sir/mam,
i m jatin gautam from panchkula. I m using bsnl prepaid mobile connection, i m sorry to say but i am not satisfy with your services that you are prevailing to yours customers. the sector i.e 25 sector, panchkula in which i am living, network problem remain everytime. i cant understand whts the problem in this, even when power cut took place in our locality our network also go. whats the link with electricity in that case. from last 2 weeks it is now 2 much, there is a bsnl tower in our sector but not working, we are facing roaming while we are in punjab region. we go in bsnl exchange to file a complaint also and asked them for the solution of this problem but they said to us, "if network is not coming than switch of[censored]r mobile phones what we can do" .Is this is the way of saying to your customers. we are harrasing from your services.
sir/mam i m really very much obliged to you if you do some action and solve this problem as soon as possible. on the behalf of whole your customers(in this sector)i m requesting you. i hope again you will provide us better services now and in future also, and help us.

      Dear Sir,

      For the last 3 – 4 months we are not receiving the Telephone bills for example, we did not receive the bill due for January’09 as well for May’09. When contacted on phone we were informed that the same has been sent as usual, for your information when I enquired in the Post Office about the latest Bill, I could see almost 8- 10 persons complaining of non-receipt of the current Bill.

      You will appreciate that at the fag end of the life, one has to travel all the way to Chelakkara or Wadakkanchery to make the payment.

      In view of the foregoing, I hope that you will take appropriate action so that we may not face such difficulties in future.

        Sir/ Madam,

        I have one BSNL line number[protected] Tingre Nge, dhanori pune 15 ), My number is not working since 25 days and we continously compalining for the same but still there is no response and the executives who are there in Yerwada office they don't have manners to speak to the customer, some peoples are so arugent that they think they are the owner of the company they never listen to customers.

        I'll never pay the rental this time because i m not able to use your service when i need that on urgent bases.

        I hope this mail will go to the rite person he/ she will understand out problem and will take necessary action on priority.

        Please let us know if BSNL is able to provide service or not because this is not the first time we are facing this problem, frequently this is happening.

          I typed my given user name and password in bsnl web but they show invalid user name or password then how to find my usage details

          BSNL — invalid password

          i am used broad band 1 month and i am check my account so my user name and passwoard are show to inwalid so i call the custumer care but not provide my valid user name & passwoard.plz i request for u provied my valid user name & passwoard and iam check my account.

            Noisy Land line telephone

            My problem is pending with the Neelankarai Telephone exchange for a long time. We live in independent house and use parallel telephones for the first floor and the ground floor. Some time back I went to the exchange personally and met the concerned officer and requested him to enable caller id facility. The caller id was given after two visits and calls on telephones after a week.
            Now my problem is as soon as I connect the telephone there is ear damaging noise on the phone and neither we could speak or hear what others say. We did not have any problem before the caller id was given, though we were using parallel phones.
            This problem was reported few months before and till to day nothing fruitful has been done by the department. The way they handled the complaint was even the most man of PATIENCE could be irritated to the core.
            1. First they came and attended saying that out side they checked the entry point and said their side had no problem .It is only the internal cabling.
            2. They started to check the internal wiring by opening all the boxes and could not find anything wrong.(Damaged my costly fittings of wall sockets due to untrained unskilled work men.)Some of them sent were cable duct diggers.)
            3. They said there could be a problem in the pillar and then went off.
            4. They bring in new instruments and check that nothing is wrong with our instruments.
            5. They bring different men again and again open up the boxes and check the same way..!(More damages)We were constantly disturbed.
            6. If they come and even if they are not able to solve the problem the docket will be closed. Again I complain then a new docket is given and new people like helpers are sent and same routine unwanted work is done..Wasting time and our peace living.

                  Respected Sir/Madam,

                  Herewith I am attaching one screen shot of my broadband usage report, which I taken from
                  "http://www.data.bsnl.in". Actually the problem is, on 11th may 2009 I switched on my modem at 11:52:10 PM and disconnected on 06:52:23 AM of 12th May 2009 (Next day morning). But I started my downloading only after 02:00:00AM of 12th May 2009 and in meanwhile whole those downloads are happened in my free downloading time only (02:00:00AM to 08:00:00 AM). Now in my usage report it is showing that 'Chargeable Units(MB) Excluding Night Unlimited' for the above mentioned time period is 1883463 KB (1893.32 MB). How it can be possible, I made those downloads in my free downloading time only. So please deduct those 1883463 KB (1893.32 MB) from my chargeable units. Please do the needful as fast as you can.

                  i cant get my broad band user report
                  Hello Sir/madam,

                  My broadband is not working properly from the moment i got it. it gets cut every minute or 2 mins once. it s been rare, if i could ve used my broadband continuously for atleast few hrs together. I ve reported this problem continuously to the concerned ph nos that were given as references. But yet no action has been taken and the condition remains the same.i would like to bring this to your notice and believe that the problem is corrected.

