not getting proper net link from 5 month

I vidya devi want to say that i am a consumer of bsnl broadband of patna circle. My basic phone no is[protected] and i have bsnl broadband on this no i.e[protected]. broad band connection in error

Sir, for the last 3 months the broad band connection is not working.i had given the complaint in our exchange for two three time.i had also given a written complaint also, when i enquire they told we might have called 198 and booked our complaint.so we just called 198 for four times.still now there is no any response from the exchange authorities.our phone number is 2516772.we hopr their will be sudden action from your side....

It is seen that for the month of march 09 for the period 01.3.09 to 31.3.09 there has been an abnormal bill . The customer has been using this service for the last 2 years and no such abnormal has been received. Broadband not working

I have been following up with BSNL as my braodband is down for more that 30 days, they have been charging me the tarrif for the the service but not wanting to set it right. We feel totally helpless....

Charge technique used for Unlimited use during night

Hi,

I have recently taken the 500C plan from BSNL DataOne.
the give the facility o[censored]nlimited night usage from 2 am to 8 am, apart from the 1.5 gb for the rest of the day for the whole month.

now, i had logged on 1:58:xx am on day, and used the connection for about 3 hours.

when i checked my charge details, i saw that the whole of the charge being billed as outside the 2 am to 8 am time...

Extra charges of Top-up vouchers

Retailers in Malerkotla charging the old service tax i.e. 12.30% from the customer even though they know that service tax charges has been reduced. In BSNL exchange counter they are charging the existing service tax i.e. 10.30%. When asked for bill they refused to give so. I request the administration to check this as early as possible....

I had selected 'vitthal awadi prembhav '(RBT_105510) as caller tune.As per instruction I selected 'buy'
option once time for it.To enter the download confirmation number bsnl has sent 12 confirmation number but after entering each number 'invalid number' message displays but the charges are being deducted (nearly Rs.40).

Also for registration I am calling the 56700 number...

poor gprs connection...too poor....

i am bsnl postpaid user. my number is [protected]. i am frm kerala, ernakulam dis., nettoor.

even though there is a bsnl tower and a bsnl service office near my house i am getting slow gprs connection
i have taken 199 plan. when i go to neighbouring town i am getting speed abt 20 kbps but when i reach at my home. i am only getting 2kbps... is there any remedy for this problem? can i get service frm the tower of ma neighbouring...

relating to network problem

sir/mam,
i m jatin gautam from panchkula. I m using bsnl prepaid mobile connection, i m sorry to say but i am not satisfy with your services that you are prevailing to yours customers. the sector i.e 25 sector, panchkula in which i am living, network problem remain everytime. i cant understand whts the problem in this, even when power cut took place in our locality our network also go. whats the link with electricity in that case....
