i pay for every month in my telephone bill. but not paying for five month bills information for bsnl office. please check my number. landline number[protected]

My self Krunal and I have a bsnl landline at my home registered on my grandmother name which is Dhanuben H Maisuria.
Tell No.[protected]

From last two times i haven't got my telephone bill on my place not even somewhere else.
and i have to go to deparment office every time to submit the bill. and for that i haven't got any recipt.
When I ask then what happen and tries to complain there is no positive answer from them.
the Branch is Vyara.

What should i do now?

My self manoj khandelwal my number is[protected], befoew 7-8 days i complained that i missed my bsnl boardband password .but call centre employee said to me they will revart back..but they didnt reply back.i called many time on 1500, but didnt get satifactory answer from ur call centre employee.they was showiing that thay have work only attand the customer call..dts it.

Hi Sir/Madam I was using BSNL Prepaid Number([protected]), i need my call history between[protected] to[protected] i need take some of contacts from this history.

I'm Arun from Kerala. When I had the problem I called the customer care they told me that they will reset the connection and I got it connected and had a decent speed. They also suggested ne to reprogram the evdo card by giving it to the office.

my bsnl card too has same problem no one listens to me.my EVDO is working in srinaga/kashmirr region

I am not able to recharge with Rs.55 topup coupon.While trying to rechage, the messege will be displayed as "This voucher is invalid".Somtimes "this voucher is pending" and sometimes"Network busy, please try later".
I am trying to recharge with last four days.

My telephone 27573729 is dead position since last 10 to 12 days. I had complained but no suitable action has been taken at your end. Today also I have complained to Sabarmati Office, and asured me to send technician today. The instruments installed by your office is not working properly and not installed satisfactory instruments, which are broght like second hand instruments and unsuable. When you are charging monthly rent for full 30/31 days, this is not a good practice and this type o[censored]nsatisfied service is not acceptable and this is totally injustice to your Custmers. This type of non-attending complaints and irresponsibility of duties of your concerned dept. and injustice to customers, will effect with high financial losses to BSNL as well as Govt. of India. So you are requested to take up the matter on top priority basis and direct necessary instructions to your concerned department to attend complaints timely and strictly and get all telephone lines of BSNL in working condition upto the entire staisfaction of your valued customers.

I also take this opportunity to notice your kind attention that each and every Sunday my Telephone line is getting dead and every Monday I have to complain by phone and after my teleplhonic call my telephone is getting dial tonne. Why this type of harassment going on your dept. I suspect that someby else from your department using my telephone for others or misusing my teleplhone for a particular days like Sunday. You are, therefore, requested to take suitrable watch on your concerned department and do the needful without fail.

Previously you had sent monthly srtatement alongwith your bill, but now a days you are not giving statement of calls and in absence of details we are unable to access the calls are shown in the bill are genuine or correct. Sometime bills shows so many calls without my knowleldge. So it is helpful to us if you will send details of calls alongwith each bills in future. It is not possible for every body to come at your office and see the details on your Computer. So I feel that you will take up the matter on top priority and do the necessary steps to stop misuing the telephones and to avoid unncessary delay in attenting complaints in the interest of the BSNL and Govt. of India.

I have purchased, signal sometimes ok eventhough product not working when net connects and within 5 min automatically disconnects and over for the whole day, i purchased 3 weeks back, but unable to utilise for all 3 weeks.

As Srini told in the last comment, My friend in pondicherry experienced the same problem.
THe EVDO disconnects very often.
He then installed the service pack 3 and updated the windows XP regularly.
He now gets the speed of 1Mbps, and i have seen it.

I have applied for BSLN 2g sim & got through Mr. Dhanjay agent on 21st Dec. 2010 and I requested him to do reseage with Rs.555/- traiff valid for six month internet browsing free, He did research infornt of me but sms did not come and demended mony which I paid. after that I made several phone call and requested personally but he denied. till now I did not get the scheme for internet. i have made several request and met personally to the officials of bsnl for the connection line at mahaveerpuram, behind fun world but till date nothing has happended .when i put rti they have not responded.
we have deposited the development to jda(then uit jodhpur) but nothings has happend till date from last five years. jda has digested the money and we are suffering. there are almost more than 100 bsnl connection are pending with bsnl due to line are not there. neither the telephone nor the broad band connection.now it is very long time has passed but line ansd poles are not yet installed. when ever we contact the officials they are just saying tenders are going on .till what date? no body gives specific date of installations.kindly reply with specific date
