Dear Sir,
My postpaid mobile no [protected] are many time show connection error during any no dialling last 3 day. Sir i am presently live at Leh city in Jammu Kashmir my mobile also roming so please check my mobile status what reason of this msg. Sir i am serving in Indian Army so facing many type of problem.
Note :- Sir my mobile connection is Chhattisgarh State, Janjgir Champa.

    Abhi latest me BSNL landline ki online payment suvidha shuru hui hai.
    Credit Card se bhi kar sakte hai. Aisa Customer Care Wale Jawab Dete hai.
    Site par register hua. Login kiya. Aur Jab Landline Payment ke window par click kiya to logout ho gaya. Aur Jawab Ye aya. Ki " YOUR SESSION HAS EXPIRED" please login again.
    Khub try kiya par success nahi mili.

      sir,
      broadband account management site could not be opened from last one day.. please look into the matter..
      What is this bloody portal ID for getting the account usage for ma BSNL broadband?
      Its not workin...
      i tried everything...
      Is it that thing my Service provider gave me?
      Please reply immediately...

      broadband account management site could not be opened from last one day.. please look into the matter

        I want to state that since I got the BSNL landline installed in my shop, I had been facing problems such as getting wrong bills, getting bills even when the phone dead for the whole month.Finally I decided to get it disconnected.After more than a year, the phone was disconnected but inspite of clearing all my dues I was refunded only Rs.731/-. dated march 7, 2009.
        MY BSNL file no is 10489, telephone no. 256576, consumer no.97040298.

        Sub: Cancellation of Telphone bearing No.[protected]WLL Connection)
        [protected]

        I the undersigned had taken a landline Telephone bearing No.22725037 from BSNL as WILL connection, vide consumer No.44740206, receipt No.NLR 332042 dated 08.04.2003. At that time I was paid an amount of Rs.2000/-. After one year I got the WLL Connection, and asked me to paid an amount of Rs.1000/- as Instrumetal charges, the same was paid by me. The WLL connection is not working properly and also billing problem. At present I have 2 BSNL Mobile Phones, there is no necessary for land line connection.

        I request your kindself please refund an amount of Rs.3000/- after deduction of your bill amount, which was paid by me during the time of installation of landline as deposit.

        An early action is requested.

          with due respect, I am a BSNL landline and Brodband user.But maximum time both the telephone and brodband is not working properly.I have complained about this several times to the SDO, JTO and also at the exchange.But there is no result.

            I have dialed 1500,[protected] and other toll free numbers. As we all know these numbers will have IVRS first, this will ask us select the options like 1 or 2 ...9 . When i press the option i am interested, its not recognizing. Is this something related to telephone line or phone.. ???/

              I’m really sad to bring to the notice about the bad service given by the so called representatives of BSNL for broadband facility.

              The place where I stay comes under Hoskerehalli telephone exchange (Bangalore Region). Initially with great enthusiasm I made a request in 2006 to avail broadband service…some how after 1 and a half years of repetitive requests to BSNL officials I got the connection.

              The horrifying reality is, till now think I have utilized the service effectively for 2-3 months. Most of the times there will be one or the other problem. But from past few months broadband is completely dead.

              Believe me in order to solve this issue I have spoken to BSNL customer care for more than 25 times from past few months. More than 10 times in person I have gone to exchange and requested Mr. Prasanna and Mr. Shiva kumar of BSNL hosakerehalli exchange to sort out the issue apart from reminding them thro’ phone. Without utilizing the service every month promptly I’m paying my hard earned money.

              Can any of you please wake up the great officials of hosakerehalli exchange since they are taking rest from very long period and drive them to take some action??? It is really miserable to say if such a small concern is out of reach to solve, how new technologies like 3G will be handled by those intellectual officials?? Think any person can understand the pain that I have undergone if one sees my last few sentences.

              Hope my concern would be looked by some one who really knows what customer satisfaction means…

                  I had deposited Rs. 2041=00. towards telephone bill payment (Bill Month March, 2009) to your authorised agent Mr. Sanjoy Kr. Gope, HB Town, Sodepur (code no. BKP/2845/0070) vide his Bill Payment Receipt dated 21/3/2009 (Bill date 4/3/2009, due date 24/3/2009) which has not been reflected in my telephone bill of May 2009.                     hello i got irritated with bsnl broadband and land line there is continuous phone disconnection and broadband is not working properly in a day at least three times the phones disconnects and no connectivity to internet, given several complaints to bsnl customer care no proper repose and after giving complaint also same problem, waiting hold day with customer care people, unneceassry questions and improper way of tackling the problem, kindly resolve my problem and guide me ...

