NOICY TELEPHONE

Noisy Land line telephone

My problem is pending with the Neelankarai Telephone exchange for a long time. We live in independent house and use parallel telephones for the first floor and the ground floor. Some time back I went to the exchange personally and met the concerned officer and requested him to enable caller id facility. The caller id was given after two visits and calls on telephones after a week.

Landline disconnection

The telephone cable is cut from 3 days. Complaints lodged several times but not attended. we are in tourism area and our business is being affected very badly.

Abhi latest me BSNL landline ki online payment suvidha shuru hui hai.
Credit Card se bhi kar sakte hai. Aisa Customer Care Wale Jawab Dete hai.
Site par register hua. Login kiya. Aur Jab Landline Payment ke window par click kiya to logout ho gaya. Aur Jawab Ye aya. Ki " YOUR SESSION HAS EXPIRED" please login again.
Khub try kiya par success nahi mili.

regarding refund of connection money

I want to state that since I got the BSNL landline installed in my shop, I had been facing problems such as getting wrong bills, getting bills even when the phone dead for the whole month.Finally I decided to get it disconnected.After more than a year, the phone was disconnected but inspite of clearing all my dues I was refunded only Rs.731/-. dated march 7, 2009.

IVRS not recognizing the number i pressed from BSNL Landline

Hi,

I have dialed 1500,[protected] and other toll free numbers. As we all know these numbers will have IVRS first, this will ask us select the options like 1 or 2 ...9 . When i press the option i am interested, its not recognizing. Is this something related to telephone line or phone.. ???/

BSNL broadband service

I’m really sad to bring to the notice about the bad service given by the so called representatives of BSNL for broadband facility.

The place where I stay comes under Hoskerehalli telephone exchange (Bangalore Region). Initially with great enthusiasm I made a request in 2006 to avail broadband service…some how after 1 and a half years of repetitive requests to BSNL officials I got the connection.

discontinuous disconnection of phone and no proper internet connectivity

hello i got irritated with bsnl broadband and land line there is continuous phone disconnection and broadband is not working properly in a day at least three times the phones disconnects and no connectivity to internet, given several complaints to bsnl customer care no proper repose and after giving complaint also same problem, waiting hold day with customer care people, unneceassry questions and improper way of tackling the problem, kindly...

Phone dead every other day

My phone number 28571629, remains dead every alternate day, ever since it was shifted to the new Maruthi Nagar Exchange.
I get the bills and pay them promptly.
Last month it was dead for more than 25 days and I still receive the bill, the broadband does not work,
and charged unnessarily each month. There is no automatic discount system for the dead period,
We have to reach the concerned officer for the rebate...
