Dear sir,

I had requested to BSNL for shifting of my Land line Phone - 0712.2560371 in Nagpur, on 20th of March 2009.( Two months back ) .
But uptill now there is no action from BSNL.
BSNL sended one bill of Amt Rs 162.00.
I have contacted to all responsible officials from BSNL, Nagpur Circle( in person, on mobile & on INTERNET . But all efforts are gone to vain.
Pl give me Justice & guide regarding how to tackle this case.

    Dear Sir,

    Underground cabling in our area was completed some four years back. But the landline connections have not yet been fully provided with this cable network. I live in Kurunthodath Lane, South Eroor. In this lane some houses have been given connections from the underground cable, whereas some of the connections are still working in overhead cable. My telephone number is 2780985. Three or four houses alone are denied this facility now. Why don't you make arrangements to convert all the landline connections to the underground cable. Provisions have been given inside our premises years back. Unless this facility is extended to a few o[censored]s also, we are thinking of surrendering our BSNL telephones. A response from your will be highly appreciated.

      I am a customer of your BSNL Cell one service for the past 5 years. In the Initial period your network coverage has not covered throughout Dindigul. Then you have raised your technology and instrumentation for increasing the coverage area. Subsequently being the customer, I have enjoyed your service.

      With great pain and shame, I am informing your office that my cell phone has not respond the incoming calls and my contacts with other mobiles including BSNL have been suddenly dropped. It will cause misunderstanding with my friends, relatives and concerned officials. For that please provide sufficient, efficient and increased network to my Dindigul Town. I am writing this as a true citizen of India.

          BSNL is giving EXL Power scheme to reduce call rate on any two BSNL no (First Landline and second BSNL Moblie). I have taken that scheme in 27th April and i have requested them to activate my two number by sms. i have also registered complaints three times. But till now my Exlpower is not activated. All the customer care executives give the different reply and feedback. My problem should be solved or money should be refunded.

          BSNL — higher charge than the usual local call rate

          Sir,
          I am Ram Dulal China from Kolkata. My mobile No is[protected]. This is a BSNL lifetime connection. On 22.04.2009 i got magic recharge of Rs 162.00 which is a excel power voucher for getting lower call rates for local calls (@0.30 ps instead of 0.90 ps/call/unit). But after four days (on 26th onwards) I have been charged by BSNL by Rs 3.00/call/unit for local calls (10 TIMES MORE THAN THE CALL CHARGE UNDER THE POWER EXCEL PLAN FACILITY PROVIDED). I tried to contact BSNL customer care. after many attempts when I could talk to the customer care representative, they assured me that there has been a mistake and they will refund me the extra amount charged against all calls I have made for which Rs3.00 has been charged. But even after three days my complain is not attended and still I am getting call charges of Rs 3.00 / local call.
          I plea to you to please look into the matter and see that this types of negligence is not done with the customers by the BSNL. Getting back money (as refund to your talk value in your mobile ) by BSNL is a dream!! AT LEAST PROPER CALL CHARGES WHICH I AM AUTHENTICATED TO GET IN THIS FACILITY IN MY MOBILE FOR THE PERIOD AS PER THE PLAN MAY BE RESUMED BY THE BSNL AT THE EARLIEST.
          I anticipate your kind cooperation and necessary actions in this regard, Sir.

          For your kind information, i am informing you again that during 11 and 12 Aug 2010 my bsnl 2G service is by default converted to the 3G service (according to bsnl customer care). I am using Rs. 300/- monthly free local calls own network service but due to bsnl internal network or other service problem my local call charges become Rs. 1/local call and therefore i was losed Rs. 30/- (approximately).

          Regular correspondence with bsnl customer care currently my free local call service is active but my account did not credit with Rs. 30/-. I did contact with CMD-BSNL, Customer Service Centre -CM (General Managers), many times but i feel that they is not interested in my complain.

          So please as soon as take appropriate and immediate action on my complain.

          I have recharged a msg card of Rs.13/-in[protected] which covers 1paisa local/std sms to any mobile.But from starting it cut down Rs.1.5/- for any network number and some BSNL mobile number from main balance.i told miss neha she is bsnl customer care exicutive give answer that call again 24 hours ,but i have already complaind no.and no response give any againist complaind no.i have already complaind about this matter two times ,but till now no feedback I have received.

              dear sir,
              we are subscriber of broadband connection on no.[protected]. we have complaints regarding it.tried to solve many times but couldn't get answers.
              1) whenever we switch on we got message of "limited or no connectivity" it remains in on &off
              2) we have package of 250/ monthly for that perhaps 500MB but can't know how much have been used.
              3) tried to be member or bsnl portal but in add on phone account couldn't find UNIQUE ID as shown in sample.
              4) request to change a package is also not taken.
              hope you will take notice to our probelms. otherwise when connection works it works excellentaly.

