I am getting the message "Request for UPC for your mobile no. ...could not be processed. Please retry after some time."each time while doing the process of porting.
It would be so kind of the company if they could resolve the problem...

I am unable to send messages to 1900 for PORT. All the messages are getting failed repeatedly. Not even getting any proper resolution from customer care....

I tried message "PORT mobile_number" so many times. Every time i recieving "request for UPC for your mobile no. ************ could not be processed. Please retry after some time." I think BSNL doesn't to port. date of incident - 13/5/2021.

This is regarding the extra amount added in my bill for the 3rd time consecutively.
My Telephone number is [protected] and account number is [protected] this.
from the feb months onward some extra 90 rupees is come as extra amount in my bill. In the bill it's mention that this amount is for BHARAT_FIBER_ONT_TYPE_A.
I am not consuming this kind of service, i am using only Rs525 plan.

Warm greetings to you. I’m using BSNL network for more than 7 years. I’m a loyal customer of bsnl. Now I am facing this issue. My sim shows no service. I corrected the sim in the sim socket. Even after it is showing the same. I agree that sometimes this kind of problems happens. But the company has to repair it as soon as possible. I stay in a hostel. In this pandemic time I couldn’t contact anyone from my phone for the past two days....

Many times bi tried getting upc code mnp portability but bsnl replies that your Request for UPC for your mobile no. [protected] could not be processed. Please retry after some time....

I have been trying to port my number. Customer care say 'it's not working anywhere. Wait for a week'
It's been a week but still the issue persists. I still didn't get any code from 1901

I have reactivated my number and I am able to make calls but I am unable to send or receive any sms. The number was not used for more than 6 months. Now it's activated and has validity but still sms service does not work. Can you please activate sms service again....

My land line tel #[protected] was disconnected on june 2020.A deposit amount of rs 500/-which is suppose to be credited to my bank a/c still pending, and the lame excuse is shortage in man power.What kind of cheating is this ?
i made several visits to the bsnl customer care office in alappuzha just waste of time.

So who ever is in charge p/s take appropriate steps and solve my problum

I had planned to port my BSNL prepaid number([protected]) to Another operator.
Thus I sent PORT to 1900. (10Jun)
Even after 5-6 messages I couldn't get UPC code till now.

I need this urgently.

I have been trying to receive UPC code for my BSNL number. I always get a error message Request delayed and then another message request could bot be processed...

I couldn't use my BSNL SIM since 2019 due to unavoidable reasons. I recharged it today yet I'm not able to make the calls. It tells me that SIM is temporarily blocked.
Please resolve....

Mr. SRIKANTH called to complain that he did not receive the subsidy amount. System showing as opted out of subsidy Status Yes Date:- 01/05/2020 Method mobileapp. Customer said that he did not requested for opt out and want to opt in. I have been following up with BSNL from 1st of May to generate UPC code.
I get only below auto sms.

Request for UPC for your mobile no.xxxxxxxxx could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

I have called their customer care twice and I get only standard reply server/ technical issue and it will take 2 days.

This I have been hearing from 1st May.

I am trying to recharge data booster through my imobile app and online portal but it is showing "Transaction Failed due to Invalid Service Class" with no sense.
I tried to connect with customer service representative but unable since poor IVR service, so I am complaining here....

I am getting the following message from bsnl in connection with mnp.

Your request for upc has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed.

Request for upc for your mobile no. 85xxxxxxx could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

Contacted customer care. The reply is wait for 24 hours. After 3 days i have contacted today. The reply is wait for 2 weeks.

I disconnected broadband on 31-Mar-21 due to pathetic service before next cycle starts. BSNL still charged me for 01-13 April. This is not at all justified. This is loot.

Could you please help me to resolve this.

On 9 may 2021, I recharged my
bsnl number and the amount was deducted from my account.first I have recharged 19 rupees and again I paid 11rupees.still I did not get any response from you.i am unable to make a phone call....

[protected] from this number i had received a call regarding KYC update, he told me that he block your number if KYC not done. I already port my number from BSNL to JIO last year. This is a fake call....
