My mobile no is [protected]. I wanted to unsuscibe this meaningless service which is provided by no. 51819 on bsnl mobiles. To deactivate dating service from Bsnl mobile phone I sent a sms UNSUBDAT and UNSUBASTRO to 51819 but the services are still not deactivated. pls unsubscribe this service.

    Sir,
    Last two weeks we cannot see bbusage as the page is not displayed. we also try to gothrough by Usage detail Portal at www.dataone.in, but that tries are also in vain. The page http: bbservice.bsnl.in
    is not open. i have contacted with local BSNLcustomarcare centre at Kalyani, they told, " this problem generates from central server and we here can do nothing " and can not assure me when and how the problem will be solved.

    Now Sir, I have put my problem before you and the problem will be solved.

      Sub: Delay in shifting of landline & broadband connection (Tel No. –[protected]

      Respected Sir,

      I had filed a request in Bhatpara Telephone Exchange, vide Service Request No. PHT/S/IE/HU/09-10/0145 dated 04-May-09, for shifting of my existing landline & broadband connection (Tel No. –[protected] from Sundiapara (under Bhatpara Telephone Exchange) to Sodepur (under Panihati Telephone Exchange). Upon contacting the Bhatpara Telephone Exchange, I came to know that the order has been sent to the Panihati Telephone Exchange long back. Then I contacted your staffs in Panihati Telephone Exchange a couple of times in last two weeks to know the status. Each time they assured me that it will be done shortly, but yet to be done. This show the dreadful reluctance and lack of professionalism and accountability among your staffs. I am facing terrific inconvenience for this excessive delay in shifting of landline & broadband connection, as you can understand how important these things are in our life today.

      I request you to kindly look into the matter with urgency. A prompt meaningful action will be much appreciated!

        This is M.Sachidanandan from Tripunithura(Ernakulam ).My phone number is 2777210, I had applied for a new broadband connection one and a half months ago, on seeing the advertisement that connection will be given within 24 hours.After a month when I enquired at the exchange they told that my application is misplaced and asked me to give another one.Then I gave a new application and then met JTO, CTO and Divisional Manager and they told me that my application was cancelled because, my phone line is following some older system and has to be modified and give connection in 2 days time.

        Then 2 weeks passed and again I approached BSNL and they said all internals are upto date and no pending and your application is waiting for creation and will come in 2 days.Again after 3 days I enquired and they are saying same .

        Why these people are doing like these and take this much time in creation process, all are women and will be talking always and discussing family matters and not working properly.I am also a Electronics and Communication Engineering graduate and working as a Software Engineer, I know how silly these things are.They are not doing what they are suppose to and now its been nearly 2 months and still to this date I have not get broadband connection, they are saying within 2-3 days and is going on saying that and now even told me not to come to exchange regarding this and dont call and enquire.

        I request necessary action against these people in Tripunithura and Ernakulam Exchanges and give me connection immediately.

I have the problem of not getting proper broadband net link from 5 months due to cable foult . I have complaint so many times on bsnl custmer care but did not get any good response about my problem .             Sir, for the last 3 months the broad band connection is not working.i had given the complaint in our exchange for two three time.i had also given a written complaint also, when i enquire they told we might have called 198 and booked our complaint.so we just called 198 for four times.still now there is no any response from the exchange authorities.our phone number is 2516772.we hopr their will be sudden action from your side.

            Im also suffering from same problem.Im staying in Kadavoor and my BSNl telephone exchange is in Anchaalumood. Ive been also suffering from no connectivity for 2 months. Even they are sending the bill in correct time but the exchange not showing any kind of response after further calss. They always say that "ENGINEER ON LEAVE" but i head up to exchange and i found that Engineer was rite there on the same day i called them and they said like this.


            I also given a written complaint but no response. I complainted to the head office in Chinnakada and Vellayittambalam. Still no response

            Even they say that they DONT KNOW how to rectify it

            Is that the way they learned to deal with customers ??