                I agree.
                When the whole world is making progressing in the use of Internet and IT, mostly assisted by Indian IT labour, this country and this particular company is going backwards !!. They didnt even notify the registered customers like me who were paying bills through this website that they have or will be discontinuing payments through the website !! Isnt it disgraceful?

                I want to de activte caller tune from my mobile phone. I tried to get regional authorities by phone. I contact two bsnl officers and both of them advised me to submit a written application to the Deputy manager, Customer care, BSNL.The attitude and the behaviour from them was very negative.Now I realise that most of the customers are not satisfied.

                It is very easy to get cller tune by pressing star and 9.Then why can't them make an easy method to de active the caller tune with out their help.

                  i am living in kalpakkam. I am having bsnl broadband connection. My telephone number is[protected]. My broadband is not working form 11th may 2009. i have logged many complaints to bsnl office in kalpakkam. But no response from them. My Broadband adsl link is down. No one is giving proper response. Dont know what todo?
                  Me too having same problem in Madipakkam. Escalated the complaint to Senior officers... do the same.

                      I had applied for bsnl connection vide DN N1001772 dated 20-6-09 but i got a wll connection on 2479, but to my surprise they gave me an old instrument with all types of bandages and now they say that new instruments are not available. Now this is not at all good at your end to give your new customers old phones and that too used ones. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                      My mobile no. is [protected] on post paid base card. Today, i.e. on 12/09/2011, it is without any prior notice, all of sudden, stopped out going facility and saying on recording that pls contact on 1503.

                      It was informed by 1503 that you have to go to BSNL office for verification. It is not informed that what type of verification is required as i am having the phone connection since 6 to 7 years and the last bill of July is paid which delivered to my existing address.

                      It is appreciated for verification under the present situation but if i had given time for 3/4 days to visit the branch of BSNL without discontinuing the out going facility instead of stopping the facility without any my fault.

                        Dear Sir / Madam

                        I am sherlly wilson presentely residing at kuwait with my family since 1995. Three months back we sent our eldest 13 year old son to India to study and to share his love with his grand parents. As per our families request and friends advise, we have decided to have a internet connection (broad band connection Rs.250 package.) at home.

                        From the day we got the connection (2 months back) we are not able to send mail or chat with our son or parents continuously. Every now and then (within few seconds) the line is getting disconnected and we are unable to speak or chat or even share files. Hence we submitted our complaints over phone to chennai telephones, Manali area (Pin 600068) and they came to check the line and connection. Unfortunately, they could not diagnose the actual problem so they told us to check the computer. Finally we paid Rs.600/- and checked our computer totally and no problem at all in our computer. Again we have complained to chennai telephones broadband division in manali and the said the problem could be in modem. Hence my parents handedover the modem to BSNL office to check. After two days, they returned the same modem as it is and said no problem in the modem. By the time, we reiceived our bill for BSNL connection alongwith our telephone bill which totals to Rs.1750/- and we made the payment without using bsnl connection which is unfair. My son told us and also bsnl staff that signal in modem for incoming and outgoing are not continuous - within 15 to 20 seconds, signal goes off and line also gets disconnected. Finally my parents personally went to the office and personally requested them to look into the matter but also no response from them. Hence we are posting this complaint thru your website hoping that you will seriously consider our request. we do not want to make any complaint on any individual or department but we want a solution for our problem.

                        Finally, if bsnl could not rectify our complaint shotly, we have no other go rather than going to private telephones and simultanously loosing hope on BSNL - which should not happen.

                        Please personally enquire our complaints which we have made thru phone to the concerned staff / department. Your pesonal internvention in this regard shall be highly appreciated. Awaiting your favourable response to my email : [protected]@hotmail.com

                          this is harshad kulkarni. i m cellone postpaid custmer ([protected]). when i send msg " AMT" to 53333 the displayed my ussage ad rs. 930 which is not possible as in my plan their is free unlimited gprs(whose speed is also only 2 kbps) and free bsnl to bsnl calls and sms. i hardly made calls to other network of 90 mins (call rate is 0.40/60 sec). i have taken conection 15 days before only. i investigated this matter to costomer care and also to nearly bsnl office but they have no details. plz suggest me what must i do?

