I have done topup of my Mobile [protected] through bsnl portal on 21st April 2009 for Rs.221/- .But till date this amount has not credited to my account.I have repeatedly complained regarding this from 21st April.But no result. Finally from customer care I got advice to approach BSNL mobile centre. According to that, I approached the Mobile cell of Tcr BSNL office. That office gave this e-mail id and advised me to complain to it.
So, sir I request your good selves to look into the matter at its right spirit and make necessary arrangements to get the amount credited to my number [protected].
My netbanking bank was State Bank of Travancore, SSI Branch, Thrissur

Would request to sort out problem and reverse the rental charged for last two months.
In absence of any redressal from your side I shall be forced to change to alternative service provider.