            Im using this bsnl 750 unlimited because I have online interviews and exams to appear. But due to this fault from BSNL exchange im really disappointed

            If there was another broadband solution like Asianet or Airtel in this area then i would surely turn to that. But all these are only upto Thevally

            Im really really disappointed with the response from BSNL

            They are just thinking that evn they dont respond nothing happens because they are govt servants

            I am using bsnl landline and broadband connection. whenever rain or wind is there we are getting disturbances and noicy in landline and most of the time broadband not connecting. our area is Anad, Elampal under punalur (kollam) exchange.now technology is very advanced and fibre obtic cable is using many coundries. but bsnl not at change overhead line to underground copper cable in our area.many lines are crossing and running through electrical line post. many cable joints are using even inbetween hundred metres distances without proper joint or protective junction box. bsnl is giving more offering while applaying broadband, netone or landline connections. before that bsnl should rectify the line problems. now a days other telecom companies are giving better services. so please take necessary action against our telephone lines.

            Sir,

            I am a bsnl landline consumer and my landline number is 2493812 which comes under the Chepra Exchange. I had submitted an application to transfer my existing telephone to my new built house which comes under the same exchange area. I had submitted the application to Valakom Exchange on 27th of April 2010. Till date no action has been taken to transfer my present telephone.

            Kindly take immediate action to transfer this telephone to the new location.

            sorry to say that your service is soo bad!!

            my landphone([protected]) is not working since august2010.I submitted an application to kottarakara bsnl office on the first week of august2010 to shift my land phone to our new house. its from kottarakara to mylom, but still the end of feb2011. I didnt recieve any action from your department.several times i went to kottarakara office and inform about this but they are not giving me a possitive reply.
            Now im facing too much difficulties im working in uae now, my father and mother is alone there and my father is a patient too.i dont have any other option other than your network.

            Please understand my problem and make an action as soon as possible.

            my name is prejith kumar. In November 2012, my father submit an online an application for bsnl broadband internet connection(BB home ul 499)on the bases of our land line number [protected]. Some one came to my home and collect some documents with my father's signature. After that nothing happened, even though my father visit ochira branch office and remind them. each time when ever my father visit the office they says different excuses.First they say they don't have enough free space to give the connection, after that they told that, there is some cable fault etc...So I humbly request you to take necessary action to solve this problem as soon as possible.

            I am also facing the same problem since last MAY 2013. I actually fed-up with taking to the unqualified Engineers sitting in the Exchange. They don't have any knowledge about the Broad Band or Networking... because of one of the Eng. is saying that my home is so far from the exchange that's why I am getting slow net and data drop... hahahaha

            Many times I went to the exchange and they are saying some unnecessary comments to foolish us and even they are not thinking that to whom they are talking to.

            Now I am using the 3rd ADSL router (DLink) at home because of those Engineers sitting at the exchange, they don't accept their faults.

            For me all the Routers are showing the same issue. There is no drop on ADSL power. The problem for the data only... its dropping in between and no speed. I am using the 4mbps connection and I not getting even 1mbps...

            I have good experience in IT & Tele communication filed over 15 years and I am a professional Network Engineer, working abroad.

            I am not ready to accept their foolish comments as a normal customer.

            Only qualified Engineer can understand the issue and solve the issue.

            If someone from BSNL can accept my advice, with my knowledge and experience, if we need to get proper live internet without any data drop they need to check the following steps.

            1. Check the telephone line from exchange to the customer Place (whether there is any earthing or any short circuit... This is the main thing that the phone not working properly (Sound hearing problem, no ring, phone getting damage etc..) After Many request and arguments my phone is working properly after changing the cable from the main line to the home.

            2. Do check the cables which is connected to the Broadband to the home line from the Exchange or the main Broadband input to the Exchange for the distribution. (If you are using the CAT6 cables please do check whether the device will support CAT6 cables... Old devices and CAT5 sockets will not support the CAT6 Cables and you will get data loss or no connectivity in between.

            3. Do check the devices which is connected to the Broadband whether there is any Hardware problem (Especially when ever it is heated up)

            Hope some one responsible person will read this and do the needful.