                          Go to Consumer Forum and sue BSNL, they deserve it.
                          Respected sir,
                          Iam a customer using a postpsid plan of 725 in the kerala circle.The sim was alloted to me on November 2008, along with a jodi and a jodi plus connection, with the offer o[censored]nlimited free calls and sms to all bsnl phones in my state. As of a revised plan it has been informed us that "such JODI and JODI PLUS connections, will stand converted to PLAN 99 tariffs with effect from 01.09.2009". I strongly believe that such an action will reduce the number of postpaid users in the kerala circle. We had givenup our earlier connections to take up this plan. I should also say that WE are not satisfied by this decesion of yours to change the plan after alloting a connection to a user, (that too a postpaid plan). what so ever the reasons be, we believed you while taking the connection and now changing the plan now can only be considered as an untrustworthy action by the authorities concerned to its customers.
                          It would be appreciated if the authorities can help us out with this problem. We believe you will take the necessary steps to stop the conversion of the JODI and JODI PLUS connections to PLAN 99. For the same i shall be greatly thankful to you and highly obliged.

                                i m using BSNL broadband from more than a year. i hv 750 home plan.my problem is that the ASDL link here goes down after 5-10 minutes, i complainted at my nearer exchange (Sanehwal) many times, once a guy from exchange visited my home to check it, but still the problen is not been solved, i m not able to use the braodband for downloading, chatting etc because when i starts, the DSL link goes down, kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible

                                I have broad band facility on my telephone no.JPN 2252687.Bill of dec 08 and jan 09 shows excess usage of broad band, on reciept of bill for dec 08 i immidiately complained to PRO Office on 24-01-08 but nothing was done d . Simultaneously no.of compplaints at 198 and 1957 were lodged to rectify the defect of failure of link time and again but the concerned staff could not identify the defect and this fault persisted till 5th march 09 when mr. Nikhil was able to get it rectified the fault of exchange by giving directions to staff of exchange through telephone sitting at my residence r . cause of excess usage is logging of same site time and again due to failure of broad band link, this aspect of fault no body in the deptt. try to understand, i also made a complaint to GMT JALANDHAR on21-02-09 for which i am yet not recieved any reply neither my bill for dec.-08 and jan 09 has been corrected so far. excess
                                I have not receiving ADSL regrlarly for the past one month.I tried to contact SDO, AREA MANAGER, Okhla Exchange but of no avail. Now I am disgusted with and want to disconnect the internet.
                                It is true. Nobody in BSNL were ready to help the customer. I am sure one day BSNL will clooapse like Air India. At that time the employees of BSNL will feel their uselessness.

                                Try to go for other network if possible.
                                Even I am facing same problem. Frequent down of BSNL link every 5 minutes.

                                Any idea is it due to Area exchange, or only my port, or the line connection, or the Router?
                                yes, iam residing in Alappuzha, Kerala state.Uses 750 combo plan.I am facing the same problem for the last 2 months.It is very frustrating.Not able to chat, watch video, download any thing.I have complained several times but no result.I am fed up .I will wait 4 1 more week.If they are not attending, I will certainly cancel the connection.

                                    BSNL is the worst in the GSM networks, i guess
                                    it has the worst network, iam using Bsnl from past 3 months, n iam suffering a lot because of this nonsense network, calls r just bound to disconnect,
                                    n u have a probability of not getting connected to network, 9/10 times .

                                    n the coustomer care, Oh my god, does that thing exists,
                                    if it was legal, IF IT WAS LEGAL, I WOULD HAVE MURDERED EACH AND EVERY WORKING IN BSNL,

                                      BSNL — line dead for 3 months

                                      sir i am trying desperately to get my telephone line working for last 3 months to of no avail. i am a principal of a reputed school in kolkata and have no time to run from pillar to post getting my work done during office hours. please help

                                      My landline no. 2638731(ghaziabad), was not working since may 09 onwards, due to cable repair, as per your staff. I made my complaint at Rajander Ngr. Ghaziabad, Then i was given WLL in place of that, that also after few day became dead, After complaining many time now they made my land line connected, but that also not working properaly.
                                      So please treat this as my final request. and cancelled my Land line no.

                                        I m a resident of Agra, UP. i had applied for broad band connection on the 3rd of may '09. we have also paid for the conncetion. the employees at the agra BSNL office are saying that they will do, but it is not done till now, they are delaying the connection, After repeated approaches no improvement, It would be a great help i[censored] pls take note of this matter,

                                        even after depositing the required deposit for conversion of broadband plan from 256 kbps to 512 kbps in the commercial office of agra, i have been waiting for the enhancement of speed since 1 week.

                                        the process is so complicated that u deposit the amount with commercial office then they will send the advice note to the concerned exchange sdo for his remarks, then he will return the advice note to tax bhawan where it is lying for execution.

                                        dont know whom should i contact to expediate the matter.
                                        i[censored] r using airtel and want to enhance your speed, just make a call, and the request is executed instantly.

                                        bsnl is unable to keep pace with the changing ethics of modern business.
