Deduction of Rs.15 without authorisation

Dear Sir,

One day i recd a telephone call from bsnl regarding advertisement (computer voice recording) unfortunately i attend the phone from that onwards rs. 15 had been deducted and a total amount of Rs.30 had been deducted from my mobile.

we cannot contacted since there is no contanct no. simply the message received from 56505 and i just want to deactivate this serv ice

Broadband too slow - Speed of 20 kbps

I am subscribed to BSNL Broadband plan of 512 KBPS for which I am paying a whooping 1350/- Rs. per month. The speed I get in so called "Broadband" is 20 kbps to 60 kbps!!! When I should get an assured speed of 512 Kbps, I get a very poor service. Despite several complaints from last two months to BSNL customer care, no attention is paid in this regard. I am a customer of BSNL Prepaid from last 2-3 years. Rajasthan Circle.

Slow Download speed

Hi,
i am using bsnl broadband since last year but i am having problem with its slow downloading speed.
My connection plan is home unlimited 256 kbps but downloading speed is only maximum 30 kpbs.
i had a home 250 before that then i use to get something around 150 kbps downloading speed.
so does this means bsnl is limiting unlimited usage?
i took a speed test here are the results which is very poor

about warranty of bsnl router

bsnl gave a iti type 2 modem to me with the broadband connection and also gave a 1 year warranty of it but there is a faula in only two months o[censored]sage and they are not replacing it and saying that they wont change it but i have a warranty and i have also paid for it...

my phone is dead since 24/04/2009. i have filed complaint to JE Mr Chamola 2-3 times & AGM (O) also.
but till date there is no response.

i am a gp A central govt employee in the income tax department & it is painful to see such a poor service...

Dear Sir,

My phone connection number is [protected] . 70 % of the time the phone is out of order every week i have to file 8 ro 10 complaints then the hone os fine for a day or 2 then again the same cycle .

Still my phone is out of order and I am help less .what to do and how to proceed the matter to get a better service

Telephone not working / Dead

Hats off to BSNL Chennai Telephones especially to the Maduravoyal Telecom Circle. I had lodged a complaint vide phone on 01.05.2009 and also in person to the Maduravoyal Telecom Circle for the non-functioning of Telephone line and no action has been taken yet.

Due to this the Broadband lines have also been affected and I could not use that services also. Also the people around Karthikeyan Nagar under Maduravoyal Telecom Circle...