            I don't get Internet continuously. I am complaining about this for many times there service technician comes and check only main line and told the line is clear then go.I has complained about several time. Every time they come and do the same process.

            i am vaisakh from parippally.My no is[protected] .i have complaint about this several times in parippally exchange .when i am calling they dont take the phone. this is not happened only for me most people in this exchange circle has the same problem they dont attened the call.             There is no other connection available in my area rather than bsnl.Bsnl also cheating the people

              It is seen that for the month of march 09 for the period 01.3.09 to 31.3.09 there has been an abnormal bill . The customer has been using this service for the last 2 years and no such abnormal has been received. The customer has approached the service center, Accounts Officer, he did not accept the written complaint. Approached the service center in Saidapet .The complaint was brushed aside by saying that you have used the service as per their records. Now there seems to be a misuse somewhere in between the customer and the service provider.Please check and refund the amount to the customer.Otherwise Consumer court being approached.

              BSNL Broadband — wrong biling

              i use 250 scheme
              i hv used only 0.5 mb
              bt it shows 1gb limit exceeded.

              BSNL — Wrong billing for Broadband

              Hi,
              I was using BSNL Broadband, at my office and the connection was in name of Landlord Mr Arun Kr Singhal. The Broadband connection was installed in the no[protected]. I was in Rs 250, plan whereby 2GB download was free. Everything was fine, until on May 2006, where they sent me a bill of Rs 10,333/- i made the payment, but in subsequent 2-3 months, they again sent me bills for Rs 10,000 + . When i complained to AOTR, no body took care of it. They say pay the bills first and then come.

              Now it is simply impossible for broadband usage to be so much.

              Now you guys, please suggest what to do in this case.

              BSNL — wrong broadband billing

              i m bsnl broadband user,having 500 rs. plan, for march 2010 my broadband uses are 3383 mb, so i should be charged for additional[protected]=) 823 mb. But bsnl charged me about 3000 rs. for extra uses.THE PROBLEM IS -- "when i see at bsnl account office computer , it shows my broadbend uses 7000 mb instead of 3383 mb." So it is their mistake or server problem. when i gave application, it was rejected and they told me to pay all the bill. i havent paid bill yet, they told me that if i will give application again ,it will be also rejected, beacuse according to them the data shown on their computer is considered for billing, though it is totally wrong.

              BSNL — Wrong broadband uses billing

              I have Rs. 250/- bsnl broad plan. Normally for last two years my bill was in the range of Rs. 340 to Rs. 500/- . But for the month of June 2010 BSNL charged me Rs. 39,999/-. I have checked the actual uses for my broad band from TAX office it is 400MB only. I have made complaint but no body is taking care. Can you please suggest me with top bosses contact.

                I have a Evdo card which is not working at all. My location is gurgaon village. Even i met number of person including Indu Kumar who is handling the Evdo problems in gurgaon. but no one solve my problem. My evdo car iis giving me a speed pt 10kbps to 15 kbps.                   I am having home 750 broadband plan on my landline telephone number [protected]. This service is provided in my residence "NAMANA' shalini nagara. bajagoli post. karkala taluk, udupi district-574122. My broadband connection gets disconnected every 5 minutes, and the error message what I get is "Server Error". I feel the problem is with either the Modem installed in my premise or the settings. Whenever broadband disconnects, I reboot the Modem and I am able to establish the connection immediately. Like this, every day, I have to reboot the Moden not less than 10 to 15 times. This is causing lot of problems as the broadband gets disconnected while making payment on internet and I am unable to find out whether the payment is made or not. Similarely, whenever I download some files, at the end, the broad band disconnects and I have to restart the downloading once again from the beginning causing loss of time and money. I request karkala BSNL officers to look in to the matter and provide solution so that I get uninterrupted broadband service.i am not good in english please help me.NmanaGanesh.

                  Im also suffering from same problem.Im staying in Kadavoor and my BSNl telephone exchange is in Anchaalumood. Ive been also suffering from no connectivity for 2 months. Even they are sending the bill in correct time but the exchange not showing any kind of response after further calss. They always say that "ENGINEER ON LEAVE" but i head up to exchange and i found that Engineer was rite there on the same day i called them and they said like this.