                      My phone number 28571629, remains dead every alternate day, ever since it was shifted to the new Maruthi Nagar Exchange.
                      I get the bills and pay them promptly.
                      Last month it was dead for more than 25 days and I still receive the bill, the broadband does not work,
                      and charged unnessarily each month. There is no automatic discount system for the dead period,
                      We have to reach the concerned officer for the rebate and submit letters and they do nothing,
                      I am sick of this, this is the reward for being BSNL Customer for last 20 Years.

                      My phone no. is 24190533 it remains dead for two three days in a week and it is dead since 3 weeks now. This kind of service is provided by the BSNL and when we complaint there is no response at all. This is inspite of repeated complaint for three weeks to the higher authorities.

                        I HAVE BEEN USING BSNL BROADBAND FROM 2 MONTHS.AFTER ONE MONTH, MY LAND PHONE WHICH HAS A INTERNET CONNECTION STOPPED RESPONDING.THEN AFTER ONE MORE MONTH ie, MAY, THE BILL CAME AND MY INTERNET CONNECTION RATE WAS 25000.THIS IS A CHEATING BY BSNL BECAUSE I HAVE ONLY DOWNLOADED 3 GB OF DATA AND THEY ARE CLAIMING THAT I HAVE DOWNLOADED ABOUT 24 GB OF DATA.THEY ARE ALSO PROVIDING ME WITH ONLY 20 KB/SEC SPEED.WITH THIS POOR SPEED HOW CAN I DOWNLOAD 24 GB OF DATA IN JUST 2 MONTHS???I KNOW THAT BSNL HAVE CHEATED ON ME FOR SURE.CAN YOU HELP ME PLEASE AND HURRY BECAUSE I HAVE TO PAY THE BILL ON[protected] OR THE NON WORKING PHONE WILL BE CANCELED FOREVER.PLEASE HELP ME.MY PHONE NUMBER IS[protected]IT'S NOT WORKING).ANOTHER NUMBER TO CONTACT ME IS:[protected]

                          BSNL GPRS ACTIVATION

                          Dear Sir / Mam,

                          I am a bsnl mobile user of kolkata region ( [protected] ) and activated the one month pack of bsnl gprs on 19th of may 2009. During the same night my balance came down from Rs 50 so my gprs was deactivated, for that i called up the customer care and recaharged my balance to become more than Rs. 50 and sent the gprs activation message ( GPRS E )to 53733 but till now my gprs is not activated and i am continuously...

                          Dear Sir,
                          I am a user of BSNL Mobile (Excel) Prepaid Number from last few years. My Mobile number is [protected]. This number was issued to me when I was an employee of Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi. Presently I have shifted to Jamshedpur and serving as Engineer (Design) at Indo Danish Tool Room, Jamshedpur since March, 2009.
                          From the morning of 19th May, 2009 I am receiving diverted calls from A BSNL Mobile Number [protected] belonging to some Mr. Bablu Singh, Resident of Bhagalpur (Information collected from those who are making calls).
                          The above fellow is not known to me from anywhere as far as I remember and knowingly or unknowingly some how he has diverted his all calls to my BSNL Mobile Number [protected]. I had talked to the BSNL Customer Care but they showed there inability in helping me out in this regard.
                          I am in great problem due to this because a number of people are trying to contact that particular number continuously and all those calls are coming to my mobile number. This is disturbing me a lot and presently I have been forced to switch off my mobile number.
                          I am a very old customer of BSNL and hence I do not want to close or switch off this number.
                          I have submitted a grievance to BSNL today itself.

                          Sir my Query is:
                          How can any one divert his calls to my mobile number without my permission?
                          I feel that before conforming the services of call divert to any customer the service provider should ask the receiver first.

                          Please also guide me that how my problem can be solved .

                            I have appied for the BSNL landline transfer[protected] from kalyannagar bangalore to brookfield on 16th april. But till today the transfer has not done and only monthly bills are promtly generated. i am just wasting my time running to brookfield BSNL office and banasawadi office. even after clearing all bills which i am not suppose to pay since there is no line for more than one month. still these lazy people are not givng the shifting
                            Its really shame that these people dont have any kind of responsibility

                            BSNL — Landline phone not shifting

                            Dear Sir/madam,
                            I have submitted my application for landline phone shifting from my earlier location to my current location on 22.07.10 bearing tel number [protected]. But till date i am waiting for the phone shifting. I have taken the landline for internet services only and due to non-availability of the same i am now bearing losses in my work.
                            I am in continue touch with local BSNL team in lakhanpur kanpur, but they had said that cables are faulty right now and it will take more time for resolution.