                    I have Mobile No-[protected] of Airtel from sinnce long, but i mently harashed by your executive from 02/09/2008.Your executive call me on 02/09/2008 regarding airtel hellootune for 12 months in Rs.200/- & say the amt will be deducted within 24 hours & your song will be changed, & the amt was not deducted upto 05/09/2008 & also not changed my previous song & i recieve sms from airtel regarding de-activation of hello-tune i dial the number mentioned in sms & my previous hellotune deactivated.After that amt of rs.200/-deducted by air-tel & hello-tune not activate on my mobile.I call to airtel customer complaint cell & your executive mr.Pritpal singh said me your problem will be sortout & hello-tune start on my mobile after that Rs.30/-again deducted from my mobile.I complaint to your air-tel customer care centre so many time but my problem not sort out by the company.pl.solve my problem & refund of my amt.Rs.200+30 Total Rs.230/-

                    BSNL — Deactivation of Caller Tune/ Refund of Money

                    My BSNL mobile NO. is [protected]. On 06.09.11 I've made a complaint having Sl.No. I06WB969427 regarding deactivation of ear-displeasing Caller Tune ( I've not chosen that song). On 13th September i received an SMS about auto-renewal date of CT i.e. on 15.09.11 and chargeable amount is Rs.30/-. But, it's very unfortunate that on 14.09.11 they have renewed CT service and charged an amount of Rs. 30/-. This is very unfair. I want that money back to my account. Pl. help me.

                        Credit Card se bhi kar sakte hai. Aisa Customer Care Wale Jawab Dete hai.
                        Site par register hua. Login kiya. Aur Jab Landline Payment ke window par click kiya to logout ho gaya. Aur Jawab Ye aya. Ki " YOUR SESSION HAS EXPIRED" please login again.
                        Khub try kiya par success nahi mili.

                          sir,
                          broadband account management site could not be opened from last one day.. please look into the matter..
                          What is this bloody portal ID for getting the account usage for ma BSNL broadband?
                          Its not workin...
                          i tried everything...
                          Is it that thing my Service provider gave me?
                          Please reply immediately...

                          broadband account management site could not be opened from last one day.. please look into the matter
                          when i am trying to access the bsnl usage site it couldnt be opened. wat to do?
                          from last few days, it is so much problem in the account management site of bsnl broadband, i want to check my uses, but by this error, i cant do this. please solve the problem immediately.
                          kindly help us this problem bsnl account management last 20 days site is not open server error please short out this problem as early as possible.

                            I want to state that since I got the BSNL landline installed in my shop, I had been facing problems such as getting wrong bills, getting bills even when the phone dead for the whole month.Finally I decided to get it disconnected.After more than a year, the phone was disconnected but inspite of clearing all my dues I was refunded only Rs.731/-. dated march 7, 2009.
                            MY BSNL file no is 10489, telephone no. 256576, consumer no.97040298.

                            Sub: Cancellation of Telphone bearing No.[protected]WLL Connection)

                            I the undersigned had taken a landline Telephone bearing No.22725037 from BSNL as WILL connection, vide consumer No.44740206, receipt No.NLR 332042 dated 08.04.2003. At that time I was paid an amount of Rs.2000/-. After one year I got the WLL Connection, and asked me to paid an amount of Rs.1000/- as Instrumetal charges, the same was paid by me. The WLL connection is not working properly and also billing problem. At present I have 2 BSNL Mobile Phones, there is no necessary for land line connection.

                            I request your kindself please refund an amount of Rs.3000/- after deduction of your bill amount, which was paid by me during the time of installation of landline as deposit.

                            An early action is requested.

                              with due respect, I am a BSNL landline and Brodband user.But maximum time both the telephone and brodband is not working properly.I have complained about this several times to the SDO, JTO and also at the exchange.But there is no result.

                                Hi,

                                I have dialed 1500,[protected] and other toll free numbers. As we all know these numbers will have IVRS first, this will ask us select the options like 1 or 2 ...9 . When i press the option i am interested, its not recognizing. Is this something related to telephone line or phone.. ???/

                                  I’m really sad to bring to the notice about the bad service given by the so called representatives of BSNL for broadband facility.

                                  The place where I stay comes under Hoskerehalli telephone exchange (Bangalore Region). Initially with great enthusiasm I made a request in 2006 to avail broadband service…some how after 1 and a half years of repetitive requests to BSNL officials I got the connection.

                                  The horrifying reality is, till now think I have utilized the service effectively for 2-3 months. Most of the times there will be one or the other problem. But from past few months broadband is completely dead.

                                  Believe me in order to solve this issue I have spoken to BSNL customer care for more than 25 times from past few months. More than 10 times in person I have gone to exchange and requested Mr. Prasanna and Mr. Shiva kumar of BSNL hosakerehalli exchange to sort out the issue apart from reminding them thro’ phone. Without utilizing the service every month promptly I’m paying my hard earned money.

                                  Can any of you please wake up the great officials of hosakerehalli exchange since they are taking rest from very long period and drive them to take some action??? It is really miserable to say if such a small concern is out of reach to solve, how new technologies like 3G will be handled by those intellectual officials?? Think any person can understand the pain that I have undergone if one sees my last few sentences.

                                  Hope my concern would be looked by some one who really knows what customer satisfaction means…

                                      I had deposited Rs. 2041=00. towards telephone bill payment (Bill Month March, 2009) to your authorised agent Mr. Sanjoy Kr. Gope, HB Town, Sodepur (code no. BKP/2845/0070) vide his Bill Payment Receipt dated 21/3/2009 (Bill date 4/3/2009, due date 24/3/2009) which has not been reflected in my telephone bill of May 2009.
