Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] Complaints & Reviews

BSNL has very bad network at my place and when i was finally fed up and wanted to port the number. But when i followed all the steps it says request for UPC for your mobile number could not be processed. Please retry after sometime. They have even charged me money for SMS request.

I donot know how to handle this situation.

Suddenly my BSNL SIM stopped working in my dual SIM android. The problem remains even several times restarting the android. My BSNL SIM is located in SIM 2 slot. Screen shot given.

I had planned to port my BSNL prepaid number([protected]) to Another operator.
Thus I sent PORT to 1900.
Even after 5-6 messages I couldn't get UPC code till now.

I need this urgently.

we citizen of India are very much disappointed by the approach of BSNL Bihar, We Citizen of India are expecting services from the BSNL for the rural India but BSNL Bihar actually disappoint us.
I applied for the BSNL Air Fiber connection for my village on 6th may 2021, and LEAD ID is APP[protected] but still it is pending, there is no accountability and responsibility towards the services.

Government of India initiate every possible steps for the betterment of rural India but the actual ground scenario is very much different.

I have been trying to call BSNL customer care for 3-4 days but support team pick up the phone but don't answer as they are not accountable to the services

Iam unable to recharge my BSNL prepaid mobile number since 1.5month. Whenever I tried to recharge, it's getting failed.
In this pandamic situation, outgoing of mobile is so important. Please solve my problem as early as possible.

Since 2 months iam trying to reacharge my prepaid mobile number, but it's not recharge sucessfully. It's very important in these pandamic situation having outgoing mobile.
The number they describes in web 51505 SMS alaso not working, it's failed to send message...please reply as early.

I am trying to port my bsnl number [protected]. I sent a porting request on 1900. I got a response that the request is rejected due to subsisting contractual obligations. I have not signed in for any offer. Please assist on this immediately. The operator cannot force a person to keep using it. Otherwise, i have to lodge a complaint in more procedural way.

Kindly start roaming in my GSM Number [protected] of bihar region. This phone is not working in delhi

I have been facing internet issues for nearly 3 weeks till now (15/05/2021). I made several complaints to the BSNL office near me and all they do is give excuses and did the same for 2 weeks straight.
I still haven't got my problem solved. My internet service could be considered the worst of all. I get 100% packet loss and on top of that, internet is totally unstable, I tried asking them so "patiently" many times, even calling them daily if they would fix it, but nope, all they do is give excuses that they cant come and fix it and say they would come the next day. I have educational issued because of this, I lost my attendance, couldn't attend my semester exams, and can't attend online classes. This has been such a hassle and I mean it. I hope someone reads this and helps me out. A person can only be patient for so long. I hope someone in the higher authorities see's this and solves my issue. Thank you.

Request for upc for your mobile no. 95xxxxxxx could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

Contacted customer care. The reply is wait for 24 hours. After 3 days i have contacted today. The reply is wait for 2 weeks.

Reason is technical issue/server problem.

Asked to register the complaint and to send sms. They said there is no instructions to take as complaint for mnp.

I have tried numerous times to get the UPC code from BSNL but I keep getting the message could not be processed.

My BSNL phone no is - [protected]
Its been more than 2 weeks since I've been trying to generate a UPC code for MNP and every time I get the reply as "could not be processed". When I called the BSNL customer care office on this issue, they're mentioning the reason as a server issue. On browsing older complaints against BSNL, it seems they don't want subscribers to leave, hence they're not providing this code.
Its definitely against the law to deny the UPC code to anyone.
Stop providing the cliché reason for everyone, and provide the UPC code ASAP.

From last 2 week, I have tried to get UPC code to port my mobile number from BSNL to Other Network.
Always I'm getting reply like this,

Your request for UPC has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed.

Request for UPC for your mobile no. 7418**** could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

Very Bad BSNL Network.. Their Customer support was don't know anything.

I need UPC code to get out this network.

Even after 10 days from the request I am not receiving the UPC code.The customer care responded with a cliche reply of "server issue".The "server issue " exist for more than 20 days.They charge for each message requesting port code but failed to send the port codUPIs customer are fool ? Please take note of this complaint and act swiftly.

When compared to other networks BSNL is very less oriented in customer service, data service and very high in recharge plans when compared to other operators so I want to port my mobile number but due to your irresponsibility I am not receiving the port code for solving this i have try contacting your customer care executive but there itself it is mentioning that your call is waiting, even waiting in phone call it been more than hours but then also it is not been connected to your executives. Kindly check and solve the problem