                            I request the higher authorities to kindly intervene for earliest resolution of my complaint.

                            Yes, very lazy people at Brookfield Office, I am also facing same issue, with the office, I applied for shifting on[protected], till not done. whenever i reach office (as they won't lift the phone itself), they say 2 weeks, 1 month etc., every time. I fed up and left as it is :(.

                              I am having Home 500 C plan in Berhampur (Two Months old connection with a new modem from BSNL). Most of the time the ADSL light is flickering, Very Poor connectivity. When ever lodged compliant with customer service No body picks up even when they take the compliant they dont respond. I am one of the senior Govt Official if this is for me then what about normal public?

                              Hi,

                              I am a resident of Howrah (Ramrajatala).My Broadband has been disfunctional for the last 7 months and inspite of my repeated persual, the idle managers and workers of the BSNL exchange could not take out sometime from their busy schedule to attend to my compliant.In the process I decided to surrender the connection as I am irritated with the kind of poor customer service BSNL offers.To my utter surprise, these people are not ready to accept my surrender letter.Please help me surrender it.

                              i have bsnl broadband connection from 20days but now it is not working proparly. i did a lot of complaints in exchange but no body came to solve my problem, now i don't want to continoue my bsnl broad band connection. i[censored] can solve my problem then please contact me at my mobile no [protected] as soon as posible.my bsnl phone no is[protected] address in bill is madan dev prakash h/ no 788/10 bhim nagar gurgaon.

                              I got bsnl broadband connection from habra branch, that too after many worshipping the authority. i am not satisfied with the service. i am user of 500C. i used to get bills of huge amount. i tried 1000 times to read my usage details, which they could not help. although lastly i had been able to read it when they rectified it after long chasing. in the mean time i have been using bsnl mobile unlimited internet, charges being rs. 125 per fortnight. therefore is should not go after paying huge bill amount. whenever i went to habra branch office to submit a request/letter, number of filthy grounds shown to me so as to not receive my letter. i am fade up with the dealing of habra office. i am a central govt. employee and entitled to get 20% rebate on their plan. accordingly, i applied, action taken after 5 months, that too when i physically met the authority. i have submitted a request for surrender of telephone and broadband connection three months back, but still they are sending bills. these are my experience with bsnl, especially habra branch.
                              I given in BSNL office 15 days ago a surrenderd note because not healthy response customer care & behaviuor of employees.At that time i given Surrender notice, executive tell me our employee come to ur house and telling the process.But nobody came now..

                              I have booking complaint. another day i'll again inform 4-5times for complain booking system. but did not rectify my problem.
                              I have lose of 3 days browsing collection and we have loose my customer.

                                my STD PT Phone No.GADWAL-273655 not working since last 4 months due to cable fault in road widening at gadwal town.but iam getting minimum bill for Rs.300/- (Rs.Three hundred only) per month.if not working that connection how to we pay our minimum bill for that STD PT.hence requesting please remove my minimum bill to my phone GWL-273655 i.e. std pt

                                  I HAVE PURCHAISED A BSNL BROADBAND CONNECTION IN YEAR YEAR 2007 OF MAY 28. BSNL OFFERS THE FOLLOWING SACHEMES TO ME .
                                  1) FREE DOWNLOADING UP TO 1GB PER MONTH
                                  2) RENT OF CONNECTION WILL BE Rs.250 PER MONTH
                                  3) DOWNLOADING CHARGES ABOVE 1 GB WILL BE 90 paise PER MB
                                  4) DATA LINK MODEM RS 1400

                                  SIR I AGAIN OFFERED A NEW SACHEME BY BSNL THAT RULAR PLAN HAVING RENT Rs 150 FROM MARCH 2009 AS I BELONG TO TALWARA TOWNSHIP DISTT. HOSHIARPUR COMES UNDER RULAR AREA SO I ACCEPT THAT PLAN AND WHICH IS EFFECTIVE FROM MARCH 2009. REST OF THE PLAN IS SAME AS MENTION ABOVE .
                                  SIR FROM MAY 2008 I RECEIVE ONLY RENT AS A BILL FROM BSNL WHICH IS OF Rs 280 PER MONTH BUT I AM SHOCKED WHEN I GOT A BILL OF RS 10542 FROM BSNL ON 19 MAY 2009 ..FROM THE MAY 2007 TO MAY 2009 I HAVEN"TV RECEIVE ANY BILL NEITHER BSNL INFORMS ME ABOUT THAT BILL .
                                  SIR MY ONLY REQUEST IS THAT PLEASE LOOK INTO THAT CASE AND HELP ME TO SOLVE MY CASE .
