is very dissapointing. Today is my last day to settle the bill and I have made online payment. But I don't know how sucessful it would be.

                          I am using BSNL land line phone combo pack offer applied from jan 2009 Number is[protected], the basic problem coming that after installation of connection i had used broadband hardily one month and after two month my my phone is dad till now its not working . I took connection because of BSNL service and now a day its so unaccepted so bad service, I invested inter net modem charged 1200Rs and connection charge 500RS and I paid all bills, from two months I am not paying bill because of this problem please tell me what I do .



                          If you cant give proper service please disconnect my connection and return my money which I have invested on modem or conection .Other wise I will take this complaint on serious issue in media .

                            I had submitted an application for closure of my net connection( NIC CARD from BSNL), submitting all documents and instrument. within two months I should have got my deposit by check by mail, but till date I have not received anything. On top of all, they are sending bills for following months, which I have not used at all. So many times I have gone for enquiry to BSNL office in Ahmedabad. Those very lazy fellows don't give response, they don't take any application seriously into consideration. Tell me what should I do please.

                              I have got bsnl broadband connection of plan 750plus
                              It has been continuously getting disconnected for every few minutes.

                              I have contacted the BSNL exchange people.

                              They said that there may be problem in modem(DNA-A211-I BSNL modem).
                              I replaced to NETGEAR modem.

                              Still the problem persists.

                              They asked me to check for viruses.

                              I have checked the system and all hard drives, operating system with latest version of AVAST & AVG anti virus.
                              My system is virus free.

                              Before getting the BSNL connection i thought that BSNL is the only best.
                              But now I have no conclusion of the best one.

                              Bsnl Broadband Connection — Frequently getting disconnected

                              Dear Sir,

                              I have taken a broad band connection in cochin Kakkand . It is frequently getting disconnected .
                              Complaint register more than 10 time but no effect in connction

                              Broad band phone connection Phone No[protected] location Kakknad, Edachira.

                              If the same is not possible please inform I have to look for other connection like TATA.

                              BSNL - Internet connection — Internet connection - disconnected

                              My phone no.[protected] was disconnected a month ago. Alongwith that internet connection was also disconnected, even though phone is restored the net remains disconnected. No body is attending to it. I am paying unnecessarily the bill.

                              It is really pity on BSNL services.
                              BSNL Stands for " BHAI SIGNAL NAHIN LAGATA " . So buddy kick their . I got the damn same problem too. Ask BSNL for refund.

                              The big problem is that BSNL doesnt have proper customer support... I dont know why they have such a poor service . if i am raising a complaint one month back and they are not able to resolve it after one month also why should i pay for one month ...
                              Anyways BSNL is BSNL afterall its government company :)
                              BSNL means Service Network Limited.

                              I have the same problem where Internet connection disconnect automatically every 30 minutes or sometimes every 5 minutes. This is ruining my work and I cannot work online. If I am downloading a file and if internet connection disconnects I have to start over from the beginning.

                              I have lodge complaints with BSNL many times. But, this don't have proper Customer Care.

                              First of all you have to wait for 15-30 minutes by holding your telephone and when it connects they just say we will forward the case. Actually customer care executives at 1800 are from private BPO where they don't have much knowledge. But, they are more polite than actual staff at BSNL offices.

                              Given the power I will just eliminate all the BSNL's staff and place some new energitic private staff and I am sure this will help both government and consumers. Government is paying salaries to this who always sleep at the offices or talk with female collegues. They Romance at their office, they talk about all dirty things but, do not have any interest on their works/duties.

                              NEVER take BSNL connection again in future

                              Broadband — After 15 minutes the net connection is disconnected automatically

                              The Modem light already OK. When connected the Broad Band after 15 min the net is disconnected automatically.

                              BSNL — Brodband disconnect frequently

                              I have a BSNL 750 + Home combo plan of BSNL. I am from Hyderabad. I am having problems related to the BSNL connectivity which is occurring frequently [after 2-3 minutes], which makes me unable to utilize the service. Apart from that, even if I raised a complaint, they didn't respond to it & made it close without confirming, consulting or even keeping me in knowledge.
                              Please have a strict action against them, as I suppose I am not the only one who is facing this problem.

                              The same from my side, I am now fed up from these BSNL animals.
                              A month back my connection got disconnected and then I launched one complaint, after few days I went to their office to inquire about the status & they told me that it's now solved.which was completely lie.
                              Anyways after my one month of struggle, somehow they rectified my problem.
                              Now I am getting new problem, my connection is getting disconnect after one minute every time.
                              I hate BSNL.

                              Please advice people to not go for BSNL.