                  I also given a written complaint but no response. I complainted to the head office in Chinnakada and Vellayittambalam. Still no response

                      I have recently taken the 500C plan from BSNL DataOne.
                      the give the facility o[censored]nlimited night usage from 2 am to 8 am, apart from the 1.5 gb for the rest of the day for the whole month.

                      now, i had logged on 1:58:xx am on day, and used the connection for about 3 hours.

                      when i checked my charge details, i saw that the whole of the charge being billed as outside the 2 am to 8 am time span! and i have to pay for it!

                      it means that they log the login time and then the amouont of time one is logged in for that session, even if one goes into the free time.

                      now i suppose that is a very wrong kind of charging. just because my computer, s clock was 2 mins faster that that of BSNL's, and i had accidentally logged in 2 mins before their free time, doesnot give them the right to charge me for the next 2~3 hours even if it is actually 2 mins that chould be chargeable.

                      so, i have though of a plan to make them pay for their own crooked method of billing. if what that guy said is correct, then if i log in at 7:58 am and keep the session up for the whole day, then it would ideally be free (according to their logic), since i loggedin inside the free time slot. i am yet to try it. if that is the case, then i urge all 500 users to make bsnl pay for their light-headedness.

                        Retailers in Malerkotla charging the old service tax i.e. 12.30% from the customer even though they know that service tax charges has been reduced. In BSNL exchange counter they are charging the existing service tax i.e. 10.30%. When asked for bill they refused to give so. I request the administration to check this as early as possible.

                          I had selected 'vitthal awadi prembhav '(RBT_105510) as caller tune.As per instruction I selected 'buy'
                          option once time for it.To enter the download confirmation number bsnl has sent 12 confirmation number but after entering each number 'invalid number' message displays but the charges are being deducted (nearly Rs.40).

                          Also for registration I am calling the 56700 number lots of time but the option 4 for registration is not available but for calling i have to pay for charges.

                          BSNL Ringback Tone — Download cost everymonth

                          It was informed by BSNL Tamilnadu websites that the Ring back tone service is given by pressing a star button* but the song download is Rs12 and monthly rent Rs25 for BSNL postpaid connection, but every month renewal is not Rs 25 But 25+12. this is meaning less because every month why should we be paying for download of the song as Ringbacktone????

                            i am trying to open my portal to check my account usage, but i am unable to open it . the dataone website works fine except for the portal . how should i come to know the remaining bandwith for this month in order not to exceed my limit? kindly help
                            Dear Tech Group - Broadband Services - BSNL:

                            I have been experiencing lot of difficulty accessing the internet thro your BSNL Broadband connection.
                            We have a unlimited plan 750 (Modem Type-II) using the telephone[protected] and find that, most often, when we log in, a message appears as 'Server not found'. All the four green lights of modem are on, and the computer's signal strength also appears to be good. Besides, even when we are connected, the signal gets cut off several times. The laptop we use is a standard DELL make and is either kept in close proximity to the modem or in the next room.

                            A additional observation is that we are able to secure internet connection even if the signal strength received by the computer is low. This means that it is a server problem we experience most often.

                            Why is this so? Even after switching from a 125 plan thro' 500 plan, we find the sevice from BSNL needs much to be much desired...

                            Please send in your support staff to rectify the problem.

                                I have set-up auto-payment system through ICICI online payment against "Bill Presentment by BSNL Cell One".

                                The latest bill of Rs.450 due on[protected] has been already paid on[protected] through ICICI online payment system.

                                Though the previous payment had also been paid under the same system which is reflecting in the current bill, how come the current payment is NOT ACCOUNTED FOR by BSNL Cell One...?

                                The outgoing calls of the subject mobile phone have been barred since[protected]. This is highly improper and inefficient management in the part of BSNL.

                                    I have activated the gprs in my nokia 3110c phone at 24 oct. 2008 but i did not get the settings for the gprs. When i sent the sms for the settings, then the reply from the bsnl is "there is no mobile format".