                              I am using BB 500c plan type 4 modem. But i have been continuously getting disconnected in each minute. So i couldn't downlo large files. I contacted with Exchange peoples and they came to my home. They fully checked and i replaced my phone with another according to their opinion. But now also the same problem occurs. Please consider my request.
                              I got the damn same problem too.I have got bsnl broadband connection of plan 750plus.It problem in their connection many times you seen your WLAN or DSL light is beep then brodband getting slow & then connection is disconnected.
                              I agree with fatima comment.
                              But you still join the BSNL brodband because this is so cheap than any other type of brodband.
                              only BSNL provide you unlimited net in 750 RS. In a hole month i download more than 60GB.
                              This is so cheap for me.
                              Also Ranjith R i suggest you check your main connection wire i thing it found in your BSNL main board.
                              Or complete on 198.
                              i got the damn internet connection from bsnl after taking much pain like for getting permission of the panchayath members and so.one member told me that i should pay a sum of 1000 at the local panchayath office.he also assured me that this money will be returned if the works on the road are patched by us.ok i thought and went to a lady member and told the issue she was so generous to help in all stuffs and i paid 1000rs in the office and waited for 10 days for getting the permission certificate(road crossing certificate).the bsnl guys started the wiring works in just two days from receiving the permission.the work lasted for 3 days and everything was all right.the connection was allright the speed was good the snr margin and attenuation levels were good amd i started downloading upto 35 gb in january only by using it a 15 days.every thing all right till in february 12'th i heard a rumbling noise outside my house one morning and noticed my net connection was disconnected as i was downloading that night.i stepped out of my house and saw a heavy digger at the spot where my telephone cable was put.the line was cut.they were building a small canal to reduse the water stagnation in our area, the road was digged in a straight line.i was generally pissed off.the same people who took 1000rs for permission had destroyed my cable.the panchayath had started the work. i called the office of bsnl and the line man came and solved the problem he repaired the cable.for two days it was ok.then the problem of frequent disconnection arose.the speed is low, the snr margin is wavering around 1 to 5.the atennuation levels are sky rocketting (52)

                              my problems are the following:
                              1.my telephone line was placed on the side and the road was not touches and why was road crossing certificate necessary.
                              2.the workers of panchayath frequently moving the unearthed cable and causing disconnections in my line.
                              3.they are really pissing me offffffffffff

                              we have lodge the complain on 21.08.2010,complain number 307 against phone number[protected], the line is not working properly & same internet Brodband connection has fail due to setup box failure.

                              I too having the problem. My modem model is DNA-A211-I. While using internet the modem automatically switch off due to over heat of the adapter. I replaced the adapter and tried, no use. I am using this modem for more than 2 years. BSNL people are telling that I have to purchase new modem by spending more than 2000 rupees.                               My telephone line is dead for past 20 days, these never respond to complaints. They don't feel obliged to tell a reason for the problem. I don't know why the [censored] we are paying bills and taxes. No Government takes us into consideration they think that we(tax payers) are beggars or deemed to pay for their day sleep. Never treat us like humans, this is a request we got used to being treated like filth. One day will come like every dog has a day I will also get a chance against you that day you govt servants who sleep lethargic over their duties will pay for it.
                              I sure will get a chance that day mark on your calender.
                              Reason for my aggression, my father called bsnl asking for the reason for this problem they simply cut the line say it will be like that. Our area line man never attends our issue because we did not give him proper bonus on deewali. You lazy dogs will pay for this.
                              sir iam one of the bsnl customer in tirupathi we are using bsnl land line for nearly 15 years iam started using bsnl broad band connection from past 4 months the internet was worked too good for 2 months after that the network connection started disconnecting from every 5 to 10 minutes automatically i gave complaint in bsnl office nearly 10 times but there is no use i also changed modems but no use they said check for any viruses i using original kaspersky and formatted several times but still disconnecting the working staff did nt have minimum knowledge about it actually i prefered bsnl because it is good net work but u people are not responding correctly so many of my friend also facing same net work disconnecting problem my no is [protected] i[censored] not rectify the problem we will disconnect bsnl so please help as soon as possible

                                Dear Commercial Officer,

                                Despite having the technological & infrastructural edge over other service providers the approach of your Customer Care Service is pathetic.

                                I have been trying to book the complaint using other phone but failed all the times for "Computer Connection Failure" at your end.

                                  I have bsnl mobile prepaid no. [protected]. On 1/2/2011 evening I refilled Rs. 55/- to this number. Totay i.e. on 2/2/2011 when I checked the balance which showed as Rs. 41/- . I failed to understand where the Rs. 4/- have been deducted.                                     BSNL — regarding non-receipt of admit card for jto-2009

                                    the bsnl jto-2009 exam is scheduled to be on 21.06.09.it is really unfortunate that i have not received my admit card for the same.this means that i cannot appear for the exam thus ruining my preparations and aspirations.a demand draft of INR 750 was taken by the organisation as application fee.I can't understand the reason behind not issuing my admit card as my application was complete in all respect and when i called up to them on[protected], one lady answered and very bluntly said that there have been many cases as such and that i can talk to whosoever, i wanted and hung the phone.this type of response is not expected and neither is acceptable when it is a matter of one's career.it is expected to take some sort of action against the guilty.

                                        Today i have made 3 calls to my fathers cell no.[protected], keeping [protected] along with my cell no. [protected], and the call is connected in my cell whereas the cell having the no.[protected] was not at all ringing or connected. Rupees one has been deducted for each call from my no.[protected] inspite of no connection to the other mobile. this has been going for the last three months that made me recharge often. I have made calls also to [protected], [protected], which have become waste.Corrective and preventive action must be immediately take apart from paying me back the amounts deducted so far and if not done at once that is 7 days from today i have no other option except to take up the matter with Appropriate forum. Also i tried to change my plan to 3* which is not getting materialised for the last 4 months and whenever talking to someone it often gets disconnected. Neither able to talk to the Customer care nor able to send SMS to 55365, as all are failed inspite of having a Balance of Rs.50/-. All the above problems have become a regular affair in BSNL, that it is only a cheating company in Cellular sector too apart from Land line and Broad Band Services.If all the above are not corrected, I will take up the matter with Appropriate Consumer Forum for claiming damages.

                                        BSNL Prepaid CellOne Services — outgoing calls are not in function

                                        Dear sir,
                                        My BSNL prepaid cellone no. [protected], since 2009 i am in roaming in different states. Since 2 months i am getting problems in 'outgoing calls' frequently it s displaying 'check operator services' or ' unable to connect' .

                                        So, pl. solve this problem as soon as possible.
